20 Best Glue For Rhinestones (2022 Updated)

I just started using this as I’m on the journey of making snow globe tumblers and I must say, this is great for sticking rhinestones down! It was intimidating at first because the nozzle is big and a lot comes out at once (I’m buying separate bottles) but I managed to spread it out and make it work.

It always dried down clear. I did get this on my skin, it doesn’t dry down right away, and I had no irritation. I scrubbed my tumbler with the soft part of my scrub daddy, with soap and water, no gem out of place.

I recommend to my fellow crafters. ALSO: I didn’t sand down any parts I glue the gems down neither. I was scared to mess up so I just glued them straight on. (4 stars if you’re working solely with this bottle because the nozzle is a pain).

I love this glue I use it to adhere my Swarovski crystals to many different materials and surfaces. I also use it to glue crystals onto my nails. The glue dries crystal clear but doesn’t dry instantly.

I glued crystals to a hoodie about a year and a half ago and have washed it many times the crystals are still on the hoodie.

I bought this online. When I opened it I noticed that the glue that came out was clear and thin. basically water. I went on YouTube to check how GemTac is supposed to look. it’s supposed to be a gel.

yeah. mine didn’t look like that at all. I squeezes my bottle and felt something hard inside which I guess is the dried out glue, I think the water separated from the glue when this happened which is why all I was able to squeeze out was water.

I will never buy glue online again. Next time I’ll go to the store. I usually never have problems with Michael’s! This was so weird and disappointing.

For crafts, repairs, multi-purpose glue. Most definitely there’s a reason its America’s favorite glue. And it truly is. Even says it right here on the bottle. Aleene’s Tacky Glue is all it says it is, and more.

Ultra strong,dries clear,nontoxic smell. Glues everything. Can even glue everything to anything. Wood, leather, metal, plastic, styrofoam, fabric. It’s amazing.

Have been using it for years on all kinds of projects (mostly rodeo queen clothing & horse tack). Always holds up for a long time. Tough, clear, and definitely worth it! Wish it hadn’t become so hard to find lately.

I was amazed how fast and well it glues. I wouldn’t use it for wide areas because it is not runny, rather thick, but if you have something difficult to glue on a journal page for example, I recommend this, because it glues fast and really well.

I also repaired things with that, and it holds very well. I am very glad with my purchase, It is a must-have!.

I used this for the first time this wk. It wasn’t bad at all. I usually stick to what I always use but I saw it at #hobbylobby and I bought it out of curiosity, and it’s really good!! And not messy at all.

And dries clear!!.

I used this to adhere a genuine leather belt piece and faux suede fringe to the top of a rubber slip on flip flop. (the kind that has a broad strap of rubber that goes across the whole top of the foot).

After a few days, the edge started to come up a bit. It did stay adhered to the rest though. I added a post and screw to the outer and inner edge of the strap to guard against the added strain at those points of the shoe.

I then wore these shoes through mountains, desert and beach and the leather hasn’t moved at all. I love Dazzle Tac. I think it is better than super glue. I also used it on faux leather knots for a bracelets slip square knot thing that holds it closed.

It grabbed instantly and remains solid over months now. I do remember long ago using it on a small bit of metal to metal contact on a bracelet, but it didn’t hold, although I did not rough up the contact points so maybe that is why.

I use this glue for lots of things. I started using it for jewelry making and found it to be good for other things too. Now it is my go to glue for crafting when I need good hold and some give.

This glue is great. Dries fast. Really fast. I can use such a small amount to get the job done, that makes it a great value. I already recomended this glue to friends and family. These are all things I glued /made with this glue.

Since I “discovered” it several years ago, E6000 is my favorite adhesive! It permanently bonds nearly any surface — wood, ceramic, fabric, glass, the list goes on. More than merely waterproof, it can be used on outdoor projects (flexible enough to withstand freeze/thaw cycles), on clothing (turn items inside out and wash on gentle cycle, and the sequins will stay put), even on dishes.

I’ve tried superglue on broken mug handles, and they come right apart again in the dishwasher. By contrast, I used E6000 to repair a favorite pasta bowl that cracked right down the middle into two pieces, and two years and many dishwasher cycles later it’s doing just fine.

For the most part, once it’s used to bond two things together, they are together for good. However, you *may* be able to cut or twist apart glass or ceramic pieces joined with E6000(you have to work at it).

Also, when you’re using it on a slick surface such as glass, you can clean up seams by rubbing with a paper towel (or with your finger) once the adhesive is “dry” but before it’s fully cured.

Good price good product. The best part of this adhesive are the included tips. Once product is used, the tips can be discarded and replaced, or run a small drill bit through the channel to clear it out.

This way the tube can be used until it is empty and not dried up prematurely.

This worked great for the task I needed it for. I used it to attach a ribbon to a clasp. I used a ribbon crimp also. I was turning an old key into a necklace. It does have a strong smell. A well ventilated area is a must.

Alden’s has always been my favorite tacky glue. Still is. But this bottle seeped onto other products in the package. Someone didn’t tighten the cap before packaging. It came in an envelope with very little cushion.

Other things have come alone in a box when this envelope would have sufficed, and these should have come in the box. Common sense!!.

Finally! This packaging is perfect, this makes it so much easier while making paper projects. A perfect, fine line is dispensed with the use, and, as its name implies, it is always ready. I use larger bottles still if more glue is needed, but this is perfect for small pieces while creating.

I love tacky glue, it glues everything without getting your paper too wet. this one stands on it’s head, which makes it ready whenever you need it.

Needed it to write names on Christmas stockings. Hard to squeeze out in a steady stream. Ended up with blob. When you stop squeezing, it sucks the glue back up into the bottle. Going to have to buy new stockings next year because the writing is terrible.

Very disappointed.

Cutco products are guaranteed for life. They are made excellently and last for years before you need them replace for free. I use mine everyday and only had to replace 2 pieces in 46 years!!!

Just want people to know this has been watered down. I bought two bottles and couldnt work out why it was so runny and I was ruining all my work. I since bought a bottle from another company within Australia and the difference is incredible.

It is very thick how I knew it should be.

I ordered these pliers to supplement my collection of water pump pliers. The 7 inch pliers work great when working with aluminum gutters. The larger 9 inch pliers are a good substitute for the Channel locks of similar size.

Excellent product and simple to use. Multiple uses and always does the job. Precise control of application for intricate use. I have found that this product is ideal for d. i. y work and in my case for Jewellery Repair / reafixing Rhine stones and similar.

Purchased to stick on the lenses on my LG TV when new LEDs were fitted ,found this glue to work remarkably well ,I could not understand why there were some bad reviews! when used you must give it time to fully set then it works fine.

the design of the very small metal nozzle is really good especially when I was fitting the lenses because you don’t want a glue to get everywhere you can just get the right amount you require, it can be used for many users and for the price is remarkably cheap.

Bought this glue for sticking new glass screen on mobile phone I was fixing for a friend after reading recommendations on various sites/forums. order was easy and quick and delivery was very quick! Nice and cheap and the glue was easy to work with and did the job just fine of sticking the new glass in place.

The nozzle on the glue is also nice and thin, so you get a small amount of glue out making it very easy to glue in tight gaps and small spaces. Would definitely use in future and recommend to other people.

I learned about this product on YouTube. Crafters raved about it. They were right! I love that it takes very little product and time to produce a strong adhesion. I love the fine tip so that I can get into tiny spaces.

If you buy this product I highly recommend buying the fine tip. In this case, the tip came with the 4-ounce size. One thing: this product comes in clear and matte. Be sure to buy the clear dry. Used it to make Christmas gifts and was super pleased.

Because it doesn’t take a lot to produce a strong adhesion, I think it’s going to last me a very long time, so it’s a great value! This is now my go-to adhesion product above all others. Don’t want to ever be without it.

I’ve been making greeting cards for 30+ years. I have finally found my favorite glue ever! It just works so well! It has less water in it apparently because it doesn’t make the paper get wavy like many glues.

It’s thick. The metal tip dispenses a VERY thin line so too much glue at once is never a problem! It dries clear. It will last a long time because you use so little at a time! I do love this glue! Just try it.

This is the best adhesive that I have found. It seems a little watery but if used with the metal top the perfect amount is dispensed. Make sure to replace the pin to keep the nozzle from getting clogged.

It dries quickly and dries clear with no residue. I have used it on paper, card stock, wood, plastic, metal, and lace with good results.

My nephew had a meltdown in gifted because he had to make a bridge out of popsicle sticks and glue, unfortunately he had the wrong glue. After I calmed him down I explained to him it wasn’t his fault and that he simply had the wrong glue.

I told him to give me a list of all the things he needed and that I would make sure he had the proper items. I immediately went to Michael’s and purchased a couple of these glues so I would be prepared when he ran out of the first bottle.

Not every glue is useful for a particular project. My husband is creating a bookcase miniature scene and Aleene’s Quick Dry Tacky Glue was absolutely the best adhesive for tiny parts. Just enough tackiness to allow repositioning, and great hold for the finished positions, for both paper and wood.

So happy to have found this for his project.

I’ve used this glue to re-effects pockets and badges of my outdoor jackets, and aside from vinyl or windbreaker fabric, it holds very well. I’ve glued Velcro onto fabric without needing to sew. It’s a bit still to use in hems but great for applique.
