My husband loves this stuff!! Its the ONLY kind he will use!! It stinks I have to order it online, but its worth it!! He has no trouble with his dentures coming loose or shifting. He sleeps with his dentures in.

He takes them out every other day and cleans them and puts more of this secure sealer stuff on them and pops them back in. Then leaves them in non stop for 2 days then takes them back to clean and reseal.

I will say he only uses a LITTLE BIT!! If he uses too much the glue will stick in his mouth or in his throat and that becomes an issue!! Especially when he got it stuff in his throat. He said it almost felt like it glued is throat shutnot good!! But overallits the best dang glue/sealant that my husband has ever used.

This denture cement is everything it’s claimed to be. The first time I used it, I ate a large meal that had a lot of crunchy vegetables in it and my dentures held solidly. Unlike many other users, I experienced no stinging sensation nor bad taste.

My next order will be for multiple tubes of it. It’s amazing how much difference in your life it can make, to have dentures that stay tightly in place. There are some foods such as peanuts and apples that I’ll be able to start eating again, after losing an important anchor tooth.

Why was this wonderful concoction kept secret from me for so long? It’s another example of how the very best products are not so often the ones that are on sale at stores.

Nothing good about the product unfortunately. What it was supposed to achieve failed the test hopelessly. Whether I applied little or less, it did not secure my lower denture for a long period as specified it would do.

For a start when applied and I had to clench my teeth it gave a burning feeling to the gum. I had to apply it each time I decided to have something to eat. Used it for a couple of days, then went and bought another product that I was using before which did a better job than this one.

Extremely disappointed. I wonder who actually tested the product before giving an opinion and discription of the secure denture adhesive cream.

I found this stuff about 45 years ago after I had tried everything on the market and HATED each and every one of the others. I felt so discouraged when they stopped making cushion grip and realized nothing else on the market had changed.

My daughter in law found cushion grip online at Walmart and came running to show to me , I was so happy to see it back I cried. I wasted no time in ordering ( literally about 10 minutes). I was so surprised to see so many negative reviews because this stuff has played such a huge part in my denture wearing years (about 45 years) and my adjustment to new plates each time I get them.

I noticed a lot of negative to the fact it’s hard to get out of the tube and it is but I’ve learned over time to put a cup of water in microwave and heat to boiling hot. Set tube into cup and let sit a couple of minutes, hold with a towel because it’s hot and use the towel to turn the key until desired amount is out then just tear or cut loose.

Works like a dream. The only complaint I have is the way this product is presented as an adhesive. It really is more of a cushioned liner. You still have to use your suction to hold your dentures in, but cushion grip gives you softer gum protection and less movement.

I hope this helps some of the negative reactions because ill fitting dentures, and gum sores caused from scraping and moving can effect a persons entire life. I have always and will continue to recommend Cushion Grip to any/everyone wearing dentures.

First, what I dislike. Bad engineering. Once a tooth is removed the bone tends to recede away from the location. So. dentures only fit for so long. Nothing you can do about that. Well maybe not. Cushion Grip.

wonderful stuff. A bit hard to get from tube to denture but well worth the effort. A small key is provided to ease that along, and not waste the material. It does get a little warm in your mouth and may even tingle a bit.

Neither sensations last long. The result is a great fit. First few days no extra adhesive is even needed. Stock up in case it goes off market again.

I tried this after seeing videos on Youtube where it seemed to be exactly what I was looking for, something easy to apply and easy to remove whilst giving a firm hold, and it had got some good reviews also.

I tried it and applied it as directed which was easy. then after around 2 hours my teeth were not holding properly and I could not stand to have them in any longer. There was also a tingling sensation associated with the stuff which wasn’t nice for me, this is mentioned in the enclosed paper though.

The so called fixative was relatively easy to remove from my mouth, but removing it from my teeth was a nightmare. I spent a few hours picking it off and then trying to scrape more off with a wooden cocktail stick.

It also says on the product that this is not an adhesive which confuses me as it’s called cushion grip and states that it holds up to 4 days. Maybe I did something wrong I don’t know, but I daren’t try it again for fear of ruining my teeth.

Not a good experience for me.

SUPER hold, better that any others available on American shelves. Sadly it still does annoy my gums and palate from the chemicals so I cant recommend it unless your mouth does not mind chemicals in it.

If you can handle the conventional brands. this one is way stronger for hold than any of the store brands. Not as bad as the American stuff for irritation BUT It still burns my gums and palate. I don’t like that at all and cant seem to find anything that does not burn.

The denture cream exceeds my expectations. The cream is extremely comfortable, last all day with just small drops. In my opinion, it is better than Flexident -True Feel and Fixodent Original that dissolves after a few hours.

It also is very economical. I commend the makers and the ebay seller for offering it. I am extremely satisfied with Dr. Sheffeld’s Staydent.

Whilst It serves it’s purpose (adheiring dentures to mouth) It doesn’t stick for long, and tastes gross, and leaves a sticky and rather unnerving feeling in my mouth. I understand many people use and love Staydent, I do not recommend it.

It holds to the gums well and doesn’t leave any after taste and it wrap away well (access) oppose to some of the other brands that I have used.

The best adhesive my Mom has ever used – and the smaller size is just the right amount for daily use and lasts around two weeks.

I just got an upper denture and wasn’t for sure what to use, I knew my mom and Aunt have dentures and they are always complaining that their teeth come loose when they eat so I knew I didn’t want that.

My sister has a top and bottom denture and she highly recommended this to me saying that it holds even her bottom on while she eats all kinds of things. I did ask my mom and Aunt and they said they had never used this one they had used the regular one not this plus.

I bought this 3 pack and man oh man let me just say that my top denture stays in amazingly when I eat!!!! I’ve ate burgers, steak, and even tried corn on the cob!!!! Now it don’t hold like Fort Knox but pretty dang close lol.

There is a few times that I have to press it back in place cause liquid or air will sometimes seep in but just push them back up to your gum really hard and you’ll feel the stuff suck back to your denture and you’re good to go!!! My mom would always have her top denture come off while eating with the stuff she uses but not me with this stuff I put the paste on first thing in the morning and they stay on all day no matter what I’ve eaten ( and right now I just have my temporary denture so it doesn’t even fit snug or good but wouldn’t know it with this stuff!) At night right before bed I remove my denture and I literally have to really yank them off cause it’s still on there really good!! So much so that every now and again I even forget throughout the day that I have a denture on lol.

I can’t rave about this stuff enough!!! Also the scope flavor I like cause it makes my breath smell good and I didn’t even taste it when I eat or drink if you are worried about that.

Do not like it. First ruins taste of food because all I taste us mint…. eggs taste of mint, coffee mint, fruit mint. Also does not hold all day especially if I eat things that need biting like a sandwich on a roll, corn, steak or even pizza.

I’ve tried attaching with thin lines as shown still came undone, used dots oozed out if I put too close to edges. Ultra one better for no taste and attaching but can’t eat anything that needs incisor biting like pizza or sandwich even cucumbers.

Have to bite on side which is awkward.

I see 1 and 2 star reviews for this product and there is a common thread-clogging at the nozzle. This can be avoided by not allowing moisture of any kind to contact the applicator tip. Moisture catalyzes the adhesive to solidify well into the tip, clogging it.

Be sure to dry your partial/denture completely before applying adhesive. Avoid contact with partial/denture by applying adhesive while hovering just above the surface. The product does a great job of holding for 24 hours or so but dissolving just enough to remove for cleaning easily.

The Scope aspect is a nice touch. Every competing product tastes like I imagine diatomaceous earth tastes like.

I recently got full dentures and the adjustment period has been difficult. The plates moving and sliding while talking or chewing made either task near impossible. After healing I began using adhesive to help.

Fixodent has been a godsend to me. As soon as I was able to adhere the plates to my gums most of my issues went away. I could speak clearer and could eat again without the pain from my sliding/floating dentures.

I have always been the type of person to constantly fuss over anything out of place with my teeth. Loose tooth? I had to wiggle it. Emerging wisdom tooth or cavity? My tongue was constantly feeling the new anomaly.

I have been the same with my dentures. Not being affixed I am constantly sliding my new teeth around with my tongue. Fixodent helped my dentures feel secure and more natural so I don’t feel the need to constantly fuss with them.

I tried the ” Fixodent Ultra Max Hold” and There is no doubt about it, this is a super strong hold. I got up to go to work, did my routine with teeth, and not thinking anything about the “Ultra MAX Hold” I did the routine lines to hold my plates in.

I went to work, and I had no problems (nothing went under the plates and stayed firmly in place). After a long day I get headaches (from wearing my plates too long), I decided it was time to take them out.

I found they weren’t coming out! My mom was a little concerned at first and then busted out laughing because I told her it felt like I was pulling teeth and I can’t get them out that they are stuck! Finally, they came out and I was surprised it didn’t leave any residue or thin layer of film left like the other denture creams (I can’t stand that feeling).

I learned easy does it when applying. Now I use 3 dots and 2 dots on top plate and 3 small lines on the bottom.

I wear a top denture and had been using a different brand. I had many issues with my old brand. My biggest problem was shifting and removing the product without ease. I started using the Fixodent Ultra Plus Comfort a week ago.

From the first time I open the box of Fixodent I was impressed. I love the ease of application because of the Precision Tip Nozzle. I was able to apply a thin strip of product. The true test was in the power of the product.

I have had my dentures for about 4 years now. From the moment I got them they have not fit right so I use denture cream when I need a good fit for a hard to eat food. I am really impressed with the new Fixodent Ultra Plus Comfort 1.

8oz. the small tip makes it easy for me to get my bottom dentures in the very front I have very little space and this tip fits right in there! This is the first type I have found to do this. The fixodent has a cushion like ability and a stronghold that holds for over 24 hours with me.

That is after eating steak, apples and popcorn. I am quite impressed with its ability and will definitely buy this brand from now on.

I had free samples and a normal size tube of Fixodent PROFESSIONAL ultimate adhesive cream to review for free! Oh my word this fixodent is super. at first when I used it , it took me by surprise as it came out a bit watery and pink !!! The cream is pink? Don’t let this put you off using it.

When applying it make sure dentures are clean and dry apply as directed by the instructions and put paste in lines I only need little amounts on either side also a line in middle of dentures ( 3 paste lines in total ) and then put in and gently press on them once in mouth.

I used this at 9 in the morning and it’s now about 3 o’clock in morning and it’s still going strong the grip I had peanut butter and toast for the morning and a sandwich and it still holding. It is 6 pm now still holding and had dinner at 7 pm now it’s 8:45 pm and it has now come off and dentures moved slightly so now I’m gonna pop them out and brush my teeth too.

this fixodent so far is the best one I ever tried as it is smooth to put on not bitty / gritty and it’s really taken me by surprise as it’s really comfortable to use with my dentures !!! Lightweight too.

This paste has got also antibacterial/ cooling affect Throughly recommend it. I can definitely eat all my dinners now with out my partial denture falling out and anything crunchy and ice cream without it slipping and when I talk there’s no movement I be buying this from when my fixodent runs out sorry mum but you can keep your other tube paste or go fully fledge like me and go fixodent.

Since I do not have dentures, I asked my wife to try this product as she does have upper dentures. She has been using the Fixodent Original cream and had to reapply that product 3 times a day; she does have properly fitted dentures.

The Original has a chalky flavor and left a gagging taste in her mouth; this was great timing to fill the need for another product. The Fixodent Pure Strength is a far superior product with almost no taste and the dispenser tip is a great feature that allows just the right amount of cream on the denture at the exact location where you want it.

Even though the instructions are clear to only use once a day, the Pure Strength is used twice a day, once in the morning and again before dinner. The Fixodent web site (www. dentureliving. com) is a great resource for different guides to denture adhesives, how to use the product, problem solving with application and removal of the various products.

I learned a lot from this web site and recommend reading about all the different Fixodent product available that may fit your needs. She plans of using some of the other Fixodent products to find that once a day application of the adhesive cream.

This is a great product that works and she will continue using it.

Overall this adhesive works really well. It held super well and didn’t have a bad taste/smell. The main plus for me is that all the ingredients are natural. There is no sulfates, artificial colors, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, or genetically modified cellulose gum.

It also gives you a breakdown of the ingredients so you know what each one does. The tip is well made so it applies easily. The instructions were easy to follow as well. I would use it again.

Has the formula changed? I recently purchased a multi pack of Fixodent Original. The packaging and product seems to have changed. The packaging color is now more vibrant blue and pink. The product is very “oozie”, and darker in color.

It also does not seem to hold as well which means I’m using more than normal. I have used Fixodent original for at least 15 years I would normally give this product a five star rating. I really want my old Fixodent back!.

I have a full set of dentures and I have always used Fixodent to put them in. Typically I will the original Fixodent as it has always held well for me. I put my dentures in first thing in the morning and by bed time they come out easily enough.

I would say that as far as how well this denture adhesive works – it works as well as or maybe slightly better than the Fixodent original. I do like that it has a “bacteria guard” that gives it a minty taste, feels like your mouth is clean the whole day.

The one thing that I don’t like about it is that the minty taste can sometimes be distracting or a little unpleasant when you’re eating. I don’t know anyone who would want a minty baked potato. Other than that, I really appreciate this denture adhesive and wound definitely recommend!.

After reading the directions carefully I applied as it is recommended. There was no unpleasant taste but the hold was not long lasting. After only applying and eating breakfast and of course brushing my teeth the hold started to loosen.

I continued as I usually do getting close to lunch time I noticed that the hold wasn’t enough to have another meal. The tip is very small so there is very small line that comes out. It is also recommended in the directions not to apply a lot because it does contain zinc.

It does leave your breathe fresh and the added bonus of the mouthwash. This would work well on a partial but not on a full denture.

Yet despite these measures, still deal with my antihistamines firing up regularly. This leads to sneezing, congestion, red itchy eyes, and other unpleasant feelings. Zyrtec is the only OTC allergy medication that decreases my allergen response.

That’s impressive. Yes you can get these in other brands, but they don’t seem as effective. Plus competing OTC’s do diddly. Put a decrease at least to your allergies, as Zyrtec is an effective weapon.

This is the only stuff that works for me. BUT YOU CHANGED IT. And it SUCKS! The real original that came in the pink and light blue box/tube, the one pictured above, is GREAT! It had a medium pink paste and it lasted all day and night.

I would have to pull it off 24 hours later to clean it. But you changed it. Now it’s in a pink and darker blue box and the denture paste itself is really light pink. It does NOT hold. I’m lucky if it stays for a couple hours.

Eating? Doesn’t stay. Comes undone EVERY SINGLE TIME I EAT. I have to clean and reapply about 4 times a day. And it doesn’t give the same cushion feeling. My gums are grinding on my dentures. The actual original one had a bit of cushion.

And almost expanded when you got it wet. I wish washer through after I put it in and it almost expanded a bit and get cushy. This new crap? Just stays as goo, no cushion, no seal, no staying. CHANGE IT BACK!!!!!.

Originally this is not my own words, but I feel totally, totally the same way. Everything they said is what I think about the new boxes of Original Fixodent… Wondering why you took a great product like Fixodent and made such a drastic change to it and still call it “Original “? Have used the actual Original for many years, always happy with it.

Your newly revised “original” product does not hold well or nearly as long as your old product did. Very hard to clean off too. Very much suggest that you go back to your old formula. Please don’t send coupons, if anything send some of the actual original product that you may have in a back corner of your warehouse.

I’m fairly new to dentures (about 4 months); my uppers fit reasonable well and are not really a problem but the lowers are a real challenge. Prior to trying Secure I have tried everything available and the best result I could get was about 6 hours with Polygrip Stronghold.

Fixodent products lasted about four hours, and Seabond did not work well at all. None of them last through two meals. After reading the reviews for Secure, I had great hopes that it would perform better so I ordered some online from Well.

ca. I am very happy with Well. ca’s service and delivery, but unfortunately the Secure works no better (or worse) than the other products I have tried. My dentures still have soft liners, so I am still holding out hope that it will work better after I get the hard (permanent) linings done in a couple of months.

I have used all the other adhesive creams, powders, strips, etc on the market and I can assure anyone out there that SECURE is the very best product in this category. For the first time in a very long time, I can actually forget I am wearing full upper and lower dentures.

I’m a Fixodent user anyway but the product from their range I use has a wide nozzle, so the thought of the thin nozzle, really appealed to me as I could see it would mean less product oozing from under my denture plates and I hoped a better longer lasting hold for my lower plate.

Sadly neither, really worked for me. I have no problem with what foods I can eat as Fixodent have got a firm hold in the bag but Fixodent professional was not as good as the product they sell for the best hold.

My first problem was, the hold for my upper plate, did not last all day, which made me wary of eating after a certain time. As for the nozzle, it was great first use but I found it was blocked solid every day there after.

I tried numerous ways of preventing this to no avail. I had to use a needle to remove the plug, which isn’t really a good idea. Some of the sample users, had more or less the same comments, although I noticed the people with partial plates, felt happier with it.

Taste wise, it wasn’t unpleasant. So with out the problems I had, I can see for some this would be a positive experience to use this product. As for myself, I’ve given it a fair trial but I will stick with the brand but not the product.

If anything, this product, eroded the confidence, I normally feel on a day to day balance as a full denture wearer.

I used this glue on 20 brackets, less than a day later 8 of the brackets fell off.

Amazing!! No brackets are falling off, they work just fine. I definitely will be ordering again

Just arrived in the mail yesterday after a very short wait, this product is fantastic. I have tried lots of different products to hold my lower denture in place without any satisfaction but this Fittydent adhesive is the only one that allows me to eat properly again.

It certainly stays in place all day.

I used this for a partial denture after trying the more commonly available fixatives from the local supermarkets. It did not provide any greater hold than the others and lasted no longer. The worst part is that it is very difficult to clean the denture completely of this fixative.

There is no benefit that I can see for purchasing this product.

I’ve had top dentures for a while now and I tried other products and they never worked so then I tried Fitty Dent and it’s the best thing I’ve tried and I’ve even recommend to other people if someone is looking for a great product.

I work over night and I put my teeth in after 10am when I work that night and I don’t finish work until I come home which is about half an hour after I finish work and then I’m able to take them out so it’s the best product.
