I received this product to test thru Influencer. Having not tried a probiotic product before I was unsure as what to expect. The capsule is clear and tasteless which is a plus. Per the directions, I took one tablet daily after a meal.

I went with breakfast. What I noticed the first day is this probiotic encouraged my bowel movements. Nothing awful just normal. I take pain medication for a couple of conditions that has a side effect of constipation and over the 7 day trial this is no longer an issue.

I had been struggling with my stomach and got to the point where I struggled everyday for about 6 months. I had been trying just about everything and thought the worse. During the first couple of days I experienced some abominable discomfort but that subsided shortly thereafter. I did have loose stools for a few days early on but that also stopped. I would have liked to receive some guidelines to help measure the effectiveness of the product because I’m not exactly certain what else I can say after only taking it for a week.

It’s a little too early to give my honest review, but I do know that Natures Bounty is a very good brand! I have tried some of their vitamins and they are great! My friend told me that he takes probiotics, and it works for him, but he can’t take them everyday because it makes him gassy.

I have a 4 day weekend right now, and that will give me some time to try them comfortably at home. just in case! I just took my first capsule earlier, and so far no bad results, which is good! 😄 I will give my full honest review in a few days.

I have used another brand of Probiotics, from my health food store, for many years. They are great, but quite pricey. I am considering retirement and where I can cut costs. I have found he Jamieson Probiotic to be comparable and half he price.

This probiotic caused severe cramping, nausea, bloating, constipation, insomnia, anxiety, muscle pain on my back. I had to go to the ER twice! The 2nd time they did a CT scan. That night I was up thinking what could be causing it and finally realized it was this! Turns out some strains can cause histamine intolerance.
