14 Best Gnc Pre Workout (2022 Updated)

Like many serious lifters who have blown through many a Buck and supplement Brands, searching for just the right “motivation” from their pre-workout; C4 is your final stop on the pre-workout merry-go-round!! Yes, I know that sounds rather cliche’ but, C4 truly delivers just the right balance of stimulation/motivation to get through even the most brutal workouts! Because I train in the morning, sometimes I am so tired, I wonder how I’m going to get through my leg day training? Everyone is different, and the way our bodies process preworkout supplements is a testament to this. However, I have found the C4 Ultimate Shred works well for my everyday gym needs. I have been using the product for over a month with good results.

One of the best features is that my body temperature only rises during my workout. Unlike thermogenics, I am not sitting on the couch sweating at home while recovering. The strawberry watermelon flavor is not bad either.

It does get old after 30 days, but I just switched to icy blue razz. Pretty good preworkout overall. At least for me, I’d say it works well! Just recently I paired the C4 Shred with Bucked Up Pump. The additional benefits of NO2 and Glycerol Powder should offer a great muscle swell.

We will see in a few weeks. At least the blue raz Bucked Up tastes almost the same as the C4 Shred icy blue razz.

This is the first pre workout I’ve tried that has agreed with me. I’ve tried many over the years my friends. I used only beet powder pre workout for months and went to Amazon to order more, and that’s when I found this.

I figured it’d be like any other I’ve tried and wouldn’t like it but since it was beet based I thought, why not? It’s amazing, I’ve used it every workout for a few months now and probably won’t go without it.

Honestly, Pandora’s box, probably would’ve been better if I hadn’t. Hah! If you like pre workouts give this one a try! You won’t be disappointed 🤙🏼.

I bought this to improve oxygen in blood and help sluggish spleen/liver not necessarily for workout. It’s working out great. It taste great and dissolve easily in a glass of water without having to do a smoothy.

Over the last 3 months this has certainly improved my health.

I have been taking this supplement before I workout and I have noticed how it has definitely helped my energy levels whether I am lifting weights, running, or doing a high intensity interval class. I like the added benefit of beets in general of how they help blood flow and circulation, and I like how it is a more natural pre-workout supplement.

The flavour is very earthy and a bright pink colour. It took a while for me to get used to the taste, but now I welcome the more earthy not as sweet flavour.

I like this product and I like to take it with their creatine supplement. Recently, caffeine has been affecting me negatively and so I wanted to take a pre-workout that would get me in the mood to work out.

I really like it and I’d recommend it to anyone not wanting to get jitters or be up all night – I got the sour green apple and the flavor is pretty good. It tastes exactly like a sour green apple. I hope to try a different flavor relatively soon.

I like this flavor but I can see it getting tiring after taking it everyday. I think having two flavors and swapping between them would be ideal. Okay last thing, I like that I can mix this with a cup of water and drink it fast.

I’ve never been good at dry-scooping and it’s not really recommended anyway. but yeah this makes it easy to get down and move on :).

For some reason I have to be careful about my caffeine intake, especially before the gym. So I do not take any pre-workouts. This is great for me because I get a great pump, hightened endurance, and less fatigue during my workouts! Highly recommend this if you’re looking for a good pump/delay fatigue product! AND that flavor is amazing! I use the green apple and it’s delicious.

Most supplements are too sweet or have an awful after taste, but this one doesn’t. Super easy to drink!.

My experience so far over all has been good. The flavor (peach rings) was not as sweet as I was expecting. I recently purchased some of the cheap peach rings from Walmart and the taste is very comparable rather then tasting better quality like Haribo peach rings.

The actual pump itself is very good, I don’t know if this is normal but it helped me immensely with my mind muscle connection. Before I never really felt the muscles in my back contract but when I took high volume I got a really good “feel” of my back and all other muscles.

I’ve been using C4 to amp up my workouts for a few years now. Always gives you that extra 💯 during a workout. Knocked it down from 5 stars for a couple points. 1. Taste can be quite sweet with some of their flavors.

I use a large Blender Bottle so I can still use 1 scoop and add additional water to cut down the sweetness 2. Because of the high caffeine content you can feel a bit of a crash after the gym. I recommend cycling off C4 and switching to another brand once done the bottle before coming back to help with this Note: this contains creatine which not all preworkouts do which is an added bonus to your supplement game.

C4 usually also comes in with competitive pricing under $1 / scoop.

Pres used within last 5 months: Mr Hyde, GAT, Pre Gro, n. o Fury, clear muscle, test x180. So I will only be comparing this to the ones listed. UPDATE:To best get an idea of what the effects will be like im typing as they effect me.

First use: based on 1 1/2 scoopTASTE/mixrate: Mixes well with a spoon and doesnt produce next to any foam, also did not notice any bottom residue which is present in most pres. This may be the best tasting pre I’ve ever had in years.

Most have a strong essence of crushed pills etc or give me an upset stomach. This pre was smooth almost tasted like jolly rancher watermelon. Surprised little to no effort with mixing and drinking. 15 min: within 15 minutes I start feeling warmBody has a nice loose warm feeling which aides me as I stretch.

30 min: I get the tingling feeling in my hands and feet which isn’t a big problem for me as well as a nice pump to my muscles and body. I feel less tense and sore in my body than usual noting this is my first time using this product.

Also mindset is motivated and product produces a nice warm up feeling. 1 hr: feeling a minor crash coming on less intense than usual. As long as I remain hydratedIt’s barely noticeable. Still im able to push on.

3 hrs: Id like to note that this pre is perfect for cardio, boxing, etc and id recommend stacking it with clear muscle (not tested yet but having taken clear muscle 5 months ago I feel like they would do great together ) clear muscle=endurance gains GX7= enhanced endurance + great pump + energyFirst day Results: Over all I really enjoyed the first day energy this pre gives me coupled with one of the best pumps.

I was skeptical but would recommend universally for every kind of athlete as long as its stacked correctly with mass gainer, or protien shake etc according to your goals. As a pre alone this how I graded it.

I was very let down at the end of the 30 days. Have not ordered since headaches, fatigue, overall it is a decent pre but created more anxiety and the crash became bad. Stacking up to other pre workouts I was not impressed.

Save yourself — read this first. Preworkout formula. Sounds like a good idea, must be a good idea! This product was recommended in Muscle & Fitness, as well as through other review columns. I’ve been hitting a wall a lot lately, so this seemed to be just the thing to rev up my energy and get my workouts back on track.

Sweet Jesus in heaven, I didn’t know what I was buying. I took the smallest recommended dose, and it tastes pretty bad, but it was over quickly. Then I drove to the gym and, as I walked in, all **** broke loose on my skin.

It started on my chest, then my arms, then my back and legs. It felt like a thousand tiny thorns pricking me all over. I was extremely uncomfortable, although the feelings subsided a bit once I started working out.

However, then I felt panicky. My vision kept clouding, my skin kept going from flushed to pale, I sweated profusely, and I couldn’t breathe enough. I called it quits after an hour workout and went home.

I still felt so out of sorts and disconnected with my body that I ended up rolling myself up in the floor rug like a burrito in hopes my skin would quit trying to leave my body. Honestly, I’m too scared to try it again, even at a lower dose.

I have worked out in some manner since I began lifting weights during freshman high school football in 1993. And I am now 37. Most recently during the past four years, I got hooked on Crossfit. During most of my physical exercise “career”, I have never taken many supplements, as I have worked out more to stay in shape and to counterbalance my sometimes bad eating habits.

Recently in the last 6 months, I began taking pre and post workout supplements to help me keep working out at a high level for my age. At my age, I don’t recover like I used to, and sometimes need something extra to get started.

During this time I have taken probably 5-6 pre-workout supplements to see what works best for my body. Of course I can read the reviews and make decisions based on your feedback, which is what I usually do for electronics.

However, I felt I needed to test various supplements to see how my body reacts. Some pre-workout supplements REALLY jack you up. Others you don’t feel a thing. Some last for a short time, while others last longer than you want (really intense jacked up ones).

But what about Alpha Gx7?Gx7 is the perfect mix of all the above side affects. I do feel an increased level of energy, but its not too intense where I need a break 1/2 way into my workout because my heart is ready to jump out of my body.

It lasts the perfect amount of time as well. I usually workout at 6 AM, so usually need something to get my juices going until my body is ready for my daily WOD. This product helps make that transition feel seamless.

There are many products out there that will help you gain that competitive edge. For me? I feel Alpha Gx7 is the perfect product for me given the workout style (Crossfit) and my age (37). I recommend giving it a try.

Remember, the cost to switch is not so overbearing, so even if you try it for the first time and don’t love it, you’re not married to it because you dumped so much $$$ into it. So why not see how it works for you!.

Having never taken a pre-workout before, I was concerned the caffeine would be overwhelming. Nope! I feel better than ever during my workouts, and the mental boost I get keeps going afterward before gently trailing off over the next 2-3 hours (no crash effects at all)! I begin to feel the effects 10-15 minutes after I start drinking, and I mix the Prolific in a blender with water, ice, 1 kiwi, and a scoop each of unflavored protein powder and unflavored creatine.

I’ve even added my daily serving of TruMulti and Omega 3+ to the blender and they haven’t affected the flavor. I’ve tried the Melon Berry, Sour Apple, Tropical Twist, Raspberry Lemonade, and Strawberry Kiwi, and they’re all fantastic.

I was most surprised by Sour Apple, which is normally a flavor I don’t like, because I’d say it might be the best one (along with Strawberry Kiwi). They are all *a bit* sweet, but not so much that it’s off-putting.

I like the Prolific so much I’m considering adding in a scoop of High Volume to see if that brings the whole thing to an even higher level.

Not a big fan of pre work out, often makes me anxious, itchy and needing to use the rest room. Also not a fan of the flavors. However this pre-workout is pretty great. Got the Cotton Candy flavor which I didn’t think would be all that good but it does in fact taste like cotton candy and it’s pretty mellow compared to some other citrus flavors from other brands I’ve tried which is nice.

After taking it for a couple weeks, the initial hit wasn’t as hard anymore and I actually didn’t feel much of anything, except a little anxious and needing to use the rest room. Once all of that was cleared up though and I finished up my warm up, I felt absolutely amazing getting into my workout.

Could really focus on sets and dial in on form. I felt hype for each set and it just made my workout more enjoyable, less of a chore and more of something to look forward to. I’m not going to chock all that up to just this pre-workout but it’s definitely a factor, especially considering I normally work out the end of the day when I’m already exhausted.

All in all, I recommend giving this pre-workout a shot.

I have been using prolific preworkout for years now and have tried a myriad of other brands and flavors, but no other preworkout gives me the energy and focus without the tingly sensations and heart racing/palpitations/nausea.

I love the apple and the tropical twist flavor. I took a break from prolific to try the alani nu preworkout as it was the new flashy brand, and my workouts SUFFERED for MONTHS, and it was even more pricey.

I finally switched back to prolific and realized just how incredible this stuff is compared to what else is out there and i will never try anything else. If you are newer to preworkouts or have tried them all, this is the one.

It has a pretty light flavor and i even thin mine out moreso occasionally. They dissolve very well. This company also ships very quickly and often sends samples and has many other quality products. Highly highly recommend!.

A friend recommended this stuff at the gym. It has increased the pump, lessened my fatigue and not have any adverse side effects associated with these products, such as crashes, hotness in the face or tingling feelings.

The flavour is also excellent. It’s smooth and not sour like most pre-workouts. It tastes and feels more like tea than an energy drink.

I have been using this product for about two years now. I used to buy it from my trainer, then I found it on the Company website and Save for much cheaper and switched to that. I don’t drink coffee anymore, or caffeine for that matter.

I use this product instead. It gives me a nice energy boost whenever I need it that lasts for hours and doesn’t come with your typical energy drink crash.

My son and I recently joined the gym. As a teenage boy, he’s enormous into getting muscles. A few of his buddies suggested he get pre-workout since he had some intense muscle soreness. We both started using it, and the difference is insane.

Neither one of us get painfully sore anymore, even after intense gym sessions.

Makes a big difference for me since I’m doing late afternoon workouts. The watermelon is my favorite flavor. Been using it for years now, I still get a B vitamin tingle from it. The caffeine pick me up is plenty, I would say its very strong.

I’m a big middle aged highly caffeinated guy and I have zero desire for anymore caffeine after this stuff. Great for late afternoon and evening workouts. I have to cut back on other forms of caffeine when I take the pre workout, its potent stuff.

If I take it after about 5pm, its hard to unwind for sleep. I prefer 3 to 4 pm workouts so it has time to wear off before bed. I can’t do morning work outs so the pre formula gets me over that afternoon sluggishness, nice second wind boost!.

Please note this review is for Cherry Limeade … Taste – 8/10. The flavor was most definitely cherry and lime but was not nearly as tart as I was expecting and hoping for as I prefer my preworkouts with a sour bite.

Now don’t get me wrong the flavor was good and I could drink it on a regularly, it was just a bit sweeter then you’d think cherry limeade to be, even mixed in a minimal 12 ounces of water. Mixability – 7/10.

As noted I mixed at a minimal 12 ounces of water for best flavor, but at this level the healthy 30 gram scoop is not completely mixed in, even at 16 ounces there is still some residue left over that even a couple swirls don’t completely pick up.

Function – 9/10. Here is where I was greatly impressed, starting with the label. Why the label? Well because EVERYTHING is listed and the dosages are immense. I don’t find much use for any pre that’s a 10 gram scoop I mean seriously.

So I typically take my pre 30 minutes prior to getting to the gym as I feel I’ve been losing usage in the beginning or finishing up before I’ve used up all the benefits. Pre does not hit hard despite its solid dosage of Beta-Alanine and caffeine which was another very pleasant surprise and doesn’t give the superman feels of over stimmed products, it just simply works and once you do, you can feel it doing its thing.

In my last 3 workouts prior to my first powerlifting meet this past Saturday, my focus and energy were crazy high even with my serious case of nerves. My rest requirements and recovery between sets were better then ever.

Even with the monster pump, lactic acid felt to be flushed really quick. Results wise, well I saved my last scoop special for my meet and was able to set PRs on bench and squat with great energy and focus for nearly 3 hours and never any crash post workout.

Due to Pres smoothness, disclosed dosage and my personal results, this pre really needs a regular home in my gym and you should put a tub in yours too!!! My overall rating is a 9/10 as that function is just such a big deal.

I was very lucky to try a sample of the new Nutrabio PRE pre-workout Dragonfruit flavor. I’ll start with my favorite thing about this product, The flavor: I never tried dragonfruit flavor before in the past but i absolutely love it! Just as with Nutrabio’s IntraBlast, the flavor is terrific.

It reminds me of vitamin water and it makes me wish this flavor was available with more products. I recommend mixing it with a bit more water than usual to make the flavor a bit less strong. Nutrabio definitely nailed it on this one.

10/10 Mixability: I have an automatic shaker cup that spins and when i tried to mix this pre-workout with it, it didn’t mix very well. However when i shook it manually, it dissolved just fine. If you have an old fashioned shaker cup with a blender ball in it, you won’t have any problems.

7. 5/10 Effectiveness: This pre-workout definitely helped me get through my workout. It wasn’t the most effective pre workout i’ve ever taken however it also depends on a day by day basis, how well you feel mentally etc.

So i can’t rate this sample as well as i want to due to the sample being of single use. However i did like it since it gave me a good energy boost and enough strength to last me through my entire work out.

I can see myself using it more often, especially since the flavor is so wonderful. 8. 5/10 Formula: Nutrabio PRE is a pretty strong pre-workout. It has 350 mg of caffeine. 6 grams of citrulline which will help you get a good pump and lots of vitamins and minerals making this almost a multi vitamin as well.

Overall great ingredients. It’s a great tasting pre-workout you can’t go wrong with and i’m very thankful i got to try it.

so I want to start off by saying I’ve only ever written like 2 or 3 reviews in my life. I’ve been working out for a while and I’ve never used pre workout because I have a physical job and I always drink a bang drink before so I want to limit my caffeine intake because my tolerance is also high plus I underestimated how much it actually helps you to push through a workout, but I just decided to give it a try.

after using it once I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED!! it gave me A LOT of energy damn near feels like more than a bang energy can give despite it being much higher in caffeine. definitely noticed a difference in my mood; I just started feeling really good and so ready for an intense workout.

HUGE difference in endurance. I was able to lift more weight and more reps and I was also ready for my next set a lot quicker. definitely noticed my body temperature increase from the cayenne to burn more calories.

it tastes really good. there was no big crash. it has beta alanine which is known to make you feel tingly or itchy which I’ve noticed with other products that have it but this one not really. overall it SIGNIFICANTLY improved my workout I wish I got this way sooner.

but then again I’ve never really used a preworkout so idk how this compares with other ones like bucked up or woke af or beyond raw but I’ve just heard good stuff from multiple people that this brand has good quality products so I assume this one of the best preworkouts you can get but then again it depends on the results you are trying to get.

I would say this is best for that energy and pump you get and for also burning extra calories if you are cutting or trying to recomposition.

WOW!!! Is this a magic portion??? lol I was feeling super tired for couple of years. I am 56. I since I had it today and did treadmill for 25, then some good stretching. A lot of sweating, went to shopping, did cooking, cleaned house and stills going! I am positive I won’t have heart palpitation during my sleep as I took it easy.

However, the boost this gave was like back ten years ago when I used to do Capoeira lol I had Fruit punch which was super delicious and a little after the taste, but it is nothing. It goes away after you drink a little water.

I am used to caffeine and this one got my going pretty and NO JITTERS. I had a nice steak and rice after workout to make sure I filled up. Have good time ya’ll! ; ).

I received a 30 serving tub in the mail from Nutrabolt to try out and review and this is my honest feedback after using it a few times. I will be basing my review off a 10gm serving NOT the recommended 6.

4 gm on the label. The reason for this is that I only use caffeine before I weight train and no other time of the day and honestly 200mg of caffeine is slightly on the low side when you train at 5 or 6 a.

m. My big gripe about this PW is the word EXTREME plastered on the front label and let me tell you I have a lot of experience with pre’s and supplements in general and there is NOTHING extreme about this ingredient profile.

The big deal Nutrabolt is making about this version of C4 is the fact that they didn’t use any artificial flavors or coloring and it’s not a prop blend so the ingredients are disclosed but it’s a weak profile so why the EXTREME ? The powder mixes very well with no foam and just a bit of sediment but really no mixing issues at all.

The flavor which is a light refreshing blue raspberry with a hint of lemon at the end with no heavy overly sweet after taste is definitely enjoyable for anyone who likes blue raspberry. The energy at a 10gm dose hit’s smoothly but there really isn’t anything extreme about it and it just feels like a smooth kick of caffeine.

There really isn’t any crazy focus, mood boost, and pumps were definitely nothing to yell about so again where does the EXTREME come in. This PW in my opinion at 6. 4gm delivering 200mg of caffeine is perfect for caffeine and stimulant sensitive people and that’s how it should have been marketed because there are many people out there who are sensitive to caffeine and 200mg is perfect for them but the pump and performance on this is weak.

This needs at least 3gm of L-Citrulline or 6gm of Citrulline Malate to work with the nitrates that are in this formula to deliver a better pump. In my opinion there are better options on the market for someone who is sensitive to caffeine where they won’t have to add anything to the pre-workout for it to be more effective,.

You can tell Cellucor put a lot of time and effort into C4 Extreme. This Pre-workout is totally well-rounded, with a big aspect of being clean as well. As far as being clean, there’s no dyes or artificial flavors, which you cannot say for a lot of products.

It’s also totally transparent on the label, so you know what you’re actually consuming. As to the ingredients, the 200mg of caffeine is a nice dose, not too much so as to be too much caffeine in one scoop.

There’s also Carnosyn for endurance and Nitramax which gives some good pumps. Also, there’s a dose of creatine for those looking for convenience giving creatine and a pre-workout as one. My experiences is that this product is very well-rounded in the 3 areas of pre’s, being energy, focus and pumps.

I had a good amount of all 3, and you could feel all 3 of those areas with one scoop. Finally, the flavor was great. Icy blue razz, with no dyes or artificial colors was perfect. I love Cellucor’s blue razz flavors, and the mixing of one scoop with water in a shaker was as great as expected.

Overall, a well-balanced pre-workout, with transparent label, makes for a great pre-workout!.

As a fan of all C4 products, I was and am really excited to see a naturally sweetened line of this product, finally! This is a really good, rather lower stim dose of preworkout which allows me to have some coffee during the day without getting weired out by too much caffeine.

200mg is perfect for a pre in my opinion, I am not a huge fan of really stimulant products. This performs very well for what is in it, but I would like to see more Beta Alanine and Citrulline in it as the pumps could be a little better.

That aside, I love this product. The flavor for being stevia flavored is the absolute best I’ve had, period in this catagory. Cherry Limeade is outstanding. The mixability is perfect, no clumping and complete dissolution in 8-10 oz of water.

Highly recommend this product and flavor!!.

I misunderstood what I was buying because of the labeling. I assumed this product to be 200 milligrams of caffeine per pill. All of the contents listed in the actual recommended dose is contained in 4 pills.

Resulting in only 30 doses per purchase not 120. If you are just looking for a boost in a pill this is a very inefficient way of doing, especially compared to other marketed products.

Works as advertised when used as advertised. I like the capsules because I don’t like having to mix to take supplements.

For the people that reading this pray for me because while I’m writing this I’m in a battle between life and death inside my bathroom. Let me go back 3 hours before my inevitable doom. I bought a bottle c4 thinking that it would boost my energy, oh this bottle of satan’s ashes did give me a boost energy but not in a good way.

Since I couldn’t find the instructions on the bottle I took the risk of adding 3 scoops of it in my water bottle thinking my energy would boost 10 fold. After 30 mins went by I started walking to the gym, when I got there I felt an intense itch but I didn’t care I was stoic so I had the mindset of believing it’s my energy boosting.

Every set I did It got worse. I felt my body ripping like flees was eating me from the inside. I couldn’t bare the pain so I took my stuff and left, since the gym is a few blocks away from my house it is a decent walk to get back.

While halfway there I felt the flees reached my stomach then that’s when hell broke loose. I never thought I could run as fast as I did 3 hours ago, I was speed , I was flash, I was the cameraman that keep up with professional track runners, I was the car that film other HyperCars in their commercials, I was 5th gear of a tuned bmw.

I kept up with a Bmw i8 that was driving 45mph next to me. By the time I got home and reach the bathroom it was then where my anus said it was time. It took absolutely no effort to expel this demon. Almost immediately, the floodgates of hell were opened and the damned, While Removing every sinned I commited out my anus my friend name Alpha texted me.

I couldn’t even read his message properly due to the pain of my stomach. I told him to call 911 if I dont call him in the next hour, my feces reach the top of the toilet , I felt my butt cheek touching it, my pride left my soul, I started asking god if this is my punishment for not praying to him for the past couple of days now.

At the moment all I can feel is my virginity being engulfed by this Danm forsaken C4. I have a saying, a smart man learn from his mistakes but a wise man learn from other’s mistakes. Please take your time and read this.

If you ever thinking trying C4’s DO NOT take more then one scoop or just don’t buy it at all. But if you want to test your manhood, I dare you to take 3 scoop like me. And reply back to me (If I’m still alive) I promise you, you won’t come out your bathroom alive.

An hour later (edit review): well I guess I’m still alive. I changed the rating to 3 stars instead of one because even though I just went through hell and having my virginity taken away, I lost 6pounds so i guess it helped.

Initially, it lifted my mood and I thought it was about to make me feel great. Had a sense of well-being, started a few phone calls and projects, being a little nicer to people than usual. Then about an hour in, I felt out of control of everything and was irritated by the little things, or people who weren’t on my level at the moment.

I had the same problems with Adderall as im labeled as ADD/ADHD, so my mood swings is why I stopped taking that. I was not trying to replace a stimulant I was just generally curious about pre workout.

Idk, maybe I didn’t take enough, or vice versa. But I think I’ll only be taking this while I’m alone. My other comment would be it made me itchy for the first 40 minutes. Not like itchy in the sense I wanted to scratch, but a strange prickly sensation.

Definitely interested in trying a different kind, one thing I do like is that I don’t feel nervously caffeinated like I expected. Another positive is that I think it tastes good. The last positive is that I got a can for less than three dollars at Meijer, it was a mistake but that’s all it scanned up for.

GARBAGE. Why this is so hyped as “the best” pre workout is ridiculous. Look at the ingredients – all of the vitamins & minerals amounts are so small they’re useless. As for the sport performance blend / sport energy blend – a creative way of listing ingredients without actual amounts.

The performance blend is no where near the amounts needed to make any difference plus you’d have to take them every day to actually work. The energy blend is a joke – Taurine is the 1st ingredient listed & the cheapest.

135 mg of caffeine is no where near an amount to really give you a jolt of energy. Don’t waste your money on this. It’s completely useless. I give it ZERO STARS if it let me!.

I absolutely love X2! I tried all kinds of different performance products online before but none of them held up like X2 did for me. I used to drink other energy drinks that would taste like chemicals and get me really wired, but I found my crashes at the end of the day left me feeling more tired and not productive towards my fitness goals.

I gave X2 a try after being turned onto it by a friend. Immediately I noticed a difference. I found myself squeezing more energized performance out of my workouts without facing brutal crashes at the end of the day.

Plus, X2 tastes great because it’s tea based and mixed with other natural flavors. What’s not to love? I haven’t used any other energy drink supplements for the last few months. I’ve tried every flavor and they’re all great – the powders are especially delicious when mixed with a tropical pre-workout smoothie! X2 is a must for any athlete and I highly recommend it to you.

I felt lethargic prior to taking this pre + intra workout and within 10-15 mins, I was focused and fueled! I’m especially impressed with how motivated and energized I remained post-workout (about 4-6 hours).

NO jitters. NO crash. You know that feeling of lightness you experience after eating a clean meal? That’s how my body felt after taking X2. And, it’s tasty. One scoop was all I needed to cut through mental fog and power through one of the best workouts I’ve had in a long time!.

X2 performance took my cardio exercise to the next level. I was totally impressed with how it gave me more endurance and without that “CRASH”. I highly recommend this for a clean and great tasting energy tea drink without the high calories – “A MUST FOR THE MARTIAL ARTS PRACTITIONER”.

One of the best pre-workouts on the market, don’t let the label fool you this stuff works. With that being said you shouldn’t buy mesomorph for the pumps you should buy it because of the neurological effects.

This stuff is dangerous because I feel like I can lift anything, when you step up to the barbell or dumbbell or anything on this stuff your focus is unbelievable and your only mission is to lift. Effects last for about 2 hours for me.

I will say the pumps are good, but can easily be elevated by another pump product being stacked simultaneously. Overall amazing pre just consider using it as a stim base in a pre workout stack.

Let me just say that I was a little nervous at first because the date of expiration for this is 9/19, and the powder shipped super clumpy. Well my nerves were wasted energy because this is the best PWO I’ve ever taken by far.

Thankfully the clumping is a natural chemical reaction (just to be clear on that) and the pumps I get from this make me want to powerlift a 96 Ford Windstar over my head. I usually take PWO before heading to my climbing gym and sometimes I worry that Ill end up tearing down the walls with the power this stuff gives me.

I should have traffic and safety signs superglued to my moist throbbing body when even a fourth of a serving of this stuff is coursing through my veins. But a full scoop? A full scoop and Im walking into the gym with superhero theme music blasting above me.

Point being, a really strong, unbeatable preworkout that is worth every penny. Nothing else comes close.
