This mask/snorkel combo works great. The seal around the face is good, except at the top along the forehead, you have to make sure it seals properly there or it leaks, but overall this is an excellent product.

The seal that blocks water from getting into the snorkel works quite well unless completely inverted, which is not typical usage. 100% would recommend.

I am extremely pleased with this snorkel, it just makes the whole experience better. I will highlight a few of the features. The snorkel attaches quickly and securely, lift up on the tab to remove it for storage.

The straps are nice and wide so it makes a leak free seal and they have a quick connect to remove the mask which is great as I didn’t have to readjust the straps to get the proper fit. Another great thing about that is my hair didn’t get tangled around the straps.

As I was snorkeling I was impressed that breathing was so natural, no more having to clamp down on snorkel mouth piece and I didn’t end up with a sore jaw after snorkeling for a long time. There is a clear 180 degree view and it doesn’t fog up.

When I dove under the water it seemed to make an even tighter seal. I am certain you will not be disappointed with this snorkel.

We were very excited to use the new masks on our recent trip to Mexico. This mask is definitely not a good choice for open water snorkeling. It is a poor fit on most face sizes and takes in water with waves.

These flippers are super long. I got them for recreational swimming, but they are too long for a regular pool. they would be great for swimming in a lake/ocean. It comes with a nice mesh carrying case.

Fins are plastic low quality,, they deformed after one time using. The price is pretty low so I guess it matches with the poor quality

I just bought one last week for me. DO NOT BUY! This mask has many problems and could possibly be dangerous. The #1 danger is in the large dead-air space that causes one to rebreath carbon dioxide. CO2 narcosis is an insidious event where the CO2 slowly accumulates and clouds ones judgement and can occur without the user realizing it! Once the CO2 levels climb the blood carries less oxygen and unconsciousness can occur.

# 2 there is no ability to balance compensate the pressure in the mask when diving, that can allow many individuals to clear ones ears. You can not pinch your nose to do so either. The resulting pressure on the face and the eyes in particular could potentially impact retinal artery flow.

Not to mention ear rupture and discomfort! These masks need drastic design changes or immediately be removed from the market!.

We usually visit the Caribbean at several ports while cruising, annually and we enjoy snorkeling. My snorkel & mask are aging so, I wanted to try this full face mask as a replacement. It worked great.

no leaks, no fogging and had an awesome view below the water that was not distorted. Great mask for surface snorkeling, which is what we do 99. 99 % of the time. The only issue I had was that the breathing tube seemed restrictive, compared to a regular snorkel.

I think it could be wider in diameter to provide more volume of air in & out. If you relax and take things slow to breathe calmly, all is ok but, if you swim strenuously, you’ll quickly feel out of breath and as if you need more oxygen.

Swimming slowly and breathing calmly, but fully, seemed to correct this issue. I’m buying a second mask for my wife.

I really like this mask. It’s comfortable, doesn’t fog up, protects the eyes and face from water, has a wide view. The snorkel is great too. Now I️ use it for laps in a pool cuz I️ don’t like chorine in my face.

I️ can swim fast without having to lift my head up for air, cuz I️ use the snorkel. I’m sure it would be amazing on vacation or at the ocean for seeing the sights under water. Since mine gets a large amount of usage, I’ve noticed a tiny leak, but it’s not big enough to fill up the mask.

In fact, I can breath, but notice a small gurgling. That is the only flaw ! If it wasn’t for the small leak, it would have gotten a 5 star rating. Let me tell ya it beats the other masks out there!! Am amazing invention, I’m so thankful for it, saving my face from chlorine abuse!!! Highly recommended product!!!.

I am a novice at snorkelling in all fairness. The resort i go to in lanzarote has great snorkelling opportunities and i have been left disappointed in the past when using a cheap holiday brought snorkel.

until i purchased this product. Wow what a great peice of kit. I put it on and away i went. Perfect visibility with no fogging up. Great for breathing in with no need to change your breathing. No horrible sea water taste as no water got into the mask.

I was right on the line between the M/L and L/XL so took both home to try. The smaller size was a better fit. I use the mask for snorkelling in Scotland and it works brilliantly for days I don’t fancy my normal mask and snorkel and am staying near the surface, I can dive down a little with it on but not far.

It is comfortable, really easy to breath with little or no fogging and the wild field of vision is really nice. The snorkel is easy to get on and off the mask and the bag it comes with is a welcome addition for storing it, particularly to protect the lense.

I use the mask with a hood and it took a bit of figuring out how to get that to work. Pulling the edge of the hood out round the outside of the mask seal does the job nicely and I think this may be a good combination in the winter when the water is really cold – no more brain freeze! It’s a great mask and, in my opinion, absolutely worth the price.

The Ocean Reef Aria QR+ is a great full face snorkeling mask. I’m currently in Hurghada Egypt and the mask is very comfortable to wear with no steaming up like other masks. The price is a bit high but well worth it.

I feel safe using this mask and soon will be buying one for my son. I’m also getting looks from other snorkelers and swimmers. Highly recommended, great buy.

I bought two these for our trip to Jamaica and they were not at all what we expected. Putting them together was easy and straightforward and I looked at their instructional video as well. The first thing that we noticed was how quickly they lose their seal.

I don’t care if we tightened the straps as tight as we could they still leaked water into the mask, lots of water…quickly. To add to this the snorkel requires you to breathe really hard, so hard that my wife went back to the boat to use her nebulizer because the hard breathing aggravated her asthma.

The guides gave her a traditional snorkel and she was fine after that. I opted to continue with my Reef snorkel and continuously having to clear mine of water on top of the difficultly breathing ruined my experience.

I returned them both as soon as we returned from our trip.

This product is absolutely amazing! If you are new to snorkeling this product is absolutely perfect for you. Even if you are an experienced snorkeler, this product is still for you! The durability of this product is like no other and is not a cheap piece of plastic that always allows water to seep through.

I have dropped this on our boat deck many times already and there are not functionality damages, just a few scratches on the mask. Also, my mask does not fog up like a normal snorkeling mask usually does, and the leaking of water has been minimal from what I have seen so far.

Although, this snorkeling mask may look uncomfortable, you will be able to breathe easier out of this mask rather than a traditional snorkel. You will even be able to breath throughout your nose while snorkeling, something we have never seen before.

Not just that, this snorkel is way better to use when you dive under the water to get a closer look at the marine life. Another thing you may notice when using this product like I did, was the amount of salt water I did not swallow.

Usually it seems like you’d swallow at least 1 to 2 big gulps on each swim, but using this you will not swallow any salt water. No more coming in early from your swim because you felt sick from drinking a half gallon of saltwater.

I am new to snorkeling and this is actually the first set I’ve bought, but I couldn’t be happier with this decision. Although the price seems like a lot, most of your frustrations while snorkeling will end once you start using this product.

Plus, if you buy it, you won’t have to rent a set for $20 whenever you go snorkeling. Overall, I would recommend this product for novice and advanced snorkelers. The design may look strange or weird, but there is not another product design for snorkeling that works as well as this one.

I decided that I needed prescription lenses, after missing out on the little stuff last time out. MY existing mask was a single lense mask so I decided to change the mask, given that my prescription was different for each eye.

I was uncertain about buying a mask online but had little option, given that I live in rural France! After a bit of research I found two possibilities. I called Mike’s and spoke with their team, made my choice, paid my money and awaited delivery.

The mask was great, fitted perfectly, was comfortable and watertight and I could see all of the minute “stuff” that I’d been missing out on before. Finally, the service from the team at Mike’s was fantastic, not only when I called to pester them for advice but also with follow up emails updating delivery times etc.

This item was about 15% smaller than expected. I could possibly adapt and wear it, but there are so many other masks, why not follow the golden rule. (Remember basic scuba quiz question — Fit of item is most important.

) So, sorry. oh boy. My bad? I am a standard scuba diver, heavy set, male, adult, and need an extra large head side mask. And,durable too. I compared with my old, old mask and — if both were in my mesh bag, my choice would be the old mask.

Well I’ve been driving with this mask for over four years and it only gets better with time. I gave it four stars in December of 2011 because of fogging issues which are now no longer an issue. I have also become much better at adjusting the mask to the point where it rarely if ever leaks.

This mask is simply awesome. I have a back up Tusa Slendive IV that I also use and it doesn’t leak or fog either. I simply don’t think anyone could go wrong with any Tusa mask especially this one. Again, I think once properly adjusted it simply will not leak and with time fogging simply stops.

I have to give it five stars now after four years and close to 120 dives. Simply put a superior product no if ands or buts about it!!!.

This is by far the worst mask on the market. The nose pocket seals around the nose so a simple exhalation from the nose which will prevent mask squeeze is not possible. You end up exhaling into just the nose pocket.

On decent, if you are not careful, this mask will break the blood vessels in your eyes. I have seen this happen in 5 different people. I’ve seen blood shot eyes, blisters on the whites of the eyes as well as blood spots around the outside of the eye.

This mask should be removed from the market.

The mask is one of the best I have tried on or used. The attention paid to enginering, design, fine-tuning and quality are incredible. Everyone should own this mask. That is, if this mask fits your face.

I hate it when people bad mouth a quality mask about leaks. You need to try on a mask. If a mask doesn’t fit, it will leak. Do you wear shoes that don’t fit? Shoes that are sloppy-big or too tight? To all those who complain about a leaky mask: Did anyone ever show you how to try on a mask to see if it is a good fit? Sorry for being so direct but I hope I help some people.

This is a great mask if you are satisfied with floating on top of the water. Great vision, easy to breathe, but I only had it on for 15 minutes so not sure about breathing ones own carbon dioxide Issues.

However, if you are like me and want to dive down and get a closer look at the reef and its critters. this is not the mask for you. It fills with water upon surfacing and the pressure on your face is very uncomfortable.

Ive tried both L/XL and M/S thinking that I bought the wrong size. Nope they both do it. So if you just want to stay on top and not dive down. Great mask. If not then stay with your traditional mask and snorkel.

I was looking for a full-face snorkel mask and found this on the scubastore website. The price was great and the mask offered the reassurance that CO2 build-up wouldn’t be an issue as SEAC has a patented exhaust circuit that meets European regulations.

Delivery was excellent.

Ok – but fogging and not the best quality. It works but long term better pay more and buy yourself and Ocean Reef Aria or similar from than brand instead of Seac. You get what you pay for

Bought this mask along with 6 others, while the most expensive being 69 and with this one being the cheapest @ 7. I ended up keeping this mask and returning the others as this mask fits me perfectly, at first I was skeptical as the mask seem to be more suited to a child moreover an adult.

I raise, train, and show Old English Sheepdogs in conformation and performance sports. In the late 1980s, I bought my first Mendota Slip Leash (MSL) and am still using it today (1/2″, 6′ Raspberry Confetti).

I use it every day, and it hardly shows much wear after decades of use. At a show, my dog won a non-Mendota slip leash, and it was not the quality that I was used to in my MSL. So I recently replaced that with a 3/8″, 4′ Purple MSL for my smaller female.

I like it so much that I am going to order another one in the 6′ length. The purple color is a gorgeous royal purple. Most importantly, the MSL feels good in my hand, is very effective when walking the dogs, and does not catch on or break the long coat on their necks.

Believe me when I say that Mendota makes the best slip leashes on the market!.

I’m a professional dog trainer and have been using these Mendota slip leads for years. I always use a 4’ length (never longer). Be sure to get the correct thickness for the size of the dog you are working with.

Love this mask. It’s great for fitting on a smaller female face! Great vision, excellent snug fit on the face. The skirt is shorter so it fits better between the nose and mouth. The colour choice is fantastic I would buy several colours.

I had already bought this mask last year and, due to the high degree of product quality, I decided to buy one more – for my girlfriend. This mask changed my concept of equipment of this nature. Simple design.

Very light. It doesn’t hurt my face. Easy to wear. Total sealing. Small, but with great field of view. The mask handles slide easily and the safety latches are small but functional. A light touch of the hands allows the mask handles to flow.

The nose of the mask is made of a more adherent rubber, which makes clamping easier when compensating through this alternative. It took some work with the pre-cleaning to adjust the mask without embarrassment, but after that it was perfect.

Mask have very good field of view. Quality vise its OK. This is smaller version of original Maxulx model, and it fits me ok. Low volume, tested on 25m depht, no water leaks.

I bought this mask because of the ease of changing to corrective lenses; and boy am I glad I did! There seems to be an extra wide sealing area around the face compared to my Atomic; so sealing is not a problem.

Even my big schnozola fits fine. Buying the additional GoPro mount was a no-brainer and it works very well. The mask supports the camera firmly and is is no way uncomfortable or causes leaks. I like that the GoPro records my checking of my dive computer, giving me the ability to view the movies as a way to associate data with the dive.

I purchased corrective lenses through Newport Glass and I couldn’t be happier. The most economical way for prescription lenses; changing them out was simple and straightforward and incurred no leaks.

Have no fear making an online purchase of the Hollis M3. I am looking forward many years of good service from this mask.

My older mask was looking pretty tired so I decided to replace it. Since I have a gopro I was looking for a mask that had an options attachment for the camera. I chose the Hollis M3 mask due to the great reviews.

I received it yesterday and I immediately tried it on and wow what a comfortable mask. super supple silicone skirts. I lightly drew a vacuum through my nose and the mask was held in place perfectly. This is my first mask with this type of lense shape and I think I am going to love it for visibility.

Very nice mask. However I need bi focal lenses +2 to read my gauges and Hollis only supply negative lenses. Which is disappointing as they are missing a selling opportunity to us mature divers. Had to exchange for a Tusa which has a full range of lenses and nowican see my gauges.

Just switched to this mask. It’s definitely old school cool but it fits my face much better than the more modern split window masks. I have a large nose and the low volume masks crush me underwater. This fits like a dream.

The purge valve is very easy to use when clearing water from the mask. I should have bought this mask first.

This is the same type of mask that I first started diving with in 1974. A few years ago when I saw it on line at Leisure Pro for about $55 I bought one and like it so much that I bought a second one because the price was so good.

It now lists for $98 but if I needed a mask it is the only mask that I would buy. They say you should not buy a mask with a purge valve because it could break and it cuts down on peripheral vision. The purge valves have always lasted a long time (the purge in the glass not in the nose piece), and being able to clear the mask far out weighs the small loss in peripheral vision.

If the purge gets sand in it you just need to run water from a faucet through it or you could force sea water through it, dry test it before you go out for the day.

As the world (and progress in it) does not stand still, this product – like many true classics – doesn’t look so good by contemporary standards. While modern materials were being used (+) do not buy this masks if you value the option to adjust mask straps during the dive (-).

Also, if you want to be able to help equalization along by squeezing your nose this mask is not for you as your regulator will block access to the nose notch. In conclusion – a good looker with a lot of history and pedigree but there are more practical masks out there which don’t charge you the premium for owning an impractical “classic.

Excellent product. Bought a dive mask and snorkel for my daughter who wears glasses. Ordered 4. 5 + lenses. The mask we chose fit her perfectly and a member of the team was very helpful letting us know which masks were slightly narrow to fit my daughter.

We are on holiday in Spain and makes such a difference her being able to see the fish 🐠.

Had this mask for at least 20 years. Bought a second one to get custom ground lenses – perfect! Went on a trip with a friend and had the old mask as a spare. Her mask would not stop leaking. She borrowed my spare and loved it! Had to send her the link so she could get one of her own.

I ordered the mask with prescription lenses to match my usual glasses for distance, and it arrived so promptly I was worried that that might have been missed, but no! The mask and snorkel arrived on time in robust packaging, and included the plain glass lenses that I had had replaced as spares.

I was assured that the mask was tested after the lenses were switched, and the customer service all through the ordering process was excellent. I used my set in the Maldives and found it to be an excellent comfortable fit, with a silicon seal that is soft and flexible, leaving no pressure marks on the face.

I used my mask to snorkel and free-dive to a depth of a few metres and had no issues with the mask slipping or leaking. It was perfectly comfortable and I was confident to wear it on a lengthy guided snorkel tour to swim with turtles.

This mask was a brilliant investment and I am delighted I bought it. I look forward to many years of happy snorkelling!.

Good basic gear for your swimming or snorkeling. I didn’t want to spend a lot and this came in at a good price for a good product. Does the job. You need to get it in place and it doesn’t leak. Getting use to having your nose covered and breathing through a tube is a bit challenging.

The suction against your eyes and nose can be a bit annoying but it makers a good seal. I’ve been using it for weeks now for my swimming laps and have been pleased with this purchase and its quick safe delivery.

Mask is nicely adjustable and works great. I am still struggling to get used to the snorkel – seems like it takes more effort than it should – but I will keep trying.

The snorkel would not attach well to mask….it was hardly usable. Both of my kids were very disappointed in this product.
