20 Best Goggles Over Glasses (2022 Updated)

They fit my face!!! Comfortably!!! Good optical clarity, despite some distortion at front/side shift, though sellstrom odyssey II outranks it there (but it didn’t fit my face). No fogging at room temp during test run, hope they handle my COVID commute without it too.

These are neither non-fogging nor glasses-friendly. Even sticking them outside and working outside for 1 hour+ before donning, and trying the diving trick of swishing them in water first, they fog up enough that within minutes, I can’t see a 4-8″ branch at the end of a 6′ pruning saw well enough to cut.

I wear fairly small glasses that sit well up on the bridge of my nose, and the shape of these still interfere with them, and contribute to THEM fogging up as well. Not a great choice for sweaty outdoor work or Southern summers.

If you didn’t wear glasses, and the steam isn’t a factor, they’re comfortable, even with a ponytail. They’re just not going to work for me, so I resume the search for the pairs I lost in a move. (I know they’re out there.

Difficult to put on over my glasses which are small and so is my head. I didnt like the rubber strap at all because it pulled my hair. The seal didnt make contact with nose or cheek area. I do love the weightless feel and the peripheral area is very nice and totally unobstructed.

I really wish they had fit as theyre so economical. I ordered a pair of Uvex Stealth goggles too that fit much better.

They fit well over my eye glasses, and stay on my head better than most. They are clear and I am able to see better. Would like recommendations on what to use to clean them.

This fits over my large glasses and do not dig into my head. Eye protection is a must for me during many things. These protective glasses put me at ease!

These do work over any glasses (reading or prescription). They do not stay in place or even on my face. I have never had any problems with glasses or sun glasses fitting, but these are really too big and fall off.

I purchased these for working in because as a healthcare worker who has to wear ppe but also wears glasses, I was struggling with visors steaming up and being uncomfortable but other goggles wouldnt fit over my own glasses and to be honest are cumbersome and ugly.

Theres a certain amount of fogging up, initially when I first put them on but soon settles. I work 12 hour shifts and can wear them comfortably for several hours at a time. They are also quite stylish, which is a bonus and what I was looking for.

I havent ended up with a tension headache either which occurred with other protective headgear. Some of my colleagues have now purchased this product since they saw me wearing mine.

Really comfortable to wear and the goggles fit well over my glasses. No distortion of my vision. I have to say that the measurements on the listing seem to be inaccurate, as when I measured my specs, I calculated that they would be too big to fit inside the goggles.

But I checked with a colleague who had bought the goggles and my glasses were fine!.

I am 15+ years Smith’s user (most recent I/Os), and I think I am becoming a huge Oakley fan. The final deciding factor for me was fit, since I think they are very comparable bands. I wanted better peripheral vision goggles and all larger Smith’s left a gap at my nose (tried even Asian fit, and I am not Asian).

The Oakley’s fit like a glove, and have an amazing field of view. I am one of those folks that don’t like changing lenses often, so I had 25 VLT lenses on my old pair, and barely changed them, so I had a bit of a concern with the rating of 15 VLT on the Oakley Iridium lens.

I was pleasantly surprised by the wide range of conditions they work well on, which was pretty comparable to my old lens, sun, overcast, afternoon overcast/flat light, up to light snow. I did get the Prizm Rose lens just in case, and the only time I had to use them was on a heavy snowy day (inch or so per hour).

Those are great lenses as well, for very large ranges, but you lose the wow factor of the iridium :-). Changing lense is not as easy as some other brands, but after a little practice it’s not that bad, but you will need a dry place if you don’t want to get prints all over your lens.

Prizm technology is great and really improves visibility and definition in flat light, and I can report no issues with fogging (I use them with a Smith helmet, which works really well with the Flight decks L).

Overall great goggles.

I was so excited to get my new googles. I wore them the day after getting them. I noticed that once I was on the top of mountain, ready to ski, my googleds fogged up almost immediately. I thought it would go away, but only got worse as the day progressed.

My fogged up goggles made it nearly impossible To see so I cut my day short. The next day I wore my goggles and the exact same thing happen, I was almost blind due to the intensity of the fogged lens.

I did call Oakley customer Service yesterday and was informed I would receive a. Brand New pair in the mail. I’m hopeful that this pair will work out better.

I like the thick foam and they fit my face well. Usually I would buy Asian fit goggles but Oakley’s regular goggles fit very similar which provide greater selections. I have always have fogging issue with all my goggles.

I think this coming season I will try to take them out and leave them air dry completely to see if that helps. The Prizm lenses are great, my go to lenses for all condition are Sapphire Iridium.

It’s the first time I am using an OAKLEY PRIZM goggle. I chose it mainly for snowy and foggy days. With the pink glass it does not only look good but offers a perfect vision!I used the OAKLEY PRIZM not only on foggy and snowy days but also when the weather is clear but not sunny.

The whit frame combined with pink glass looks awesome! The vision of the PRIZM glass is really fantastic.

i picked these up on sale last year and if you can get them for less than a hundred. grab them. i wanted a pink lense for low light days and they were amazing. it was snowing and they didn’t fog up and i was able to pick out bumps and other features a few turns in front of me without any issues.

while i prefer the black iridium for snowbird days, they were still pretty good in direct sunlight as in the picture. they are comfortable and i do prefer the medium especially if you’re not wearing a helmet.

i have an xl which for when i wear my helmet tho. i really wasn’t too much into the retro look, but you can make it work. it’s also not much more expensive than buying a lense to swap out and you now have backup.

you won’t be disappointed.

These google have sizes, however this description simply says that it fits an adult. And you need to dig down into the product information to see that. The “adult fit” google turned out to be extra large googles that I was planning on giving as a gift for a normal size woman.

Maybe they just put whatever size they have on hand in the box since the website doesn’t let you select a size. Now I have to run around all over town at the last minute looking for the right size. Change your website to say LARGE, EXTRA LARGE, and MEDIUM.

I must say that I am highly impressed with the Bobster Phoenix over the eyeglasses goggles. They fit over my glasses very easily without pressing them into my face. They look very stylish to boot and the three lenses give you great options.

The best part is how well ventilated these are so you don’t have to deal with the fogging issues that plague so many other similiar style goggles. I can wear these all day and they remain comfortable and fog- free no matter how hot and humid the weather may be.

I really like the Bobster Phoenix goggles. They are very light, the 3 lenses are very light tints, and do not strain the eyes. I have 2 complaints about them, one is that they are a little tight around the glasses so it’s really made for smaller frames, hoping over time they will fit a little better still new at using them so they are not broken in yet.

Second, I find you really have to turn around to see the blind spots, meaning that the front sides are a little tick, and cover the blind side partially. Overall I really like them. It comes with a nice case, therefore, for the price, I recommend them to anyone keeping in mind the above points, that I have noticed.

Skeptical at first. After getting them and putting them on, mmm still skeptical. Then noticed they did not fog up when put on, even sunglasses over lenses will at times. Once on the road. I really began to appreciate them.

NO WIND in my eyes. I have dry eye syndrome, and these were perfect. no more cloudy, blurry, squinting,. Everything was much much clearer. Even wore them with metal face guard for wind and cold. rode in 40 degree weather, and did not fog, even stopped.

For the price, you just can’t beat these goggles. my glasses are a good 5″ and fit very well over them. Only con on them is the changing of lenses, once used to it ok. but I use a 3M glass cleaning cloth to hold them while removing and inserting, then wipe with it.

Wrap the cloth around the goggles when putting back in plastic to put in case. do not want to scratch them in any way. ALL IN ALL AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT. well worth the small price for a 3 in one set of goggles.

And not that bad looking with a doo rag or helmet, and it fit well over my smaller helmet and onto the face. no extra air passage even with the face shield on underneath it. glad I took the chance and ordered them.

The design was perfect for my face. It snuggled well. It keeps night glare off my eyes while behind the wheel. When jogging in the park, the small window on each side allows the escape of moisture that could have prevent clear vision.

The carrying case was durable. It serves to house other glasses of the same size. additional carry bag/pouch included was an added value thus prevent accidental scratches. Overall if the one I purchase should loss or damage, I will place order with the same supplier.

I ordered these as a Christmas gift. I assumed the product was lost in the mail with the pandemic and higher volumes for delivery companies. A simple message to the company and they went above and beyond to get my product shipped again, and they kept in touch to make sure I received the glasses.

They even sent a personalized thank you letter. These glasses are amazing even if you don’t wear glasses under them! I’ll be ordering more! The case is a great addition that will extend the life of the glasses.

While the price is certainly attractive, these goggles run extremely small. My husband wears glasses and specifically bought these goggles to fit over them. He could not get his glasses inside. As soon as I opened up the package, I knew these were not going to fit.

A bummer of a xmas present. Have to return. These will not fit over men’s glasses and larger heads/faces. I don’t know about the quality, having not been tested outside. They seem flimsy compared to expensive goggles, of course.

You get what you pay for.

I wear smallish (but not tiny) rectangular wire-framed glasses, and these goggles fit fairly well over them. (It helped to put foam cushions on the nose pieces, and to looses the straps as much as possible.

) There is a little more room inside the goggles, but any larger glasses and you’d have to carve into the foam to get a decent fit. Still, these goggles are a bargain compared to the $100+ goggles they replace – those were an even tighter fit.

Just keep in mind that even though these goggles look huge, they won’t fit large eyeglasses well.

Do NOT fit over my glasses. I inserted my glasses into the goggles and when I put them on the sides hit the goggle lens and smashed them into my face. I returned them the same day received and was promptly refunded.

I bought the yellow tinted goggles. They look great and feel great when worn. It is possible to wear them with my glasses; however it is more comfortable to remove the glasses. I plan to use them to protect from dust when mowing and to keep wood chips out of my eyes when using the chainsaws.

I have not yet used them, but I am hopeful.

Including my glasses, I’ve got six eyes with the goggles on. I’m able to wear these easily over my glasses with a comfortable fit. Great buy for nerds like me needing covers lol. I’m thrilled with this buy! You will be too.

Bought 2 pairs of oversized, clear goggles (the kind that go over eyeglasses and with the elastic band that goes around the back of the head). They were perfect and comfy! Thanks!

I like the goggles themselves but the headband doesn’t seem to want to stay put. They keep flying off of my face at random. Maybe we’ll try some superglue.

Love this ammo can set, works great. The cans are very sturdy and hold alot of ammo. I got 500 rounds of 5. 56 ammo in one can, a little over 200 rounds of 6. 5mm creedmoor in another. I plan on buying more in the future.

Nice goggles, good price but not so good fitting over glasses. Small framed glasses work OK, but 1 3/4 inch High by 2 1/8 inch Wide lense glasses hang up when the googles are removed from the head and make glasses fit tight when goggles on head.

These were good on my first walk in the snow. I did notice, although no fogging, there appeared to be water dropletts dripping inside the glass. I wiped the inside of the goggles before my next walk and they fogged.

Not sure what happened. They were a good fit for my face.

These are great goggles. I matched them with a Guide Gear Sport Balaclava. The goggles fit well over my prescription glasses and tight to the balaclava. I fished a bass tournament in early Feb. on my partner’s single console Skeeter and my face was warm and toasty going 65 mph in the 35 degree morning temperature.

I have used the goggles and balaclava on several fishing trips and would highly recommend both.

I’m picky with my goggles. In spite of the large outward appearance these fit really well and look sharp if this is the style of goggles you are into. Even though they are designed to have minimal frame obstruction, I still find my old Oakley Flight Deck goggles have better overall visibility, That being said I wouldn’t say these are inferior at all.

Just a different goggle design altogether. So far I would say that the Jade lens is great for most conditions but I found it lacking in flat light, maybe thats just my eyes. One lens can’t do everything so I may just buy a flat light lens to swap out for those days.

Overall, quite happy with these.

I bought these after a day skiing on Mt. Baker in the fog and snow where I went off a small cliff I didn’t see. I went to the pro-shop and asked the guy there to recommend the best goggles for low light.

He unequivocally recommended the Oakley’s with the prizm hi-pink lenses. I couldn’t be happier. They really do make it easier to see in flat light. When it’s time to replace these I’m getting the same thing.

They came with two lenses but honestly I hardly ever use the black lenses for bright days. The pink work fine even in the sun.

These goggles are fantastic. They’ve worked well for blue bird days, overcast and even getting into some boarding at night. They look amazing to top it off, stock photos do them no justice. I’ve read a few reviews that complain of fogging issues but in my experience that isn’t the case.

I cant even make them fog. If you read the instructions they basically say when they’re on your face keep them on. If you put them on your head the moisture from snow and sweat will cause them to fog.

I plan to buy a pair for my wife also and would absolutely recommend them to others.

I really can’t give a fair review of the goggles I purchased since they were bought at the end of the riding season. I can honestly say that they are quite comfortable compared to other brands I wore in the pass.

My primary reason for this purchase was to block the annoying glare from the sun which makes it very dangerous, especially when the sun is setting. It is very difficult finding a motorcycle goggle that will fit over eyeglasses. CycleClear goggles are the closest I have been able to find that will even fit over eyeglasses somewhat comfortably. I have three different types of eyeglass frames and the goggles only seem to fit over my wire rimmed ones.

Overall, these are the best in the marketplace. I purchased four goggles.

I’m not a motorcyclist. I got these because at my job there is always dust which gets on my eyes. And I’m always on the sun so I needed something to protect me from the sun and the from the dust. These motorcycles glasses did the job.

I just had to tape to cover some of the breathing vents. And I go to work every day motivated and feeling in love with my job thanks to these motorcycle goggles.

Exchanged for the XL size due to fitting issue. Replacement for a set of Briko goggles. Similar VLT rose colored lenses. Visibility is of similar quality regarding contrast and detail. Peripheral vision of the Oakley’s is better.

Plenty of snow, but the local area has shut down for the season. The XLs arrived after season closing. No chance to give them a real test under a variety of poor light conditions. For now 3 Stars. 4 stars if they provide, which they should similar performance to the Briko.

5 star if they last more than a couple seasons of use. Regarding fitting. The XL fit my flatter, high cheekbone face. The XMs had too tight a curvature resulting in uneven contact. Would still work, but for the price of these goggles expecting a very good fit.

Glad that Oakley provide that option.

I have had various kinds of Oakley goggles from Canopy to Flight Decks. Wanted to try the new premier design. Overall I like the aesthetics and Oakley lenses are top notch, but the lens change system on the Flight Path is sub par.

Middle tab on top of goggles is nearly impossible to push in. The piece of plastic that is supposed to snap into the frame is too big for the hole it’s supposed to fit into. The plastic piece is glued on and the whole piece moves when applying pressure to snap in lens.

Not something I would want to deal with when getting ready for a fun day on the mountain.

great clarity without peripheral distortion while providing excellent shading from bright sunshine. Has all the features like sticky stuff on the strap, great venting, and style. I now have the prism rose, jade and black iridium goggles to cover just about all light conditions.

I broke my femur three years ago because of flat light obscuring the surface, so price was not an issue, (I brought all three this season). what flat light? I find it easier to change goggles than lenses.

Been using Smith optics for years. I needed a new google for bright sun, had a pair of Oakley fire lenses years ago, and thought I’d give them another try. Took them out on a bluebird day. Fit my helmet easily, not tight with no gap between helmet and google.

Lenses are great neutralize the sun, great visibility, very clear and no shadows. I was very impressed, great purchase and the held the mask in place. 👍.

Keep fogging up. I’ve tried everything and they won’t stop. Basically can’t use them. Also, got scratched on the first day of use. I had a pair of spy goggles for almost 15 years that never fogged or scratch.

Not sure if these are defective or just poorly made, but since Evo won’t allow returns for used equipment, I guess that I’m stuck with these. I will say the amber tint is great for low visibility days.

when they aren’t completely fogged up.

These are great basic goggles with modern features and a reasonable price point. The optics are really good with the spherical ChromaPop lens and rimless design. At max length, the strap just fit over my XL helmet, and the rubber backing is really nice to keep them securely placed on the helmet.

One thing to note: if you’re going for the tall tee bro look, the clip on the back will make it pretty uncomfortable to wear these with the strap under your helmet. Additionally, the shape of the goggles fits well with my Smith Maze helmet.

They also fit my face well. I’m white with a large head and average size face, and I’d consider them to be medium size. Right in the sweet spot to give good visibility without being ostentatious. I did experience some minor fog on a hot day when standing still, but I found these to have exceptional venting which quickly cut fog once I got moving.

The only downside is that they don’t include any of the really fancy quick change lens features, but I find that a fair trade off for the price.

Very good field of view, clarity, and protection for sunny / mostly sunny days but wow are they delicate. These are not lenses you can carelessly leave on your helmet when you take it off at the table for lunch.

They pick up dings and scratches way too easily. I haven’t even done that – they’re either on my head or in their protective baggy at all times – and mine still have some mystery deep marks in them that started at day one.

Maybe that’s just how all lenses are and the mirror finish simply makes it show up more, but it’s very pronounced. A bit too dark for cloudy / snowy days but that’s not a slam on the goggles, just a heads up.

They’re made for bright conditions. Best non-fogging goggles I’ve every had. Have yet to have a single issue in any conditions, even when wearing a facemask. Not the best value at MSRP – I’d choose interchangeable lenses at that price.

But for what I paid I’d still recommend them despite the easy scratches.

I had previously been using a 10 year old Oakley goggle, and though it did the job, it was time for a new set. I did a lot of research and narrowed my search down to this set ( the 4D Mag) and the Anon M4.

I went with the 4D Mag from Smith, mostly because of the Birdseye View of the lens. What this is, is a beveled bottom to the lens which allows greater visibility for things that are directly below my chin.

So I often fuss with adjusting zippers, reaching in my inner jacket pockets and taking off my gloves or putting them on etc. All of this is in a portion of your normal field of view that is limited by typical goggle design.

I wasn’t sure, if this additional field of view would be helpful, but it’s fairly noticeable and helpful. To be fair, I haven’t had a chance to use this set much, yet, but so far, I would say this feature seems very useful.

The magnetic lens change system is quite nice as well. Switching between different lenses will be very quick and simple, and I think I will be carrying the spare low light lens with me to take advantage of the quick change system.

The other positive I found was that the goggle shape fit my face nicely and I didn’t realize how uncomfortable my previous goggles were until trying these on. As mentioned, the goggles come with a spare low light lens that if you were to buy on its own would cost $165.

So the inclusion of this lens adds a lot of value. The optics seem very clear but there is a weird bit of temporary distortion in your view when you transition from looking ahead to looking downward due to the lower curvature of the lens.

However, this distortion is very brief and I don’t think it will be an issue. While I was buying the Smith 4D goggles, I coughed up a bit more and bought the Quantum helmet. The fit between the helmet and goggles is excellent with no gap etc.

One last note, I used the low light lens last night and wore these goggles to go fat biking. (using a bike light for trails) Normally I wouldn’t wear goggles, while riding my bike, but it was so cold here in Calgary last night (-28 degrees C), I needed something to protect my face and eyes.

The goggles eventually fogged up a bit, But this was mainly because I breathe extremely hard when I’m fat biking and and I’m not moving too fast. I think these will stay fog free for the majority of the ski conditions I will be skiing in.

All in all, I’m extremely happy with the purchase. Though these are at the upper end of the price range for goggles, the way I look at it is I will probably use these for the next ten years and I think there is lot of combined value when you add up things like the extra lens, the Birdseye view design, the Magnetic lens change system, the exceptional comfort, and the overall quality.

I would highly recommend these goggles.
