Love love my Gold Kendra Scott Necklace. I wear it everyday and during my pilates workouts. It doesn’t tarnish and the gold really pops. It’s my favorite assessorary and I get TONS of compliments.

The pendant on the necklace was way to small. You could hardly see it. Would have loved it if the pendant had been alot bigger.

Birthday gift for my daughter! She loved the dainty Rose Gold necklace to match hoop earrings!!

DO NOT PURCHASE! They have changed their gold color to match the solid gold and make it more interchangeable, so me not knowing this purchased a replacement 2mm gold rope for pendant I’ve worn everyday for 2 years.

When it arrived the color is completely different. Its not a yellow or a rose its almost like maybe a pewter or something idk how to explain it. But when i tied to return the unworn unused item i had to pay to ship it back.

For something i purchased with the understanding that this is still the same quality. Was never informed of the change and im very unhappy. Spoke with amber and didn’t get any waiver of return shipping price or nothing.

I have been a customer for 3 years almost and loved this shop. NOT ANYMORE.

First of all I would like to say how beautiful the entire unboxing experience was. Normally unboxing something is a drag but not with this product. I got the played gold chain in size 20. I really enjoy the look of it at first glance and it is truly a beautiful chain for the money.

My last chain from another company broke off while I was swimming and they told me I had to pay full price for another one so I did some looking around and fell upon gld. Of course they always run the sale of 30% off or some sort of promotion so I bought the chain.

A week later I received it from Miami and boy is it beautiful. It’s not cheaply made/light weight. It’s a solid chain. Not too flashy but perfectly balanced. My only main concern with the chain is the clasp.

There are two flaps that clip into the main clasp that are fairly loose but since it’s a three step clasp we will see how it holds up. I am very pleased with GLD. GLDGang. I will be a gld customer for life after the experience I had with them.

I normally don’t write reviews but this chain was certainly worth the 5 starts it received. If you’re on the edge of buying one, don’t wait! Just buy it now. You never know when they will go out of stock!.

I was excited to receive my chains after waiting 3 months for them to come back in stock. But I was disappointed by “ brand new “ chains coming tarnished. I purchased the 22” and 18 “ Cuban link and both came Tarnished like they’ve been worn and not properly made.

I’m highly disappointed seeing how Gld promotes their product as quality but yet I’ve received both of these chains tarnished. Not to mention i got both of these in 18k gold but neither of the chains resemble one another.

One came looking like 18k gold and the other came looking silverish gold like they cut out on the quality. If I could post a picture of my disappointment you guys would see first hand just how poorly these chains were sent to me.

On top of waiting months for these to come back in stock and this is what they sent to me smh. Still waiting to see what will be done about this matter.

I bought this together with the Easy Necklace and i really love the fact that I don’t have to take them off ever! They are beautifully colored and complement perfectly every look! I’m looking forward to the summer so I can also wear them in the sea! I also put my favorite coin charm in the thinner chain and it looks amazing.

I wasn’t expecting this high quality when I ordered my items but oh how wrong I was. They feel well made and although they are supposed to withstand showering, lotions etc. I still take mine off at night or before showers or working out as I want gem to last as long as possible.

I’ve been looking for such a long time for an alternative to the ever so expensive gold but that will keep the color better than most vermeil items do. I definitely feel like I’ve found it! The only downside is the form of shipment.

Please, please, PLEASE, choose another courier than FedEx. My shipment almost got sent back because of the incompetence of FedEx.

It is much better to see in person what you are getting, especially in gold jewelry. This piece does not have real large links, but I think it looks nice alone or as a layering piece. I think the larger links are awesome, but may go out of style eventually.

The clasp is nice and secure, although somewhat hard to work. This is a rather lightweight piece.

I was disappointed. It’s not 20”, it’s about 18. 5” so it duplicates what I already have. It is very lightweight and nowhere does it say the weight of it. The clasp is extremely small – what you’d expect on a cheap little chain.

It is extremely difficult to get the ring eye to open, much less try to connect with the small ring. But the necklace itself is very pretty and unlike my other gold chains. I do not believe this is Italian gold; there’s nothing in the description and nothing on the invoice.

We looked for the 14k stamp & unless we buy a magnifying glass, I can’t even verify that it is 14k gold. I will assume it is until I get a jeweler to confirm that. I’ve lost my paperwork on it, but I am afraid I need to return it.

I definitely wanted at least 20” of length, so I feel like I was mislead.

I love the look of this necklace, however, when I asked in the chat person if this was solid or hollow the chat person advised me it was solid, it is not solid, it is hollow. This is printed clearly on the necklace sales tag.

I was deceived, but the necklace has a wonderful presence and looks great! I decided to keep it because of that. Bloomingdales needs to instruct their chat people to give more trustworthy advice.

The necklace was a good price, fabulous the way it worked with the slide! The reason I didn’t give it five stars is because they cheesed on the connection ring, it is impossible to get on, because it is so tiny! Even turning it around and looking into the mirror it was impossible! This is a fabulous chain — just the right width, very strong and reliable. The “weave” is very attractive and the lobster claw clasp is a nice size. Chain holds my diamond solitaire without any worries.

The chain is sizeable enough to look smashingly all by itself too! Got it on sale and the price was significantly less than any of my local jewelry stores could match. I could not be happier with the price & quality.

Please sell this chain in a 24 inch length. I would not hesitate to buy it, as well.

I bought this gold box chain to replace one that came with a pendant. The 1mm size looks just perfect and also feels secure. The style of my pendant is modern, so the sleek shiny box chain enhanced it even more! Very happy with my purchase!.

This would be nice, looks good but much to thin and fragile easily broken. I’m almost afraid to wear it. I should have returned it. The price was great but if it looks to good to be true most time it is!.

The chain is shiny and sparkles in the light, but very small and dainty in diameter with lobster claw clasps. 14K yellow gold allows the chain to mix and match pendants, etc. My wife is very pleased with this purchase.

For the price I bought 2 of the 20 inch chains. 1 as a graduation gift for by great niece and the other to hold on to for a future gift. It took about 10 days to get here. The chains are very nice and have a sparkle to them.

Wow amazing quality !! I bought this for my daughter who just had a baby boy. I bought it for her for Mother’s Day and she loved it and so did I. So I bought me one to. Except I bought a longer chain, I like mine longer.

This is a beautiful, dainty necklace for everyday wear. It’s a little smaller than I was expecting, based on the photos, but I’m not disappointed. It’s great for everyday wear. Two complaints – the clasp is really small and hard to open/close.

Second – it arrived with minimal packaging and completely, utterly, disturbingly tangled. It took three days to untangle, which was really frustrating. The pictures were taken after a lot of untangling (still tangled at the time of the photos, though).

I wear it everyday and the chain and diamond is sparkly. It’s a quality piece, only a couple things worth mentioning…the diamond is stationary on the chain and always sits crooked, no matter what link it’s secured to, and that the chain knots easily.

The knots happen along the length adjusting end when it’s secured to the middle and shortest link. I still love it. Even though it’s minimal, I’ve still gotten complements.

The necklace itself is beautiful! The packing however, left a lot to be desired (see photos). I have this same necklace in white gold, which came in a nice box with Italic wrapping. I got this to replace my husband’s sterling Figaro chain that recently broke. With the pandemic going on there was no place open to take it to get repaired right now so I bought him this to wear until we get his fixed.

Weighty but not ultra heavy and just the right size—not too thin and not too thick so it has the perfect look and presence to it. You can’t see the good sized lobster claw clasp in the picture and the only reason I dropped a star is because it has a rather flimsy, dangling round ring to secure the clasp to.

I’m hoping that because it’s steel there won’t be any problems with him losing it because of that ring but I’m keeping the faith that it will not break. If this was silver I’d send it back so we’re both glad that it’s steel.

I loved this bracelet on TV and ordered one for myself and one for my daughter. I received them in the mail yesterday; liked the weight and the size; and wore mine to work this morning. However, after only being worn for one hour, one of the magnets pulled the opposite magnet completely out of the clasp and the bracelet fell to the floor.

It can’t be fixed. I am so disappointed! I will be returning both bracelets and won’t be reordering.

I use the chain to but my “V” initial on it. I had one that my son bought me it was a “V” initial with diamonds and it was 18″ long so I needed a “22” so I could wear them together. They look so pretty together.

This necklace is gorgeous. It looks like liquid gold and I’ve worn it for gym, circuit training and hiking and it still looks great. I’ve recommended D. Louise to my personal trainer and gym buddies as the perfect gift for the sporty but elegant!.

The solid gold initial is very dainty, a bit smaller than I had expected but I think that might have been my own oversight. I wish there was one halfway between this size and the other gold initial pendant.

One thing that drives me crazy though is that the loop that holds the initial to the chain often turns upside down and the initial gets stuck, it seems to happen a few times a day.

I recently purchased a 10k gold chain for my wedding ring. I made a mistake on my order, the size being too small. I contacted Customer service online and the service was 5 star. They helped me order a replacement in the size I wanted, emailed a return label with instructions.

In aboutc7 days I received the replacement. The quality of the gold chain is very high. The weight surprised me because I have never had a quality gold chain before. It looks beautiful with my wedding ring.

I purchased this as a gift for someone out of the country. It shipped and was delivered lightning fast. I was taking it with me on my visit 6 weeks after it was delivered. I opened it and inspected the necklace upon delivery.

Although a bit thinner than i was expecting, but it was just beautiful. Fast forward 6 weeks later and I presented the gift. She was very thrilled at what seemed like good quality. Trying to put it on became a problem.

The circle clasp would barely open to attach the other end of the necklace. After trying for about 15 minutes, the clasp broke off from the necklace. Now i am having to hassle with sending it back for replacement.

Bracelet is too small but customer service refuses to accept a return or even exchange it simply because the clasp is “engraved. ” The engraving is nothing more than a cheap stamp/etching that is extremely small and negligible.

Furthermore, when I ordered the bracelet, they provided an option for a free engraving. When I clicked that option, there was no warning or disclaimer that by opting to “engrave” the bracelet, that it would be non-refundable and non-returnable.

After complaining to customer service, they offered me a measly 15% off my next purchase! Yes, this is the same 15% off offer that everyone receives!! The truth is that I am now down $150 on a bracelet that I will now have to sell to a pawn shop for pennies on the dollar simply because Jaxxon will not accept a return; they can easily accept the return and simply repair the clasp.

If the clasp had broken, they would replace it. I do not see why an engraved clasp is preventing me from exchanging my bracelet for a larger size.

Had requested this for Christmas and was very excited to receive it. It is, however, made for a child. The description says it’s an approximately 20″ long chain. It is 14″. It’s a choker, for goodness sake.

It’s beautiful and dainty but it’s microscopic and too short. I guess the details given are inaccurate, so take them with a grain of salt.

This is one of the hardest pieces to put on because the clasp is so tiny. Also be aware that the necklace itself is not very long in length. Since they will not let me return it I am going to try and find an extender.

I would not recommend this necklace to anyone wanting to be able to take it on and off easily by themselves because of how fine and small it is.
