A couple of things right off the bat. This faucet is very pleasing to the eye. The color, the sleek design, all make it a great piece to add to any kitchen. After installing this faucet, I noticed a pretty bad leak coming from the top of the nozzle, where the head pivots.
It was spraying water everywhere, making it unusable. I reached out to customer service, which might I add gave me AMAZING service and shipped me out a replacement. 3 days later, the faucet was fixed and functional.
Great faucet, great customer service. Took of two stars because of the hassle, added one star back because of their great customer service and fast shipping of replacement parts.
Isn’t this faucet sexy? Yes, and functional. My husband spent 15-20 minutes installing the faucet. The spray function is amazing. It has a good-sized spray radius for rinsing dishes and cleaning the sink.
Also, the crossbar that holds the sprayer can be moved all the way to the left or right for easy cleaning. You just pull the faucet down and push the crossbar over. To turn on the sprayer you click the button on the back.
This is an amazing faucet. I was a little concerned that the restricted water flow would mean that it wasn’t going to work well, but I was pleasantly surprised. There is plenty of water pressure and the spray component is amazing.

It’s beautiful. until you need the sprayer to reach into your sink to, you know, do what sprayers do. The hose is fixed in place. You can only pull it down one inch at best and it’s still several inches above the sink.
I wind up constantly having to wipe down my counter. After 8 months in my new house it’s driving me crazy enough to have it replaced already. Krauss, did you do any consumer testing on this at all? Have your design engineers ever even seen the inside of a kitchen? You should discontinue this model.
I love the whole idea of this faucet. But the pull down spring spout is worthless. It doesn’t pull down enough to even rinse food down the sink. I tried to get used to and to love the faucet. But after 2 years, it still drives me crazy that the pull down doesn’t pull down hardly at all.
I do not recommend this faucet unless you just like the way it looks and don’t need to actually use the pull down spout. I am ordering a new kitchen faucet today. This one is going in the trash.
Special ordered this in the “brushed gold” color from a local department store. All of the photos from the manufacturer make this color appear to be a bright, brilliant yellow gold color. After waiting a few weeks for it to arrive, we were extremely disappointed to open the box and find that it is a yellowed stainless steel color.
The color difference between it and true stainless steel was very minimal. If you want a true brass/gold color, this faucet is NOT for you.

The faucet is elegant and all that but the color doesn’t match what’s in the photos. It’s way more muted in person. My wife and I thought we’d received the wrong color on accident but the box verified it was the correct color.
It almost looks more like brushed chrome with a slight yellow tint.
I was so pleased when this faucet arrived at our door. The color is true to what is on the website. It works beautifully and is so sleek looking in my kitchen. We’re designing an auxiliary building for our work from home office and will be using this line again.
I hope to add more on performance once our home is finished but for now, I am once again very happy with Build. com & there relationship with Ferguson. We these went on sale Ferguson gave me their blessing to order on Build as they weren’t able to match the sale.

We installed this faucet a little less than two years ago. The good. – easy to install!. – looks fabulous!. – easy pull down. – smooth toggle between spray and stream. – did I say it looks fabulous??.
– great customer service – really quite amazing. The bad. – after two years, the finish is wearing off. – worse, after two years the flow, which was already low to begin with, is terrible. In fact, not enough flow anymore to trigger our on demand hot water heater.
So you wait a long time to fill up a pot full of cold water, you wait for infinity to fill up a pot full of warm water (if we go into the bathroom and crank the hot water, then it flips and the flow from the faucet is enough to trigger the hot water then to stay on).
The customer service was really great, shockingly great in this day and age actually, and they are sending me a brand new head, but I’m not sure it will fix the flow issue fully. Maybe it is a bit limed up, but soaking in vinegar does not seem to have helped.
We’ll see how the new head works out, but I would not buy this again.
Faucet nozzle function toggle wore after about a years worth of use. Product description is accurate and it looks great. Manufacturer (Vigo) was easy to work with and they replaced the unit once I reported the issue with the toggle.
The button that switches between stream & spray is what wore out but they replaced entire faucet at no charge. Matte black finish stayed true to color unlike others I’ve seen where the finish deteriorates.
I continue to shop Vigo products through Houzz because of the quality and customer service, in addition to the value!.
I NEVER write reviews which is pretty crappy of me because I rely on them so much. That said, this product warranted a review and since a kitchen faucet is so important (at least to me it is given how much you use it) I thought i should give this one a review.
I have always been a loyal Kohler customer when it came to faucets. They have this “berry spray” technology which I absolutely love. I like a light spray when doing dishes so I can reduce splatter. That said, most faucets turn back to stream if you put the pressure on low enough.
Not this one. It stays on spray no matter how low you turn the pressure. It is a solid faucet with good parts at a GREAT PRICE. I think it rivals my fave Kohler berry spray faucet that is 3x the price.

We have been using this faucet for about a month. So far, exceeded our expectations. Very sturdy, smooth glide on and off, pull-down has a nice weight to it, easy to install, and the finish remains spot-free (!).
There was supposed to be a second valve included to increase the gallonsminute flow that was not in the package, but the pressure from the existing lower-flow valve is good enough that there is no need to change.

Bought this over a year ago. Worked good for about 3-4 months then head started leaking. Control valve got extremely stiff and had to grease it every other month. Nice looking faucet, but does not last.
Finally got fed up and replaced today. Will not buy glacier bay again. Garbage. Don’t buy.
Great product, been using for almost 2 months now. It does offer a good water pressure, and I had no issues with it so far. It has a great style, doesn’t get marked with fingerprints, the spray button functions perfectly.
My plumber installed it for me, but from reading the instructions it seems it is a fairly simple item to get installed.
It took me and my wife about an hour to install this faucet once the old one was removed. Once installed we found we needed line extensions as the ones on the faucet were too short. A quick trip to the harware store resolved the issue and once all the lines were tightened we fired it up and it worked well.
With the securing system on this fixture two people are needed to install it properly. 24 hours later with the silicone dried it’s working well and the wife loves it It is quite large compared to the old fixture.
Only time will tell if it lasts as long as our old delta faucet did.

Sprayer only warranted for 1 year. Plus they told me sprayer not in stocks. I wouldn’t recommend this company. Poor customer service.
I moved into a new home last summer and bought Kohler gooseneck pull down from Lowes. Within 6 months, it leaked. Kohler replaced. Another 6 months, the new one leaked. I love Kohler but my God man. I bought THIS VIGO 9 years ago at my old home and it lasted all 9 years without a single issue.

I am very satisfied with my black Vigo faucet. It is built like a tank yet has a simple, sleek industrial style. All functions are reliable, smooth and intuitive. Pull-out hose has enough length and strength to reach entire sink area and provides a consistent, smooth water flow.
The handle is very responsive and temperature adjustments are right on the money. The hose head pulls out and fits back in its slot without much effort. The head is easily manipulated to direct water where needed.
I expect the faucet to last a lifetime because of the heavy duty structure and metal used to construct it.

I really like the look of this faucet, as it goes well with the other chrome in my kitchen. It has a nice water stream coming out of the nozzle. The handle to turn the water on and off is smooth and easy to use.
It has a nice quality feel to it in general. It is really handy to be able to pull down on the nozzle and spray items that are harder to reach, though I am finding the nozzle doesn’t fall back into place like I’d expect, so I have to nudge it back with my hands.
It’s not bad though, so no real complaints there. I recommend this faucet!.

yet, but I have had a issues with the incredibly flimsy and cheap connection hoses that come with the faucet. The connection hoses are so thin they kink no matter how careful you are installing them; huge bummer but easy enough to go get some beefier ones from the hardware store.
I opened a support case and chatted back and forth with a agent, provided the necessary info to get replacement hoses (hopefully better quality), but the communication has fallen silent. Couple ping-backs later and looks like support has decided to just stop communicating all together.
Dun dun dun. Fast-forward about 6 weeks after the install and the handle is coming loose and spinning where it is attached. again huge bummer. Opening another warranty claim, but not sure I have high hopes to the support based on my experience thus far.
nnI want to love this product, it’s elegant, the spray head is excellent, there isn’t much wrong aside from some nit picky tolerances with the deck plate. but I’m worried about the longevity of the product as a whole.
The sprayer hose does not pull out of the arc in the typical way a sprayer does. It is not designed for this. So the sprayer disengages from the faucet arc, but only moves an inch or 2. It doesn’t have a center pull out.
In addition, my plumber commented this was a difficult install for anyone who might be trying that themselves. The faucet does looks great.

We have had issues with this particular faucet since the moment we installed it over a year ago. We have continued to contact the company for solutions. From the beginning the sprayer barely had any pressure and has had enough pressure to even rinse debri from our sink.
There also appears to be pressure issues within the unit and water when running sounds to bubble and spurt. We have no issues with any other sinks and have even paid a plumber to check it twice. I sent videos to the company and they sent us a replacement sprayer.
This did not resolve anything. I contacted a plumber once again and there was no issue in regards to our water line. This was definitely NOT the cheapest option available for our new build and we’ve been very disappointed that the issue hasn’t been resolved.
Now the water does not convert between the sprayer and the fixed faucet. In fact if you attempt to use the sprayer the water quits all together and you have to wait about and hour to have water flow at all.
As a mom with 4 young kids running around I am beyond frustrated.
No where near as nice as the photo shown on the web site. The spring holding the sprayer is crudely manufactured and we’re considering relegating the unit to our laundry room. The spring does not fit properly and does not sit perfectly vertical as shown in the picture.
The spring is also crudely manufactured. The pot filler could have been a little longer.
After replacing my original kitchen faucet with a Chinese eBay spring faucet, I thought I had found the one. The problem was with the spray handle – I went through 3 of them in a 2 year period and each one would start to leak or crack or both.
I hunted the internet for a quality replacement and came across this one. When it arrived, I was shocked at how much bigger and sturdier it was compared to the Chinese one. You can just see and feel the difference in quality – this is a serious piece of kitchen hardware.

Just got installed a couple days ago. So far we really like it. It’s a shiney penny copper color. Has a strong flow and feels sturdy and well made. Does splash water quite a bit more than our other faucet possibly because the flow is so much stronger.
Used the pull out spout for first time today. Seems to work well and the magnet is nice. Still getting used to it, but it’s certainly beautiful and quite a statement.
This is a beautiful piece, and I think very high quality and should be very durable. The problem is the stream is very narrow and seems a little too high velocity, causing a lot more splashing than we had from the unit we replaced.
Turning the faucet pressure down helps, but sometimes you need the high flow, just wish it didn’t soak the user and the counter top.
This faucet puts out the water! When I pull it out to spray the head easily goes up and is magnetized so there is no twisting to lock it back in place- a vast improvement from my last faucet. All parts seem sturdy and well made.

This is the first Vigo faucet I have ever owned. I’ve been a huge Delta fan and I will look at their products again the next time I’m in the market. The only downside to the faucet, which is not that big of a deal, is that there’s not a sprayer option, it’s on or off.

We loved the look and function of this faucet when we purchased it. It was installed in our new build home four years ago. Several moths ago, it started making a whining noise and the water pressure would go from full to much less.
We would have to squeeze the sprayer handle 1/2 way in and hold it to get the water pressure back. The noise continued to get worse. Eventually the water pressure would sometimes just be a trickle. We had it cleaned and the lines blown out in case something was blocking it.
We found it it was an internal issue. We tried to resolve it with Vigo and they sent the incorrect part (one that did not go with this faucet) twice. Now the faucet will intermittently just not work from either the “pot filler” spout or the spray spout.
The water might flow for one second and then just stops, even with it turned all the way on. While it is beautiful to look at, it simply does not function.
We purchased this faucet for our new build home 5 years ago and it was installed just over 4 years ago. In the last six months it has basically stopped working. It started with a whining noise that continued to get worse.
During this time the water pressure became less and less. We had it cleaned and the lines blown out in case there was a block. Turns out the problem in internal. We called and emailed Vigo. They said it could be the diverter.
They sent a part to fix it which wasn’t even for this faucet. The noise continued and the water pressure became less. After 5 weeks we finally got them to send a new part to fix it. they sent the same wrong part.
Fast forward another 2 weeks and now the faucet sprays water for one second and then just doesn’t let any more water come out until you turn it off for about 20 seconds. Contacted Vigo yet again. They said we would have a fix sent in 3-5 business days.

We’ve had our faucet for a couple months, we love the modern restaurant look to it. I wish the sprig was slightly more flexible, it’s a little hard to wash some dishes with it, but you can’t beat the look! Metal finish has held up, but the finish on the push button switch (changes water from stream to spray) has lost some of its finish and you can see a brass or bronze undertone, but it’s tucked behind so you would only know it’s there if you looked for it.

This faucet is more beautiful than I anticipated. Even the plumber thought I spent over $1,000 for it! Very elegant looking while functional. Note: Typically “cold” is down on a single faucet fixture while “hot” is up; with this faucet, it’s the opposite–pull down or towards you for “hot” water.
This faucet fits perfectly into our new kitchen! Our lights are also black and bronze so this was a must. Its larger than I imagined, and it seems like the hot and cold are backwards on it, but I’m sure we will get used to it! It was expensive, and I’m not really sure it was worth it yet.

The Z-Line GEM-KF-MB is the nicest kitchen faucet I’ve had. It feels solid, unlike some faucets. It swivels easily and reaches every corner of a large single bowl sink. The black matte finish is gorgeous.
I have Hans Grohe bathroom fixtures, and that’s my comparison. Did I mention the sprayer? An easy flick of the finger and it goes from stream to spray. The best part is that it doesn’t give me water pressure envy.
It feels like a stronger spray than it is. Love Love Love it!.
Ive never installed a faucet before. But I figure now is the best time to learn. Having never done this before, I thought it was SUPER EASY to install. My 14 year old was my assistant. So happy with this product and its only been a few weeks but Im fairly confident it will be a good faucet.
This faucet is EVERYTHING. I absolutely LOVE it. It was very easy to install and it works perfectly. I especially love the black hose. very unique and special. So happy that I bought the dream faucet that I wanted and not a cheap one! Highly recommend this one.

We haven’t hooked up this faucet yet. It was certainly costly, several hundred dollars more than we anticipated spending. It is going onto our soapstone counters/sink. It is the antique nickel finish.
The facet rotates side to side in the smoothest manner imaginable, the look and design of this faucet is incredible. We chose this because we wanted the bridge design, I didn’t like the ones that had the third (center) leg down to the sink, and we wanted a spray.
Actually there are very few models that fit our criteria. The spray faucet is very heavy and hooked to an all-metal flexible hose. Quality all the way. Perhaps I’l re-review when we hook it up. It is a very uncommon and striking faucet, built to last.
