12 Best Gold Knight Deck (2022 Updated)

We have been playing with Kem Cards since 1965, and always been greatly satisfied – our last deck lasted over 10 years – which we replaced with a set from another maker that were only satisfactory about 4 years.

I ordered this deck on 15 April (the return lasted until 15 July – I’m a month too late), already the finish is wearing off of them – they are crackling and the color is wearing off – certainly not what past decks were, nor worth the price.

I will certainly look for another maker when I go to replace these cards. Greatly dissatisfield.

I bought these cards because whenever we have a game at my house, I am scrambling to get to the store to buys some new decks or searching for some decks new enough to use. My brother and I had some KEM cards our Dad gave us growing up and we used them often throughout our early years.

I sent my brother a text when I ordered these and he replied, letting me know that he still had the set from when we were kids. Those cards are over sixty years old. They are very nice cards.

I highly recommend these cards! These cards are thin, light and flexible. A vast improvement over Copag brand cards. I’m Very impressed with how durable they are. Worth every penny!

This game totally rules, just don’t expect the original board game. It’s in the spirit of the original as a 2-player card game. You’ll probably have to invest some extra initial time in learning the rules, but it’s very satisfying to play once you have the basic game down and can start to try some of the expansions.

The people hating on this game sound like they mostly enjoy “Uno” level of complexity in their card games, which is totally fine! But “needlessly complicated” is an undeserved criticism. My wife is far from being a hard-core card gamer, doesn’t enjoy overly complicated games in general, and loves this game.

and beats me often. Multiple ways to win, different strategies to take, lots of different cards with different effects that can synergize with each other. It is super satisfying to chain moves together in the late game to make big plays.

Draw an event card that gives you resources for having trade-ships, then use those trade-ships to trade extra resources for ones you need, then build a unit using fewer resources because you have a specific action card triggering from the event die.

it can get a little heady honestly. So if you’re looking for a shorter simpler game this might not be it. But if you want to spend 30 minutes (up to over an hour with expansions) on building out settlements with unique buildings, environments, and characters that can all work together in really interesting ways, this is your game.

I give it 5 brigands out of 5.

Terrible. Basically nothing like the original. Over complicated is an understatement. No way my 10 year old could understand this. Or my 13yo or me, at 34, for that matter. Set up alone took 30-40 min the first time, and that wasn’t even understanding what you were gonna do.

Games should be fun, relaxing, and enjoyable; this made me frustrated, crabby and after the first 2 turns we put it away and it will be donated or thrown out. Complete waste of $26, wish I could get my Money back.

I can’t express enough how awful this was. Glad I played the original version first because had I tried this one I would have never tried the multi player. Please don’t waste your money or judge the 3 player game on the 2 player version.

Our 7 and 10 year old love it. 2 Player, easy and quick to setup, and the deluxe version has plenty of variation to keep the game fun. The box is big enough to contain everything easily – even after unpacking.

The rule book is great and easy to follow. The cards are a good size and the game is very enjoyable. Well worth it and regularly gets used in our house.

I love Yugioh so much! I’ve always wanted my own Duel Monsters cards, and now I can. I have a box to my little brother and he was impressed by what he had in his. Definitely getting more in the future!.

Fantastic set of scenery and some cool models. Includes a nice selection of dice and measuring tools as well, though it could really stand to have two of the 6″ measures since you use them a lot and both players will want one.

Nicely streamlined and focused over the last version. The core rules are pretty simple and make for a dynamic battle. However, it still has a lot of rough patches. The rules are written in a very “rules lawyer-ish” lingo that makes them much harder to understand than they need to be.

This isn’t usually a big deal (other than being unwieldy to read), but when it comes to LOS/cover, we never felt like we quite were getting the rules right. Despite the simplification, the game still runs a bit long and clunky with too much time lost fiddling around with the movement system or trying to remember which rules apply to an attack.

Way too many special abilities have to remembered and accounted for with very little effect on tactical play. If you generally enjoy 40K style games and want an intense, small scale battle game, this is probably a winner.

If you are new to them, be warned that the complexity and clunkiness can be frustrating.

Great minatures attached to a good game with a pretty wonky rulebook. The sculpts and the terrain are amazing, but the updated rules are only half baked and riddled with errors. Additionally you have to buy another separate book (killteam compendium) in order to play the game to its fullest.

Gamenerdz as always with the best price. This box has unbelievable value when compared with buying stuff separately for **** team. A great starting point into the hobby.

Ok, the computer image of the item looks much better than the real thing. The real deck actually looks more dull in real life, but ok for an old school reissue deck.

Great retroboard! I had one of these for years in the 80’s and ordered the reissue for my son. Trying to get the Powell Boards is hit or miss but if you can get one they last forever.

A beautiful reissue of a classic deck. The print is awesome & nice grain on the timber too.

These are a must have in a Bicycle card collection. It’s a shame that all of the cards couldn’t have metallic foil designs but obviously then they wouldn’t cost $4. For the price they’re pretty cool, plus who doesn’t love space-themed stuff? The bad thing is that, like most dark cards, the cardstock underneath isn’t black so they’re going to get rough white edges after a while.

Either be careful when using them so they last longer or keep them in a display if you collect them.

I love these Anne Stokes Unicorn playing cards. Such beautiful illustrations!! Far more magical to play cards with than a boring regular deck!!

One of the most interesting and mystic playing cards. There are some cards that are edgy with how the girls dress but should be no problem. You will love these cards for the kids. They are mainly unicorns and woman.

My seven year old really likes the castle lego sets. This was just the right size (pieces) and not complicated to put together. Once built, the knight/castle theme allows for imaginative play.

That was a my bad for ordering it. I got all excited and didn’t read the description. I thought it was a set not a manual.

This was a gift for my 10 year old son for his birthday. All of the correct pieces were in the box which isn’t always the case for Legos. This Lego set worked perfectly with all of the other pieces in the entire set he received.

He loves it and built it easily.

I would most certainly recommend this deck it is soo worth the money, it’s welded perfectly to make it really strong and it’s also really light at the same time! Absolutely love this deck the size of it is perfect for catching your tricks aswell.
