20 Best Indoor Light For Succulents (2022 Updated)

It’s a small package with well wrapped up long series of light. Mainly what I liked there most it being LED and that you can definitely design and shape it like you want to. Easy to fold/roll and put it away.

Light is warm in color and not too bright too. I’d say it’s just right. Not the LED BRIGHT light but makes the cut for LED clarity. Just hoping for long lasting product as they don’t come cheap!.

Absolutely love these lights wrapped in our egg chair! The product works great, the lights are very bright. The wire is sturdy and the plug is very good quality. I was really surprised at how much detail was taken to make sure it’s water proof for outdoor use! Will be buying more next year for the pergola.

the lights were very bright, and I liked the choice of flashing patterns on the remote control. I received comments from neighbors about the great lights. Obviously it was easy to roll the string back up and store.

I am dumping my boxes of old lights and ordering more of these for next year!.

I am very impressed with this light. I had some electrical issues in my mud room recently that left the climate in that room not much better than outdoors. I returned home one day, and my baby aloe plants were on the verge of popsicle status and were in need of help.

My mountainside home could provide the temperature indoors but not the sun. With shriveled leaves and a brown tint setting in, I immediately bought this lamp. Within a day of receiving this light, my aloe had done a complete turn around.

The leaves started to fill out and turn green again. The sleek design of this lamp makes it convenient to place anywhere. I don’t have to have a designated room for my plants (which I don’t have anyway lol).

I set up the plants on top of my bookshelf in my living room. The dimming aspect makes for a less intrusive light in the evening, as well as, not having to worry about any heat being given off either.

I am also impressed with the customer service. Although the light arrived in two days without a hitch, I was still contacted to make sure it arrived, and to make sure the light had not been damaged in anyway during shipping.

I have had some bad online shopping experiences. This definitely was not one of them. So far I have had a wonderful experience across the board. My baby aloe and I thank you.

I love this light. It works very well. This light allows blue, red, or both options so it is good for flowering and non flowering plants. The timer is awesome. I set the auto timer for 3 hours each day in the morning.

It auto turns on and off. I did have to reset the timer when my power went out or I unplug the light and move it. But that is to be expected with any electronic thing. The clamp is very easy to use and opens pretty widely so I can clamp it to various things.

The light is long so it works for large and small plant leaves. And the necks bend really easily so I can bend the lights into different configurations to reach various leaves. The instructions are easy and my plants are blooming and growing like crazy.

One note, put the light so it shines on the tops of the leaves cause that’s how light absorption works. Took me a minute to remember that. LOL Highly recommend this product. I already bought another one and will likely get a third one.

Had for over a year now, and the light function works great and the clamp is nice and strong but also padded so that you don’t have to worry about it moving or scratching. I like that you can chose the intensity, as I’ve been able to slowly acclimate new plants that were coming from a shady spot.

(I rotate plants in/out of my practically sunless office to the TLC station at home I created with these lights so that my office stays pretty but not deadly to plants. ) The only downside is the timer function.

I have the newer/current version where the timer will also turn the light back on for you in the mornings. The number of hours lighted is always accurate, but the unlighted time ends up being about 10-15 minutes short each day so the full cycle is only 23.

75 hours a day. This means the start time slowly drifts earlier and earlier so that I have to reset the system about once a week or I’ll end up with the lights coming on in the middle of the night instead of 8 am like I want.

used this for about a week before roller on off switch stopped working. got it to work and then where plug fits into bulb kept coming loose, then plastic end came away from bulb. only way it works is manually pressing ends of bulb together and holding them.

not worth $45. had high hpes for this product, but it is very flimsy.

If only I could rate this 0 stars! Buyer beware!! The light itself works but the stand is junk. I tried to assemble the stand and it broke on six of the assembly points. I can’t believe the poor quality of this item.

It’s a $47 piece of JUNK!!!! Plantation Products, LLC should be ashamed of themselves for the rip-off they are peddling. I would not recommend this item.

The frame is made very cheap. One of the inserts for the framing rods broke while putting it together. I would rather buy a T5 light from somewhere else and build my own frame.

My succulents, orchids, lemon fern, and peperomia love this light! One of my light-neglected succulents started sprouting new leaves after being under this light for 6 weeks. I plan on buying another one of these lights because now I want more indoor plants.

LOVE THIS LIGHT! it brings light into the office early in the morning (before I’m ready for Overhead light) and it’s great to have a couple plants right here beside me. These would make an Amazing Gift to Give/Receive as we all transition back into our office spaces next year-.

Style is attractive so mine is on a table in the living room. Because is was so pleased with the light I ordered two more.

So I am new to gardening and growing plants. I specifically focus on growing herbs in my home to use in cooking and thought it would be helpful to use a grow light to aid in the growth of my plants. After some research I decided this would be worth the try to see if it helped.

Of course I was curious to determine if I could get measurable results to determine if it was worth the buy. So I proceeded to use the same seeds and plant them in areas; one with direct exposure from the light consistently and another with only normal sunlight.

Before I get to the results a quick comment on the quality of the bulb. The first thing you will notice is this bulb is heavy, it is solidly built with nice plastic and a good thick glass lens on it.

SO you will need to plan your lighting appropriately to make sure it can support the weight of the bulb. The bulb also has a nice spectrum , which if you happen to catch a direct hit from the light, you will see every color the bulb produced in vivid color.

The bulb also produces a nice amount of heat, not too much where it will worry but comfortable and seems good for plants. Back to the experiment, I conducted the experiment for two weeks and monitored the growth of each of the plants.

After a couple days I got my first sprouts and was very pleased. Of course I know there is naturally going to be a randomness in germination rates, so I won’t include any analysis there. Overall from what I could discern, the bulb was effective in providing my plants the extra light and warmth they need to grow faster and taller.

There was a noticeable difference (I won’t bore with the actual metrics) but it was clear to see the difference. Another caveat of course is this wasn’t the most strict scientific method to ensure valid results, but for my purposes it was enough to prove the bulb was worth the investment.

If you are looking for that extra light and warmth or just don’t have any convenient areas in your house that are conducive to plant growth,t his is a great alternative that will get you the results.

The GE LED+ Speaker Soft White 65W Replacement Indoor LED Floodlight is extremely nice! This bulb has the convenience of a Bluetooth speaker and the practicality of a flood light bulb wrapped in one.

There are no cords to worry about and no battery life to watch compared to a regular Bluetooth speaker. This light is so easy to install, pair with other speaker bulbs, and it works really well. The instructions are clear and easy to understand.

It’s as simple as screwing it in, turning it on, finding it with your Bluetooth enabled device, and selecting it. Then it’s automatically a Bluetooth speaker that needs no other maintenance. It works flawlessly with other bulbs; automatically pairing them together once turned on.

The light itself looks nice; it gives off a nice warm but bright glow. The light bulb is significantly heavier than a regular non-speaker bulb, but my sockets didn’t have any issues accommodating the weight, the size overall is the same and fit in place of my existing floodlight bulbs.

Another nice feature is that you don’t have to have the light on to be using the speaker. There are times I don’t need a light but can definitely use some music so I appreciate it still working even when the bulb is off.

I also like that you can change the light intensity with the remote as well. Overall, this is a really nice floodlight speaker LED light bulb. It’s super easy to use and the sound and light quality are great.

These are a look at a true performance light I have seen that lights will be in the near future. Great system,no different than any AC Infinities products. As we grow older and wearable parts keep wearing! The circle of a growers life? If your just starting out,,,great products and for every growing lights,tents,and anything you have seen! We grow inside,I love the bag appeal on our product.

When I make with our old lights are still a more precision developed lights. This as I mentioned before,,every product AC Infinity has created or just made better you or friends will find these on the AC Infinity web site.

Not 1 plant has stretched that began under this S22 light; both tents are set at same heights, intensities, and maintained in corresponding environments. Plants moved under the S22 that stretched under the TS1000 have stood up, ceased stretching, and are LOVING this light! AC Infinity has the BEST customer service by far, so I feel great giving them my money; I cannot wait to buy their upcoming products!! Thank You AC Infinity!.

The plants are thriving!! A great hanger setup on the ionboard, much better than others. I had the light installed in a few minutes, installing solo. AC infinity has my vote for great and best grow tent equipment.

This product is great, i appreciate how the lighting is compatible with a product that is discontinued (classic model). Customer service was also extremely helpful considering I bought the system second hand off Kijiji.

They lost 2 star because of the cost and lack of transparency. The website reflects the cost in Canadian dollars when buying, but the shipping is outrageous. So I shopped to meet the minimum spend for free shipping.

For 2 lights and a 2 seed kit it was $80. Once I finally wrapped my head around that price and paid it, my credit card was still charged $110 for exchange rate. Aerogarden could be considerably more transparent for international shoppers.

I don’t think I’ll be doing that again. Once these lights go, I will sell the unit and look to a local supplier for similar products.

I have an older Aero Garden that originally had the round florescent bulbs. They no longer carry this type and suggest the use of these flat array bulbs. Although the flat bulbs fit into the socket, they are loose compared to the original bulbs.

If you bump the top, you can easily jar the bulb loose and it shuts off. You then have to wait for the bulb to cool prior to wiggling it back into place. The new bulbs work well other than this small problem and the new ones have started my seedlings off nicely this spring.

Lasted thru one growing session, about 2-3 mths. When I went to start the second “season” they were dead. I hv tried to order replacements but apparently they are not available. My garden, which I was initially pleased with is a BIG disappointment.

With no lites it’s perfectly useless!.

I would highly recommend this to my anyone looking for a good, affordable growlight. It does just as well as my expensive ones, and is a great addition to my collection. Buy this!! Don’t miss out!!

I was using regular 100W incandescent bulbs to keep my cuttings alive over the winter. The 15w replacement grow light bulbs were brighter, and I could readjust the lamp without burning my hands. The LED lamps put out heat, but not even close to as hot as an incandescent bulb.

I would describe it more as “warm to the touch. ” I liked these bulbs because I didn’t have to modify any of my existing lamps. They are ready to screw into an existing socket.

I got the veg model without all the green (white light), and they are very good units. However they are not ramped up to a good 6500K that is especially good for the kind of seedlings I work with, but even so, they are good solid units, and will be good for other things like for revegetating a plant or other such times of my own hobby growing.

Even though these lamps emit a purple glow, it is not a heavy purple glow like some LEDs, but has a cast closer to what the T12 Plant/Aquarium bulb would have, so it does not drive you crazy like a thick heavy colored party type of light that is so unnatural, that only a kid could appreciate.

Kewel! There is just a touch of the green spectrum on these, but there is some. I am sure their products will just get better. They appear to be quality orientated. You can tell. Junk never fools anyone, not eventually.

Used this one for indoor miniature rose. So far worked perfectly. The rose grew 4 inches after just one week. Unlike visually annoying purple hue led grow lights, it retains good room atmosphere, acts as a good spot light.

These grow lights are awesome. I bought five of them to put in different rooms for my plants. I have had other grow lights before and always found the light to be garish- even ones labeled as “warm white”.

This light emits a nice soft warm white light similar to a regular lamp, so you don’t feel like you don’t really want to be in the same room with it, like so many other grow lights. More importantly, my plants are loving it! My oxalis has filled out.

It’s lush and beautiful looking- and better yet, has started blooming on the side near the lamp. It has never bloomed on the side not facing the window in the five years I’ve had it! My various philodendron species, Sanseverias, Pepperomias, etc.

have all started pushing out lots of new growth since I started using these, and it’s only been a few weeks! I know these are more expensive than a lot of other grow lights, but they are sooo worth it.

I’ll never use anything else again.

IšverstiShow in original languageI’m trying out gardening for the first time and man, have I made mistakes! You’d think I was trying to torture plants rather than grow them. But the one thing I’ve done right is this bamboo grow system.

I haven’t found a seedling or plant (yet) that doesn’t thrive beneath this light. It’s now bringing back to life my phalaenopsis and a very sorry mint plant I rescued from the grocery store. Before that, I started a variety of vegetables – some that I later read are not supposed to survive replanting.

But everything lived through the replanting because they had such a strong and healthy beginning. Yes, seedlings do tend to lean toward the light, but that didn’t affect their ability to grow big and strong.

Besides, they straighten back up very quickly. And regarding assembly. I was able to put this together in about 20 minutes (I remember this because it was finished by the time my husband returned from the bank) and 5 minutes of that time was getting the bulb seated into the reflector – I had a heck of a time with that.

The rest was pretty straightforward. My only regret is that I didn’t buy the bigger one because now I’m hooked. (My husband is shopping intervention programs if you know of a good one. ) ;).

IšverstiShow in original languageI have set this up inside our condo loving room and it looks beautiful. I am planning to get another to stack on top. Took off one star as the predrilled holes for the light were a few mm too far apart requiring me to move one over a tad to be able to clip in the light.

Also, some of the holes for the wooden dowels were drilled too big so the dowels had to be held in place when putting boards together. Once the screws are in it’s no big deal, it’s just a bit more cumbersome to het everything line up correctly.

Directions were decent and I was able to set it up by myself.

IšverstiShow in original languageI’m giving this three stars for the garden and a star me for getting it together. My wife wanted this for Christmas. She tried to assemble it and was having trouble. She is usually pretty good at following directions and putting things together.

She asked me to look at it and we realized that the problem was that the holes for the dowels and the screws were misaligned. Luckily I have a plenty of woodworking tools and a shop that I could work on it.

We re-engineered it and it turned out very nice, but it took some work, about two hours worth. Also the holes for the dowels are a little small. It is best to sand the dowels down before they go in. Don’t force them or you will split the lamination in the bamboo.

But when we finally got it together it is really nice and my wife likes it. I am not going to recommend it, nor am I going to say not to buy it. If you have some tools and are handy with them, go for it.

But if you think you are going to put it together with just a phillips head screw driver, maybe not.

While we’ve only started seeds in a plastic tray with this light close above. BUT. It has boosted the growth of the seeds we planted no end. We planted seeds on Sunday and had the first few shoots 4/5 days later.

Full tray seedling growth around 6 or 7 days. The hue from this light is not like shown. It’s a gentler pink~white. Which as a light generally (in your personal space) is quite a nice. Being that it’s not overly intrusive.

It’s good and I like the features and the price if you find that you want these spectrum specific lights they’re the best price and they can be daisy chained which is very convenient! If you’re not sure about the spectrum there are cheaper LED tube lights that do a great job for even less but these are clearly made with growing features like linking them together in mind which can be nice.

On the topic of the spectrum, I have found that the cheaper white light LED tubes grew as well and even better for less up front cost but I guess the long term consumption on these LEDs keeps your energy spent on the most important part of the spectrum and may be a better energy to production ration on large scale or in long term.

I cannot confirm that however and my personal opinion leans toward the white light.

I love this light! It’s smaller and lighter (pardon the pun) than I expected, but I suspect that’s due to not having the old-style lights. These are LED. Much more reliable and Earth-friendly, and they last a lot longer too.

I’ve had this light a few months now, and it’s still great. It was easy to hang and it’s been trouble free. You should get one for your plants!.

I received my grow light and I was eager to use it however, there was not enough screws to attach the hanger. So disappointed. It looks like the grow light would serve its purpose though.

Con about this light is it should have a timing device built in it. Pros is it is of nice size ,the light is low profile can be adjusted very easy , works like it should he plants respond well to the light and the LEDS fixture has almost no heat coming off it.

I have never attempted to use grow lights so I had to do some research to figure out which color lights do what.

I have limited natural light in my home based on where the sun rises and sets and how my house is configured. I like that this has not only an adjustable timer but that I can also choose the between three light colors which all do different things.

The flexible arms make it easy to use this light for multiple plants and the clip or base option makes it easy to setup no matter how much or how little space you have. I’ll be interested to see if this will help me keep my plants alive.

You can also move it around easily because it can clip onto anything you want and it also is a stand. I have really enjoyed being able to move it around from different plants and vegetation that I am growing.

It has blue lights for vegetation growth and red lights for flowering growth. It also comes with a mounting bracket if you would like it to be stationary. This is a great replacement for any of the areas in your house that lack natural sunlight.

TraduireAfficher dans la langue originaleI was sent a Bell + Howell Growburst Light by the TryIt Sampling Community to use and review. I’ve always wanted to use grow lights indoors, but could never justify the cost if they didn’t work.

So I was very happy to receive and try this product. My house has limited windows, so I get hardly any light in many rooms for plant growing. This product was easy to set up and start. Plus the three separate lights make it easy to use it over several plants at a time.

The two best features are the adjustable timer and the color selection options. A very useful product that can be used year after year. I recommend it.

Assez facile à installer, mais attention, si vos lampes sont de lots de production différents, les trous pour les vis ne seront pas tous à la même place! La lumière est très blanche sans être super éblouissanteni désagréable aux yeux, donc convenable dans les pièces à plusieurs fonctions.

Le cordon électrique a une bonne longueur, donc donne de la flexibilité pour l’installation. N’ayant pas de photomètre, je ne peux pas confirmer le taux de luminosité, mais je ne pense pas que c’est aussi puissant qu’indiqué sur l’emballage: en tout cas, le rayon de luminosité n’est pas aussi large qu’indiqué 2″x2″.

ce n’est pas un problème pour la plupart des plantes d’intérieur, qui en générale n’ont besoin qu’un supplément de lumière. Par contre, pour les semis, il faut s’assurer de les placer juste en-dessous de la lampe, au-delà de 15cm de chaque côté de la lampe, les semis s’étiolent.

Puisque les lampes ne sont pas super chères, le problème peut être réglé en mettant 2 lampes côte à côte pour les étagères de plus de 30cm de largeur.

C’est excellent pour commencer ses semis. Les plantes sont plus fortes, plus trapues Ils ne gaspillent pas leur énergie en cherchant de la lumière.

J’ai fait mes semis et je suis très surprise de la rapidité de croissance

Im sold on Sansi grow lights, I have been buying them now every week to replace every grow light I haveThe 36 Watt ones are perfect for hanging over several plants and I use the 15 watts for clamp or pole lights at an angle to get light beneath the canopy and its working greatnew limbs and leaves are sprouting everywhereDont be fooled by the wattage, these lights put out plenty of light and PPFD to make your plants thrive not just survive,.

%50 failure rate w/in weeks they do not stand by their awful product. Buying these lights is just like throwing your money away. These people will lie to you about returns and replacements hoping that you will just give up on them!.

The light still did not work. A local shop that fixes floor lights said that no store that he knows fixed LED lights. I called Gardeners Supply to complain. They sent me a new light to replace the broken one! I still cannot believe the customer service I got! So happy!!.

This lamp is amazing! My Jades are smiling ! So many new buds I’m ecstatic ♥️ Ordering another so I don’t have to keep switching from my plants.

I recently purchased a small String of Hearts, and it’s doing well and so are my Air Plants. I recently set it on a timer so everything is great. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely buy it again if I needed another one.

The people at Gardeners Supply were very helpful about answering my questions about it.

I would have given this light 5 stars but the “S” hooks are too large to easily raise and lower the light. You have to search for a link that will allow the “S” hook to pass through it. I like everything else about the light.

This grow light works well for basic application. This was my first grow light ever purchased.. had I done a little more research, I would have known 40w is not really enough for hydroponics growing.

I bought these back in March to grow vegetables seeds in my basement. They were right on time for planting early May. I am thrilled by this GE Grow brand, it really made my Spring!! Will buy more bulbs next year for more seeding.

We recently had a sunroom enclosed and the glass is UV protected so my plant were not getting enough sun nutrients. I added a couple of these lights on timers to run them while we were not using the room and my plants have exploded.

also we bring our citrus trees in during cold months and they all blossomed and are growing like crazy. i loved the light so much i also purchased a few more to put in my green house for winter months.

The overall experience I had with the 80W grow light was positive. The light were delivered in a timely fashion and were easy to setup. I ordered three lights, but one was defective and didn’t light up at all.

Much to my surprise,when I emailed this difficulty to the company I was told they were out of stock and it was estimated to be four weeks before the replacement light would be shipped. I am still waiting and hope the light replacement will be delivered when the stock is replenished.

Otherwise the lights that work do a great job.

Love ’em! Bought these lights to start seeds and keep existing pepper plants growing through the New York winter in our basement. All of our plants (mint, parsley, garlic, celery, peppers, pepperomias, lettuces etc) are demonstrating phototropisms toward the light fixtures and growing well.

We’re very pleased with them and are considering buying a few more to expand the operation.
