20 Best Jumpsuits For Body Shapes (2022 Updated)

**UPDATE** I had ordered two sizes and just received the second size this week. I noticed that one size says 65% polyester/35% cotton and the other one says 35% polyester/65% cotton. Not sure which is correct.

Upon comparison, it appears that the small and medium that I received are the same exact size and the label inside is different. The only other downfall is that contrary to the description, the drawstring is not adjustable; it is just decorative.

Regardless, I know I am going to love wearing this outfit. Hoping it doesn’t shrink! I came across an article on social media the other day about how flight attendants are buying this outfit and how much they love it.

I am usually disappointed when I read articles like that and then get sucked into ordering what turns out to be junk. However… I am VERY happy about this purchase. I am 5’3”, 118 pounds and the medium fits me perfectly.

I did not want this to be tight on me and the medium is just loose enough to be comfy yet flattering. I also ordered a small, which hasn’t come yet but I am pretty certain that I will be keeping the medium.

Love that it slips off easily without having to unbutton the back. I think I will get a lot of wear out of this casual outfit. It will go well with my flip-flops or wedge sandals!.

I was so excited for this, immediately upon putting it on I knew it was all wrong. The elastics on the back that create the x design are completely unfinished and cause extreme irritation at every connection point (I had it on for one minute and at least 5 minutes later my skin was still tingly and irritated).

The hem is literally just another piece of fabric glued on top. The seams are all just cheap zigzag stitches that pull the elastic. The back cut out and arm holes are “finished” with elastic and pull kinda tight.

Entire jumpsuit looks extremely sad, like a cheap leotard. It has a seam all the way down the front of the jumpsuit. I didn’t see that at all on pictures of the jumpsuit, but it is so unflattering. The fabric itself looks like a few wears would cause it to completely fray and separate the way a bad swimsuit does.

It is not structured at all, which is weird cause on the models it seems to have a nice structure on the neckline. In reality it just clings and sags to your body. The absolute only thing that is good about this is the length of it, but it doesn’t matter because it’s completely unwearable.

It feels like it should cost maybe $15 on Shein, not $155 from the designers website (I purchased directly from Norma Kamali, but they don’t have a place to write a review on there). I’m in shock and disgusted by this.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the models are wearing a different version of this.

I?ll start with how much I do love this outfit. It fits me like a glove and is super flattering and has a little edge to it unlike most jumpsuits. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because one leg is 2? longer than the other.

For an item of clothing priced in a decently high price point I?d expect this to never be a problem. Because I will have to take it to a seamstress to fix, I have to give it 3 stars.

Wow! That’s all my husband said! It’s the perfect jumpsuit! I ordered a M, and I’m 5’8″ 138 lbs. It’s the perfect fit and length. I will dress it up with fun heels for the holiday, and either a cute belt or great jewelry.

I love this jumpsuit! I wear it with black suede pumps and a nice necklace! The quality is good and I love the pockets too which are an added perk! Would definitely recommend this one to anyone. If you get this one, you might just become a jumpsuit addict like me! ;-).

Love this jumpsuit. It does run large and long, but for me I need the length. I’m usually a 10 or 12, but ended up returning them for the 8 which fit perfectly. I’m 5’6″ 155 lbs. nice fabric and well made!.

The cut outs are eye catching. Fabric drapes well. Hemming was necessary. Had to have 10 inches or more removed to make it wearable.

it’s impossible for me to overhype this jumpsuit! it’s a masterpiece in clothing design and construction. each detail to the structuring is so thoughtful and flattering, and it’s such a big deal to me to find something like this that fits so well because i’ve truly struggled to find clothes that fit me, especially denim.

i have a ‘hourglass’ shaped body and most companies design their clothes with a much smaller hip to waist ratio. even if they say they have curvy denim, i will still not be able to have both the butt and waist fit at the same time unless i resort to jegging material.

i’m talking waist gap city. and jumpsuits? forget it! but this one fits Perfectly! it hugs me in all the right places without being too revealing, is comfortable to move in, the stretch to the denim doesn’t make it feel or look cheap, but most importantly, no waist gap! i feel validated in so many ways and i can’t stop wearing it.

This jumpsuit is one of those purchases that, IMO, looks meh on the model but amazing on the buyers. The buyer photos are what sold me on trying it. The jumpsuit is adorable, and I love the thickness of the material.

I am 5’6 and 133 lbs, so I purchased the 1 based on the measurements. The 1 fit tighter than the look I am going for, unfortunately. I don’t have the body, personality, or confidence to pull off that bodycon look, lol.

Another thing is that it fits weird in certain places. The waist/torso was weirdly tight, but the legs, arms, and bust were okay. It looks better with the pant legs cuffed. I am going to exchange it for a 2, but I have a feeling that the 2 will fit bigger than I want.

If the 2 doesn’t knock it out of the park, I will return it and sadly move on. I have a girl’s night planned soon, and this is the outfit I was bargaining on, so fingers crossed that the 2 will work.

I don’t even know where to start, but let’s get into the quality. I own several denim jumpsuits all bought at different price points. This one by far the most expensive. After putting it on I now see why.

It will be worn for an upcoming birthday weekend and it is SURE to turn heads. After reading so many mixed reviews I was afraid at my size, this would be a miss. I am 5 4″ 230lbs size 14-16 and this garment looks like it was TAILOR MADE for my curves.

I have a shorter legs so the length is perfection. The torso also fits perfect. Mine came with adjustable tabs on the sides to make it snugger which it could stand to be, I got size 5 but could have done a 4.

I will be purchasing another in a smaller size. if you are like me and love denim jumpsuits. This baby is an investment. You MUST add this to your collection. It’s nice to own such a quality made garment when everything is so cheaply made.

This is perfect for me. Im 51, 100 pounds, and I finally realized I have to stop buying regular cut clothes. The fabric is substantial, not thin, falls beautifully, elegant on. Just need a stack heel.

Its dressy up or down, and will be worn to dinner or a party. Love the wide legs for a change. The belt and be replaced if you choose. I love it.

Im 52 130 pounds. 34B. Fit everywhere perfectly. Super cute. Looks very elegant with a pair of heels. Could be worn with flats if desired, but would slightly sweep the floor.

Super cute and fits well – it’s hard to find flattering 6 petites! Missing a belt loop and neck stitching is a little loose, but super glad I bought it. I just cut off the other loop, and I wore a chunky necklace.

This jumpsuit is beautiful and fits great once you have identified the right size. I am normally a size 6 in all of my clothing, specifically dresses and jumpsuits, but when I ordered my normal size I couldn’t believe how baggy this was in the bottom half and around my hips.

I don’t like my clothing super tight but it wasn’t a flattering amount of fabric. I returned and sized down to a 4. It fits SO much better and still isn’t overly tight. There is a lot of stretch so keep this in mind.

I’m 5’6, 140lbs (35-28-37) and have a longer torso and shorter legs. My inseam is a 29. Hope this helps!.

Paige makes amazing jumpsuits. This one has a good deal of stretch and works well for curvy girls. Love that it’s a one-and-done outfit. I’m 5’7” longer torso, normally wear a 4 pant, XS top. Bought this in a 2 and fits great.

I have several Paige jumpsuits and this one is another awesome addition to my collection. The fit is so flattering and has the right amount of stretch. I’m 5’10, all legs and normally wear a size 4, occasional 2.

The 2 fit great but the rise felt like it was a little short, so I purchased the 4 and it’s perfect.

For me this is perfect. I can wear a bra without straps showing. The fabric is not cotton and wearing it in the dry heat of Colorado it has been really really nice. The length of the shorts is perfect for me.

Size 2- about 5’8″/5’9″. Nice enough to dress up or dress down.

I got the pink leopard style on clearance, and it’s cute, but the halter top is cut in such a way that I can’t wear a bra with it without showing parts of the cups. I don’t just mean side-boob area – I mean more to the top of the boob.

It looks cute without a bra, so maybe I’ll just keep it as a sort of swimsuit cover up for next year.

Definitely not what I thought the material would be. I was expecting something else, it’s a stretchy fabric and the waste is a bit high, I’m just not comfortable wearing it yet because of the fit. The sizing is good though.

I was so excited when Albion came out with this new style in the jumpsuit! I have the original cap-sleeve jumpsuit as well as the 9-to-9, but I think this style is my new favorite! I really love the way the sleeves look and feel in this one and its a good middle ground between casual and dressy.

I bought this because I wanted something that was super comfortable but could also be dressed up for work. This jumpsuit checks all those boxes! The pant portion fits me perfect which is a feat because I’m short (I ordered the petite) and the sleeves cover my arms so I don’t have to wear a cardigan or anything over the top.

I order a jumpsuit for another company and it didn’t fit good. It was actually to short for me. I was scared to order another one but “saved by the dress” had the actual dimensions and when it showed up and I tried it on, it fit perfect! I’m so glad because I’m wearing it for a wedding! ❤️.

This is a good body suit to buy for a wardrobe staple. The body of the suit is snug and form-fitting, so if one has stuff to hide this gem is not for you to purchase(unless you plan to wear spanx). The fabric has nice depth not overly thick.

I purchased a small for 5’5″@110 frame and the fit is like a glove. I also like that the fabric has no ribbing. I always think that thin and ribbed fabric reminds me of towels. I liked this catsuit so much I went an ordered the one offered in sage.

Very flattering, I have all sorts of bumps and rolls and no booty but this looks cute on. The Olive isn’t a true Olive green, more of a pukey light green but it’s okay. There is paneling on the waist to hide chubby tummies and the straps are strong, so well endowed gals can go braless no problem.

I absolutely love this jumpsuit. I haven’t actually worn it out, but I have many ways that I will coordinate it into an outfit for casual or party wear.

I am 5’10 and roughly 190, 38Cchest. I ordered the large. I saw a large tall in a store and new it would be longer in the left hand not the torso. I have a long torso. Old navy’s athletic wear always has me between a large and xl.

Xl is often too big and large can be a tad snug. I like this jumpsuit though. It is very tight. I have to work to get it on but once it’s on it’s comfortable. However the bust is teetering on being too tight.

If you’re bigger than a c cup you aren’t going to fit in this. The compression in the chest is definitely there. Maybe a little too there. This is also borderline see-through. I hope this can help. Keep in mind this is Capri length and if you order a tall it only makes the legs longer.

I bought the jumpsuit in a size medium. I have a short torso and I am curvy. I am 5’3”, weigh 150, 39, 29, 40 with a 31” inseam and it was like they came to my house and measured me for this jumpsuit.

The fabric is medium weight and drapes decently. The spandex gives it some give but like I said, it was like they cut it just for me. Did give it more flexibility than many outfits. I have the pink and the black and I am thinking of adding another color.

I like the look and feel of this jumpsuit and I wanted it to fit even if I lost some additional weight. But, the torso is way too short and any amount of weight lost would not correct this issue. I am going to have to return it.

So sad.

Love this jumpsuit. The fabric is so soft, but definitely runs large and the legs are somewhat sheer. I can see my thigh tattoo through the fabric. If you’re petite like me (5’2”) you’ll need it hemmed or wear some heels.

I should have ordered an XS, especially for the top half.

I really want to love this jumpsuit, but there are a few challenges to be aware of. – The blue is very dark and hard to differentiate from black in most light. It’s very nice, but I was expecting something more obviously navy so a small surprise here.

– The material has a great silky & shiny texture, but it holds wrinkles that can’t be steamed out. – This material and styling requires the jumpsuit be **very loose** on the bottom, otherwise the pockets will show clearly through the material.

If I were to order this again, I’d choose an L or XL and have the top altered to a S since I have size M hips. As the M stands, it’s lose on top and holds the bottom too tightly to fit in a flattering way with this high-show material.

Since I do want it to work for me, I may have the pockets removed from this one to get rid of the wrinkling issue.

I am very petite, no hips, size 8B cup size and I was very worried that the jumpsuit, like everything else it would fit loose, and it didn’t – IT actually fit. It really is very lovely to wear all day running around the pockets, which are awesome.

Does not wrinkle when wearing all day. so many compliments.

This jumpsuit is absolutely amazing, the fabric looks super high quality and glam but it’s actually stretchy and super comfortable. I’ve worn this under blazers for a business casual work look, or on its own to go out for dinner/drinks.

Super easy to dress up or down. Might have to have the straps tailored to be taken in slightly.

Really cute jumpsuit! I am 5’1 and petite so I bought the XS and it fits amazing. The legs are obviously longer on me and land more around my ankles than how its meant to be but thats fine. I bought an XS because it fit better in the cups area even though I normally wear a small.

I tried on their small and the cups was too big on me. The XS is a bit snug on at the top but I can manage. I do struggle with zipping it up a bit. The material is very sheer so I recommend wearing a white or nude underwear or even shorts under.

Other than that it is really cute!.

Was not impressed with the quality of this jumpsuit. The material feels chip/thin and you can see the short lining underneath that is very awkward and not photogenic. Unfortunately I missed the return window but I would not recommend this jumpsuit.

Color is accurate. Material does not feel good – feels rather inexpensive and cheap. The photo makes it seem tailored – nipping in at the waist and flaring out with the pants. In reality it does not pull in, the fabric is not such that it could be tailored to emphasize the wait or be more flattering.

Adjustable straps are nice, but don’t help the overall look. May work on someone with a very small waist and long legs, but otherwise just fits and looks odd. I went with medium due to the size chart but found it too large.

I love these in the midnight blue. I live in them. I wish you had a midnight blue bathrobe to go with them. I have a navy and white Japanese cotton kimono I wear with it. It isn’t as warm as I would like but I make it work.

I can go to the door, do zooms and I am also completely comfortable day or night, spending most of my day around the house. I just love love love this color in the washable silk. I haven’t found anything on lunya that I like as much so I just bought another pair.

With the washing and the wearing, I figure they might wear out eventually. Also they were too long and floppy at the outset but they have now shrunk to a perfect fit. The other things I have bought have been for my mother who is 90.

I haven’t managed to get her to put them on yet.

I’ve honestly never slept better in anything until I got this jumpsuit. I downgraded to 4 stars because Lunya’s sizing seems so inconsistent. I’ve gotten other silk pieces as well as the organic pima cotton, siro joggers and restore line and I believe every fabric collection needs its own size chart.

I’m an XL in the cotton lines and a L in everything else. I ordered the L/XL and its huge in the tummy area, but I’m afraid if I size down to a M, the torso length might be too short. Still comfy af because a little more silk never hurt anything.
