20 Best Oil For Healing Scars (2022 Updated)

It’s an oil, so those who say it’s “not oily” must be the same people who say their fish doesn’t taste “fishy”. However, it does absorb quickly (but still feels a touch “slick” on some areas of my face).

It has made a very noticeable difference on my face (in a positive way or I wouldn’t have rated it so high). I’m 50 with olive skin. I know I *should* wear sunscreen, but I don’t. This oil has made my skin glow (and not “oily” glow but rather radiate).

I have no acne anymore, and the occasional red spot goes away overnight with this oil). My fine lines have smoothed out, and I wear much less makeup now. I used to use a foundation and concealer; now I use a touch of bronzing lotion instead.

I look a lot younger than my 50 years. I have given bottles to my daughters, as well (ages 20 and 16). It is clearing up tiny imperfections on their faces, as well. Here’s the kicker… I use this every night after cleansing with Cetaphil.

I will sometimes use it in the morning, too. But I use the super tiny bottle… and it’s lasting me FOREVER (but I only use it on my face). I put a tiny dot on my finger and it can cover my face. I just told my daughters the other day that I feel like this tiny oil bottle is similar to the biblical “fishes and loaves” story… it just goes on forever.

So I plan to only buy the tiny little bottles since it lasts so long (in my brain, it’ll keep the oil fresher, too). I’ve used it daily for over a year (yes, the tiny bottle), and it does work in all seasons and temperatures.

Look, if you are still reading this review, just skip one of your expensive mocha-frapp-a-coff-a-lattes and buy a small bottle. Use it every night, and I’m telling you that you will also be writing a five-star review for this product too.

I absolutely LOVE this oil. It’s not heavy but it’s very moisturizing nonetheless. I also don’t have a problem with the scent. It’s fresh, not medicinal or perfume like. I started using it for a scar on my foot after surgery 3 years ago and it was looking bad.

This oil has faded the visibility of the scar so much so that it’s barely noticeable. I then decided to try it out on my legs for scars I’ve had for years. It not only diminished the sight of them but, I noticed that any dark marks on my legs are gone.

It’s faded stretch marks on my thighs from losing weight and it’s removed acne scars from me popping pimples on my face that left dark marks. This product is AMAZING. I’m not understanding people expecting anything to completely get rid of stretch marks or surgical scars completely that they’ve had for years.

The product doesn’t claim to ever do that. It will however make them less noticeable. If you continue to use it over time, you’ll continue to see results that are truly noticeable. Don’t expect anything to work overnight but continued use does provide great results.

I had a major surgery where I got my top left rib taken out and pulled off my lung. The nurses took me off for surgery prep and decided to tell me that this particular surgery is the most painful one to go through.

even worse than amputation. yeahhh that was my first surgery ever. And let me tell you, they weren’t lying! So as you can imagine, I had a massive 3 inch scar along my collar bone. It was horrifying.

However, a shining light in the dark was BioOil. It has every kind of natural oil ever, I swear. I’m not sure where my mom got it or heard about it, maybe from the surgeon because he’s the shoulder and arm specialty surgeon for the Texas Rangers baseball team and knows his stuff.

But once my wound was mostly sealed up I started putting the oil on it every day. You barely need any. Just unscrew the cap, put your finger over the opening and pull the bottle back up so you don’t get too much or make a mess.

Add that bit and then add more if youd like and just massage it to help stretch the skin. Even the small. 5 Oz one will last you forever. Anyways, I was bed bound for 2 months and I kept the oil next to me.

Idk about y’all but I’m constantly putting chapstick on. It’s a habit. So I started that with the Bio Oil. It soaks in really well or you can just rub it enough to sit on the scar. Since I didn’t move a lot or wear any nice clothing.

I would use the oil and rub it in and then put aquaphor over it to keep it extra moisturized. Not a necessary step though. If you rub in just the oil though it won’t get on your clothing and won’t be noticeable once it soaks in enough.

I really wish there was some way it would let me show you my before and after pictures. It’s unreal. No one knows it’s there except me. I even put a tattoo right next to it to commemorate it, but no one sees is.

I also have friends that use the oil religiously on their belly and hips and thighs throughout pregnancy and stretch marks never even came up. The ingredients allow your skin to become more stretchy so if you do it before, your skin is used to the stretching already.

If you put it on scars and stretch marks afterwards, you have to be patient and allow the oil and massaging to do its work to allow that skin to soften up and come back together. I’m a beauty consultant and I sell this to anyone with scarring or stretch marks or acne scars.

It also helps current acne. It’s non-comedogenic and won’t clog your pores. It’s also a good reminder not to pick and cause more scars. I also like to use it on my lips before matte lipstick to keep my lips moisturized.

My favorite way to use it is to put a bit on any dry skin on my face, especially near my eyes. Massaging it on my under eyes helps with dark spots and brightening because of the vitamin c. My true beauty secret though, and the reason people ask me all the time if my lashes are fake, i massage Bio Oil on my lashes, eyebrows, and then if i feel extra dry or have worn lots of makeup lately, I’ll seal all that with aquaphor or Vaseline.

One more trick to Bio Oil, add a touch to your pulse points (wrists, behind ears, between chest. really anywhere you feel gets warm a lot) and rub it in just a little. Then spray your perfume or cologne to make it last hours more than usual.

I would bet my life on this product. Those who are saying it doesn’t work, you’re not being patient and consistent. And you’re not being creative haha! You really can’t put it on too many times. Just like working out.

So I had a hypertrophic scar on my cheek, raised and red for 5-6 years. Partly acne/cystic and from partly burn. Nasty thing. 6 years of this and I tried pretty much everything you can think of (cheap creams all the way to $$$ laser treatments).

The point is, I used this scar oil religiously (3-5 times daily) for about 6 weeks along with frankincense oil per another comment on here. Some periods of dryness and flaking peeling. At first, I didn’t really notice a difference.

But then once the bottle was almost gone I switched to a MSM gel and within a week the scar is flat and almost impossible to see. I attribute most of the success to this oil concoction. If you struggle with similar, give it a try.

I am only giving it 4 stars now because it is still doing it’s healing process. I am 19 years of age and I have a keloid in the middle of my stomach. I initially had a mole there and wanted it removed, but the person who removed it did a bad job.

I ended up getting this **** bump in the middle of my stomach where a small mole would have been. I was initially going to wait until I stopped growing and got a cortisone shot, but I couldn’t wait, I had to act.

So I found this on the web and I have been very impressed so far, as I had noticed an improvement within 3 days. But follow the instructions and apply it 3 times a day because I don’t actually know what happens if you don’t, it may still work but there is a less likely chance.

The times I apply it are when I get up in the morning, around 7 or 9 am, in the early afternoon like 2 to 3 pm and at night, around 7 or 8 pm. I have noticed that my keloid is becoming lighter and I have purchased the mole’s formula as well.

Sooooooo just an FYI I am a a real customer and I’m not doing this for any incentive. I’ve always been so skeptical when there are so many reviews that read like infomercials, but I’m so glad I read them and decided to buy this product.

I just purchased another bottle after admitting to myself that nothing else worked like this oil. I tried tumeric soap, black soap and even tumeric body butter, but it only helped lessen my sensitive skin irritations, but not the appearance of my scars.

I’m sorry this is becoming a small novel. I had a baby nearly 2 years ago and developed hormonal scars on both of my arms from bumps that would appear. I do have darker skin and was worried that it wouldn’t work on me.

I honestly didn’t think there was anything out there that could help, my scars as ther were a combo of newer and older ones. So I was up really late suffering from insomnia and I wouldn’t be surprised if my first purchase was at 3:00AM, but I digress! Admittedly, I did not use the product as directed, meaning as often as it is directed.

I actually started off using it once a day and some days I would use it twice a day, or not at all, either way my scars are almost gone. If I would have been more consistent, like following directions, LOL, I would have probably had nearly, if not fully clear, arms.

It may seem strong at first because you’re not used to it and you’re going to notice the scent in general, but it softens throughout the day until you reapply, then the cycle repeats. BTW I just purchased the face and body oil to see how that works and I’m sure they’ll be great.

I embarked on this Bio-Oil skincare journey nearly two months ago. I was introduced to it by a friend who saw the condition of my skin and decided to gift me one of the 125ml bottled product. As someone who has been struggling with acne scars since age 11(I am now 21), and the fact that I have oily skin, I was skeptical about this product but it has been a great addition to my routine! I anticipate using this product every time I do my skincare.

It is very hydrating and it leaves your face feeling light. The oil isn’t heavy, nor is it pore-clogging. it is nice and light with a very pleasant scent. I am yet to see any major improvements in my skin at almost two months in, but I already know I will be using this product religiously for a while.

I have, however, noticed a slight improvement in the appearance of my acne scars and I also notice that I have very few new breakouts. I would recommend this product to any and everyone regardless of skin type.

it does not matter if your skin is oily or dry, Bio-Oil skincare oil is worth the try! The overall results will take a while, but this product is a must-have in your skincare routine. Not to mention its affordability and its longevity as you do not need to apply much to your face.

I love love love this product! I used this oil through 2 pregnancies, alternating with Palmer’s Cocoa butter daily and I did not get one stretch mark (gained 22lbs on my first pregnancy and 20lbs on my second) and it also helped to reduce the ones I already had.

It has a great smell to it! You don’t need to use a lot because it’s oil, which becomes a plus as this is a pricey (but totally worth it) product. I had two emergency c-sections so I used for a little while on my scar and noticed a decent difference to the color of my scar.

I’ve seen some people using a few drops on their fingers and add to their hair (dry ends) and see good results with it. I did for a little bit but my hair is naturally oily so I had to stop. Never tried on my face as I have an acne prone skin.

I have had irritated and burning hemorrhoids for years. I used a well known cream, but that only soothed the burning and did nothing to heal the irritated flesh. Four years ago I discovered “Forces of Nature Fissure Control” while doing an internet search.

I had a non itchy rash that started in a small area and spread over my torso and down my inner thigh. I was prescribed an antifungal cream which I used and did absolutely nothing. It stopped the spread but the rash looked inflamed and raised.

I bought this as a first time buyer and was blown away I saw huge differences in the first 48 hours of use and now it’s all gone. Just as mentioned, it just faded away a little each day. I went through the whole bottle since I had a large area to cover.

I have been using this for a few months and I do believe I am seeing some improvement in some scars! My left arm has a deep scar that was stitched up about 10 years ago, there are also some scars from tree branches, and some newer ones from my overly excited dog.

My skin is thin, and now that I am older, it tends to tear more easily. One newer scar looked just like the older one that had been stitched up. Since using this product, the fresher, newer scars look a little diminished.

I will continue to use this product! It is very easy to apply. I just shake out a few drops onto my arm 2x a day and rub it in. There is no strong unpleasant smell. It has a slight scent, that goes away quickly.

Since it is an oil, it is also moisturizing. Nice! I tried it on a scar on my face, since the scar product I am using on my face isn’t showing any improvement. I broke out from it. I recommend this product.

I decided to use it on my stretch marks. Within a couple of weeks I started to notice they were lightening. They were pretty dark to begin with. I recently ran out and plan to buy more. It’s definitely worth the money.

I wanted to wait a couple of weeks before reviewing the products I purchased, as I was skeptical that they would actually work. I’ve had acne since I hit puberty and I’ve had it for 32 years. I’ve used every type topical prescription drug and medication (except Accutane) and OTC product in the market for acne.

Not one product(s) has fully cleared me, so after many years I started making (and selling) my own skincare products. I was on the hunt for a particular ingredient when I found Face Theory’s website.

I purchased a couple of products but it wasn’t until I started on the regimen of using this product and the Amil-C whip together, best purchase, EVER! In two weeks, I have not had one cyst, open or close comedome, and I had one spot that was developing into a cyst and within a few days my face had already started clearing, which has never happened in my life.

I have been using this since September now and it’s almost got rid of deep acne scars I had and reduced a scar on my forehead so it’s hardly visible. It doesn’t work overnight but if you keep using it then it will show results.

The applicator pump is great and gives just the right amount at a time so it doesn’t go everywhere. There isn’t really a scent but what you can detect is pleasant. The oil is quite thick but not very greasy, it feels almost like a serum.

The bottle I purchased in September is still going strong so a little goes a long way!.

To the head office: I loved the previous formula. Please bring it back. I never write reviews but THAT OIL was amazing. Squalane doesn’t work for everyone unfortunately – I can vouch for that!. I loved the thick texture of the previous formula.

This feels very watered down, doesn’t absorb as nicely and doesn’t heal my acne scars as effectively. The other one made noticeable difference overnight and my skin would still feel hydrated the next day.

This new oil is more like the ordinary squalane oil/ bio oil. It may work for some but it would’ve been nice to keep the other formula available as this is COMPLETELY different to the last scar oil. This new one feels more for the body not face as it’s thinner so easy to apply to large areas.

It just doesn’t do it’s job like the last bottle did. I REALLY HOPE you release the old formula again as a face oil.

I have very dry and sensitive skin, but am prone to clogged pores, so I decided to try squalane oil because I heard it’s great for soothing and hydrating skin without clogging pores. One of the things I heard most was that it sinks into your skin quickly without making you feel greasy, but this did the exact opposite for me.

It sat on top of my skin and I even woke up feeling greasy and uncomfortably oily, something I’ve never experienced on my life. I tried applying in multiple ways: a couple drops on my hands and pressing into skin, skipping my moisturizer to lessen the barrier to my skin, using a cotton pad to apply less oil and then patting in, but no matter what I tried my face felt disgusting.

It’s also really hard to control how much oil you’re dispensing since it’s a pump rather than a dropper and the pump itself is sensitive so you can accidentally get too much (hence why I tried the cotton pad so it could soak up some of the excess).

Sad that it didn’t work for me and my thirsty skin, returned after a week and got a different and better oil from a different brand. 2 stars for no filler ingredients, just pure natural oil, which I appreciate especially for this size and price point.

This is such a great for pregnancy to prevent stretch marks and also to prevent other scarring from a acne or a simple scratch. As for acne, mineral oil is non comedogenic, so no it will NOT clog your pores.

There’s a ton of bad hype and misinformation on mineral oil out there. most of which are not true!That being said, there are no studies evaluating the effectiveness of it in treating acne. There is no reason to think it would affect acne in a positive or negative way.

It may help soothe dry irritated skin. everyone’s skin reacts differently. My only complaint is it dose have essential oils, which are known to cause skin irritation, more specifically those with skin conditions like sensitivity from having rosacea and current inflammation irritation from severe acne, sunburn, windburn, etc.

These essential oils are most likely reason why some people are having a reaction. It’s not necessarily the mineral oil but another ingredient in the product. like the essential oils that are triggering a reaction like acne.

When it comes down to it. I prefer jojoba oil as it’s a multipurpose product when applying to the face. However, mineral oil is not going to clog your pores and it is safe to use. Cosmetics-grade mineral oil and petrolatum are considered the safest, most non-sensitizing moisturizing ingredients ever found! It’s completely safe, soothing, non-sensitizing, and perfectly beneficial for skin.

I have been using this for literally over 15 years, as I have a ton of scars. Unfortunately it doesn’t work great on already established scars, but it helps heal any wounds. It lasts for quite some while, and is great on face, body, even sometimes I’ll use it on the ends of my hair, and I think potentially it could help on the scalp too, its very multi-purpose.

It dries pretty quickly without making you feel slimy or too sticky. When my skin is super dry, it just sucks this product in, I love it. Sometimes I’ll mix some in with moisturiser to get a double effect.

It used to be rather expensive but now its become a lot cheaper, and is a staple for me. Great for hydration, preventing stretch marks or scars (in the earlier red stages, obviously not a wound though!), and it doesn’t break me out.

My skin is acne prone but I’m in my early 30s so its not as bad as when I was a teen. Anecdotally I’ve heard some people do break out from it, and skin either loves or hates it, but if it does break you out, just use it on your body! I love the smell of it, its not fragranced nor medical, just a general sort of soft smell.

The lid unscrews and it has a hole in the second lid, so you don’t end up using a ton or spilling it. If you are travelling, perhaps keep it in a sandwich bag in case it does leak, and inevitably the bottle does get a bit oily after using so I try to wipe it down and avoid it getting on my clothes, just like you would with any other oil.

If you’ve been on the fence, grab some when its on sale, it can be a huge game changer for some people.

If I could give this product 10 stars I would. I started using this product in the second trimester of my pregnancy in hopes to prevent stretch marks. As to prevent them, unfortunately it didn’t happen, my stretch marks we’re multiplying alarmingly day by day, so I knew that I shouldn’t have unreal expectations.

I think for me it was genetic. HOWEVER, I must say as it can be seen in the pictures, this product worked wonders AFTER I gave birth. I have been using it religiously since the second trimester, up until now, 7 months post partum.

I think the pictures will prove what this product is capable of more than my words would. PS: the big stretch marks shrunk a lot, while the smaller ones disappeared completely! I would like to give one piece of advice to any person that uses this oil: please use it on damp skin OR 10 minutes after applying your regular moisturizer because oils need a little help in order to absorb into your skin, so while your pores are open and trying to absorb the water on your skin or the moisturizer on your skin, that’s the prime time to apply the Bio Oil as well so it can be absorbed in!.

I have been hearing about this bio oil for what seems like forever now and I finally decided to give it a try and oh my goodness, when I say it WORKS, I means it REALLY REALLY works. If you have any sort of skin pigmentation issues whether it be a scar from a previous trauma, acne scars, mosquito bite scars, etc or any sort of red splotches on your face, you need to try this bio oil out! My skin is super sensitive in the sense that everything clogs my pores and makes me break out, so I was really worried about this bio oil, mainly because I try to stay away from oil products altogether due to how easy it is to clog my pores, however, this oil has refreshed, lightened and whitened my face and has left me with a beautiful dewy glow to my face.

If you’re on the fence about this, let this be your sign to BUY IT. Also, it actually has a really pleasant smell to me. It’s not overpowering, just a light lingering. Another also, I didn’t see anyone explain their process for using this while I was reading reviews so I hope this helps at least 1 person out there, the way I used this was : rinse face with just water then put on a skin mask or deep cleanser and exfoliate, apply any acne creams now and wait for them to absorb a little, then take the bio oil and put maybe 4-8 drops on your palm and rub your hands together and then just gently press your hands into your face.

So as to blot it into your skin. That’s it.

I have read so many great reviews on this product that I purchased right away. Once I found out I was pregnant I knew I had to find a product to moisture my belly. I love how lightweight this oil is.

It doesn’t feel sticky at all so I can sleep well at night without the sticky discomfort. It literally feels like you have nothing on. It’s not expensive at all. I purchased the small bottle because I wanted to try It out and see how I like It and check for any irritation and so far so good.

I will be repurchasing the larger bottle before I run out of this one. I applied a few drops on my belly and you do need to apply a good amount to really moisturize. I like that the bottle is leak proof and doesn’t spill if the bottle is laying down.

This product claims to help improve the appearance of scars and stretch marks. It also claims to improve the appearance of uneven skin tone in both light and dark skin types. Lastly it says it also helps smooth and tone the appearance of aging skin and helps retain moisture.

Overall so happy with my experience and can’t wait to keep using It.

I WILL ALWAYS use this product, #Bio-Oil @Bio-Oil is an amazing piece of magic. Since my accident I have more scars from ops than I know and it was my sister in law who is a nurse told me to start using it when I could once the skin had healed 🙃 I got hubby to get some and he brought it into the hospital for me to try.

I came up with my 1st issue the nurses wouldn’t apply it as not in my prescribed medication list!. so had to wait until family came in to get it put on me. I was surprised how quickly it made a difference.

To the older ones not as noticeable but still helped. But the main newer operation scars it was heaven, within a week of me using it, they had started to look less angry and red, and started to make me feel better about having more reminders!!.

They are part of me now and there isn’t anything I can do about it, just mentally grow and keep using bio oil which I do daily. I love this stuff! It is so moisturizing, my skin loves it. I thought it would be hard to use under makeup because it’s so oily, but it works great. I use the oil first, then moisturizer, sunblock, primer, foundation.

It works great. My skin is looking a bit better (I have acne and acne scars). Ive been using it for about a month. I could be wrong but I feel like the extra moisture it helping my acne. Would recommend.

To truly see a difference you need about 10 bottles I seen a slight difference in my marks after two bottles & daily/semi daily use. But with the extreme price for one bottle doesn’t seem realistic to clear up your marks in a cost effective way unless you are focusing on one area.

Half/Full body use will finish the bottle in a week. To truly clear marks and not waste your money on this oil I would invest in a different product and focus on dry or shower brush exfoliating along with regular oils after (coconut, olive etc) Thats what helped me!.

bio-oil works wonders. i absolutely loved this product that i continue to use after what i would say 2-3 bottles i am just now recovering from postpartum & have the energy to write a review because i would highly recommend this to any mommy to be – or people in general.

It simply does wonders to the skin , it sure does help with the appearance of your skin, stretch marks , scars , it moisturizes your skin so beautifully. It has a blend of different vitamins & has a really nice scent too, nothing strong.

After using this product for two and a half weeks, I can gladly say that I thoroughly enjoyed it and will continue to use this product. I am someone who has very dry skin and have had eczema my whole life and this oil has been a great addition to my skin care routine.

It has a light-weight texture that applies easily and absorbs quickly, leaving skin feeling soft and hydrated. I also really enjoyed adding a few drops into the light-weight body lotion I use in the morning, in order to add an extra hit of hydration.

I liberally applied the oil to some stretch marks on my hips each night and have noticed a slight reduction in their appearance; I think with continued use, these stretch marks would fade even more. At night I also focused the application of this oil on my knees and elbows, as these are the places I get especially dry.

I think this oil would be amazing in winter when my skin is particularly dry, especially when mixed with a thicker moisturiser. I do not have any noticeable scars and so cannot say whether this product would help in reducing the appearance of scars.

I would also recommend applying the oil straight after the shower, on damp skin, as it will absorb into the skin even more quickly alongside some of the water on the skin, which will make the skin even more hydrated and moisturised.

I have tried this product on my face and enjoyed using it as a last step in my night time skincare routine. I felt like it locked in the moisture of the products underneath and left my skin very soft the next morning.

I would only recommend doing this at night, however, as it can feel a little heavy on top of my, already rich and monitoring, skin care products. I do have some redness on my face and didn’t notice that this oil helped even out my skin tone, however, I have not used it on my face many times.

I would be interested to see if more consistent use resulted in a more even skin tone on my face. It should also be noted that I have very sensitive skin and have not found this oil to cause any irritation on my face or body.

I also think it’s important to mention the subtle but very pleasant scent, which is reminiscent of essential oils. I do not believe this scent is a result of additional fragrance, rather it is a natural scent produced by the combination oils in the product.

I also really appreciate that because this product is formulated with all natural products, it is more gentle on sensitive skin. Overall, I would highly recommend this product to others, especially those with dry skin or stretch marks that they would like to reduce the appearance of! I don’t think there’s much else I could say, just that this is a new favourite product to use on my ever-dry skin.

As a fan of the original bio-oil, I was curious to see how this ‘natural’ version compared. It didn’t disappoint, despite having a completely different ingredients list. This version has a variety of plant oils and essential oils.

The base of soy bean, sunflower seed and safflower oil gives a Vitamin E boost which is good for fading scars. It comes in the same minimalist packaging and the bottle dispenses a small amount at a time.

The liquid is yellow in colour, unlike the original which is coral pink. The product spreads easily and feels light for an oil. There is a pleasant, natural scent that comes from a mix of chamomile, lavender, rosemary, calendula, patchoili essential oils.

A little goes a long way, It isn’t sticky, absorbs quickly and softens skin. I don’t have any new scars or stretch marks to test if it meets claims of reducing appearances there. It definitely nourishes my skin and leaves it soft and supple.

Personally I still prefer the rose scent of the original formula so I would probably go back to that for a repurchase, but performance-wise, this is just as good.

I primarily use this as an eye cream and for the fine lines around my mouth. It’s completely taken care of my undereye bags and minor crows feet, as well as the few small lines near my upper lip. It’s soothing, no odor, and penetrates fairly quickly.

Love this product as well as this company, and use some of their other items as well. It contains some highly effective skin rejuvenating ingredients, too. Can’t say enough good things!.

this salve is amazing! i use it as an eye cream and around my mouth – totally took care of fine lines, crows feet, and under eye bags. no kidding! it contains some amazing skin rejuvenating ingredients like plantain and helichrysum.

I have been using this oil for a few weeks now every night. It has quite a thick, viscous texture and can be hard to apply- I find that if I wet my face slightly or use a moisturiser before, the oil applies better.

Results are clear to see, my skin feels a lot more supple, firm and smooth in the morning. It has definitely helped in fading scars that I have had on my face as well as evening out my skin tone/discolouration and has quickly become a must have in my skin care.

STOP AND BUY THIS PRODUCT! My mom introduced me to this and it’s honestly such a staple piece. I was breaking out for a while and once I started using this my skin cleared up. Don’t ask me how but It did.

It’s nice and thick so add a little rub on your hands and gently places on the face. It really is such a game changer. Vitamin E has been known for years to help with skin and even though this says It help with stretch marks and scaring I feel like It helps with leaving my face super soft in the morning when I apply It before bed and helps with scaring from pimples.

You won’t regret It !!.

This product is a miracle in a jar. I have a bad burn scar that is almost a year old now and even though it healed for the most part, the skin is like an alligator, dry, hard, scaly and itchy. It also peels off and sometimes parts are still attached to live skin so it bleeds and has to re-heal.

After using the scar oil for 7-10 days my scar is soft, supple and has tightened up in color. The surface has smoothed out also and the dry itchiness has gone away completely. I’m continuing to use apply every other day for the next month and then will then drop to weekly.

I know I will always have the scar but I don’t have to worry about it getting infected or breaking open and bleeding. At my age its difficult to heal and this has helped the process and it has actually made the scar shrink slightly.

I’m very pleased.

This is another wonderful product that I’ve had the pleasure of trying and I’ve used this on my forehead as I fell as a child & have a scar that nothing has been able to reduce. Well that was until now!! After using this every morning & evening for 28days my scar has significantly reduced in its appearance.

It’s less red, less prominent, less visable!!! I’m so impressed with this I’ve recommended it to a lot of friends who have similar scars they need help with!! I will continue to use this oil as the results have made a huge difference.

It’s the perfect consistency and feels very luxurious when applied. You can use it to reduce all types of scars so I’d highly recommend it.

This oil is marvelous! I currently use it for my daughter’s pediatric lichen sclerosus, and she is showing improvements and also seems to find it soothing and comforting. I also use it with Skin Salvation on her facial eczema/tsw, and she’s shown huge improvement; some clearance, no flaring, and a reduction in her symptoms.

I’m anxious to see her progress after another month of use, because the improvements are so noticeable! I have eczema on my hands and react to nearly nearly everything, including “hypoallergenic” eczema products, but this rose hip oil is even soothing and inert for me! It doesn’t flare my eczema or make me itchy either, so it’s a fantastic product I’d recommend to anyone!.

First off this bottle is a great size for its price. It’s glass with a glass and rubber top dropper built into the lid. Many people complain with my use of other items like tigers balm or salonpas mostly due to their strong scents whether it be clove or menthol everything scented was always highly scented and not enjoyable to smell or be around.

However this is not the case with Emu oil. People rarely are able to notice that I am wearing anything at all unless I am seen applying it. Of course curiosity makes them ask to smell it and everyone is always pleasantly surprised to how mild it is even straight from the bottle.

Use wise you can get a ton of use for your money with this oil. I few drops on a cotton ball and then run it into the skin or wear a glove and rub it in that way. No matter how you choose to apply it a little got goes a long long way and the effects last a great amount of time.

It’s not. just great for pain relief but it also is a great moisturizer for the skin and it doesn’t stain clothes. Overall I have to say after getting this identical product on amazon (same brand and all) I’m thrilled to know that it was available to purchase from Walmart too so that I don’t have to worry if it runs out of stock on one site, I can get it from another.

I have several oils from this brand and have been pleased with the quality of all of the oils, the price of them is always fair and the amount you get is huge. I personally feel that I have been fortunate to have discovered Emu oil for pain relief.

It lasts a long time and I can wear it in public without bothering other people’s senses or worry if I smell too strongly from applying too much and still have the same if not better than quality of relief of pain from Emu oil vs other topical pain relievers.

Authentic and real, it doesn’t smell like roses, and that is one of the dead give aways with rosehip oil, when it smells like roses, then it has been diluted with a fragrance oil. This is my first time using any of the Leven Rose oils, and I found this over on another site, and not here.

The price was reasonable, do I gave it a try, and am very happy that I did. I’ve been using rosehip oil for years, after someone told me, that it would lighten a motorcycle scar on my calf that was 12 years old, it didn’t go lighten as quickly as I had hoped, but it eventually did, after about 6 months, and I have been hooked ever since.

If you consistently, and continuously use it, it will lighten sunspots. I personally use it everywhere on my skin, especially around my eyes, (not to close,) and I swear that it has staved off the wrinkles.

I haven’t used anything else for years. except rose hip oil. I go from one product to another for a short time, but always come back to rosehip oil. I love the amber glass bottle, it keeps the longevity of the antioxidants in the rosehip oil longer, and comes with a glass dropper so it is easy to see and dispense the exact amount you want.

Also, I keep mine in the refrigerator to last longer. The color of the oil is slightly amber & the smell is mild & pleasant, the way it should be. There is no way in six months, that you can use this before it expires, if you only used it on your face, so I use it everywhere, mixed with a few other oils, my skin is never dry, and I have no age spots on my arms or legs anywhere.

I did the paper test, and this dried with no oil on paper afterwards, what a relief. I am very happy with this oil, and will continue to use it.

I’ve used another brand of emu oil, and bought this one because of the wonderful reviews. Not sure what happened, but this oil just didn’t work. It is thinner than other emu oil I’ve used and absorbed quite quickly into my skin.

When I put it on my face at night – as I normally do – I awoke with dry skin, rather than moist skin. I see all the other positive reviews, but this was just terrible for me – and I’ve used emu oil for months.

I recommend buying another brand.

German Chamomile is one of the blue colored oils, which is cool in and of itself. However, this variety of Chamomile isn’t the bright, peppy, apple-like scent that most people are accustomed to when they think of Chamomile.

This variety has a more herbaceous, earthy musk to it that hits the olfactory strong. I wouldn’t say it’s off-putting or anything, but it’s sharper and less sweet than the classic scent. You can almost feel the summer sun beating down on your skin when inhaling this one.

German Chamomile is an oil I don’t go to very often and tend to only use it for its healing properties as opposed to scent alone, which is I don’t rank it higher. However, for a thick blue oil, it blends together very well with other oils without overpowering.

I would suggest the oil for EO enthusiasts as opposed to casual users. I think Roman Chamomile is a much better pick for the average EO consumer.

This is a great oil!! A bit pricey but a little goes a long way. A few of the “other” quality E. O. companies don’t even offer blue chamomile for sale as a single (though it is an ingredient in some of their blends).

I diffuse 2 or 3 drops of German Chamomile at night and get some of the best sleep I’ve had in years!! Beware it will stain your diffuser but does fade if you give it a break. I dedicated a diffuser just for German Chamomile.

I call it My blue burner (clever don’t you think ).

Thanks to JCAM I was finally able to purchase a bottle of Indian sandalwood AND a bottle of Jasmine with a buy one get one coupon. The sandalwood smells sweet, woody, and almost buttery to me. I purchased a small bottle of the Australian sandalwood a few months ago because I couldn’t afford the indian.

I feel like they both smell really similar. The Australian is a bit stronger and longer lasting in scent so for the price. I will probably buy a larger bottle of the Australian next time. BUT I really do love my bottle of Indian sandalwood.

Its fragrance is just so relaxing and makes me feel happy. I will uE it only when I know I can take the time to breathe and really enjoy it.

I’ve used and enjoyed Joico products before, but this product was not it for me. I’m reviewing as a caution to others: beware of buying Joico or other salon-quality brands from shops that aren’t actual beauty retailers or salons.

I got the reconstructor in a set with the matching shampoo and conditioner from a drugstore in Canada. The shampoo and conditioner were fine, but the reconstructor was awful. The product was basically pure liquid, had totally separated, and smelled like banana bread that had gone bad.

I’m assuming the set was made with products that had been sitting around for a long time. I may attempt to try this again, but only if I buy it on its own. I know many people love it, so try not to get duped like I did -A-.

It’s no wonder that Joico has already been elected as the best hair care brand in the world. ALL of your products are wonderful. In addition to visibly restoring hair from the first use, the line still smells wonderful.

The K-pak line has a delicious and smooth banana scent, in addition to rebuilding, strengthening and nourishing the hair. The mask alone is already a miracle. I have bleached hair and only Joico products recover from chemical damage.

If you are insecure, you can buy without fear. if you prefer, buy a travel size to do a test because you will be surprised.

Joico K-Pak Reconstructor works miracles! My dry, damaged, prone-to-ginormous-knots hair did a complete 180 after just one time of using this product. For days, my hair was silky smooth, tangle-free, lustrous and so strong and healthy-feeling.

I am still not sure if it’s okay to use this product weekly and so I’ve been reluctant to do so. (I know that these types of products can sometimes do harm to hair if used too often, so I just really want to be sure that it’s okay to use it weekly.

if it is, that would seriously be a godsend for me!) I cannot tell you how depressed I’ve been about my hair for the past several months. I’ve been contemplating chopping it all off. But I am supposed to be getting married this fall (if the Covid19 doesn’t push the date back) and, so, I’ve been trying to keep my hair long until after the wedding.

I think I may just be able to do that now because of this product! How I use it: After shampooing my hair, I squeeze out the water in my hair, and then apply a generous amount of K-Pak Reconstructor throughout my hair, more specifically towards the ends, and comb it.

Then, I twirl my hair into a sort of bun and put it under a shower cap for about 20 to 30 minutes. Next, I remove the shower cap and rinse the K-Pak Reconstructor from my hair under lukewarm water, followed by about one minute of icy-cold water.

Once rinsed, I squeeze out as much water from my hair as possible and then towel-dry it. Finally, I carefully comb my hair out and then blow-dry it with the cooler setting on my blow-dryer, as to try to preserve the health of my hair.

It takes a while to get it dry when not using the hottest blow-dryer setting, but it’s worth it!.

After using neroli for a few weeks, I wanted to update my initial review, but I don’t see it here. Maybe negative reviews dont get published?? Originally I gave this a one star. At first, the scent was quite off putting, and I wondered if it was spoiled.

I went as far as to order neroli from another company (I really wanted the therapeutic benefits). I did the closed eye smell test, and they smell identical! I didn’t feel a negative review was justified, so I’m making it right.

I’ve been mixing neroli with other oils to make a diffuser blend. I found one that is working well for me. NEROLI, MELISSA, & JASMINE. This blend is soothing and meeting my expectations for anxiety reducing benefits.

I will continue to use neroli and I would recommend this oil. Its definitely better in a blend.

Good Vibes has been a favorite of mine since I first received a bottle in my monthly subscription box! It’s earthy and floral and I plan on making a perfume out of it soon! It really does give off good vibes! I love diffusing it in my car, at home, and now at work! I took my flower diffuser to work and put it on my station! It goes beautifully with the salon decor.

There are a lot of chemical smells in a hair salon so it’s nice to have the Good Vibes to keep me centered and just makes my station smell wonderful! I love Simply Earth’s blends! I hope they come out with more!.
