Heat protection is uber important and this product certainly delivers on its mission to heat protect, de-frizz, and condition your hair. It’s very user friendly. Just point and spray yo! I have some unruly frizzy hairs that are difficulty to tame.

My hair is noticeably de-frizzed and “shampoo commercial glossy” after I comb this through my hair. It takes a few minutes to dry down, but that’s not a deal breaker for me. Minus 1 star due to the extremely potent salon-smell.

Fine mist spray of light conditioner for hair. Fine fragrance. I’m glad to have purchased this because it keeps my hair soft, non frizzy, and makes my natural curls shine without being greasy. Some argon oil products have not so nice fragrance or are too oily.

I absolutely love this aragan oil spray, made to protect your hair from being damaged from heat,due to blow drying or straighting your hair. I just brush my hair while it’s dry. Then I lightly mist my hair throughout thoroughly, then I brush my hair again.

Then I straighten my hair, occasionally adding the aragan oil to my hair as I go. Smells Great To.

In the instructions of how to use this oil, it says to work it though hair after a blowout. Very often, I blow out my hair with the Dyson Airwrap round brush and self-grip rollers. Self-grip rollers have a tendency to pull at the hair and break off small strands.

I definitely think this oil is great at smoothing those strands after the blow out. You don’t even have to use a full pump for the oil to do that job. With either 1 full pump or less, the oil smooths the hair without ruining the blow out or making it greasy.

My hair gets greasy QUICKLY after washing, so I really enjoy that I can use this oil for blow outs & it doesn’t affect the time in which my hair usually starts getting greasy. Also in the instructions, it says you can use this oil in your hair before washing.

I’ve done this a handful of times now. I find the oil dries down in a fair amount of time, so I like that I can douse my hair with multiple pumps, put it in a pony tail, and after about an hour, it looks normal enough to do do things that I don’t have to look really impressive for (ex: errands).

However, I notice when I completely oiling my hair up with this, it’s rather drying in comparison to other oils. For instance, I also use the Shea Moisture 100% Argan Oil, which is much cheaper, and it gives my hair that smooth oily feel that I aim for prior to washing.

With this oil, I find that myself going back and re-oiling my hair due to the dry feeling. Again, I’ve only used it as a prewash a handful of times, so I have NOT noticed yet that the dryness is a lasting affect after I wash.

I haven’t tried this yet on wet hair. Overall, it’s great for blow outs since a small pump goes far and it is light weight. When using larger amounts, I notice the hair feels more than dry than oily, and I worry this will eventually affect the dryness of my hair.

I feel that I can find a cheaper oil to smooth my hair after blowing it out.

For me, 2021 will go down in history books as the year of my tireless quest to find a reliable hair oil. Two of my fav products ended up being Ouai and Olaplex 7, but they truly accomplish VERY different things.

Ouai oil is HANDS DOWN the most lightweight and flexible oil for every day use. While Olaplex does a notable job strengthening your strands, it can very very easily weigh down your entire look. Ouai does not! I’m serious.

I’ve added it to finished curls (pictured), blowouts, flat ironed moments, etc. , and it NEVER deflates my styling. Rather, it ALWAYS makes my hair look like an enhanced version of whatever I intended.

Some days I even add it to my unstyled hair, because I know it will at least level me up from tragíc mess to ~presentable~. It also smells DEVINE! Like magnolias! The only negative is that a bottle of Ouai does not last nearly as long as Olaplex 7.

Since the formula is lighter, you not only end up using a bit more product naturally but can easily find yourself applying with a heavier hand than needed. An extra pump may not weigh you down with grease (still a W on its own), but it will eventually force you back to Ulta earlier than your wallet appreciates lol.

I’ve been a faithful Mielle customer for years now and this deep conditioner has been my go-to for a while. I purchased several jars of the deep conditioner and a few other products during this year’s sale.

I was looking forward to using the products but was very disappointed with my delivery when it arrived. All of the deep conditioners I purchased smell, look, and feel different than the product I buy in stores and have used for over a year.

The consistency of the conditioners I was sent is a lot thicker than normal. It is more creamy and has a lot less slip than usual. The conditioner is supposed to be white in color but in two of the jars the product is yellow.

YELLOW!! And none of the products have the mint smell that they typically do. In fact, they smell like chemicals. I am beyond disappointed with this delivery. The products I was sent are clearly old or have been contaminated and I will not be purchasing them again.

I usually love this hair mask but I ordered for the first time two of the Babassu Hair masks directly from Mielle. One didn’t have a proper seal but the product was ok, not runny, and the second one, had a seal that was lifted and the product is very runny.

I had the opportunity to try Hair Food’s new coconut and argan oil “Heat Protection Blend” and I would enjoy sharing my experience. I used this product on my towel-dried hair after shampooing and conditioning as usual.

I flipped my head upside down and spritzed liberally then straightened up and applied a little more. I worked it through with my fingers and then I blow dried as usual. I did not use any other product on my hair so I could really get an idea of Hair Food’s benefits.

After blow drying and a bit of finger combing, my hair was soft and shiny. Very nice! The product also has a great smell that filled the whole bathroom while I was drying my hair! As my hair is thin, it only takes me a couple of minutes to dry, and I only use curling irons or flat irons occasionally, I probably wouldn’t use this product much BUT.

we did have an accidental discovery! My boyfriend grabbed the Hair Food heat protection spray after showering and sprayed it (probably quite generously!) on his hair and WOW! His very curly red locks looked great! He did not blow dry or apply any kind of heat but his hair looked and felt awesome, shiny and SO soft! So, I would definitely recommend this product for anyone with thick, curly hair, regardless of heat applications.

In conclusion, Hair Food’s heat protection blend is a lovely product and it does what it says. It gives you soft, shiny locks and it’s free of sulfates, parabens and mineral oils which means its really healthy for your hair.

I used this product on my dyed and damaged hair. Im usually not too excited about heat styling aside from blowdrying anymore because of breakage but that’s over now! It was so nice i had to tell a few friends.

My mixed ethnicity (black and white) neice used it too and had amazing results which is awesome because we habe problems with finding stuff that’s not labelled specifically for mixed girks on her hair.

Saved a lot of money finding this gem. She is 10 ans saw my hair which I had straightened- soft and shiny (not oily or sticky like some other heat sprays have done). She wanted her hair straightened too- so i figured why not and tried it.

It worked wonders. I have a CHI straightener and tend to use it on the hottest setting because it’s quicker (sense the breakage) but had no issues. it also smells wonderful- very light and clean a hint of tropical but definitely not overbearing.

If you’re on the fence about trying it- just do it. It is a great investment and rivals a lot more expensive sprays and cremes that I’ve tried. I would buy it again. Side note i love the smell do much i just use it as a sort of leave in condismtioner as well.

I received Hair Food Coconut & Argon Oil Heat Protection Blend to try. It’s paraben, dye, sulfate and mineral oil free, which is what I actually like most about this product. Also it smells really good and the smell lasted all day.

It’s to help your hair stay protected when you blow dry, straighten or curl it. Basically for treating when using heated appliances. Plus argon oil really is good for your hair. I do not usually blow dry my hair but do occasionally straighten it.

I sprayed my hair as the directions stated. In sections before blow drying. My hair was not frizzy after and did feel silky. I almost didn’t straighten it. But I did and my hair came out awesome. Again, can’t stress enough the pro of the scent and how long it lasted.

I really did enjoy my experience with Hair Food Coconut and Argon Oil spray. Only con would be that it works as well as other products and my hair was a tad bit oilier then if I went 2 days without washing it.

I love this stuff. Not only does it actually work, but it leaves my hair smelling great (love the smell). I have very fine, thin hair. This doesn’t weigh my hair down, or leave it looking oily like most hair products do.

Instead, it leaves my hair soft and shiny. I can also see a huge difference in my hair now. The ends of my hair are no longer all frizzy looking, and it’s also a lot easier to straighten. My hair actually looks healthy now.

This will definitely be part of my daily hair care routine now, and will be purchasing again when this bottle is empty. I honestly think this would work great with thick hair also, since it is so light-weight and doesn’t weigh hair down.

I love Luseta shampoos and conditioners so I had high hopes for this. I hope it was a dud. It smelled like dirty mop water with a touch of rotting fish. My hair smelled like this all day. I tried to cover it up with scented oils and perfume but I could still smell it.

I had to wash it out when I got home. It went straight to the trash after one use. I didn’t see any similar complaints so maybe just mine was bad. And it was BAD.

LOVE everything I’ve bought so far. My new hair dryer is probably one of the best I’ve had. It’s not as loud and it dries my hair so much faster than my old dryer. Plus it’s pretty too. I LOVE the Argan Oil Heat Protectant Spray so much I bought another one so I wouldn’t run out.

It’s good for heat protectant but it also smells really good so I use it even when I’m letting my hair airdry. So far I like the Keratin shampoo and conditioner. The pump on the conditioner didn’t work and Luseta Beauty got a new pump out to me super fast.

I will buy these products again.

I’ve been using cheap heat protectants for years now, and I’ve noticed that all of the blowdrying and straightening I do has made my hair really dry with lots of breakage and flyaways. So I started looking for better, more expensive heat protectants, and this one came up in so many recommendations.

First of all, one thing that I noticed about this product is that it is much more fairly priced compared to others like it. While it’s expensive compared to drugstore products, compared to its other high-end brand competitors, such as the Kerastase Resistance Ciment Thermique Blow Dry Primer (which goes for $37 for 5.

1oz) or the Oribe Balm D’or Heat Styling Shield (which is $45 for 3. 4oz), this is a steal at $29 for 8. 5oz. And the thing is, with this product, you really don’t need a lot. I have thick hair, and I probably use about 10 sprays before blowdrying, and less than that before straightening my hair, since I don’t want my hair to be too wet before straightening it.

After blowdrying, this spray leaves a lustrous sheen all over my hair, and tames any flyaways/breakage that I’d usually have without using the spray. My hair feels so soft after using it, and it also smells so good – it’s sweet but not cloying, like a light vanilla.

The scent also lasts for quite a while, which was a nice surprise! I also use this product before straightening my hair, but you can’t use too much before straightening, because it can make dry hair feel a bit tacky if you use a lot.

I just use around 7 to 8 sprays, and that’s good enough to leave my hair looking shiny and healthy with minimal flyaways, which is a miracle after straightening it at over 400 degrees Fahrenheit (which is what I have to do to get my thick hair to straighten).

Ultimately, if you’re looking to make the step up from drugstore heat protectants/primers to something a little more expensive but still affordable (which I strongly suggest you do), THIS is the product is that I’d suggest, for any and all hair types.

I cant understand the negative reviews for this product! Although I suppose all hair textures and types are different so it may not be suitable for certain hair but it is for mine! I have very coarse, wiry and thick hair which bends, frizzes and sticks out so have to blow dry and straighten it every other day.

Ive used hair balms, serums, leave in conditioners, oils, everything I can think of to tame my locks but nothing comes close to this marvel. I towel dry my hair beforehand (my hair is cut into a short, layered bob) then spray this (shake the bottle before use) quite liberally as with my hair being very thick it needs a lot of everything.

Then I blowdry and straighten. The result? Smooth like silk hair, soft and very shiny which is a miracle as because of my hairs texture it never shines. So this bottle of loveliness works beautifully on my locks.

Even my husband commented on how silky soft and shiny my hair was which is another miracle! I received this product in the smaller sized kit but have just ordered the full sized bottle as dont ever want to be without it.

I really wanted to love this but it left the grossest greasy feeling in my hair. It looked absolutely horrible. I tried to use it with towel dried hair, wet hair, and dry hair. And it looked horrible every time.

Absolutely love shea moisture products and especially love the Jamaican black Castor oil line. Pair this with the other products for maximum effect but this alone will still leave your hair shiny and soft to the touch.

I love this product! It’s my new favourite heat protector spray because it’s light and doesn’t make your hair greasy like some sprays. I spray it lightly on sections of hair before straightening and then a final light mist over all of my hair when i’m finished to give it a little extra shine.

This has honestly saved my life. I use it after a shower and it leaves my hair with a natural glow, without looking greasy, and super soft and healthy. Also, there’s quite a lot of product so it definitely lasts a while! Absolutely love the product and will be stocking up in the future too!.

Gorgeous on my hair-which would be quite dry,greying and abit brittle from highlights 6 months ago. I use this along with 2 other product softening/strengthening heat protecting serums/spray and all combined together they work really well on my hair,tame it and keep it looking and feeling soft, strong and smelling great.

I did try using this alone without using my usual serum before drying wet hair but found it worked better for me alongside my usual serums. I do use 1 /2 pumps of it a few times a week in between washes on my hair during the day and before going to bed to keep my hair from drying out/snapping and this works great for me.

I have naturally curly hair that’s been bleached to platinum blonde. While usually I straighten my hair I wanted to use something that’ll make my hair stay curly instead of going frizzy. I noticed my hair has reacted well to coconut oil in the past so I bought this, as well as the oil in this brand, and it’s done the trick! My hair feels softer and more hydrated! No more frizzy ness either (I use the scrunching method when applying this product).

The only thing is if your roots/scalp tend to be oily, use a minimal amount ONCE between washes near the scalp, but go crazy on the ends!.
