20 Best Oil For Hydrating Skin (2022 Updated)

This was gifted by Farmacy Beauty in exchange for an honest review. After around one week of use, I can see that this oil helps revitalise my skin. A little goes a long way, as I have combination skin- I personally don’t like my skin to be too oily.

I tend to use this more for night routine as I don’t really see this for using during the day time. But perhaps I may try this for dryer months. Pilling is something I strongly dislike when applying oily products, however I’ve not had a problem with that so far with this product.

It works well with my other honey Farmacy products like the ceramide moisterizer and the face mask! Also the smell is divine and would definitely recommend!.

I absolutely love this product! I have older dry skin. This oil has changed my skin from dry to beautifully hydrated and glowing!! I get many compliments asking why I do not have wrinkles!! They also compliment the beautiful glow my skin has! This oil has natural ingredients.

Who cares about the scent! It goes away. the benefits are so worth you not liking the scent. which, by the way, doesn’t bother me! Try this product for a week! You will love it! I put it on at night and before my make-up in the morning.

The glow shines through my make- up. I have purchased my 4 the bottle! The only fear I have is they cancel it!! I would be sooooo upset. I have used YSL. I have used La Mer. trust me. this stuff is better!!.

This stuff is amazing! After years of spending $$$ w EL, i am elated to find this product line! I started with facial wipes to clean face on the go…then this $20 oil to replace $110 serum. What was great is i stopped having issues w clogged pores.

After this great experiences, i have been switching over to Burt Bees for everything—even makeup—slowly and each additional product has further enhanced my skin quality. Being 56, my skin is in great shape.

I am enamored with the illuminating foundation (?) the eye shadow! The stuff for mature skin is the best stuff out there!!!.

I have used this oil consistently for about 4 years. I apply it morning and night. I have combination skin. This oil makes my skin look glowy, healthy and keeps it well hydrated all day. I am 40 years old and I have absolutely no wrinkles or crows feet on my face and this is the only product I use on my skin other than sunscreen.

It has a woody and sweet scent (probably from the RoseHip oil) but I find it pleasant. If feels heavy initially but it is quickly absorbed. Highly recommend.

I received this in my Allure Beauty Box. I’ve never used facial oil because the likelihood of clogged pores and breakouts is too high (my father was a dermatologist). Upon first application on bare skin, I noticed the very strong smell of bergamot and cedar.

My skin is in perfect condition, but the product stung slightly. It does not absorb. It’s just a layer of oil sitting on top of your skin. That night, I decided to give it another try and it burned so much, I washed it off 30 mins later.

It burned the worst around my nose and mouth. I couldn’t believe how red my face was when I saw it in the mirror. It’s now 2 days later and I still have red patches and red bumps all around and next to my nose and chin that haven’t cleared up.

I’m not prone to breakouts. I use skincare that is formulated by dermatologists and/or plastic surgeons. This product is a disaster. The concentrations of the essential oils are entirely too high and too numerous for use on the face.

It’s so strong, the smell filled my whole bedroom and I could smell it 8 feet away from my bed, where I was sitting when I applied two pumps total, for my face, neck and hands. That’s an incredible concentration of fragrance to fill a bedroom.

Fragrance is the #1 cause of breakouts from cosmetic products. I would recommend purchasing a proper facial moisturizer that will actually absorb into your skin and is either lightly fragranced or fragrance free.

I would not recommend that anyone put this product on their face. I felt compelled to warn others about this product because my experience with it was so negative. I think it’s fine to use elsewhere on the body, below the neck, if you enjoy the fragrance, but it would be far less expensive to buy jojoba oil on Amazon and add the desired essential oils to it.

My guess is the cedar and rosewood oils are the culprits for causing the problems I experienced, but particularly cedar. You’d be far better off to purchase skincare with ingredients that will ********* the dermal layers to do their job.

I’m not sure which of the oils in this my face hates, but it hates it with a fury! Usually when I break out from a product, it takes about a week of using it before the reaction happens. This one was almost instant.

I got it in my Allure box and tried it out before bed. Woke up with a ton of pimples on my chin. Of course, I still wasn’t convinced it was this (I do get hormonal acne in the same spot, so I thought maybe it was just my cycle) so I put it on again the next night and woke up with a pimple on a spot on my cheek where I think I’ve never had a zit before.

This won’t be going on my face anymore! I mixed it in with my body lotion and put it on my legs without a reaction, so I’ll stick to that to use the rest of this bottle up. It smells really nice, like the essential oils they use during a really nice facial, but I won’t be spending any money on this!.

I was finally able to get my hands on a sample of Osea body oil, it is amazing! My skin is extremely dry and I have tried many different products mostly lotions and body butters. I am new to the world of body oil but I am liking what I see, feel and smell.

I did not have enough product to give it more than a 2 day trial but it was very impressive. My skin absorbed it beautifully, there was no heaviness, greasiness or tackiness, the oil and scent was very light and smells like citrus.

It left my skin feeling hydrated and super soft. I am definitely going to be looking into purchasing more products from this company and the body oil is definitely on my list. I need more! #bodyoil #hydration.

I got this oil during a sale. I wasn’t sure I would need both the Vital C serum and this oil, but I did a little research and found that they are a good combination (plus you don’t need both every day because they are so hydrating.

) When I put this on, it makes my skin feel velvety soft. It’s incredible. The first few times I put it on, I kept touching my face. I also got the Vital C antioxidant serum and decided to put the serum on in the morning and this oil on at night.

That way I’m not doubling up and over moisturizing my face and causing breakouts. And with how little I have to use of both, I know these will last a long time. This will be a godsend during Santa Ana weather.

And I know it can be pricey. But I got this oil and the serum on sale. Plus a Vital C sample kit. Plus two other free face masks. And free shipping. If you are strategic about when you buy things, it actually isn’t so bad of a price.

Image has such good quality stuff, you know you are getting what you pay for.

Absolutely love this stuff. I’m so happy I added it to my skincare routine! I live in a dry climate and my skin is always so dry and irritated no matter what moisturizer I use. Plus I have sensitive/acne prone skin as well.

This stuff has kept my skin so moisturized, and clear of breakouts!! I use this after my clear cell cleanser.

A true hidden gem. There’s no clout or social media influence on fresh products ever, they have poor advertising & marketing. (Please stay that way because if everyone knew how good this stuff was it would never be in stock.

) I’ve been using this since 2015/2016 when Sephora sold it out as a mini Christmas ornament gift. I know they only do that on great products (or at least they used to when I bought this). But truly an amazing job on Fresh’s end.

My skin looks amazing , always smooth and elasticity is good. I feel good about putting omegas on my skin that our bodies don’t naturally produce on their own. I put it on every night before bed and don’t wash my face in the AM.

I 10/10 recommend. If you are debating on spending the $50+ trust me just do it, and the bottle lasts for months. You are all welcome!.

Not everyone will like this oil. For reference I enjoy thick Nivea cream and Vaseline. My favorite face oil is Farmacy’s Honey Grail. This is thick and tacky. Personally it dries down a bit too much for my liking unlike the Farmacy one which was a comforting layer of moisture on my face throughout the night.

I also don’t enjoy the smell of this oil. Regardless is does do the job. If you don’t like thick oils this won’t be for you because even the dry down it will still be viable on your face. I recommend trying the FRESH Rose Serum Oil it’s super lightweight and love using in the summer if you do want an oil without the feeling.

I was so sad when I finished this oil as I enjoyed every last drop. Super hydrating and thick yet absorbs beautifully. I applied this generously to my face neck and sometimes chest nightly for a year! Yes a year.

This product lasts a long time. Absolutely worth the price. Seaberry or sea buckthorn is high in antioxidants. Amazing for the skin. Naturally anti-aging. If you are looking for an oil. I highly recommend.

Good for all skin types and skin tones. Sephora carry’s this and they are having their annual spring sale right now ! Great time to try it.

What can I say this product is like a magic elixir. I do routine dermaplaning for my skin and this product is intensely soothing to the skin and the senses. I have converted my husband as well. He loves it as an aftershave.

The scent is only slightly floral, very subtle but very aromatherapeutic in quality. I put 2-3 drops on my fingertips and pat lightly all over my face. As it warms to your skin, massage it over your ears and down into your neck.

I follow up with Double Serum. I am absolutely in love with this product!.

Blue Orchid Face Cream Oil has become a favorite product of mine. I recently ordered my second bottle. I think the skin oil is absorbed well by the skin. It nourishes and helps to hydrate the skin. I live in a large city and the pollution quotient rises in the heat of summer so I feel it is protective too.

The oil has a pleasant, mild natural fragrance. One bottle lasts a long time. I use maybe 3-4 drops of the oil both a. m. and p. m. on my face after cleansing and on the décolleté area.

I love in SoCal where Santa Ana winds are ruthless on delicate vegetation and my already dry skin. This oil gives my skin the desperately needed protection and comfort during those times and on those days when my moisturizer needs that something extra.

Although some may have complained about the scent of this oil, I absolutely enjoy it. The strong botanical smell brings my mind at ease and sets the mood that “help is on the way” whenever the desert winds are cruel.

I appreciate the creation of this essential product in my skincare arsenal and hope Clarins NEVER discontinues it.

is hydrating oil that’s not too heavy or greasy. Absorbs nicely into my skin and leaves a beautiful subtle glow. I use AFTER my moisturizer, and will sometimes use a jade roller to help press products into skin, or a gua sha tool for massage.

If I decide to wear foundation, I will add a couple drops of oil to foundation for added hydration, easier smoother application. I have several oils that I rotate use of, some that are more hydrating some that aren’t my favorite but am trying to use up.

until I bought Kosterina hydrating oil. The face oil is a true winner. I have tried other high quality oils from Mercola and Beekman. I oil my face, cook with Kosterina olive oil, and munch on their almond butter bars.

The consistency of this serum is perfect for my (not-so-young) skin, light enough to spread easily but substantial enough to really moisturize my face. It’s quickly absorbed and makes my face feel hydrated but not oily or greasy, so great for use before bed but also before putting on makeup.

LOVE the scent, and also the fact that the “active ingredient” is extra virgin olive oil!.

I had often thought about using olive oil on my face, but had just never done it. When I saw this product, I decided it is time to try it. It is already working well! I have always had oily skin, but with dry patches.

I admit I bought this oil because it smells so good. I love a face oil at night to achieve the glazed doughnut look. I typically use pure rosehip but had a gift card so I wanted to treat myself. This oil is certainly a treat! I warm 5 drops in my hands and press into my skin.

I don’t know if it’s doing much but I like to think it locks in my serum and moisturizer and helps prevent moisture loss. When I wake up in the morning my skin is calm, smooth, and glowing. Will I buy it again? Perhaps.

I do want to try the other oils Herbivore offers as well.

I’ve tried several brands and types of facial oils and this is the only one that actually absorbs into my skin and doesn’t cause breakouts. A little goes a long way so this bottle lasts a few months (at least) and I use this twice a day.

I only put 3 drops on the top of my hand, gently rub in a circular motion, and then I apply all over my face until absorbed. It says to rub it in between your palms but because my hands are so dry from washing them constantly, my hands would soak up all the oil before I had time to apply it to my face.

Applying it to the top of my hand prevents that. Just 3 drops leaves me with such a healthy glow and never greasy – just make sure you give it a minute or so before applying anything else. ~I have combination oily skin and breakout from time to time, depending on my hormones or how much junk I decide to eat during that time.

But this has never caused any breakouts or other issues and I’ve been using this for a while now so it’s definitely a staple in my skincare routine.

I received this oil in a Best of Dermstore box. I did not try it until this past winter, when my skin suddenly became extremely dry and rough. No other product helped until I used this oil – in only a couple of days it had fully repaired my skin’s moisture barrier, leaving me with plump, soft skin.

This oil is very luxe; it’s packaged beautifully and feels downright silky to apply. It is a “wetter” oil, and for me takes a long time to absorb into the skin, so I recommend using this as a night time oil only.

As a completely unexpected side benefit, I have found that this oil helps to heal cystic acne; I have woken up after applying this oil at night to find painful, inflamed nodules shrunk to almost nothing.

I think it is the anti-inflammatory properties of the grape seed oil. Despite my great experience with this oil, I do have to say I think it is over priced for what it is. Grape seed oil, jojoba oil, olive oil, and sunflower seed oil are not exactly expensive, proprietary ingredients.

That said, considering the size of the bottle and the fact that you only need 2-3 drops to cover your face, the price-per-wear cost is relatively low.

Started off not really loving this product. I’m not a big fan of putting anything in my palms as this is a super porous area and sucks up a lot of your product but this is how Lancer says to use it. Works well although a little wasteful.

But it took me a few weeks to figure out the best use. Every day I get out a little moisturizer and add a drop to a drop and half of this oil and it just works! It makes the moisturizer go further while using less and really moisturizes the skin without making it greasy feeling.

Soaks in and gets absorbed in all the right ways.

I wanted to try a new face oil since my current one was out of stock. I have severely dry skin and always look for hydrating face products that also contain clean ingredients since I’m also very sensitive and have eczema and lots of allergies to chemical additives in skincare and makeup.

The ingredients are beautiful, the packaging is great, the brand itself is awesome and I love a lot of their products so I said what the hell. First off, this face oil smells. kinda gross lol but I think it’s because there is no added fragrance so I understand and the smell goes away quickly luckily.

The only thing about this product is, weirdly enough, for a face oil its not insanely hydrating as I’d like and it doesn’t sink into the skin as much as I’d like either. It doesn’t clear up my dry patches like my go to oil does, even with the same other face products I use and love.

I think this is better as an under makeup type oil than a skincare step tbh. I think this would be amazing under a matte foundation or something if you have combo leaning dry skin but not for super dry skin like I have.

I will use it up under my moisturizer for the time being but won’t be repurchasing. I’ll stick with my go to Sunday Riley Juno Antioxidant Superfood Face Oil instead.

I received this in a New Beauty Test Tube a few years ago and was really excited to try it. I loved that it came in a roller ball applicator, however, I always had a problem with the product leaking out the screw on top.

I was disappointed because I wanted to be able to carry this around in my purse during the cold winter days to help with my chapped skin, but I was noy able to because of the leakage. I had to store the product standing up to stop it from leaking.

I also really wanted to like the oil itself as I love the tarte brand and their clean, vegan products, but I was sadly unsatisfied with this facial oil. It is very thick and does not seem to soak into the skin because of its thickness.

It just sits greasy on your face, so I only applied it at night. I had to put hand towels over my pillowcases in order to not leave greasy stains on them while I was asleep. I really did not notice any improvements in my skin while using this oil either.

I would strongly suggest going for the Josie Maran argan oil instead. It has many benefits and did not leave me greasy like this maracuja oil did.

This used to be my favorite skincare product. The only oil that made my skin absolutely beautiful! It was a staple in my routine. Until now, since they reformulated it. It used to just be maracuja oil, but now they’ve added a bunch of other ingredients including a citrus oil.

I was upset when I realized it after I brought it home, but I tried to remain hopeful and tried it out anyways. I kept doing little trial runs where I’d use it for a few days and then stop, and every time I used it I would break out.

Little painful pimples in the crease under my nose and pimples on my forehead, cheeks, and chin. It doesn’t soak in like it once did and makes my skin look and feel yucky. I’m so so so disappointed, they reformulated the Amazonian Clay Foundation as well and also ruined that product.

I’m not sure why Tarte would downgrade their best products, but I’m not purchasing this oil anymore.

Overall: This has been my HG twice daily moisturizer for years now. I have oily skin that’s prone to congestion (blackheads) and hormonal acne. When I am diligent with using the Seaberry Moisturizing Face Oil after cleansing, I simply do not break out in pimples.

I also do not experience end of the shine and can wear this comfortably under a full face of make up. My husband is the type of man that thinks a bar of soap is all you need (face, body, beard etc. ).

He has sensitive/reactive skin that is prone to breaking out. He usually scoffs at my attempts to integrate better skincare into his regiment, but this is the one product he has stuck with. It soften his beard and soothes the reactions on his skin (like when he gets a mild rash or a bout of irritation).

Other uses: I have applied to this to dermatitis on my scalp and it alleviated the flaking (not permanently, of course, but enough to make me feel more comfortable about the patch near my hairline). Cost Effectiveness: It is expensive and if the price increases further (I remember when it was 55 CAD), I’m not sure I’d continue using it as a frequently.

For now, it is pricey but it works (for me), and a little really does go a long way (I only need 2-3 drops for my face and neck). I do believe the price reflects the quality of the product, which consists of ingredients I am comfortable putting on my skin and that react well with both my own skin and my husband’s more sensitive skin.

Advice: As with any product we all experience unique results, so I would recommend trying this out if you’re curious about how it will work for you. Since I am oily, I do not require an additional moisturizer (even in winter).

I generally use this oil after cleansing with Fresh’s Soy gel cleanser – both are products I always return to even after curiosity leads me elsewhere (-: For what it’s worth, I no longer “cheat” on my moisturizer (the Seaberry MFO), but still occasionally try other cleansers.

This is my absolute favourite skincare product in my whole routine! To make it go further, and for extra hydration, I mix this with a pump of CeraVe face lotion. It makes my skin feel soft and smooth, has appeared to reduce hyperpigmentation and texture plus it keeps my face feeling hydrated and glowy all day! I wear quite a fair amount of makeup, but I have no issue with using this underneath.

If anything I actually think this helps my face makeup apply smoother and makes for a great base – however, I always wait about 5-10 min for it to soak in before applying any foundation. This oil is super light, I only need to mix about 2-3 drops in my moisturizer for my face and neck.

This is the only skincare product with fragrance that I can’t live without. In the year that I’ve been using this, my skin has changed so much for the better and I do believe this has made a significant contribution towards that.

In case you were wondering, I have dry/sensitive/acne prone skin and I never found that this caused any breakouts and never exacerbated active breakouts. If you’re going to splurge on anything, splurge on this !.

I can’t even believe the difference this has made for my face. 🙂 For over ten years I’ve had combination skin with tons of acne problems. Makeup typically makes my issues worse, so I try to stay away from foundation or anything that is all coverage, so I am left with whatever my skin is at the time which is often quite embarrassing.

To top it all off, my skin is extremely sensitive so trying to find a moisturizer that doesn’t make me breakout in painful red rashes is a must as well. I bought this in store after reading a glowing article on one of my favorite blogs whose writer has similar skin to mine.

🙂 She couldn’t stop raving about it. So, around Christmas, I decided to give it a shot. Well, I am not disappointed. I cannot even begin to describe the difference other than that my skin has done a complete 180.

Soft, well moisturized and clear – I can’t believe it! I’ve even found that I know have a nice dewy, healthy glow. I couldn’t be happier. About a year ago I switched up my cleanser and that seemed to help with my acne except during that time of the month.

Now, I still break out, but instead of huge patches I only had two barely noticeable bumps. I can’t believe it. I’m in love and I won’t be turning back. The real test will be how it holds up this summer, so I guess we’ll see.

You do have to be careful though, I only use two-three little drops (NOT droppers full) right out of the shower and that is plenty for my entire face. I’ve been using three months and I haven’t even made much of a dent in the smaller size bottle.

I know people have made comments about the smell, and it is something different. It smells like organic essential oils do. So if you use oil masks for your hair, you know the smell. Some may find this a turn off, but honestly, it doesn’t smell for long and I actually like the smell.

Definitely a two thumbs way up from me!💚.

As a big fan of SF, I was a bit hesitant to buy this product. Oil? For my face? Really? Yep, really. It’s not what you might think. I can happily report that this stuff is nothing short of a skincare powerhouse!! I’d been using Jet Lag at night and just love that product.

It’s great for when my skin needs a real boost or feels, well. tired. Now I’m alternating. Nightly my routine is Dream Oasis Serum followed by 3-4 drops of Heavenly Sixteen. I wake up. to soft, glowing skin.

This oil absorbs very quickly and it doesnt feel heavy or greasy. It just magically soaks into your skin, leaving it soft and luminous. If you are undecided about this product, rest assured you are not wasting your money.

It’s an investment for your face. Love, love, love it!!.

This stuff is amazing! I have combo skin so I am sensitive to products that sit on the skin, make your skin feel oily, etc. and this face oil completely absorbs into my skin. I mix in two drops with my moisturizer and it makes my skin look so nice all day long.

It also doesn’t pill with any of the other products I use (serum, moisturizer, sunscreen). I appreciate that this product does not include any potentially irritating essential oils like some face oils do, and it comes up as a completely clean product on Clearya.

This oil overall feels like an incredibly high quality product, and if you mix it into your moisturizer it can last for a long time, making it worth the price. It definitely a staple in my routine now and I’ll continue to repurchase.

I LOVE this product! I typically have dry skin everywhere except my t-zone. On days I wear makeup my routine is: wash, toner, serum, moisturizer, sunscreen, hydrating foundation, hydrating concealer, cream bronzer, cream contour, cream blush, and cream or powder highlight/illuminator.

I’ve tried many different products and still always felt as though my face looked dull. After applying my makeup I lightly swiped this on my face over my makeup, on my collarbones, décolleté, and thighs and shins.

Holy smokes! My face feels hydrated and it looks incredibly luminous and dewy! Not overly oily or heavy. I’m going back to buy several more asap because this will now be part of my regular routine.

The first time I ordered this product, the bottom (where you turn it to get the product out/up), completely broke off. The product was thus unusable. I requested a new product be sent to me, as I used this product a few years ago and liked it.

I received the replacement product, and the same part of it broke as I was taking it out of the packaging. Part of the bottom just cracked off, making it impossible to turn and get the product out. I am extremely disappointed and won’t be getting a replacement again, rather a complete refund.

I am giving two stars as a result of this, even though I liked the actual product in the past. I hope milk makeup becomes aware of this and fixes the issue. For such an expensive product, this is unacceptable.

Absolutely love this! Will definitely buy this again, i highly recommend it. Agree with other views that this works great as a night time moisturizer – I wake up in the morning after using it and my skin is SO SOFT! It goes on kind of like a “dry oil” and I don’t cut it with water or do much else besides rub it in a little with my hands afterwards.

I’ve also worn it under makeup as a morning moisturizer/primer substitute and it works pretty well, my makeup doesn’t smear or fall when I use it that way. One thing to watch out for is pilling – when I use this overtop of my serum (The Ordinary’s Buffet) there is absolutely no pilling, but I get significant pilling if I put it on top of my Benzoyl Peroxide lotion.

The easy solution is just putting the benzoyl peroxide overtop of this and that has been working fine. I really like the scent as well. All in all I definitely recommend!!.

I was a faithful Palmers Body Oil girl for a while but then I saw this Black Owned brand pop up and I had to try it! I am in love. I used it for a twist out to do the L. O. C (Leave In,Oil,Cream) and it turned out beautiful! My hair was soft and moisturized for a week.

I also love it as body oil! The scent is very light though but then you can spray more vanilla perfume for a seductive scent all day!!! (Pair it with Vanilla Bourbon from Mix:Bar) Urban Hydration you really did that! I love this stuff.

It’s a bit pricy but a little goes a long way!! Also love that is doesn’t have mineral oils!.

It smells nice and that’s about it. Since using it as directed, my skin has broken out on my neck. It could be a coincidence, idk. The feel isn’t pleasant and it leaves too much of an oily residue after rinsing.

I tried it in my hair, too; and, I didn’t like how it felt after (like rubbing damp plastic).

So light and not greasy, the fragrance is so delicate and I love that it has no coconut oil which makes me breakout. I use it in the shower before rinsing off and my skin is completely transformed. Definitely will save my skin from the chlorine this summer!!!.

just received this – which sounded nice, buuut it has such a strong smell – not gentle and pomegranate – but lavender lavender lavender not sure I’ll be using it again, so a waste of what £30? what a shame.

I LOVE this oil. I have combination skin and I feel like this product is liquid gold for my skin type. It absorbs beautifully, it helps with acne, acne scarring, my dry and oily areas, and has given me a more youthful glow overall.

I recommend this to all of my friends, especially in these colder, dry months.

So let me start off by saying I have extremely dry skin. I have tried a ton E of facial oils and none of them have worked. They are literally just like oils just sitting on top of your skin and not absorbing.

I only ordered the hyaluronic acid originally but this little bottle came in my order and I’ve been using as needed. I get spots of severe dryness under my eyes, around my eyebrows, and near my mouth.

When I use this oil, those spots are gone overnight. I’ve even added a drop to flaky areas on my scalp and it helped but it did make my hair look oily. Best use I’ve found is to add 2 or 3 drops to my hand lotion at night and not wash my hands again until morning.

Heals cracked areas, scaly places, peeling knuckles, you name it. Do it, I promise your hands will be so much softer and less scaly. Took off one star because if I use too frequently, it causes my face to breakout in areas that are already a little oily.

There are several products from GoodMolecules that I make sure to always have in stock in my skincare fridge, and this is one of them. I have combination skin and pair this with Eucerin Advanced Repair moisturizer at night and wake up with my face feeling like a baby’s bottom.

Trust me, this product works and it honestly lasts a long time too. You only really need a few drops to cover your face. The directions say to rub it between your hands but I have a lot of body heat so I just put it directly on my face and gently rub it in, and then moisturize.

I found that adding this to my skincare routine prevents my skin from drying up, especially after using the Overnight Exfoliating Treatment. Totally worth it!!.

I had never used face oils before and had heard of how they can benefit those with oily/combo skin that REALLY likes to overproduce oil. I bought this for night and their squalane oil for the day time, and WOW!! I don’t need to try any other oils, these two are great!! The ultra hydrating oil doesn’t feel heavy, doesn’t clog my pores at all, and incorporating it alongside the squalane oil has almost eliminated the appearance of my sebaceous filaments.

I don’t really wake up with an oily face anymore. I don’t buy a lot of products, and have a very simple routine or ever leave reviews but I LOVE this oil. A little goes SUCH a long way, you only need 2 drops in your hands and pat it into your skin over your moisturizer.

even though it’s small I can tell the bottle will last a long while since you use so little at a time. you’ll feel so hydrated and fresh without feeling sticky/heavy 🙂 This product definitely needs more attention on their social media!!.

I’m usually not huge on using oils because I always figured since I have oily skin that an oil would just break me out even more and cause breakouts, not the case anymore! I was so surprised how well this worked along with the other countercontrol products and it really did leave my skin feeling so balanced! I don’t know how yall do it but all of this line is absolutely amazing! Can’t believe this works soo good and I’ve tried so many brands that were “dermatologist recommended” and they never worked like this brand does! This brand truly is the only brand I want on my skin!.

I am not sure yet about the #3balancing oil. I am using it with the moisturizer. I am also using the vitamin c serum, the toner, and the Resurfacing peel. (not in that order) I am cleansing with the lotus glow balm.

I HAVE PROBLEM SKIN WITH LARGE PORES BUT ALSO AGING SKIN WITH WRINKLES. To combat wrinkles I need moisture but a lot of moisturizers seem to enlarge pores. Too many skin care choices are confusing. I will say for sure though that the vitamin c serum feels great on my skin.

Should I use that alone after cleansing and toning?.
