Engine was rebuilt at 500,000 miles with tighter piston/cylinder clearances. Consequently, oil temp runs 205 to 210 degrees during Summer Wanted to try an oil with ZDDP since the engine wasn’t burning any oil, but the dyno oil wasn’t liking the higher temps and the oil pressure was getting a little low at idle.

So I switched to the LS30 because it had a higher VI. Oil pressure picked up 7 PSI at idle. 6000 miles later, I had the LS30 tested and was very happy with the results. Viscosity measured 11. 6 at 100DegC and the base number was 4.

68. Wear metals were 0 with the exception of iron, copper and aluminum (18, 6, 2ppm respectively). I’ll have it tested again at 8,000 miles then 10,000 miles to determine the change interval. I’ve already ordered a second batch for the next oil change.

Excellent oil for my application. I have a 2014 Chevy SS with a LS3 that now has a supercharger. This oil was recommended by the shop that did the install. They did say this oil should not be used when cat’s are installed.

I have been using this oil for 3 years now and had no issues. I do change my oil every 6 months, probably to much but that is what I do. Summit has the cheapest price around and this is where I shop for this oil.

Not much else to say, it’s synthetic oil and I like it.

Smells alot like gear oil. I had the oil evaluated after 4000 mi of city driving in Florida heat. It held up well and was extremely low in contaminants. It maintained viscosity with good additive retention.

My 125000 mi stock LS motor is smooth and impressively quiet. At $10+ per qt it aint cheep but good insurance for the hard driven daily (Suburban LTZ).

Been using this oil for the past 3 or 4 oil changes, so just over a year. It appears to be doing what it’s supposed to, i. e. lubricate the engine. Now, what I absolutely LOVE about this product is the container.

two handles, one for carrying, one for use during pouring/filling. A wonderful extendable pour spout, brilliant! There is even a reminder sticker attached to the container that you can remove and attach to your windshield 😱.

I use this in my K20 because of the high ZDDP and moly content. During super high RPM’s/high engine loads the ZDDP and moly help protect your cam lobes better than other oils with lower ZDDP and moly.

RedLine is also known for putting anti-foam additives in their oils that almost everyone else doesn’t do. The anti-foam agents help keep the oil like oil, which is extremely imporatnt for lubricity. Oil analysis also shows that this oil has a very stout total base number and also a very good detergent and dispersant package.

So, I have used this oil since 2004 or so in the same car when it was 140WHP stock to the 300WHP turbo it is now. Once the car was built up and restomodded the shop recommended I switch to Montul. However, I know Acura ran this in there real time race cars and I have never had an issue with it so I stuck with it.

Its difficult to review the performance of the oil in my street driven weekend driver application. I have no analytical data on the performance of my integra on a dyno vs other oils, No I didn’t notice any difference running the motul the first few thousand miles before I switch back to Redline.

It’s synthetic, esters based, and has a reliable history. Even though I am a Naval Engineer by profession I admit when it comes to my cars I am superficial and sentimental. So, yes this is useless review but I like the oil for my Integra, it ships quick from Summit.

Not sure what value this is if your wondering if it’s good oil besides when I am hitting 8700 RPM in the integra nothing has blown up yet.

Not really much to say. Red Line makes top of the line engine fluids. It’s pricey, but among the best out there. Is it worth it? That’s open to personal perspective. I, personally, wouldn’t put it in the family sedan but for performance engines it’s certainly a valid choice.

Without starting a heated argument over what oil is best, based on used oil analysis that I have paid for, Red Line tests to be the best. According to the lab, I could extend my drain intervals from the OEM recommended 10k miles up to 20k miles.

I won’t do that but it does show how good this oil is.

Scion FRS approaching 100,000 miles of daily driving & countless track days. Switched to Redline early on as my typical peak oil temps were ~265F with the Subaru OEM oil cooler I was using. Years later my oil analysis results continue show good wear.

I always use Red Line Oil, whether it’s my 370Z, or my vintage go karts, it’s simply the best. When I go on line to purchase racing parts, Pegasus is normally my first stop. I wish they could supply all the Nissan 370Z parts that I purchase.

Very Slick experience! I contacted the folks at Royal Purple and asked about the shelf life of the product if kept in it’s original container. They said the shelf life was forever so long as you didn’t open the container.

Imagine my relief! Yes I know some stuff has a shelf life open or not. They did recommend putting a piece of plastic from a sandwich wrap bag or like wrapping to act as a seal/gasket when putting the cap back on.

this would take care of any shelf life concerns in my case. So I bought the 10W 30 and the 5W 30 in the 5 gallon jugs to change my oil for the next 30 or 40 k miles and paid about half the cost of buying it by the quart.

I also don’t have to go to the store for oil changes any more. Yeah, I’m buying a case of filters for each of my vehicles.

I have been using RP street motor oil for many years in multiple vehicles. They run quieter, smooth power, no oil smoke in the exhaust closing in on 200,000 miles. The RP Max 2 cycle oil is also great in chainsaws.

I have a 1956 Dodge Coronet Lancer and my mechanic highly suggested to use the Driven Racing Oil 5W30 which was not easy to find. Searched for it online and came upon Summit Racing Equipment website and they had it.

This oil is exactly what every young engine needs. Full of all the good stuff to help your young engine grow and flourish into the gas guzzling, skin peeling, neck breaking power plant she will grow into.

Very noticeable improvement over manufacturers recommended oil. Motor runs noticeably quieter and very smooth at idle and under acceleration. Improved MPG’s by 10% overall and I confidently go 10,000 miles between changes even with towing.

Just as good if not better than Factory BMW synthetic oil this stuff meets all BMWs specifications for European motor oil. My 528i X-Drive runs like a champ on this stuff, no damage to the turbo whatsoever! I buy it buy the case to save on overall yearly cost.

First off I must say that I have used multiple different oils from my first car until now. I have never had a real preference but rather whatever the particular vehicle I owned recommended. I recently tried this Quaker State All Mileage Motor Oil for a similar reason.

I ended up having some left over which I used in my tractor. As far as my vehicle goes I can’t say, at least at this time, that it’s much different. I can say that it made a big difference in my tractor.

It just started to get cold in the mornings and at night in the North East. My tractor always starts but cracked for several seconds. When I used this oil it started much faster. I presume it has something to do with the synthetic blend but it sure feels smoother cranking especially in the cold.

I’m more than pleased with this result and hope this performance continues through the life of the oil. As an added benefit it is able to be used longer as well. I don’t mind turning wrenches but prefer to use my machine for work rather than work on the machine!.

100% synthetic oil like the jug says. One brand is the same as the next in my opinion. I buy whatever major brand is on sale at the time. I always buy full synthetic and never synthetic blend. Although nowhere it is indicated that a blend is 50/50 I think the consumer might think that.

It is probably around 10% or maybe 20% of synthetic oil. The consumer pays a premium for synthetic blend while it’s not much difference than the much cheaper than the all natural oil. I suggest that if the consumer wants a blend then purchase 100% synthetic and full natural oil and mix the 2 together yourself at whatever blend you wish.

Personally I see no need to use anything less than full 100% synthetic. Squash all the old wives tales and use full synthetic. I have been using it for many many years in many different engine without issue.

This is awesome oil. I currently use the 0W20 in my Stock Subaru 2022 WRX and the girlfriends 2017 Jeep Renegade. I have sent off oil samples of this oil at 5k to blackstone and they come back saying I could run it another 2500 miles.

Everyone knows Subaru turbo’d boxer engines are very tough on oil. I change at 5k for warranty purposes. I also use the 5w20 Full synthetic high mileage variant of the oil For my 2013 Chrysler 200 which has 124,000 miles on it.

With all the vehicles that this provides protection for, all the engines are quiet and this oil is doing its job. This oil also meets the oil specification for Chrysler 6395. I am extremely pleased with it, thank you Quakerstate for providing a product that makes my engines last, I will continue to buy it.

We bought a 2014 Porsche Cayenne diesel 2 yrs ago. My wife’s primary driver. It had factory fill Mobile 1 which does not meet spec. We have put 40,000 km on the car and started using Kendal Euro not knowing what the original owner used.

The Kendal meet VW and Audi spec but not the C30 Porsche spec. even though its the same engine in the Audi Q7. We also had a hard time getting the oil as we live rural always having to order it. I do my own servicing and repairs.

With the Kendal we would use a QT every 5,000km over 10,000km changes. Since switching to Amsoil the for convenience the oil consumption is 1/2 and cold starts are quieter. We are switching out everything to Amsoil.

We have a Ultra Glide with 75,000 miles on it and the oil seems fresher on a change. compared to HD recommended oil.

I have been a preferred member of the AMSOIL community since August of 2009. At the time I had three vehicles that were very different from each other: A VW car with a 1. 9L Turbodiesel engine, a GMC SUV with a 4.

Since that day 12+ years ago I’ve always used a variety of your oils in all my vehicles–I still have the same Harley-Davidson, but now I have a Chevy Cruze with a Turbodiesel 2. 0L engine, and a modern VW with a 2.

0L Turbodiesel, which uses the oil in question (pictured) since the first oil change in 2019, at 30,000 miles. I just had the dealership perform the 70,000 mile service three weeks ago, using this very same oil.

There’s no reason to change it–I will never change it, unless you tell me you make something better.

I runs Amsoil in all my cars and just purchased a Twin Turbo 2018 Audi RS5 this past September 2021. Immediately placed my order for the SAE 5W-30 LS Synthetic European Motor Oil the day I brought it home.

Came two days later and I changed my oil that following week. Car runs noticeably smoother, engine runs quieter, and oil temps are lower. When I do cruise on the highway without laying on the throttle I’m getting up to 28mpg as well.

I won’t run any other brand of oil in any of my cars ever again. Amsoil is the absolute best you can get for any car.

I would say this is the best oil out there in the market. It keeps your engine quiet & sometimes you can’t even tell you car running. It also gives you better gas mileage & horsepower. Car runs very smooth & it doesn’t burn oil at all.

I didn’t know oil makes that much difference. I will continue to use this oils & I will order this from summit racing cause they have the best price & fast delivery.

I was skeptical about all the claims of smoother engine and better acceleration from an oil but I was wrong. I switched my 2000 4runner 3. 4 v6 with 192,000 miles over to royal purple hmx about 10 months ago and I was completely amazed at the difference.

Smoother runner, quicker acceleration and extended drain intervals to boot. It feels lIke it picked up about 10 to 15 hp in performance due to the quicker acceleration. I can’t imagine ever running any things else in it from now on.

Upon first glance I could tell that this oil was free from all the ‘gunk’ that most motor oils are contaminated with. It was nearly clear as water and I almost instantly was able to feel greater performance out of my car.

Also the packaging made it easier than most to pour into my car with no spillage which is always good. I would definitely recommend this product!!!.

I tried the full synthetic SAE 5W-30 Motorola oil from Quaker State. The 5 quart container was perfect to top off the oil in my 1998 Avalon many times. It is made for gasoline engines and helps to provide extreme temperature protection, which was awesome because my car drives hot.

As with all motor oil, this helped to combat sludge and deposits in my engine. I recommend using if you drive an older car that takes all synthetic motor oil. It helped the car ride à lot smoother than dirty oil,, and prolongs engine life.
