As a rule, Jojoba oil doesn’t absorb well. Because of that, it’s used mainly in hair care products to seal in moisture and add shine and slip. I have 1A hair and I occasionally add a drop to my leave-in conditioner.

And I do mean “A DROP”. A little goes a long way on 1A hair. As a test, after cleansing my face as I normally do, I applied a couple of drops on my face. The result was exactly as I expected. I looked like I had grease on my face.

I waited 15 minutes and it never soaked in, so I had to re-wash my face. I can’t imagine anyone using Jojoba oil on their face or body, but to each their own. For me it’s a hair oil when I want more shine and slip.

The people who are rating this stuff low have never used a shimmer body oil before. I’m a professional dancer in NYC. I’ve used every body oil known to man. I won’t go out without throwing either this or Colour Pop’s Sol on.

This is the more luxurious version without a doubt, Sol separates in the bottle like crazy, this doesn’t until you get down to the end, the flecks are gorgeous, and if you spray the right amount and spread it around either with a brush or fingertips, it DOES dry.

It also doesn’t ruin clothes, in any capacity. I’d spray this all over my dress for work so that it would glow with my body and it washed out every time. Was a polyester dress, obviously don’t wanna get oil on satin or whatever, but that is 0 fault to the product.

Fake tanner and makeup stain satin and chiffon too. This stuff is bottled gold for the body. Must buy.

I absolutely LOVE this glitter!!!!! It’s amazing. I have Fenty’s body lava , and it leaves a bronzed stain on anything and everywhere I am, with not so much of an obvious shimmer. I LOVE how obvious the glitter shows on my skin.

I feel like a glistening warm pretty gal aha. I’m in love and have 5 bottles!! It’s a bit excessive to have that much, but I feel like imma wear this so often it’ll run out quickly. I DO wish the bottle was a bit bigger for the price, but oh well.

For years now I’ve been following the Kora brand via Miranda Kerr’s Instagram page and have finally gotten around to getting my hands on this. Where do I start? It’s perfect at keeping my skin lightly hydrated – I just use 2 drops on an evening as it’s too rich for me to use during the day, and I wake up to supple, softer and more glowing skin, which to be fair I kind of half-expected as the ingredients in here are fantastic, as well as organic.

Any acne scars are cleared up in half the usual time when using this and somehow it also seems to keep (monthly) acne on my chin from popping up as prominently as it normally would (although I wouldn’t use this if you have teenage acne, only the odd blemish).

To boot it’s also non-perfumed – yet still manages to smell great, its vegan-friendly and the bottle looks so elegant and classy, yet simple. I’m a sucker for fancy packaging but not at the expense of good quality and natural ingredients, and this manages to combine the best of both worlds.

This facial oil has the perfect consistency for my preferences. It’s not too heavy nor is it too light, and it carries a light and very natural smell that isn’t overwhelming but is simply enjoyable. I find that a little goes a surprisingly long way with this oil.

I prefer to drop 1-2 drops into the palm of my hand, massage my hands together, and press gently into my skin. The oil quickly acts as an emollient, filling in my dry patches and leaving my skin smooth.

Now I will note, the fragrance is completely natural in this product. Some will love that, but make sure to check the label if you have any specific allergies. As someone who deals with breakouts as well as dryness, I have overall been very pleased with this oil.

I have not experienced any reactions, but I have noticed softening of my skin. Finally, I think the aesthetics of this product are a nice touch. The bottle is stunning, and something that I love looking at on my counter.

I have loved this face oil for a long time now (this is my second bottle) and I only have good things to say about it. I have normal to dry skin especially on the colder months, and somewhat sensitive.

I apply this oil always at night time, after moisturizer as the last step in my skincare routine. I massage it in with my fingers until it absorbs. It leaves my skin feeling and looking plump, nourished and glowy without being greasy.

I also really like to use it with my gua sha tool for a facial massage. 4 or 5 drops is enough so this bottle lasts a long time. It has some of my favorites oils like sea buckthorn and jojoba oil. It has a slight citrus scent that does not bother me.

The bottle is glass and feels very high quality and well made. The dropper makes it very easy to dispense the right amount of drops without wasting any product. Highly recommend!.

Suckered into this I must admit because I have East African heritage and having spent time there I know that the plants and earth there have real healing qualities. This seemed like a solid, quality product so while pricey it feels like you’re getting something valuable for your money – liquid gold if you like.

As far as oils go I find a lot of them over promise but in reality are thin and can be drying. This really is thick, nourishing stuff. I’ve used it on a post operative scar and it has helped along with a rose quartz roller to heal the area.

I love this oil. I restock on it all the time! Only a few drops makes my skin plump, firm and dewey. Marula is so naturally regenerative to the skin that it cleara up my congestion and fills in fine lines – the results start to appear within the first week of using.

I also have very dry skin and this oil is really amazing for that! Also, it lasts forever! You only need a few drops and apparently marula naturally lasts for 12 months , so I feel it’s a really smart purchase.

I’ve researched the brand extensively and their sourcing is also top notch so I know I’m getting the best possible quality. It really is amazing!.

I have sensitive otherwise normal skin that usually likes to be left alone, but this oil is wonderful. It smells amazing but the scent doesn’t linger at all – very delicate. It sinks right into skin, yet it’s all I need.

I don’t have to layer up several products with this because it’s so effective, I can just use this by itself. Hesitated because of the price, but will definitely repurchase when I run out. Products like these make you look forward to your skincare routine.

I combine the Body Oil Forte with the Derma-Lac Lotion. It works really well. Keeps skin smooth and moisturised. Especially good when central heating is on in winter.

I was hesitant to try Urang since it is on the expensive side and I was worried I might not like it but with the recent sale on Ohlolly, I finally was able to give a few of their products a try. I’ve had my eye on this serum for a long time so I could not wait to try it! Let me just say, I love it.

The consistency is more like a facial oil to me and it smells beautiful, like the German chamomile that gives it it’s blue color. Three or four drops is all that’s needed for my entire face and the serum sinks right in and leaves my face feeling like silk.

The next morning my face is glowing. I definitely will purchase this again as it is wonderful and a little goes a long way. I have really enjoyed everything I have tried from Urang and am completely hooked.

This face oil is one of the most incredible products I have used. It feels so amazing on the skin, and only a couple of drops are needed. It feels thicker at first, but as you glide it across your face it sinks in fairly fast.

I have been using this more as a brightening serum, and I definitely see a great difference in how I have had more of a “glass skin” look these past few weeks. Definitely recommend this.

I am a healthcare worker and constantly wash my hands and use hand sanitizer using this balm on my hands right before bed time has made a huge difference. Especially in my cuticle area of my fingers, it helps prevent the cracking.

My lips are the worst in the summer nights so putting this on as well right before bed I wake up with very plump moisture locked smooth lips. It does have slight citrusy smell but it really does not bother me at all.

I have found that chemical sunscreen works best for my skin. I have tried so many sunscreens from high end brands to drug store and this is hands down the best sunscreen I have tried. I love how hydrating this is! It’s currently out of stock and I’m hoping it will come back! As someone who suffers with dry sensitive skin, this is the only sunscreen that has not broken me out in rashes or dried me out like other sunscreens! It definitely improved my skin barrier as well! I don’t find it as greasy as I already have dry skin.

You just need to rub it in like any sunscreen and it’ll melt into your skin giving you a dewy look, which I personally love! Please restock soon! My sensitive skin needs it!!!.

The Mele Skin Care -No Shade Sunscreen SPF30 Oil is the skin care product that I decided to try out. It is easy to apply with the applicator and leaves your skin with a mask gooey covers ng at first but then disappears at is blends and soaks into the skin.

You can apply this under make up and other forms of coverup still cover well over the oil without any changes for me once the oil has settled. There is a slight scent like most products that I don’t find too attractive but easily forgotten through out the day.

The SPF is not as high as other protective face make up but has additional added supplements like a VITAMIN E. After a few weeks of trying this I don’t feel or see too much change in my skin. It’s winter and cloudy where I live so much protection is not needed at this point perhaps a difference in the summer is need as the sun becomes more direct in the skin.

Overall, this has easy application, not as many chemicals and is something new to try. For the summer I would use a higher SPF product but this is good for winter.

At first I was worried to use this product because they usually leave my skin to glowy but this oil created a very natural type glow to my skin. This oil not only leaves my skin with that natural glow it also leaves my skin super moisturized without leaving me all oily looking.

I love that this product absorbs very quickly and can be used with or without makeup. So far this oil hasn’t caused me any irritation or breakouts. This face oil does have a fragrance but its not overwhelming.

You do have to give the bottle a good shake before using because the glowy part of the oil stays toward the bottom. If you are looking for a natural Sunkissed glow this product is perfect for you.

I stumbled upon this magical oil back in 2018 while searching for a cruelty-free moisturizer to put under my makeup, and was sold after using it once! My face tends to be dry, especially with where I’m located, so I use a few drops twice a day.

I apply it in the morning after cleaning my face and before putting on makeup, and at night after following my face cleansing routine. When I wake up, my skin is soft. The smell is light and pleasant The oil has never caused any breakouts.

If anything, it has decreased the number of breakouts because my skin doesn’t need to produce as much sebum now. I believe the best way to apply it is by adding a few drops (2-3 depending on dryness level) onto my hands and rubbing it into my face with my fingers.

I used too much of it when applying the drops directly onto my face. As much as I love it, there are some cons. It doesn’t absorb as well before putting on makeup so sometimes I need to use a bit extra.

Although, it does work well at night and has never stained my bedding. If wearing it without makeup, it can make my skin look slightly greasy. Obviously, this is an oil and having the appearance of oily skin is to be expected, so I use a little bit less if I don’t plan to wear makeup that day.

Also, the oil is expensive, despite one bottle lasting me ~4 months. I’m all about ballin’ on a budget so I try to buy a few bottles at a time when it’s on sale, if there’s a BOGO deal going on, or if I have an inclusive coupon.

I think it’s best to buy it online unless you’re in a pinch and need it ASAP, but only because my local ULTA store sells out of it quickly. Buying it in bulk online also prevents the waste of packaging that multiple shipments can cause.

I LOVE this oil, despite the cons, and it will remain a staple in my routine for as long as it and I are around. TL; DR if you’re on the fence about buying it, at least buy it once and give it a try.

I’ll be using this Derma-e Radiant Glow Face Oil as one of my rotating face oils for my evening routine. You can use this day or night. I’m aiming moreso for the pm so my skin absorbs more while I sleep.

This oil has a few of my favorite ingredients, which I know works well with my skin type. Jojoba argan oil is great for hydrating and softening the skin. I tend to get dry dull skin, so jojoba and argan help tremendously.

This oil also has seabuckthorn oil, which I am SO excited to try. When I see an ingredient that says it helps with anti-aging, I get a lady boner. Seabuckthorn originates from the Himalayas, usually found in high altitudes and derived from the the entire plant-berries, leaves and seeds(which I like because the plant seems to not go to waste).

From what I have read, this oil is very nutrient rich, full of healthy fats. I’m most excited to see how this interacts with my dark spots from acne scars, this ingredient is also known as a skin booster, helping wounds heal and decrease inflammation.

I’ve been using the Think Dirty app lately to research ingredients, and be more aware of what I am using and if it is harmful. This product rated well, at a 3. A 0-3 Product rating does not contain any ingredients which have a documented potential negative health impact.

I’m relieved because I was skeptical about the mica in this oil. The mica gives your skin a slight glowy sheen. Has anyone else tried goodies from Derma-e? Let me know what I should try next. 💕.

Two weeks in with this oil daily after dry brushing and showering- so far so good! By no means are any miracles happening, but the texture of the oil is superb, it absorbs into the skin well, and is not greasy one bit.

I was a bit taken aback by the scent initially- a nice way to put it would be lemon verbana but to me I felt like I was using Pledge on my skin the first few times. However, after just a few minutes after the oil absorbs into the skin the strong scent dissipates and it isn’t bothersome.

YES, YES AND YES! I decided to try this cocoa butter body oil instead of the Palmer’s cocoa butter body oil which I have used before. I like both of them. I bought this at Walmart a couple of months ago.

When I first opened it it, I could not smell anything, literally nothing. Man. I was disappointed! That night I after my shower I put this oil on while my skin was damp. All of a sudden, I could smell a light fragrant pleasant sweet cocoa butter scent.

I wanted to jump in joy but was worried I may slip and fall since my feet were wet. Anyways, whatever product I had left on my hands, I wiped over my face. I massaged my face pretty well and went to bed.

I am not the type to use oil on my face as I don’t like the feel of it on my skin. That night while I was tossing and turning as usual because I have sleeping issues, all I could smell was this oil. I was kept smiling in the middle of the night because I felt happy I smelt good.

In the morning, my face looked so moisturized and plump. Ever since then, I use this oil on my face as a moisturizer, creams be gone! By using this oil I figured out how much I am supposed to use on my face and what to do with it.

I absolutely love Queen Helene Natural Cocoa Butter Moisturizing Body Oil. I use this oil on my body after I shower to assist my skin with retaining moisture. After using the oil, my skin is always left feeling smooth and smells lightly scented.

After having my twins 5 years ago, I suddenly noticed that I started getting darker pigmentation from the top of my cheeks just under the corner of my eye, and then started spreading downwards. I have tried a few different ‘pigmentation’ products to lighten this area, but to no avail.

I got this product with no high hopes. Just wanted to introduce a nice oil for my skin to help with dryness. I’m normally combination/oily type skin but this helps my skin SO much with it not overproducing oils.

It soaks into my skin giving a nice hydration. I have also seen my skin smoothness improve tremendously using this. I use it only at night, every other day. HIGHLY recommend warming it up on your palms and pressing it into the skin.

Overall I liked this product. Smell especially. There was just the right amount in the. bottle to last the trial so happy I was using the right amount. I don’t necessarily find that my skin looks any different to how it was before with other products, possibly it feels a little softer.

But it smells nicer and does the same job so would use again.

My skin is often dry because I do not regularly use a body lotion or oil. Why? Because I have never found one that I have liked, until now. The Lumity Body Oil is easy to apply, absorbs quickly and leaves my skin feeling fresh, calm and healthy.

Over the last few years, I have developed rough bumps on my upper arms. Within 4 weeks of using the oil, the skin is smooth and looking better.

This dry body oil is a great moisturizer. You can use it right after you get out the bath/shower or on dry skin. The oil leaves my skin feeling hydrated and luminous for hours. However, I do not think I will purchase this with my own money.

It isn’t work the price. I was able to get about 20 good uses out of the bottle before it was practically empty, and that is covering my arms, legs, and chest/back. If you use this product solely on your legs or arms it may go further.

In the end I will be sticking with my usual body oil gel, it’s cheaper and works just as well.

I love any cbd product it’s literally a amazing product. This oil is decent, I used it on my body and didn’t really notice anything great about it when compared to my other body oils. The rose smell honestly stinks it smells like it’s for a elderly lady.

The packaging is quality and super cute! But other than that I don’t think I will repurchase. Definitely open to using other products from this brand tho!.

I normally like floral scented things, however this bath and body oil has a terrible smell when first applied. It smells repulsive like a chemically yeasty smell (probably the sesame seed oil) then it dissipates and becomes more floral.

The initial smell is too bad to enjoy the benefits of this oil. I would definitely be open to trying their other products as they are probably made with different ingredients!.

TranslateShow in original languageIch nutze gerne unterschiedliche Öle von Kneipp 🙂 Dieses Öl hat einen sehr angenehmen, aber nicht aufdringlichen Duft. Wenn man das Öl in die feuchte Haut einmassiert, wird die Haut schön geschmeidig.

Das weiche Gefühl bleibt den ganzen Tag erhalten.

TranslateShow in original languageIch habe dieses Öl schon vor einiger Zeit gekauft und war Anhieb so überzeugt davon, dass ich es vor einem Monat wieder bestellen musste. Ich verwende es in Kombination mit der Wiesenkräutercreme von Kneipp.

Meine (trockene) Haut hat sich noch nie besser angefühlt. Vor allem im Winter sehr zu empfehlen.
