20 Best Oils For Eyebrow Growth (2022 Updated)

I’m a victim of the 90s overplucked brows and have had thin arches ever since. After just a couple weeks of religiously using this brow serum morning and night, I’m starting to see new hair growth! There are even a bunch of clear little hairs growing! This is all after 20 years of no new growth action, so to say I’m a happy camper would be an understatement.

I’ve tried castor oil and other brow serums in the past with no action at all. I expect significant growth to take a very long time, but I’m excited to see what happens. I’ve read other reviews saying this serum is difficult to apply because of the dropper.

After shaking the serum, just apply a small drop to the top of your hand and massage into your brows with your fingertip and you’ll be good to go! You don’t need much, so this bottle is going to last a very long time.

After cleansing my face in the morning, I massage (a smaller amount than I use at night) into my brows and let it absorb before applying makeup. If need be, just wipe off any excess with a facecloth.

I love PA and am so happy I bit the bullet and got this serum. I was very harsh on my brows so I’m not expecting a miracle, but I’m pleasantly surprised with the small results so far.

After waking up one day horrified that a few spots on my brows has disappeared. I was completely insecure and I’m sure at times my brows looked terrible. Totally unnatural. I tried to pencils, pens, powder and brow mascara.

Pretty much all products that came out for creating a fuller brow. My make up routine was becoming a task that I dreaded. I tried looking up all the top serums to aid in growing them back. I spent so much $.

I tried rapid brow, jouvience, vichy, forbrow, neva and Elizabeth Arden. Out of all of those and I’m sure I’m missing a bunch I found that only Elizabeth Arden did help some but not the growth I was wanting.

I then came across this product. I could see new growth, especially where I’d not seen hair before lol I decided to take an old serum bottle and add a 4 drops with almond oil and olive oil. I brushed it on lightly at bedtime and before I put on my makeup.

If you use very lightly it won’t be greasy. I’m also using covergirl lash and brow serum to tame the hairs My hairs are starting to grow stronger and longer. There’s also fine little baby hairs popping up.

I’m getting to the point where I need very little penciling. Province Apothecary brow oil is what has changed my life and routine. My confidence is being restored. I used to think people were staring at my brows in horror.

Now I’m getting compliments from friends and family. The ingredients in this product is amazing. And it will work. Just ge patient. I’m also using province Apothecary’s face cupping around the eyebrow area.

I did my research and then some. Forget all those fancy serums. All a waste of money. Try their product. Make a little serum with my mentioned oils. Or alone.

As survivors of the Great Brow Overplucking of the 00’s my eyebrows could definitely use a little help. They’re a little traumatized from when I used to pluck them into a straight line of single consecutive hairs to match my fave teen idols in Seventeen magazine.

They’re not nonexistent but just wanted them to fill in a bit more. To be fair I’ve never tried another brow product but this one seems great! The results aren’t super drastic or anything but I definitely see some new growth and they look more full after a couple of months of use.

Also I definitely don’t religiously use it every night, because I’m lazy and v tired from working from the couch in my sweatpants all day so I’m eager to get to bed for another big day of not leaving the house tomorrow, and it still worked.

The smell is strong but it’s an herby smell so I don’t mind it personally. You need so little the bottle will last a longggg time.

I bought this product because someone on YouTube said that she had been using it for six years for eyelash growth, and she did indeed have exceptionally long and beautiful eyelashes. (She has written her own review, and as of my writing this, it is the top review here).

I knew going in that this would be a long-term project and I would have to be patient to see results, so I wasn’t discouraged when I wasn’t noticing any difference after one month. I should mention at this point that I was not only using the castor oil on my eyelashes, but also on my eyebrows, as well as around my hairline (especially at my temples).

For my eyelashes, I put one good-sized drop on my fingertip, press my other fingertip to it, so that I have half a drop per hand, and then massage it into the roots of my top and bottom lashes. Then I apply another drop to my finger, redistribute it as before, and massage it into the roots of my eyebrows.

I do this before bed, because it does make your eyes feel sticky and weird. For my hair, I follow this procedure on nights before I’m going to wash my hair the next morning, which for me is twice a week: I put about two half dropperfuls of castor oil in the palm of one hand, add 14-16 drops of rosemary essential oil (which has been shown to be AS EFFECTIVE as Rogaine for hairloss, with none of the side effects, and at a fraction of the cost), and mix them together with a fingertip.

Then I use that fingertip to rub it in all around my hairline, going farthest back at my temples where the hair is thinnest. Now I’ll tell you my results. I’ve been doing this for 110 days, not missing a single night for the eyelashes and eyebrows, and doing it consistently before every washing for my hair.

The difference that I noticed first was in my eyebrows. They began to fill in and darken up at around the two-month mark. By three months, it was very clear that they were much more defined and full and healthy than before I started.

I don’t pluck my eyebrows, so I think their thinning and lightening was due to a family history of hypothyroidism, plus just getting older (I’m 38). At around this time I noticed an undeniable difference in my eyelashes too, but it was subtle.

Now it’s been nearly four months, and my eyelashes are definitely both longer and fuller. This, for me, hasn’t been as noticeable as the change to my eyebrows, because my eyelashes are very light-colored at the tips.

But I caught a view of them from the side in direct sunlight a few days ago, and I was shocked! They are much longer than ever before. I don’t like to wear mascara (because it irritates my eyes) but now I’m tempted to try again, just to let the world appreciate how long my eyelashes are! I feel like a beautiful camel!As for my hair, I’m not really sure what’s going on there.

I wanted something to help my hair grow, because the hairs around my face are always much shorter and wispier than the rest of my hair (and not in a cute, “baby hairs” kind of way, but in a way that makes me look haggard and unkempt, because of how they stick out and make me look like a mad scientist).

These wisps seem to have gotten a bit longer, which is good, but they’re still much too short to match the rest of my hair, or stay contained by any hairdo, so for now I’m left looking even rougher than before.

I’m going to keep doing what I’m doing, and hope that what I’m seeing is progress, and eventually the wisps will catch up to my other hair. TL;DR – Will this make your eyelashes longer and fuller?YES.

Will it make them darker?NOT NECESSARILY. Will it fill in your patchy/abused eyebrows?YES!!!Will you see amazing results in two weeks?NO, you will NOT see any results in two weeks. Will you see results after four months?YES!!!Will you see even greater results after more time?PROBABLY.

Do your eyes feel gross and gummy the morning after?YES, but it goes away when you wash your face.

This oil is pretty thick and I usually apply it to my scalp and lashes (areas I want my hair to grow). Surprisingly, it doesn’t feel heavy on the scalp, but it does make your hair look oily (I typically leave it in my hair for an hour before I wash my hair).

My hair feels normal after thoroughly washing it out after. I’ve only used this for about a month so I haven’t seen any extreme changes in hair growth yet, but I’m looking forward to seeing any progress after long term use (I can already see some changes with my lashes).

When I use it for my lashes, it does feel heavy and thick especially blinking but I don’t really mind it. Although I’ve only been using this for a month now, I can definitely see my lashes growing! I have short straight lashes and I can tell the length has grown (but still short since I have asian eyes haha).

BUT it is some progress!! The only downside I would say is that the application kinda sucks and the oil can get everywhere very easily if you’re not careful. The oil does not stick inside the dropper, so when you immediately pull it out, the oil starts to drip.

I’ve had to hold the bottle above my head so the product would land on my scalp and not elsewhere. Kinda tedious but it works. Another problem is being careful when putting the dropper back into the bottle.

Since the oil is thick, if you don’t perfectly put the dropper into the bottle (not touching the sides) it will most likely scrape oil off the side and run down the bottle. It’s also tedious to clean since it makes the outside of the bottle greasy.

Just a clean up I don’t want to deal with. But overall, I like the product so far. I would probably purchase again but I have noticed that the usage goes by pretty fast. I’m already at half a bottle after ~5 uses (I use ~4 drops for my scalp per session).

Maybe it’s just me but I thought the bottle went by fast lol.

You people out there who use lash serum to grow your lashes. Do you know what the main ingredient is? Yes Caster oil!!! It’s cheap you can buy it in a big bottle for under ten bucks. I had breast cancer and after surgery I went on chemo for almost a year.

Lost all my hair. My eyelashes, brows, hair on my head, even down there, you know what I mean. They told me at the cancer clinic use caster oil. It grew the hair on my head so fast, including my eyelashes and brows.

I was amazed because they told me lots of women don’t get their eyelashes back. A good cheap alternative to lash grow serum. You will never go back. I have long beautiful lashes.

poor product! i had been reading online that castor oil was amazing for hair growth however me being me and over plucking my eyebrow i needed it to be back. i purchased this product and it made me break out with spots under my eyebrow and did nothing, leaving my eyebrow with nothing on grew it faster, i will not be purchasing this product again and do not recommend don’t waste your money.

This is by far the best oil I have used,both on my eyebrows and lashes. Like the fact that I can put it on my lashes,go to bed in it,and it doesn,t run into my eyes. Great product.

This is nuts! I’ve only been using this for about a week, and my lashes and brows are absolutely beginning to fill out. I haven’t worn makeup in a few days, because I’ve been home for the most part putting Christmas up.

This morning, I went to sweep on some mascara, and was so surprised by the difference! Especially at the outer corners? They’re feathery. I haven’t had “feathery” in years. How nice! \n\nI have fairly decent brows, but there is an area on my left brow that has always given me trouble.

I’m beginning to see some growth in that area. This stuff is magical. I’ve been lightly massaging it in after I apply it, and I think that’s helping. \n\nAwesome product. I’m about to order one for my mom, too.

This product is awesome. Because of my constant inflamed eye concerns I had lost a lot of eye lashes, continuously for over a year. I had bought this to help my eyelashes grow back in, especially because I’m in my 30s and don’t want to look older.

I 100% think my eye lashes are longer. I wore a mask today and they kept hitting the top of the mask. They are thicker, longer and maybe stronger. I do have a little mascara in the second picture, but it’s not a lengthening mascara.

I love product and noticed a small difference in the first few days. These two pictures are about 22 days apart. LOVE it!.

I did not want to believe it, but I actually saw the results after one week. My eyelashes are torn and tattered from regular use of false eyelashes. Two weeks ago, I noticed that some lashes that had been ripped out we’re starting to come back.

A week ago, they started to reach up. I bought this CO to repair the damage to my eyelashes after extensions- the difference in two weeks was astonishing. My lashes feel and look thicker and visible. I use the product on mine and my childrens scalp- well nourished and moisturised.

However, my main reason for the review is my six year old daughter has eczema that targets her face, notably lips and eyes. The older she got, the more self conscious she became and picked and rubbed her face raw.

Whatever I used previously (list is endless!) provided temporary relief and shed come home from school or wake up the same; flaky, dry, itchy raw and scaly. I started to apply a layer before she went to bed and the difference! Her skin is soft, supple and smooth.

As far as organic Castor oil goes this product is very good. The little container with the brush is ideal for applying the oil to your eyelashes and that is exactly what I wanted. It is value for money and arrived a day early than expected.

Using this product on my eyebrows and my eyelashes. Only been using this product for one week and the results are amazing. My eyelashes are soft and fuller and my eyebrows are much much fuller. Highly recommend this product.

I was getting some hair-loss with a dry/flaky scalp and while this product doesn’t seem to be working for the hair-loss, it’s doing wonders for other things! I work the caster oil into my scalp twice a week.

I start from the back of the head and work my way to the front, slowly massaging it into the scalp as I go. I leave it on for anywhere from 5 minutes to 3 hours (I find the longer the better). Then I wash it off.

My hair is noticeably softer, has a little more body, and is definitely healthier looking! My scalp is health as well and I have noticed about a 80% reduction in flakes. If I use the product consistently (which is hard for me to do sometimes), I have no flakes.

I highly recommend this oil.

I’m in love with this pure virgin oil set from Pura D’or. The set comes with a big bottle for your hair, a mascara tube and one for your eyebrows. I haven’t used it for my eyebrows but I did use the mascara and I have to say that it significantly improved my eyelashes after using it everyday before bed for a month.

As for my hair, I rubbed a small amount on my scalp once a week before bed and it significantly improved the density of my thin hair.

Since purchasing these products, I absolutely LOVEE them! They definitely work and I love that the brow definer is so natural and gives me more natural looking brows instead of being so defined. The nourishing oil is also amazing, can’t wait to see the full results.

I’m on my 3rd bottle – a must have to nourish my laminated brows. It works wonders in softening the brow hairs post-lamination and makes it easier to comb them into place. It’s also really worked for me to fill some really stubborn gaps in my brows left by an over-zealous threading technician several years ago.

The key thing is using it consistently and to have patience with it – I found results towards the end of my 1st bottle.

I used to use the Benefit brow primer just to soften my brows after lamination as they can get quite rough but it finished really quickly. This seems to have made them soft again after a week of use and it looks like it’ll last a long long time too! Not sure about the hair growth part but it definitely nourishes the brow hairs.

Holy brows guys and gals, I have never been more excited about a beauty product before, and I hardly ever leave reviews but I had to with this one. I overplucked just the inner corners of my eyebrows in my early teens.

I’m now 30 and they still haven’t grown back. From what information I’ve gathered and personal experience, it seems the inner corners of the brows are especially stubborn to regrow. I used men’s strength target brand minoxidil (rogaine) twice a day for 2 years and then switched to rapidbrow for another year.

The minoxidil made my skin constantly flaky and irritated where I applied it, and I only saw a few new hairs. I saw more progress with the rapidbrow, and no flaking or irritation, but still only a few more hairs.

I decided to bite the bullet and invest a bit more in a more expensive serum, and wow, I’m so so glad I chose this product. I’ve seen way more growth in just the past month than the past 3 years with the other 2 products.

I know that sounds super gimmicky but I promise you the difference has been very noticeable to me, even within the first 2 weeks. I’m beginning to have hope that they’ll grow back fully again, which I had given up on long ago.

Now, about the price. The upfront cost is more than rapidbrow of course, but consider this. You have to apply rapidbrow twice a day to see any results, whereas grande brow you only have to apply once since it’s such a concentrated formula.

Both rhe standard rapidbrow and grande brow tubes contain 0. 1 oz of serum. But considering that you go through a tube of rapidbrow twice as quickly as grande brow, you’d actually be paying MORE for rapidbrow in the long run.

Just do the math folks. Grande brow is so so worth it!.

I know the headline sounds cliche but this serum really changed my life. For more years than I can count I have been wildly insecure about how thin my eyebrows were. I never went out in public without having them filled in, including the gym.

I even avoided getting in the water at pools and the beach so there was no chance the makeup could wash off. For years I tried alternatives like coconut oil or castor oil to help but nothing ever worked.

I sadly do not have before and after pictures because I was too insecure to have pictures of my eyebrows from before, but they are so much thicker and darker than I ever could have imagined. One of the best purchases I have ever made.

My eyebrows were suffering. Although I’d let them grow out over the past several years, the brows of my youth were long gone and now were patchy and coarse. My aesthetician suggested GrandBROW as she had found success with her own brows.

Did not see any recent reviews but chose this product. I am 72 years old with mostly gray and some thinning hair and a sentive scalp. My hair has a lot of wave to it. I cut it very short to have access to my scalp.

About two weeks ago I started to apply it to my lashes, brows and scalp ( fingertips on brows and lashes). I noticed within a few days that my brows were darker. Well ok, maybe just my imagination Today my man asked why my hair was darker.

More important than shade of my hair, I no longer have itchy or sensitive scalp. I can’t say anything about whether hair regrowth is possible at my age but kudos to castor oil for it’s benefits.

Description: This oil comes in a tall dark container to preserve the oils life. The oil is VERY thick and sticky at first and the smell is not great but you can mix it easily with other oils, I got use to the smell.

Now for the good parts, this oil is so moisturizing and makes my hands and face, feel awesome! It’s kinda sticky at first but as you rub it in, the stickiness goes away. There’s a lot of healing properties to it.

The oil is rather thick so I did not want to place it directly on my hair with the thought it may make it appear greasy, but I put a drop into my conditioner while showering and what a difference it made.

My hair feels soft and appears more healthy with just one use. I did test this on my skin as well but instead of using a carrier I put the oil on independently. It felt very heavy on my skin initially but about an hour later it felt like it had better absorbed and was not as sticky feeling.

I’ve been using this product for about three weeks now. The colour of my brows are darker after few days. I have never had such a good response from brow serum before. I have used Shiseido, Talika and BareMinerals, Brow Code is by far the only product I use that I see result almost immediately.

I bought the smallest size and will purchase the full size afterwards. The smallest size come in a dropper and I use a brow brush to apply the oil to my brows.

I’ve used so many brow serums before and nothing has worked as well as this product! Was surprised to see a massive change after using it consistently for a month! Although I already have thick brows, the oil helped to fill in sparse areas, and really helped grow my left brow which has never been as full as my right.

Love this brow oil, my brows had been over plucked for years and I just wanted my brows to grow but nothing was working. A beauty therapist told me brows never really grow back.
