20 Best Oils For Glowing Skin (2022 Updated)

I am 40 years old and am getting super serious about putting clean ingredients on my face and body. I have old acne scars and some sun spots, and I have sensitive skin that still breaks out with certain products.

I got so tired of covering those problems. I have always taken care of my skin, but I was ready to really focus on my skin care and not on the makeup. After researching a lot of different things on Amazon, I chose this.

Wow! I love this and will never go without it. I ordered it in October and didn’t need another bottle until March! It wasn’t on Amazon any longer, but, thank God, I found your site. That is with me using it twice a day.

I put about six drops on my entire face and neck at night and mix 2-3 drops with my face cream in the morning. My skin glows like never before. It didn’t make my scars and sun spots disappear, but it definitely lightened them.

My face looks healthier than it ever has. I go without foundation most days now and feel very confident. This oil has helped with that. I just ordered the anti aging face cream and can’t wait to use it.

This face oil is amazing and makes my skin feel so moisturized and silky. I love the glow it gives me. I wear it under my face cream and it gives my face such a nice feeling. I recommend this oil especially since it is not heavy and too thick.

It is just the right amount. New favorite product.

I have not gotten anything from here that doesn’t work. This is very moisturizing. I have rosacea and it does effect it but goes away. I just wipe off most of the oil from those areas. This is good for cold weather dryness.

I’ll use this every other day for summers and winter everyday. I just got the toner and 2 other things and I’m sure it will be even better after using those with this. I just got rid of all my other expensive subscriptions I had from other places and now I’m getting all my stuff here.

All their stuff they have is just excellent! The arm deodorant is unbelievable! I finally found everything I was looking for. Never thought I’d say that!.

I received a sample of this oil with a previous order. I’d have never even considered it otherwise, as I haven’t tried any retinol because of my extremely sensitive skin. However, I decided to give it a try and within minutes of putting it on I had a warm, soft feeling on my skin that felt utterly soothing.

After waking up the next morning to smooth skin, I tried it a second night. The next day, I put in an order for a bottle. My skin feels soooooo soothed and looks fantastic. Over the course of two weeks of use, I’ve noticed some skin peeling around problem areas along the sides of my nose, but nothing major.

The most wonderful result I’m seeing is that the large pores I’ve struggled with on my nose and cheeks are getting smaller and the small bumps I had are purging (not to be gross, but this stuff is totally cleaning out all of the gunk in them!) The smell is not what you’d typically think of in a facial product-it’s kind of a salty sea smell, but not strong at all.

At first, I wasn’t sure what to think of it, but now I’ve grown to like it. I think I’m connecting the smell to the soothing feeling I get from it. Just thought I’d mention that because I saw a few others commented on it.

I am excited to see more results as I finish this bottle and I definitely plan to repurchase and also plan to try the Mara Vitamin C serum for morning use.

This was my third time purchasing this oil and I’m not sure I’ll ever stop. I have quite sensitive skin and most, even very gentle, vitamin A’s leave it really dry and irritated (which in turn causes more fine lines!) but this magic potion manages to pack a punch being quite a high dose of Retinol whilst still being very hydrating and soothing to the skin, and gentle enough for me to use every night.

It’s one of those rare products that transformed my skin overnight after the first use, and continues to over a year later! MARA products sure are pricey but every single one is 100% worth it for their efficacy, beautiful formulation, and ethos.

Plus they’re just an absolute joy to use!.

I love this oil but here I am showing my first impression of the sunscreen serum as I just bought it and wanted to see how it performs. Again I recommend the Marula oil and the retinol oil! So with the sunscreen serum I feel like I am putting something really hydrating and good for my skin on but I don’t know if it will pill or if it is actually protecting or just sitting on top of my skin.

I think this would have been great at the beginning of winter I don’t feel like any makeup is going to apply over this and stay. This is like something you would wear at home when you have nothing else to put over it the pic is after 10 minutes- no real white cast with this but it is still sitting on top of my skin- again this is for the sunscreen serum.

I use this product every day. It blends in with the rest of your products and I feel the quality on m face. I am an older woman who appreciates a more plant based product. I do have lines from living and laughing and getting older yet I have a smoother, younger looking face due to the continued use.

Some of the other products I have used are too harsh or they show little effect. Your products are not harsh and do show an effect, a positive effect!!! I am grateful for you and your products!.

Excellent oil for dry or mature skin. I’ve been using it for over 2 years and it’s still my favorite oil especially during dry climate (colder NE weather). I took one star away (otherwise 5 for quality and effectiveness) because the oil stains lighter colored clothing.

I apply it on my neck and it stains collars yellow due to the natural color of the oil. I’ve changed to a lighter oil but it still happens. I’m sure it would stain my masks but I usually either wear dark colored or disposables so I haven’t noticed the discoloration due to this oil on my face.

This oil has the most effective ingredients, and the most of any product I have searched out. Most facial oils have a base oil and a couple of key oils or ingredients added. Go the ASC website and look at all the treatment ingredients in this oil! I especially like using it on my neck after the Anti-Aging Serum and on my entire face after I mask.

I use the serum and oil to give good nourishment after it has been cleansed and purified by a mask and my face just soaks it up. I have aging skin but I also have a oily T-zone. My T-zone even likes this.

This was expensive for me ($58 at Sephora) and I had to save up for it but a free sample I had received convinced me I needed this in my life. When you look at the ingredients, it makes sense that this light oil feels so refreshing and moisturizing without looking oily on the skin.

It has such excellent ingredients. It absorbs perfectly leaving a light natural glow, it’s enough to get your skin high and feeling revived. 🙂 And it’s soothing. And anti-aging. I really can’t say enough good things about this wonderful product.

The packaging is soooo cute! That was the first thing I noticed about this product. Even the color of the serum is stunning and it’s housed in a thick glass bottle with a dropper. I love the way this oil makes my skin feel; it offers a healthy and hydrated glow.

I can’t do most oils, because my skintype won’t allow, but I’ve successfully worn this a few times with wonderful results. I love the dewy hydration and how quickly it gets to work on my skin. The scent is a little strange, at first, but it grew on me and it doesn’t stick around on the skin.

This is the perfect introductory face oil and I’d recommend it to anyone seeking out the experience for themselves! It’s also a wonderful start to a Herbivore collection and I can’t wait to try more from the brand!.

I believe this product does exactly what it claims and that is to reduce redness. I had some mild rosacea and redness on my cheeks and chin. I’ve always had this, I’ve rarely had any products work well for me and I’ve tried them all.

Im always on the hunt for one. This one reduced my redness by about 70% I’d say which is quite impressive. Maybe more but I’m trying not to over exaggerate. It’s also reduced the red bumps I used to have.

I use it morning and night under my moisturizer which I think is key so it’s touching your bare skin. So I use it as a serum almost. I’m comfortable enough to not wear tinted moisturizer or sunscreen.

My face looks even, I love it! Hopefully it keeps its efficacy. I’m interested to try more from the brand now. I’ve used this for about a week and a half now.

I absolutely love this brand. This Facial oil is a light thin oil that almost fully absorbs into my skin. If lightly used it absorbs fully BUT it leaves a light oily feeling behind. It does make my skin glow.

It gives my skin that sun kissed glow, if that makes any sense? Now for the scent, it doesn’t smell like real cinnamon or real roses. It’s more of a sweet perfume smell. It’s a great scent though. I like using this oil mixed with a couple more Teami Oils and use my Teami Master Healer Facial Roller to give myself a facial massage once in awhile.

I definitely recommend this oil. If you have really oily skin, I’m not sure if this oil would be smart to use because it does make your skin a little oily. Just spot test first!.

This oil had no scent at all. I was at least expecting some rose/cinnamon scent because it has them inside but it smelled like nothing. Its just there for looks. The oil itself felt a little too oily on my face and thankfully didn’t expire until mid 2022.

I just think I have seem better value in other oils that are the same with less oily feeling. I already have oily skin. The price for this is unwarranted. If I want a luxury oil, this is not it.

This is probably the best face oil on the market. For my 45 year old dry skin its like a mini facial. I use during the day for special occasions over a serum and under a moisturiser. Don’t want to over-utilise! I have tried many many face oils (and products in general) and this really is one of the best.

I tend to also mix up my products because my skin gets used quickly to a specific product so I usually have 2 or more on the go at the same time. Usually 1 expensive/technical one and 2 less so. I also rate Pai face oil for day and Luna by Sunday Riley for night.

Excellent results. Am about to try the Zelens face oil (some of their other products are fab also) so will advise! Overall this is a beautiful product.

I was intrigued by Ila Spa after seeing a review on YouTube so off I went to their website and asked to try a sample. The customer service is astounding, and even though they don’t offer samples, the kind lady sent me a generous sample of their body scrub and this beautiful face oil free of charge.

I looked at the price and thought it was madness until I tried this! Oh my. The body scrub was amazing but this – this was supreme and I am not kidding. The fragrance alone is just amazing, uplifting and seriously sensuous.

It is rose but not as you know it! The fragrance is deep with a very uplifting vibe. What I love most is how authentic this product is, using pure rose oils of the highest quality plus Argan oil, Sandalwood, Rosehip oil, vitamin E etc.

The result really is luxurious. Using this as a night serum, is an absolute treat and my skin drinks it up and feels seriously soft, firm and radiant when I wake up. Just beautiful.

The particles of the oil is so fine, it penetrates quickly into the skin, making it soft (some oils tends to be sticky, but this one is not ). I usually apply 3 to 5 drops of this oil after toning my skin, and I can feel that whatever I apply after wards works more effectively.

The sent of Damascene rose is very relaxing (pretty strong rose sent, so it may be difficult for those who do not like the sent of rose). After using this for 3 months, I can see that my skin has a brighter complexion.

This oil has helped me get through the winter season, where my skin gets very dry. Highly recommend this oil!.

I really love this and keep a tiny travel bottle in my purse and the large bottle in my bathroom. I use very little (I’ve been using for 6+ months and still have about half the product), and find that if I stop using it my combo skin starts to look dull and shows dry patches.

I will typically use 2-3 drops for my face and apply by patting it on my skin with my fingers (it works much better than trying to spread it around, because my skin soaks it up and it will otherwise be too much moisture for daytime).

It makes my late 30s skin feel like a baby’s cheek, plumps my skin, feels like it really ‘seals’ my skin barrier while feeling totally weightless in a good way, and seems to speed healing of any breakouts.

It has a light rose scent that doesn’t last, and smells like the natural smell of the rose ingredient and not an added fragrance. For daytime I will tap 2-3 drops into my face over a serum or sometimes a light moisturizer (though I don’t typically use a moisturizer under this during the day) before applying a sunscreen and/or tinted moisturizer with SPF.

At night I will apply it over a heavier moisturizer or something like retinol serum. One of the reasons I carry the tiny bottle with me is that it’s a fantastic multitasker, I will tap it on a dry patch of skin or put a drop or two on the ends of my hair if they’re feeling dry (I’ve even used it as a heat protectant for blow drying my hair during travel).

It makes my 70+ mom’s skin plump and glowy. My boyfriend has eczema and this transforms his skin and makes it glow (if only I could get him to adhere to a daily routine). I was camping with friends in high desert mountains and everyone was getting a bit dry, so I whipped out my travel bottle and everyone (Caucasian, Black, and Hispanic friends all with different skin types) tried a few drops and was blown away by how it immediately moisturized their skin and made it glow.

The packaging is gorgeous, it’s a luxurious pink bottle with gold accents and the dropper is perfect ! This oil is so soft and absorbs quickly without leaving your skin feeling tacky or greasy.

It’s calming, soothing and works for many skin types, even oily!! I won this @biossance Radiantly Rose 🌹 Duo from @suzannec_713 awhile back. I’ve used them both enough times to where I think I can give a good review. Their *holy grail Vitamin C Rose 🌹 Oil is a nice face oil that’s a thin consistency it has a light scent of roses 🌹🌹🌹 It helps moisturize while brightening your skin the Vitamin C is not only great for your skin, but it helps to reduce dark spots.

I haven’t seen the reduction of dark spots *yet, but I’m hoping over time it will fade them. It also has Squalane in the Rose 🌹 Oil which is also great for hydration fine lines. My skin does look more radiant when I use this oil, I don’t even need a moisturizer because it’s plenty hydrating! I’m usually pretty sensitive to scents, but the rose scent isn’t heavy.

It’s very light fades after you rub in the oil. I have acne-prone, sensitive, combo skin I didn’t get any breakouts from this oil, so it’s safe to use if you have similar skin. The Rose 🌹 Vegan Lip Balm comes in a squishy tube it’s smooth, almost like a lip gloss, but not sticky.

It has no scent that I can detect, so if there is a rose 🌹 scent, it’s super faint. It leaves my lips hydrated for hours gives them a little shine, too. Not quite like a gloss, but just a healthy shine.

I have sensitive combination skin so oils can cause spots and be too greasy but this soaks straight in and leaves skin looking healthy and well moisturised. I use it before my moisturiser at night and wake up to a glowing complexion 🙂 only a few drops is enough for the whole face so it’ll last some time too! Smells brilliant and all natural, can’t recommend enough!.

I love this oil. The ingredients are very clever with the shea butter extracts and grape seed oil which make for a very hydrating yet light face oil. Scent is very pleasant and not overwhelming. Really lovely for Spring through to Autumn.

Everything about The Wild Rose Skincare Collection is beautiful, the smell, the textures and the feeling it gives my skin! This oil left my skin glowing and no stickiness compared to other oils I have used in the past which is amazing! These products are the perfect combo of products for my dry and sensitive skin in the summer!.

I see reviews about people saying they can’t see any difference, to be honest as with most products you would need to use it religiously to see long term benefits. But my take on the instant results is that the scent of lavender is strong which stimulates the mind and great before bed time.

Yes I personally would recommend the night time use for this because it can still have that slightly oily feel (I have oily – combination skin) BUT it instantly helped hydrate my dry skin patches and peeling which I have around my eyebrow area and sides of my nose so that’s great.

Next morning skin feels soft so i am positive with long term use there will be good results. I am 45 this year. As for the price point it’s high just like the magic serum which I use but I rotate the usage twice a week to give my skin that boost without breaking my bank but that’s me and has worked well.

I got the smaller size to try out and after 2 weeks it’s a staple in my nightly routine. It is very nourishing and helps to lock my treatments, my skin feels smoother and bouncier in the morning. I put it at night after tretinoin and my skin is definitely not showing as much surface dryness anymore.

I love using it with my gua sha as massaging oil. You need 2-3 drops max so even the smaller size will take quite some time to go thru. It has a floral fragrance (highlighted on the box and in ads) from the essential oil blend so do not purchase if you do not want fragrance in your products.

It does go away but no immediately. For reference Im in my early 30s, have oily skin, more normal on cheeks with some surface dryness from tretinoin.

I didn’t see this oil working! I didn’t look at my face too closely and then all of a sudden I noticed my face looked plumper and smoother. When the bottle finished I thought I’d do without and I looked in the mirror a month or so later an noticed with surprise that my face wasn’t plump and I had fine lines.

So I bought a second bottle and wot. Be without it again. I didn’t believe the reviews I read but seeing is believing! Warming up the oil between my hands and then gently inhaling the light scent is like an aromatherapy treat.

Love it! Can be used morning and night but I don’t always use it in the mornings.

I absolutely love this serum. It smells amazing and feels super-smooth. It goes straight into my skin & leaves me feeling refreshed. Only problem with my order was that the little pipette seems to be broken, so I cant use it & have to scrape the serum of the sides which isn’t ideal! Apart from that though, it’s fabulous stuff & I wouldn’t be without it!.

I used the night cream and suited me really well so thought I’d purchase the day serum. The pipette doesn’t really work very well and delivery is hit and miss. Serum is a nice texture and absorbs well.

Unfortunately for me, after a week or so the skin on my neck has become very irritated and sore. Will no longer be using the serum.

I love Neom home products so when my usual face oil ran out I thought I’d give this a try. I’m not as blown away as I thought I would be. The scent is nice but maybe bordering on a little too strong (acknowledging that scent is a very personal thing) but I don’t find it as nourishing as claimed and it’s certainly not giving me a glow.

It’s ok and not causing problems or reactions so I’ll finish the bottle but won’t be re-ordering.
