20 Best Oils For Lash Growth (2022 Updated)

This is by far the worst eyelash serum I have ever purchased. Before using it my eyelashes were a good length and thickness, I was just looking for a product to lengthen them. Two weeks after using this product I got an eye infection that persisted for a month.

At first I did not blame the serum, but I obviously discontinued using the product for this time. After I stopped using the serum my eyelashes on both eyes began to fall out. Once my eye infection cleared up, I started using this product again attempting to grow my eyelashes back.

A week after I started reusing the product I got an eye infection in my other eye. Overall this product did not help grow my lashes. It made my lashes fall out and gave me two eye infections.

SO SO SO SO in love with this !! First idk if it truly grows because my research says it just adds length when using but if u stopped than it wouldn’t stay that way but I literally had 000 eyelashes like u couldn’t see them at all but now they are there and even look darker.

I also were this on my lips and a few other areas which I’ll get to in a sec. my lips are freaking amazing !!! Like I swear by this and no nasty taste! I feel like I could be a lip commercial haha now for the other areas idk what made me do it but since it worked for my lips i though well why not my nipples and my u know down stairs and occasionally on my stretch marks.

But let me tell you!!!! My nipples are like so soft I wish I could lick them hahaha (itty bitty commity) and my downstairs omg lol I know this is dramatic but I’m so dead serious it’s the most softest it’s ever been it even makes the color pop and my husband he literally won’t get off me (not complaining 😏).

I put this on my lips and those downstairs lips, and nipples twice a day once in an and once pm. I do love it on my lashes and brows but my favorite use of this is for those areas I listed I literally need 50 bottles it’s that good! Not just doing this review for a bonus I literally just wanted to tell u ladies about my discovery and TRUST ME u will love it to and your husband, boyfriend, girlfriend whoever will love it just as much.

I’m sure since there are so many positive reviews this must work for some people. However I can’t even use it long enough to see any difference. It’s really thick and gloopy and the applicators are not precise enough.

It also is so messy that it made me break out around my eyes which is unheard of. Who gets zits under their eyebrows?? Not me! But this product made it happen. I hope you have better luck than me. It may be great for some people, but not for me.

Great product. I have been using on my eyebrows and after few months I noticed my eyebrows got fuller. I am using it every night right before I go to bed. Just received my second bottle. Also start using on my eyelashes too.

I use this for my eyelashes and eyebrows I don’t use this every night it’s supposed to make your hair grow my lashes are short and my eyebrows are sparse from plucking the greys it is a bit oily but I like it anyway.

It’s hard me to rate this fully since I have only used it for three days. From what I can take the product is thick , easy to apply it’s ok for eyebrows but for lashes it needs a mascara brush but on the box it says do not use close to the eyes on the product it says you can use on your lashes so I’m not sure which is correct because that makes no sense.

I ordered some of those throw away mascara applicators to use with this product because you don’t want yo get this stuff in your eyes and the way the brush is you could easily do that and that would not be good.

It’s worth a try. The price was good since I bought it at Tjmax.

I like the size of the bottle of product, the eyebrow/eyelash brushes and eye liner brushes provided. It is very helpful to get the brushes with the product so I didn’t have to go shopping to find them.

A nice convenience. I started using it, and have to learn to control the amount I apply, as it can be a little messy. That’s the only setback to using Majestic Pure Castor Oil. I can’t wait to see results, as I just began using it.

I have noticed a significant difference in my brows and lashes after using this. Please use it consistantly and take a photo before and after a month. I promise you, you will see results. This conditions and makes your lashes and brows grow and just look healthy and strong!.

My eyelashes are back after extensions! They were tiny and horrible looking after I took off the extensions. Now they are longer and healthier. You need to use it everyday for a good result. Now my bottom lashes get some on them and they are getting a bit too long 😂.

After years of waxing my eyebrows then transitioning to threading, my once overly bushy eyebrows were very sparse and also light in color. I’m a narutal blonde and as such, my eyebrows and lashes are both very light.

I’ve always used a pencil to help accentuate the shape and help frame my face better. I stopped having my eyebrows maintained because there just wasn’t much left. With additional brow loss from hypothyroidism, I felt pencils were my only hope forever.

I researched several serums and was honestly skeptical but wanted to believe. The lash serum honestly gave results in less than a week and after a month, I was hooked. They were both longer and darker but also felt softer and thicker than ever before.

The brow serum took about a month for me to see effects and after 3 months I’ve decided I will continue use. I don’t know that I’ll ever have youthful, full brows again but they are certainly more and darker than before I started using Librow.

While I didn’t have allergic reactions to eith product, they both initially caused a tight feeling. No redness or itching. The skin just felt tight. No pain just a little different feeling than prior to use.

My friend did have redness and irritation on her lids with use of her own tube so she has stopped using the product. For me the results are real and lasting. I’ll continue use and nly buy here. Amazon sells it but the tubes are filled as full as they are here so they don’t last as long.

For the same cost, Amazon tubes last about 1 month VS 3 months if purchased here. The product has no scent and isn’t sticky or oily. I apply at night fter washing my face, allow to dry a couple minutes as I lay flat in bed and in the morning just rinse my face and apply make up like normal.

I have worked in the cosmetic industry for years, used many lash serums on myself and heard honest client feedback from high end to drugstore. I heard about LiLash but I was a lil put off by the price, it was just a brand I didn’t know.

I have good lashes but they are like cow lashes, they point straight down, when I curl them, it’s better but, sometimes they get some gaps. I look a bit like Izma. I started getting them lifted every 6 months or so, so I was looking for a serum just to keep the lashes in good shape and I had Lilash in my basket for about a year at this point, so I gave in and got it.

First of all, I got the XL, meant to last 6 months, it was with me almost a year. Mind you, I would miss a day or 2 randomly, but I was using it at least 5 days a week. Anyway, fast forward a year and we’re into Covid and I hadn’t seen my lash girl in a full year.

When I saw her for the first time, we were so busy saying ‘Hi’ that I totally forgot and never even mentioned the serum. She got me in the chair and she was SHOCKED!! I have been going to her for the last 5 years, she has to custom cut the gel parts to use on the lash lift cause my eyes are big and my lashes are stubborn and she ended up having to make new ones cause the old shape wouldn’t work anymore because my lashes had gotten soo long and even fuller.

Usually a lift lasts like 8 weeks or so but this time it lasted 4 months cause the lashes just weren’t falling out. The lashes are just regular hair and like all hair, it grows until it falls out. This serum is so good at keeping the lashes strong at the root, that your lashes just stay and keep getting longer and longer.

My lash girl totally validated how I was feeling and some of my friends noticed how much fuller my lashes looked, like not just longer, there were actually more lashes. No gaps at all. I don’t work retail anymore so I’m pretty real with cosmetics.

If I think your concern can’t be helped with a cream and you might just be better getting a bit of targeted filler, I’ll suggest that. This product IS IT!! Like seriously!! Like I will never recommend another serum, These are the only results I have noticed like this and will stand by.

When it does what it says it will do, the price makes sense. If lashes are your concern, give this a shot. I just got another tube. My mum was a victim of the ‘brow plucking 90s’ so I just ordered her a tube of the LiBrow, really hoping she gets similar results.

First of all, I am floored at how great this product works. If you’re consistent with your daily application, you will see significant growth. It’s crazy! So I started using this after getting some lash extensions.

It was my second time getting them and I just felt like I was left with barely any natural eyelashes. I also felt like my natural lashes were not growing like they needed to. I tried collagen, biotin, castor oil, you name it.

The only thing that made a SIGNIFICANT difference was this product right here. I’m on my second month of the treatment and I’m very pleased and I think I’m going to continue using this as part of my night routine.

I bought this off amazon and have been using it on my brows for about a week morning and night. And so far I love it! I’ve noticed my brows look fuller and fluffier. And I also have like curly brows.

Got this product as part of a subscription box. However it’s become one of my favourite products. The bottle is large for this product type so lasts agers. Easy to apply and great value for money.

I haven’t used this long enough to say for sure if it works. My eyelashes have really lost their length. They are light in color as are my eyebrows. My eyebrows haven’t thinned. Makes me wonder if I curled them too much with an eyelash curler in my younger years.

The kit is comply with brushes, applicators, and castor oil. It applies nicely, but remember it is an oil so I haven’t really found a way to not let it get onto skin around the eyes. I have somewhat oily skin to begin with on my face, so wasn’t too crazy about getting more.

However, if ends up working, I’ll deal with a little oil on skin. I didn’t expect results right away, figured it would take a little while to actually work. All I can say is time will tell.

So first of all, I am not a review person mostly because it’s time consuming. Castor oil was recommended to me by my hair stylist for my pathetic eyelashes. I did not want to spend a ton of money so with the great reviews and cost it was worth trying.

On a side note, I have chronic dry eye and blepharitis which always has me rubbing my eyes and pulling on my lashes. I also hate that they are poker straight, but total genetics. I’ve only used one week.

I’ve been using this and the brow oil for about a week and already seeing results with both. Im also using the hair oil and gold shampoo conditioner and seeing results there. My lashes look and feel thicker and longer and less fallout.

Also my eye area looks better. I don’t wear makeup so this is so great to put on morning and night. In the morning I just dab my finger on the stem of the applicator and apply the oil with my finger.

I will say I don’t like the stem insert because it breaks apart onto the applicator and can get little pieces near the eye. For now I’ll just be more careful with application because the results are great.

Before this I was using castor oil almost every day and this is an upgrade! I saw the owner said the oils are good for 3 months after opening so it’s looking like a good idea to get the 3 month subscription.

After years of dealing with itchy swollen eyelids and dry eyes (Blepharitis). My eyes always hurt and we’re red. I tried castor oil and hot and cold compresses but nothing helped. The first day I put this product on my lashes I felt relieve.

It’s been 3 weeks so far and my dry itchy eyes are a thing of the past. I have noticed that every week my eyelashes have gotten longer top and bottom. This is the first time you can really see my bottom lashes.

I highly recommend this product, I use it on top and bottom lashes right before bed.

I originally bought this direct from Grande Cosmetics after receiving a sample of their unique and effective mascara in one of my JustFab boxes. I bought the Yvette set with the growth serum and lash conditioner.

THIS WORKS!! I strongly suspect that whoever reviewed that this product didn’t actually lengthen their lashes was victim to one or more of the following: – They didn’t apply it right close to their lash line.

– They didn’t apply it to clean skin, or they applied it AFTER their eye cream. – They applied too little product. – They are a competitor and aren’t being genuine. – They didn’t use it for at least 4-6 weeks before leaving their review – Maybe because they didn’t use the lash conditioner? I bought the serum with the lash conditioner and always applied the two together – They rub their eyes too much or use lash damaging eyelash curlers too much, or get their Lactic/glycolic acid facial serum over their lashes when they apply it to the rest of their face (which can be damaging to hair).

– Fluke bad product? I would definitely contact the company for a replacement as long as it didn’t cause you an allergic or bad reaction! I used one 3-month supply size container, and only used it regularly about 75 percent of the time and before it was empty, my sparse, short eyelashes were at least 1.

5-2mm longer than at the start. I wish I were the type to remember to take before and after pics, because my results matched those on the brand’s website. If you don’t seem to be having luck with your product, try going through the list above and tweaking your routine.

I really can’t imagine it not working for some people due to some flaw in the product, unless your body just won’t respond to those kinds of ingredients. It’s more likely user error (hey, no offense, we all just want something that works, right? Try to troubleshoot and reap the benefits!) As for Cons: This product, like every other lash growth serum I have tried, WILL irritate your eyes if you over-apply product and it drips in your eyes.

Actually, it WILL irritate your eyes if it’s gets in your eye at all. You still need to apply it close to your lash line for it to work, pretty much touching the base of your lashes, and enough as though you were thinly lining your eyes with liner.

For me, the almost inevitable irritation was acceptable because that’s the nature of that kind of product (even the brands that say they are non-irritating, still irritate my eyeballs). Maybe the lash conditioner really helped give me the best results? I haven’t tried the serum without it.

Another Con: The lengthening effects disappear as your lashes naturally fall out. I noticed mine had gone back to normal length after a few months of non-use of the product. I’d say it’s a little like Botox.

you will have to make an investment every 3-6 months (I’d say every 6 in this case), in order to maintain your results.

The product was sent to me by Influenster for testing. i have been testing it for about a month now (shipping took some time, so I started a bit later). I am pretty familiar with lash serums and i have been using them periodically over the years.

I am actually very satisfied with the result and I think I will be buying the product by myself once I ran out of my Latisse. The formula is softer (and that is why you need no prescription) and it caused no irritation to my eye lashline that made it possible to use it everyday.

Comparatively, Latisse is a prescription drug and it does irritate the skin to the point of not being able to use makeup (i found the trick to it by applying the product every third day or so). Grande Lashes gave me some significant fullness to the eyelashes as you can see on the pictures (especially the one with mascara on).

it wasn’t as much of the result as Latisse, but still the result is very nice and sufficient for me. The price is about half of prescribed Latisse. So, the summary: Pros: – half off the price of prescribed Latisse (though generic Bimatoprost is slightly cheaper than Grande Lash) – easiness of access – Ulta, and etc – no prescription needed and no additional cost for doctor visits – does actually give you results (not as much as prescribed drugs, but more than sufficient) – doesn’t irritate the area (and as a result doesn’t complicate your everyday life) Photos: i took three photos with a) after one week of usage (as a before) b) after a month of usage c) after a month of usage with mascara on (my lashes are very light in color and it is difficult to see the results without a mascara.

Overall, I was impressed and would get it again, provably switch from my prescription serums.

First off, I want to start by saying I’ve used this lash serum for years. 5+ years to be exact. The first few years, my lashes were INCREDIBLE, long and thick, multiple times a day people would ask me if they were my real lashes and I was proud to say they were-as someone who used to wear false lashes a lot prior to using the serum.

The results were amazing. I was in love and I used it religiously. Even with daily mascara wear, my lashes were always ON POINT. But I’ve noticed that the last two years (yes, I’ve given this a lot of time to see if this would change, maybe it was an off batch the first two bottles? Idk I always try to give something ample time to see if it will change, especially something I was a die hard fan for) my lashes are just not even half of what they were when I first started using the serum and a few years after.

My lashes are still somewhat longer than usual, but the volume and the length are nowhere near the same as they were two years ago. I keep questioning if the formula has changed, idk maybe it was working a little TOO well? They maybe dialed back the efficacy? I’m not sure.

but all I can say is my lashes are definitely not the same and it makes no sense since I wear makeup considerably much less than I did prior to Covid. Like maybe once a month for the last two years. So I feel like if anything the efficacy of the serum should be much higher? Maybe my lashes are now accustomed to it and it’s just not effective anymore? I’m not sure but I’m curious if anyone else has had this issue.

And just a reminder that I DO use it daily and have purchased multiple serums over the last few years.

A clear website to browse and order from. I have used the arch brow definer before and love it. Seriously easy to apply and Chai is the colour for me (strawberry blond-ish). The brow gloss is definitely worth purchasing too- it keeps my brows perfect even after a 5 mile cycle ride to work! Am trying the lash oil.

The BBBLondon Luscious Lash Oil is a fantastic product! The oil has a subtle scent that smells great. It doesn’t feel heavy on the lashes and doesn’t leave residue on pillows.

I like the idea of nourishing my lashes with this serum. Can’t tell if it’s made a difference tbh. Serum is nice. Brush is a bit stiff would be nicer if it wasn’t as scratchy. I’d buy again I’m sure it will help in the colder months.
