i have not personally tasted this, but my husband eats keto and he cooks with this. he puts it in his scrambled eggs, as well as his black coffee every day without fail. also, this is the only mct oil we found in store that is ebt eligible.

it’s kind of expensive, compared to like vegetable oil spray, but a little goes a long way.

I have been using coconut oil as a supplement to my dogs food for years. We always bought the solid coconut oil in a jar and used a measuring spoon to put over the dogs food. This left big messes, however we continued using it due to making our dogs fur look shiny and healthy.

Recently I came across the Betterbody foods liquid coconut oil and it has been a blessing. We just pour directly from the bottle, so no more messes. Our dogs like the liquid better due to being able to shake the food and get the coconut oil on more of the food.

The price was almost a deterrent in the beginning, but I can say this was the best purchase I have made involving coconut oil and I recommend this to any other dog lover. We have been using for several months now and our dogs get so excited when they see the bottle come out of the cabinet.

This Better Body MCT Oil is terrific. It’s one of “good” fats. We’ve found many uses for it in our household. I’ve cooked w/ it and I’ve made Bulletproof Coffee w/ it. I’ve also put it in my smoothies.

I’m not officially on the low/no carb train, but I do try to limit my carb intake. I don’t know if it’s the MCT oil that boosts my energy level or the caffeine. But it’s doing something. I like the fact that there really is no taste or aftertaste.

My great Niece also uses this MCT oil in her hair and skin concoctions. She makes hair creams and lotions all the time, and her hair really does look lustrous. Her lotions made w/ this MCT oil leave your skin feeling soft as a baby’s bottom.

I’d prefer that she use the regular coconut oil, b/c that comes in a huge vat. I need this MCT oil for myself.

These are perfectly scented – not too much/not too little. I’ve used it on myself, in my diffuser, in my shea butter for my hair, in my small garbage cans through out the house, in my solid air fresheners, just about everywhere.

As a matter of fact, just before my son came to visit yesterday, I made sure to hide them. I gave him some oils months ago, still didn’t finish them, and still wanted some of my new Essential Oil Set-14 Pack.

I think not. I’ve never purchased an essential oit set that I liked every last one of them. But these are very exceptional. I will definitely purchase more – before they run out, since I bet they will.

I have bought top name brands of EOs out there, and by far this one is long lasting. I even just put a couple of drops on a cotton, and after 18+ hours my room is still strong of it’s scent. I will be buying more real soon.

Some of those 5ml bottle drops are very slow coming, but these are quick. They smell good! I bought Tea Tree also, but I haven’t tried it yet. I still have 30ml of it left on another brand, soon as that’s done, I will be trying out the Tea Tree.

I have to say Plant Guru’s Tea Tree smells stronger than the other brand I bought.

I finally took the plunge and switched from scented melted wax to scented water mist. Since the diffuser unit that I bought was upwards of $50, I didn’t want to spend a lot on individual essential oils (which can get quite pricey at the store).

This was a great starter kit. Because I had so many choices, I could figure put by trial and error which scents I liked best. I recommend this set to anyone new to water diffusers.

I absolutely love this stuff!! It is flavorless and has no smell, you can cook with it or add it to anything. Cold drinks, hot drinks, literally anything. I use it because I am on Keto and if I am wanting to up my fat intake I just put a tablespoon in whatever I am drinking and I am good to go.

I highly recommend this product. Comparably it is affordable as well. Lower priced than some of the other similar products out there but really excellent quality.

After taking these for just one month, my labs came back phenomenally! Cholesterol, triglycerides, and glucoses absolutely PERFECT! I mention these three because that is usually the biggies but all in all my numbers across the board were very good.

I had taken a brand of Coconut Oil Capsules that are nno longer available. I lije that this brand is organic, virgin oil and made in the USA without soy or other GMO additives!

I take 2 of these every morning to help me stay in ketosis on my low carb diet. I tend to eat carbs on the weekend, so these help me get back in faster.

I know Mary to advise me on which products will work best for me according to my blood test results. She leads me to the best, organic, non gmo companies products. This oil has no taste 🙂 You have to start out taking is slowly to avoid loose BM.

MCT Oil is so good for our bodies, and I find this product to be high quality and reasonably priced.

Decent price. Arrived in good condition, no leaks. Organic a plus. Love the sqeeze top! No drips. Good design. And for those that said, the sqeeze top makes teaspoon and tablespoon portions a challenge, just get a 2oz.

shot glass size measuring cup. About $2 at Wal-Mart, and it has teaspoon and tablespoon portions on the glass. Can be more precise with this top than others. with no dripping. Love that.

So happy this is now labeled as Organic. It use to not be. Only wish that it came in glass rather than plastic. I transfer it to a glass spray bottle, and sometimes use this to grease pans and my waffle iron as well as to season cast iron.

This is in addition to all the other uses such as for an energy boost in smoothies and in a lot of diy products such as homemade toothpaste and anywhere else I desire coconut oil to stay in its liquid state.

While I don’t have much experience with what other MCT oil brands taste like (this tastes fine to me) I do have a lot of experience cleaning up the bottles afterwards. The dripping. THIS bottle has a smarter closing system.

If you do it right, no mess! The oil squirts out into your waiting cup. Why they all can’t do this I don’t know. I am happy with my purchase and will buy it again. I bought the 16oz. I’m hoping the next size up is also the same.

Melrose MCT Oil is great for kick starting your ketones. I intermittent Fast h therefore my break – fast is a black coffee with a bit of salt and MCT oil stirred in, very good. My weight had plateaued for about a year, but since taking a Tbl spoon in my coffee each morning, my weight has started to creep down again.

Maybe a coincidence, maybe not.

This is a pretty standardised product but I do really like that the cap on this bottle leads to a great reduction in oil leaking anywhere. Other bottles with a screw-on cap tend to leave me a lot more residue.

The aroma of the oil is awesome. You kinda feel like it’s sweating wherever it’s applied. Safe to use on all areas where you have fat and cellulite. I am waiting to see more results.

I read reviews on this before ordering and I thought I would try it anyway. The cinnamon oil in the capsules did give me indigestion as was mention in what I read. It is just to strong for me. Others have had no problems.

I got this product last week along with many others. Generally speaking, I love it all. For this MCT oil: I add it to my coffee in the morning and it’s great. The problem I have is with the nozzle design.

After pouring some in my coffee mug the oils drips down the side and often on the counter as well. If there is an option to change the nozzle to a squeeze type which prevents this, it would be awesome.

Like previous reviewers have stated there are some side effects here when first getting started on this/ mostly gastrointestinal related but nothing severe and after a week of one teaspoon per day I have normalized to this product.

I take this about an hour after having food and that lessened the side effects. I also notice that on days when I am doing more cardio I have less issues with side effects as well. That being said, I do notice an increased level of energy and clarity as well as increased level of alertness.

I don’t feel any jitters and anxiety which can be caused by any MCT oil. I know there can be a placebo type effect with any product but I feel that if $22 and a teaspoon can make me believe that I am pushing farther and harder in workouts or a feeling of increased stamina than for me it is well worth it.
