This is one product I always have on hand at our home. Nyquil just takes care of so many ailments and really does the job. It’s the best for getting a better night of sleep when feeling miserable. It’s a little more expensive than some products but definitely works better.

My husband uses this when he’s not well (which isnt too often) and it’s the only thing he wants to use. Dayquil works great too and it’s important that it’s non-drowsy. This severe formula works best because it takes care of many symptoms.

For my family it’s important to to be able to sleep/rest so we can get back to feeling better faster and nyquil/dayquil seem to help.

Having just come come down with a summer cold, it was very appropriate that I try DayQuil Severe Liquicap 16 ct. What I like most about this product is that it is over-the-counter medicine with maximum strength to alleviate and/ or manage many of my symptoms, i.

e. sinus pressure, cough, minor aches. Also, because it is DayQuil, I don’t have to worry about feeling drowsy as I go through my day. While DayQuil regular strength is a staple in my medicine cabinet, I was not aware that it was available in DayQuil Severe.

I will buy it in the future and I would recommend it to others who don’t have time to be knocked down with a cold or flu.

25 minutes in had to use it twice, right nostril still 90% plugged. only slight clearing. Just pain and stinging. WARNING! This is super concentrated menthol/peppermint with vitamin c acid it will burn and sting, feels like nose bleeding as its still draining, still using tissue paper, just the pain is so bad.

5. 69 Afrin or 8. 57 for this, thinking oh, must work better and day 4 of a plugged nose, unable to sleep, sudafed stopped working to clear nose after 2 days which didnt last long; over 30 minutes in, still blowing nose the same nothing changed.

Breathing the one half clear nostril is pain from menthol. Right side still plugged now 100%.

This product is great! I was told by my Dr who also suffers from allergies that turn into sinus infections that this is the best product out that is affordable. I suffer from allergies something fierce and sometimes this is my only relief.

I don’t like taking medicine but I have drippy nose in the morning and these help with the head congestion and nasal drainage. The night time is good for the headache that won’t go away and you can’t sleep.

I haven’t noticed any drowsiness with the daytime but the nighttime helps headache and I get a good nights sleep.

You have to take too many pills. 2 every four hours. Wether day or night. The day pills did nothing for my congestion. I did have a little more energy. The night pills kept me up. Did little for my sinus congestion.

I used Mucinex Sinus Max before. I. would reccomend these they work better. cost a little more. but worth it. Tried to save some money. not a good idea when you are ill.

In the experience of my household, this works brilliantly (and more or less immediately) on any hay fever type symptoms. We use it just as needed – that is, whenever symptoms arise. Usually only needed for a few days.

Have relied upon it for many years now because it just works.

I really love this product and I like that it’s all natural. I think it works better than Sudafed and I have to be careful about taking Sudafed because it raises my blood pressure. The cost is really good too.

Only thing that seems to work for my wife’s nasal congestion without making her sleepy.

I was worried when my doctor recommended doing twice daily nasal rinses. Shooting liquid up your nose just seems to go against my better instincts. I have dealt with chronic sinus issues my whole life, and nasal sprays only provide minimal relief.

However, these nasal rinses have provided the relief from my issues I have searched a lifetime for. I use a prescribed steroid in the rinse twice daily, and my issues with daily headaches, sinus congestion and cough caused my constant drainage have dissipated to the point that I don’t even use sinus sprays any more.

I even started adding extra rinses (without the steroid) when I have been outside or exposed to pollen and allergens, and it prevents issues from starting. Granted, doing the rinse itself is never enjoyable, and not something I would do for fun.

However, once you get the hang of it, the experience is not terrible. Even if you do not use a prescribed steroid as I do, I believe this rinse could help you if you also have chronic sinus issues. I HIGHLY recommend it!.

I’ve been using Tylenol Sinus+Headache for years and it really does the job. My only complaint is the coating they’ve put on the tablets. I don’t if it’s menthol or what. It’s awful. It kind of leaves a burning sensation in the back of the throat and lips.

Other than that, I like it for the sinus and headaches. However, I may have to find something else because of the menthol coating.

Product works great but the menthol/mint flavor they’ve coated it with is unpleasant and unnecessary. I gave it 4 stars because the packaging is horrendous. I’d say at least 90% of the time, I have to use scissors to open the individual squares because the tab breaks off and/or only tears off a small part of the paper backing and it’s too thick to break through it with a fingernail.

The corners are so sharp on the packaging that I’m constantly stabbing myself in my attempts to open it. It’s especially annoying when you’re trying to drive so you not only don’t have scissors on hand, but you also can’t really watch what you’re doing (since you’re looking at the road).

I’ve actually written and complained to the company about it. I don’t know why they can’t just put these pills loose in a bottle opposed to this cumbersome packaging. If you thought you had a headache when you went to take the pills, trying to get the pills out of the packaging will certainly give you a migraine.

I have been fighting a serious sinus headache with sore throat and ear pain for 3. 5 days with excruciating pain in the head. I separately tried a Zyrtec-D/Advil combo and Dayquil without any significant success (reduced pain by a level of 1).

I also tried a sinus massage (also reduced pain by a level of 1). Tylenol Sinus + Headache was my last attempt before going back to the doctor to get an antibiotic. Within 20 minutes I saw noticable change.

Within an hour, I have gone from a level 8 or 9 in pain down to a 4 or 5. While I am am still not at 100%, my headache is much more tolerable and I think I might be able to get through this now without antibiotics.

I’ve only used this for a few days but it really seems to relieve sinus pressure and fluid buildup in my ears. My doctor took me off Sudafed and I wasn’t sure how I would cope with the sinus pressure and headaches.

I’m not the type of person here on Influenster that writes ‘reviews’ just to write reviews, especially if they haven’t actually tried the product. This box sat on our counter for a month plus as I taunted the karmic gods and waited to use it if my wife or I got sick.

sure enough we both got bad colds this past weekend. My wife and I both had very different symptoms; she took the nighttime and I took the daytime. She had a sore throat and sniffles and I had the complete opposite – stuffy nose and sinus headaches.

All in all it worked great. I am only giving it four stars because the nasal decongestant aspect didn’t really work that great for me – but it did help my wife sleep and helped with my other symptoms enough to enable me to mow/rake the yard before the trick or treaters came Sunday evening.

I have had very little success with taking day time capsules without them knocking me out and the Alka Seltzer Plus Maximum Strength Cold Flu Power Max Gels are no exception. While the night time liquid gels knocked me out and helped me recover faster, the day time liquid gels were just as sleep inducing.

I have chronic sinusitis and allergies. It calms down at certain times of the year but when it comes it comes and with a vengeance. I’m now 5 months pregnant and my allergies are the worst they’ve been in forever.
