Seasonal allergies and a deviated septum, here. Aside from medicated sprays which are meant to be limited use, this is the only thing Ive found that allows me to actually breathe through my nose while sleeping.

Now that Im no longer a mouthbreather, my sleep quality and blood pressure have improved. I love that I can just spritz a little in there if I want to hydrate, or tilt my head and press and hold and really wash the gunk out.

I have had absolutely zero issues with this. I expected pain when shooting it up into my sinuses like when you accidentally snort swimming pool water. It has given me nothing but relief. It isnt instant — it takes about a minute or two after using it for everything to open up — but its close enough, and way safer than medication.

If you have nose issues just buy it already. Dont bother shopping around for a cheaper brand. This is what you need, and its nearly lifechanging. Give the extra strength hypertonic and sleep versions with eucalyptus a look, too!.

I have severe nasal congestion year-round and am too underinsured and poor to get allergy testing. When I was 14, I had to get a nasal surgery for a deviated septum — hard to breathe without it. I’m 28 and fear my nasal passages have reverted to unalignment and that’s why it’s hard to breathe these days, on top of having to wear masks during covid.

After I bought this saline spray, I literally opened it in the Target parking lot. It gave instant relief. I thought I would collapse without it as I recently started doing cardio exercise and an hour of that was challenging with breathing difficulties.

I have tried other sinus medicines, but none have worked better than this one. It reduces the swelling so that my sinuses can drain. As the day goes, on after taking as per directions, I can actually see some of the swelling go down around my eyes.

I know it is working, because I can feel it draining. You got to get that stuff out though.

I wad so happy to gind my sinus meds were available online. The local store has been out. Fear of being discontinued, I went searching. Nothing has been as complete as this Equate brand. Very happy!

Ugh this didn’t help at all! My nose hasn’t been cleared up since using this. My whole head is still stuffed up! It didn’t give me any relief! I took it around the clock and it didn’t help at all! I definitely will not buy this again!.

I always get terrible allergies when the seasons change in Oregon. I had terrible congestion, stuffiness, headache, etc. I would say these meds relieved my stuffy nose maybe 20 min after I took it which was nice but the pressure in my sinuses was not relieved at all.

So for what I was hoping for I wasn’t impressed, but glad it did relieve my stuffed up nose.

This product is amazing! I was so tired of having stuffed sinuses and spending every morning blowing my nose for hours. I would wake up unable to breathe through my nose and it was annoying to say the least.

I have suffered for several years with vertigo. Countless tests showed nothing. Vestibular rehab taught me how to deal with the vertigo and loss of balance. It has unfortunately changed my life so much that I gave up many activities.

I luv this product. It works amzingly well and getting rid of my horrible sinus headache and congestion. It took a total of six tabs the first day, after nothing else I took for days had worked (zertec, claritin).

The pain was so bad *the headache lasted for 48 full hours!*, that I actually took both claritin and zyrtec at the same time, just to try to get relief. Nothing helped for this particular allergy sinus headache until I tried these Sinus Calm tabs.

I took 4 the next day, and just 2 on the third day. For the first time in months, I was able to have relief for a full week without needing any more doses. Lately, I have been taking them maybe once or twice a week.

YMMV, as everyone is different, but if you suffer from allergies/sinus issues, I def rec you try these! If I could figure out what is triggering my sinis issues, that would be great. In the meanwhile, I make sure to keep Sinus Calm with me wherever I go.

After battling what I finally decided was a sinus infection for over two weeks, I stumbled upon this product. I normally used a Nasal Sinus product from an online homeopathy website, but it no longer carried it.

But I am very familiar with the gentle ways of homeopathic medicine and use it in my personal practice. Anyway, after taking the first two tablets, I could feel the pressure of the sinus pain dissipate and I must say that now, after 15 minutes, the pain is pretty much gone.

The pain I’ve been suffering with for over 14 days. The BEST thing about this is that I can take a sheet of tablets with me wherever I go; much easier than the klunky bottle I would have to haul around that I got from the online homeopathy site.

The sheet fits in a pocket or in a small part of my handbag. Really easy! This is such a great product if you follow the directions and not change the dose as labeled.

I have mild migraine and this little powder works the best for me. It taste bad, like a chemical powder but help me faster than any other medicine. Since it’s a powder form, it absorbs in body faster than a pill.

I woke up this morning with a headache and horrible sinus pressure. I took one BC Sinus Pain and Congestion stick pack. Within 18 minutes I felt relief with the sinus pain. 18 minutes. I didn’t expect it to work that fast, but it did.

I gave 4 stars because it didn’t help with my headache. Full disclosure, I get headaches, like the one I currently have, usually once a month. Nothing over the counter helps with this headache. I just have to let it go away on its own.

This didn’t help me at all. I talked to my doctor after using this for a couple days because I wasn’t getting better and she said don’t buy the one that has “PE”, it’s not strong enough to help you. I didn’t realize there were two different kinds and I needed the one behind the pharmacy, so this was a waste of money for me.

The ONLY over the counter med that helps when I get a sinus infection. My ENT doctor recommended it, and I know it relieves pressure, sinus headaches, throat drainage, and severe congestion. I always have this in the medicine cabinet because I habe severe allergies and am immune compromised, so unfortunately sinus issues are pretty common for me.

Would love to see a variety that does NOT contain acetaminophen!.

Not a fan! I was super sick and ended up getting worse (a sinus infection) while taking this product. When I finally discontinued taking this, I felt much better and my mucus was gone. I felt that this product created more mucus than what I should have been producing.

I have been using this off and on since the late 80s. That’s how good it is! It is perfect if you want a lightweight moisturizer that won’t make you greasy. It smells light but so good, herbal and and androgynous.

My only complaint is that when my skin is very dry it is not quite enough moisture. Other than that I recommend it all the time, especially for people with very sensitive skin, or those with sunburns or other superficial burns.

My absolute favorite lotion. Smells good, feels good, cruelty-free, no parabens or phtalates. what’s not to love about it? The only con is that it isn’t widely available in stores. I usually buy it at Whole Foods.

I think I’ve been using this lotion for over 20 years when I could only find it at the local hippy food coop. I appreciate that they haven’t drastically changed their fomula or done anything to wreck the product.

For the quantity and price, it really does last awhile. I bought a 16 fl oz online for about $7. I wanted a gentle moisturizer, without harsh ingredients for my sensitive skin. However, I do not like its efficiency.

For someone living in the east coast, this product isn’t moisturizing enough for the harsh cold winters. I have to really rub in the product too on my dry hands and body which is annoying. Reminds me of low quality sunscreen.

Will not purchase again.

I use this any time I have a sinus headache. It’s not often , but I bought them twice last week because I got to work with a headache and didn’t have any tablets in my bag. Now I keep some in all my bags for when I need them.

I’ve tried all different types of brand name medicines allergy/sinus/headache and non work as best as this. Every year this time my I get all these symptoms and each year I start taking them according to the directions and they work just fine.

One thing they do make you fall asleep so don’t take while at work or driving. I take mine right before bed so if any side effects (drowsiness or tired) I won’t feel it because I’m sleep. Over all in very satisfied.

Takes about two days to really work but it works trust me.

It worked almost instantly. I had so much for pain 2 days then on day 2 of taking the medicine I was not congested anymore and didn’t have a headache or pain either. This definitely works so well.

When I needed to buy the Mucinex brand, the store was completely out. They had one box of the Up and Up equivalent so I tried it. Best purchase this past cold season! It worked just as well and easy on the wallet.

I have terrible allergies. alllll the time. I can deal OK through the day, but night is miserable. To add to it, I have had strep throat twice over the past three months. This has added the misery of constant coughing, etc.

Every night, I dissolve 2 of these tablets under my tongue right before getting into bed. I can get right to sleep and not wake up coughing and hacking through the night. Yes, I recommend these tablets.

I will never be without them! (the leg cramp ones work just as well!).

I primarily use it at bedtime during the winter months because forced heat causes my sinuses to get packed in while sleeping. This product helps minimize the stuffiness. This product is not as effective as a competitor’s version, but when I was unable to find the other product any longer, I switched to this.

The pro is that it’s not alcohol based so it has zero flavor. The con is that it doesn’t seem to work quite a well as what I previously used.

I would recommend this product for anyone who has a stuffy nose in the morning, or any other sinus and allergy issues. When I wake up with a stuffiness in my nose I use the 3 pumps, and within 10-15 minutes the stuffiness is gone.
