This generic medication is just as good as the brand name product. Pack of 1000 (in a plastic bottle that can be shipped anywhere in the world, Sweden for me, without breaking) means great value. It is the only laxative I would recommend for long term use.

I will buy again – after 500 days or so =).

I highly recommend this stool softener. I have had a lifetime of diverticulitis, hemorrhoids, and constipation. My colon requires stool softeners to function. These are the best ones I’ve taken so far.

It works and makes it possible to have regular bowel movements. The big plus is the price.You get about 200 extra for the same price as a well known over the counter brand.

Excellent product! As a child in Alaska, my husband was caught between several sheets of sheetrock at waist level for a long period of time. The damage to the muscles, intestines and other organs was major.

He is now 74 and literally has lived with laxatives all his life to keep constipation and binding at bay. Walmart Gentle Laxative was his number one choice for years. The number one choice–THEY WORKED! Some days he had to take one or two more than norman, but THEY WORKED! Number two reasonno pun intended 🙂 was the price.

Notice the “was”? The Gentle Laxative used to be $. 88 for years. Now they have ‘jumped’ up to $4. 89 a small bottle of 100. I nearly choked when I saw the extreme hike in price. I am still ordering them for my husband.

“gentle” laxative my butt. I took one, ONE of these pills and a few hours later I had the absolute worst stomach pain, and went to the bathroom for about an hour at first. It seemed to go away after that during the night, but BOY this laxative is resilient, the following morning I spent most of it on the toilet, literally pooping my brains out until it was practically nothing.

I mean yeah it gets the job done, and maybe if you wanna lose half your bodyweight while you’re at it this laxative would be great for you, however this caused me the worst 8 or so hours of my life.

I find it shocking that 1. The font on the bottle is so small it’s nearly impossible to read. 2. NOWHERE on the bottle does it describe the intended dosage. 1 tablet? 2 tablets? 16 tablets? No one knows.

As far as its efficacy, it works as described. Not as powerful as a saline laxative, but it does work genlty and may take several hours with limited results.

My toddler loves the taste of this. Honestly, I stuck my finger in it and it didn’t taste bad. She likes to not phone number to regularly and this really helped. She complains about her stomach hurting with any other laxative or stool softener but she had no complaints with us.

We gave it to her bedtime and she pooped before lunch. Was that TMI??.

We have tried EVERYTHING for my daughter. This is the first thing that was gentle but still effective. And she likes the taste which is so helpful in getting her to take it! After we tried this bottle, I ordered 4 more bottles!.

IšverstiShow in original languageWe prefer and use Dulcolax for our bowel routine and have for a decade it seems. It is effective and works in timely fashion for those days when you need a little help.

We have confidence in that when we take a few pills and drink a glass or two of water if it isn’t that night it will happen the following day. My husband has SCI so it’s imperative he has success with his bm management.

Dulcolax is part of our care team. Highly recommended.

IšverstiShow in original languageThis is not something that I would normally review but it popped up and I just went with it. These do work. They are mandatory when prepping for a colonoscopy. GREAT FUN! 😳 They are gentle and won’t leave you feeling cramped.

( I can’t say that about the rest of the prep) I would recommend these if you require a little extra help in that area. They are inexpensive and the pills are small and easy to swallow.

Awesome Value and a good product.

The pills don’t really do a whole lot for me, but since I needed a good cleansing, I decided to try the liquid this time. I’m glad I did! I’ve been feeling backed up for weeks now and needed some immediate relief.

I already prepared myself for it to taste absolutely awful, but I was pleasantly surprised. Of course I usually hold my breath and just down most liquids anyway provided that they are not too thick, and this one was just the right consistency for me.

I took one full cup of this and downed a bottle of water right after it, and approximately 2 hours later I was on the toilet. I will say that I did not go immediately after I started getting the urge, I made sure to give the liquid time to do its job before I let it go.

It was really worth it. This is the best laxative I’ve had in while, and I usually don’t take them until I get desperate. This really saved me from having to down some of that awful castor oil, which was my next go-to had this not worked.

I’m so thankful it did!.

So I had a monster brewing inside of me for days. In a desperate search for relief, I reached for the fastest acting thing I could find and this was it. I slurped the max dosage you can take and waited…the bottle says it works between 30 minutes to 6 hours.

I only waited about two hours before i was successful in expelling my three day old demons, and life was blissful once again. However…let’s just say after I passed the mountains I reached the rivers about thirty minutes later.

And boy, was I not mentally or physically prepared to reach the rivers. This stuff will get the job done, yes, but be warned that it will keep doing the job even after your problem is no longer a problem.

I’m like a faucet except the handle is broken so the water keeps running. That’s all I’ll say. It works well but maybe too well.

This was a game changer for me. I. was told to buy mom but this was available. I drank a capful and a bottle of water immediately after and within 30 minutes, i was able to go to the bathroom. I didn’t have any cramps or bubble guts.

My wife has a bad back from an injury and doesn’t get around well. Her inactivity has led to constipation. Her Dr recommended this. It works well, she said, but I think she should try the Natural or Kiwi kind: maybe not quite as strong.

I take pain meds which causes elimination problems. Senokot-S has been a blessing for me. However. at higher prices I’ll probably have to use RX medication in the future. I hope I don’t find that necessary.

ok. first of all those who suffer from constipation know how awful it is and for some it is a life-long aggravation. I’ve taken every medication when it comes to this awful malady and some meds can be so horrible it doesn’t seem to be worth it.

I finally got this medication and it has helped so much where I can live without that awful bloating and pain associated with constipation. I took 2 pills and within 2 days it worked and it was gentle and now I use it once a week to maintain a healthy pattern where before I would go for weeks w/o out a BM.

that’s right. weeks to a couple of months. Now, if I go once a week I feel liberated and it’s now required maintenance for me. thank God this stuff works.

I was diagnosed by specialist with Coeliac disease and cirrhosis of the liver. It for some reason cause a lot of issues with my bowel. I don’t know which one dies. Do notice if eat gluten it can get pretty painful.

But I’ve been regularly taking senokot for over 4 years to help regulate and soften my stool. It’s never given me problems.

I have digestion problems so these natural supplements really help me. Two once an evening and the next day you aren’t bloated or in any pain at all. These are retail priced very cheap and so affordable.

I love to use them when I’ve had a very unhealthy weekend to help wash toxins out from my body to start fresh.

I have had constipation all my life (71yo) and was started on Miralax by my doctor. It’s pricey so I have tried other products such as the Member Mark Brand, (don’t waste your money even tho the pharmacy said it was the same as Miralax.

) Senokot-S, Probiotics, Stool softener. I alway have to come back to MiraLax. If you are severely constipation, you may have to take it twice a day or two capsule instead of one. MiraLax mixes well in coffee and has no taste.

I found I can not use Milk products in my coffee because it tends to curdle. I don’t find this problem with creamer. I usually back off for a day if the stools become too soft. You should aways call your doctor if you are having severe stomach pains, nausea or vomiting, unable to pass gas or have a BM.

This is not my first experience with Miralax. My daughter has struggled with constipation issues on and off since she was little, and her doctors have always advised me to give her Miralax when she was struggling badly with constipation.

Most recently due to a severe bout of constipation my daughters doctors advised me to have my daughter do a full cleanse with miralax, and after doing that, she has to be on the miralax daily for severalweeks, so when i saw these pre-measured single dose packets, i knew they would be the way to go.

They take the headache out of having to measure out the dose, and i just pour a single packet in some juice or water thats in a bottle, give it a good shake, and the miralax dissolves super easily. It is tasteless, so my daughter drinks it right up without any issues.

The best thing about Miralax in my opinion is that it doesnt cause any stomach cramping, or the sudden urge to go. Miralax works slowly over the course of one to three days usually before producing a bowel movement, and is extremely gentle on the stomach.

In my experience I can honestly say that Miralax is an excellent product and very effective.

I was recently put on opiates for a medical condition in my lower back. Opiates are constipating. Bad combination! These were a life saver!
