Pepto has been something I have taken throughout all my life. It’s a brand I trust to take care of multiple symptoms. I use to hate the liquid kind so I was very happy when they came out with chewable ones they are a little chalky but so much better than the liquid.

I also love that it isn’t really expensive. This is a brand and product I would recommend anytime.

I keep pepto his mom chewables on hand for use whenever tummy troubles occur. These tablets taste mildly sweet and are effective at relieving gastrointestinal upset quickly. The tablet form makes them easy to consume and easy to carry in a purse, pocket, in the car etc.

I will continue to purchase them and I recommend them for heartburn, nausea and diarrhea.

I keep these in my makeup bag, my desk, everywhere! So helpful being in a chewable tablet it’s also more palatable than the gross bubble gum? Flavor of the liquid. Price really isn’t a factor for the convience.

For people with that nervous stomach like me will love these.

Don’t know what the last reviewer was thinking or talking about! I have a family of six, and we have all used this. This is the best flavor we have ever had for this brand or any other brand of anti-diarrheal.

We don’t mind having to take medication now. This flavor is harder to find than the typical peppermint flavor, and I have gone out of the way to order it for my family. Besides the taste, this medication works great! We love that It works for more than just diarrhea, but also for nausea, heartburn, overeating, and just the unexplainable stomache ache.

I hope Kaopectate continues to make this flavor and multi use medication. Please do not give any weight to the negative review. No, this is not like eating Breyers Vanilla Ice Cream, or anything else comparable.

But, for my kids to not mind taking it and for them to say it tastes great for medicine, is saying something!.

No problem with this product. My keepers took it away from me before I even touched it. Sneaked in some tablets. Problem solved.

I love these pills any time I have stomach issues these are my go to pills. However, I noticed the store brand work just as good for half the price. But, I still like using imodium I trust the brand!

This is the same as brand name Imodium A-D. It is just significantly cheaper. For people who have IBS-D, this drug can be a necessity. It has been removed from store shelves in larger quantities like this because of misuse.

While these tablets are considerably more expensive than what this medication used to cost just a few years ago, buying packs of 24 or 48 tablets at a time are outrageously expensive now. All I can really say is that this is generic loperamide.

Thank God I finally found a product worth every penny! Since Walmart stopped selling the Equate Anti-Diarreal caps on a consistant basis, I have been going crazy. When I ordered it it was always out of stock.

So what was the replacement? Lactose pills. If you are Lactose intolerant you are the only one who understands the pain you go through. I do not need a pill to help me get through the food I am eating.

I need something for AFTER I ate the food. This product gets it done. I do not experience the discomfort till the pill works. I do not have to visit the bathroom till the pill kicks in. I take it and all is well again in my world.

This has neither. I do NOT feel safe taking this product.

Due to some medical issues, I occasionally experience bouts of recurring diarreah, and I have found immodium to be absolutely essential during those times! Without it, my life would stop. But immodium truly does begin working extremely quickly, and lasts for several hours, allowing me to carry on with my day without being confined to a bathroom! Definitely would recommend.

I can’t even tell if it works because the flavor is so bad that my child is gagging with every sip. He’s almost thrown up multiple times and he’s not that kind of sick, just diarrhea. He can’t get it down.

And he loves mints! He says it smells fine, but the flavor is horrid. What’s wrong with a kid friendly flavor? I know I’m not the first to encounter this problem as I’ve read other reviews commenting on the awful flavor.

I have used this medicine a couple of times on my kids. I love that it works quickly. My complaints are the flavor(I have to fight one of my kids to take it!) and the other is why don’t you put this in a chewable or come out with more flavors.

Overall I do recommend this product.

It does the important thing- stops the diarrhea- but the taste is awful. My daughter spit it out the first time. We have to take it in tiny sips followed by a quick drink and a strong lollipop flavor to coat the tongue.

Takes like 5 sips to get it all in because she just can’t get it down. And she LOVES mint. Can’t even get a tiny amount into my son who hates it. Wish they had a chewable or kid friendly flavor because trying to get something this bad into a kid who already feels bad is a nightmare!.

Percy medicine has been the best remedy for me since I was a child. Was so glad to find it still available. Many others would feel the same if they tried it. As it’s an astringent, I hope they understand to SHAKE WELL! I will definitely continue ordering it from now on+.

I wanted this Pepto formula because I wanted something that kills the bacteria that causes diarrhea. I couldn’t find the liquid formula and had to purchase the caplets. They are HUGE. I had to cut them in 4 pieces and took forever to swallow all the pieces.

My diarrhea did go away for 2 days but just came right back so I can’t confirm whether or not the product actually works. I would not purchase the caplets again.

If you’re like me, the taste of liquid Pepto is dreadful. What a relief it was to find these on the shelves at my local Target! I had some sort of stomach bug and was looking for some quick symptom relief.

To start off yes I am one who can say they have tried everything and nothing seemed to work. Until! I came across these Pepto-Bismol Liquicaps and was so happy because I do not like liquid medicines they leave a nasty after taste in my mouth but these Liquicaps are so easy to swallow and leave no after taste whatsover! They work pretty quick on calming the tummy and help stop the Diarrhea, they coat the stomach and kills the bacteria pretty fast, its convenient form helps makes taking it on the go easy and affective.

You won’t be disappointed and its much easier than lugging around a bottle of liquid in your purse or bag! I love the idea of a great dose of medicine in a small easy to swallow pill!.

I suffer from IBS diarrhea and this stuff works! I take it at the beginning of a flair up and it works within 30 minutes! I have already gone through 3 bottles and carry with me everywhere. Its embarrassing when it hits so always better to be prepared.

No complaints about the actual product. The problem is with the drug info fold out. While it is printed in a lovely teal color to coordinate with the liquid in the bottle, the print is impossible to read.

I haven’t used it yet – the instructions are written in light blue and small print. I had to go online to even see how to use it after a family member bought it for me. I have never used it before. The writing is OK for young folks but geez at 81 – oh yes, I only wear glasses to read – I do NOT need them even to drive.

The best stuff out there to help with constant going to the bathroom! If you’re sick, can’t stop going this is the only stuff I’ll use. There is not one thing I would change. After you have gone and can’t stop just take some of this and literally 15 mins you feel so much better.

I use your product a lot unfortunately. It is the best anti diarrhea medicine I’ve found. However, it takes a stick of dynamite to get the darn pills out of the blister packaging. Almost impossible to do unless you have scissors to cut the package or a sharp instrument to pierce it.

I don’t always have scissors on me. Please fix this or make an easier option for those of us who cannot manage the current packaging. FYI, I have no dexterity issues and am fairly strong. For this reason I gave you only 1 star.

Is the packaging HARD to open? Yes. Is the product GREAT? Yes. So WHY is it hard to open? Because when people abuse the product and IGNORE the dosage instructions it is DANGEROUS. OTC the MAXIMUM daily dose is 8MG (4 capsules or softgels) but too many customers think MORE IS BETTER (it is NOT).

too much (that’s ANYTHING over the recommended dosage) can cause SERIOUS heart problems. The USDA controls “packaging standards”. it is REQUIRED that Imodium AD be HARD TO OPEN hoping to dissuade customers from “self-prescribing” overdoses.

Now you KNOW WHY it’s hard to open. ’cause too many (one is too many) people abuse this wonderful product by ignoring the instructions.

Product works well. Packaging is terrible. Not only extremely difficult to open and painful for senior hands (impossible without scissors. What to do when I’m away from home?), but also an environmental hazard.

Not ecologically responsible. The whole industry needs to acknowledge the enormous amount of waste they are creating and become aggressively involved in change. Please work on sustainable packaging.

I’m so happy to have found these softgels at a very affordable price. The softgels seem to be more effective than the tablets (and they don’t melt in your mouth, leaving a terrible taste. ) I only wish they were available in a bottle rather than a blister pack.

Unfortunately I will need to take multiple anti-diarrheal softgels a day for the rest of my life. Was so glad to find these and bought several months’ worth. Will definitely be buying more!

Good morning. I put a order in for the gel cap and received the original pills. When I went back to the site to put in another order is when I found out they are out of the gel caps.

Great product but your packaging is almost impossible for me to open. I see I’m not the only one to complain. Although I am over 65, I am in great shape, have a trainer and work out daily. It is unfortunate that I have arthritis in my hands and fingers which contribute to the difficulty I have in opening the product.

I solved the problem by spending a good 30 minutes opening all the soft gels at once and putting them in an empty pill bottle. Why can’t you bottle these in a easier to open bottle? Even if the pharmacy has to keep them behind the counter.

I would really like to know the reasoning behind the hard to open blister pack.

Your consumers team should be ashamed of yourself, putting a package together with the foil back, it is impossible to get the pills out. Even cutting with a scissor still doesn’t help much, put a easy pull foil on the back to pull off at one time, then let pills pop out with push of thumb, the way you have it now is impossible.

Have your board members try to push them out during their board meeting. Maybe be you’d get a clue. For a Johnson and Johnson product this is a disgrace! You need to put a warning label on the front, Caution this has a foil backing making it difficult, Impossible for Elder to open! And we at Johnson and Johnson, don’t care!!.

I completely go for this brand when I am having problems! They work exactly the same as name brand and I will never pay more for a brand name again. It works within 20 minutes at most and I recommend to anyone I can!.
