I was happy to get this it was urgently needed. The local didn’t have it on the shelf. The store management needs to step up and get that store right. There are places in that store with bare shelves.

First and foremost, these have saved me many many times. It’ll knock out the pain and discomfort until you’re able to take some antibiotics. They do take around 20 minutes to kick in and once they do it’s like night and day.

Secondly, I want to caution folks about carrying these in your purse/backpack/etc. If they get crushed in your bag, they will stain any and everything bright yellow. I learned this the hard way. The dye is also really challenging to remove.

So if you want to carry these around with you, just make sure they are safe from being smooshed. I still highly recommend the product, they’re absolute lifesavers!.

Don’t ever want to get caught without it. Most importantly, works 100% for the guys just as well. I have a good urologist, but it takes ages to get to see him, and naturally, they will not prescribe bactrim over the phone without a urinalysis first.

Well, getting to a quest lab can be rather problematic, when you have to be within the sprinting distance from the bathroom at all times. This product, if taken early enough, at the first symptoms, not only relieves them, but actually clears the infection.

Twice already I would take it, in a day or two go for urinalysis, and it would come up negative, no 3 week bactrim course necessary. Personally, in the first couple of days I take 2 tablets 4 times a day, rather than manufacturer recommended 3 times and keep taking past 3 days to make sure all the infection cleared.

I’m in my early 20’s and i’ve suffered from UTIs so frequently in my life since childhood. This would be feeling like my bladder is full but when I would try, only small painful burning drops would come out and then leave me in such pain and discomfort.

I couldn’t leave the bathroom until the pain subsided bc of the level of discomfort. Sometimes it would make going to school/work hard for me. I tried going to my OBGYN many times and they told me some women are just prone to these UTI’s and just gave me antibiotics which were horse pills and they worked so slowly and my symptoms stopped while taking them for a week, maybe two but then after I was out of antibiotics, the pain and symptoms would immediately come back.

This is a much better product than the name brand one that is highly advertised, as contains different ingredients that work and work faster.

UTI’s can come at the worse time, like at night 10 minutes before the drug store closes. My UTI symptoms came fast and had the urgency to urinate every 5 minutes. Also had slight burning at the end of urination.

I ran to the drug store to pick up AZO urinary pain relief max strength. I read that others had immediate relief, so I was disappointed that my relief did not come that quickly. I still had the same symptoms when I fell asleep 3 hours after my first dose.

There are other brands offering the same active ingredient and dose at a higher price. When taking medications, active ingredient should matter and brand should not. The key word there is SHOULD. These pills SHOULD be indistinguishable from brand name pills with the same medication, but I found they are not.

When these pills work they are very effective, but their quality seems inconsistent. Some times taking the pills alleviated my pain (and changed the color of my urine). Other times I felt no effect, and my urines color remained unchanged.

I have not experienced this inconsistency with other brands of prescription or OTC phenazopyridine HCL. I strongly advise against purchasing pills that cannot be trusted to contain that correct active ingredient.

I have interstitial cystitis otherwise known as painful bladder disease. I always took the name brand version of Phenazopyridine Hydrochloride but it is VERY expensive! There were mixed reviews of this so I was a bit nervous to try it.

I am very pleased with the Equate version of this. Not only is it more affordable but it works exactly the same. For those that are scared when you see your urine turn bright orange with this, just know that is completely normal and is written in the directions.

These go a long way toward comfort and reduction of unpleasant pain and burning until you can get to the doc, and for a few days afterward, until other meds cure the problem. Just as effective as those which are $3 to $4 more expensive, per box, I prefer to order these Equate tabs over other brands.

Let’s go on my long nonsensical tale on why I tried these cranberry pills. So, no one wants to admit that they ever get these but I was prone to getting tons of UTIs, and WORSE they were back to back.

I was getting no relief. Oh, I checked it all, I wiped properly front to back then used a wet wipe, heck I just started to avoid sex, I gobbled up any information on how to avoid/cure a UTI / lower the pain.

I was constantly on meds for them, the doctor had no answers, I was suspicious he just thought I was having a bunch of dirty sex 🤭 so in desperate need to avoid his judgment I tried drinking cranberry juice and I did feel better.
