20 Best Outdoor Burner For Wok (2022 Updated)

The burner is awesome and does what it says. The only down side is one of the knobs used to store the legs and keep them secure beneath the burner was broken. Now when I have it packed up I use a bungy to hold it all together.

Performance wise I recommend.

This thing is amazing. A friend has had one for 8 years and it’s still going strong, just has a bunch of bacon grease on it now! Just picked myself up this model (unchanged for 8 years). Works way better than any table-top campstove.

Coffee is done in minutes, breakfast as fast as you can throw it in the pan. Worth every penny. Buy one, period.

I can fit everything I need for shore lunch in a medium sized gym bag. With a Tiger torch for a burner your oil heats fast so you are cooking and fed in no time. Two are even better as you can do fries and fish by the ton in minutes–feeding large groups of people.

I bought this cooker for my weekend outdoor cooking, i realized that the product is small compared with the picture, needs to be set in a stone or wood platform of 4″ to fit the average height. The guard to avoid the air doesn’t work is to thin so when i was cooking outside the air was blowing the flame i had to move the cooker to a near wall to keep it safe of air.

the Wok is to thin and fragile and come with resin so is hard to clean it up with soap and water, i cleaned with fire burning all the wok inside and outside in the flame. if you’re looking a cheap Wok and kooker combo for ocasionally outdoor cooking this product is for you, but consider you will need to add a better air guard and a plataform to avoid injuries in your back.

if you’re looking for something heavy duty to take it with you to a camping area, river or beach you must acquire a better brand but you will pay the double or triple for a cowboy disc, or other wok.

the contrunction is regular there is nothing to bad, some bolts and nuts. 15 minuts assembly using and screw driver and a key. first expirience I fried some fish and shrimp without issues, food was good.

rememember to season the wok with high heat. oil and salt before cook for first time.

Well constructed little burner. Easily assembled. The gas regulator has an adjustable control to manage your flame. The bad part of this unit is the aluminum wok. Alumninum reacts with acids such as wine or vinegar which are used a lot in Asian cooking – dont need the aluminum in my food.

I replaced the wok with a carbon steel wok from my local Asian restaurant supply.

For the amount of money you spend this is a great deal. The wok is actually pretty well made and if you know about woks, you want a cheap carbon steel wok for the best cooking. This wok fits the bill.

Season it up right and it will work out just great. I did this because i do not have gas and cooking on electric just isn’t right. I had a 12000 BTU single burner portable stove and let me tell you. this is like going from a candle flame to a flame thrower.

I would highly recommend building a little base for the wok stand to mount to. I used a 24″ square piece of plywood and 4 4×4’s cut to 9″ each. It raised the total height to about 32″. It also makes the possibility of tipping over nearly zip.

I do wish the wok had a handle that stuck out about 5 inches or so but a small gripe. An electric start would also have been nice but again very minor and I realize it would have been very difficult to engineer.

I cooked in a Chinese restaurant for many years and I miss having the big flame to cook on. This is a cheap way to get it. I am going to at some point build a jet wok burner with the 80000 btu set up but that is for another day.

Try to order this so it comes before your weekend. You will want to cook everything you can in your fridge. Oh and don’t forget to fill the propane.

I bought it to be able to boil down maple sap outside and I had it on high and it boiled pretty quickly. High heat seems to crank. I haven’t tried the lower nuanced settings yet but hope to at some point.

It was easy to put together (screw the legs on, screw the hose in, flip it over, attach the propane tank!), and seems well made and sturdy. It does have a Prop 65 warning unfortunately, like a lot of things, which was disappointing.

Also, it seems like the wind affects it more than it should as the burner is sunk down and practically has it’s own windbreak around the burners but it still went out in 5 – 10 mph winds (we’ll just shelter it better next time).

But overall, I’m happy except for the Prop 65 warning (I wish they’d stop making things out of cancer-causing materials!).

Cool design, poor quality. The plastic is a little too thin for my liking. I ordered them online, first set, one had a chunk broke out of it the size of a hand, they were returned, the second set had a half dollar sized chunk broke out of it, I gave up and just accepted them.

After using them for some counter tops they’re just too flimsy for my taste. The legs don’t open wide enough for me to be comfortable. Consider another type of saw horse if you’re doing heavier work.

We bought this to be able to use our 21Quart pressure canners outside to keep the house cooler. We bought this because of its ability to control temperatures which is important when using a pressure canner.

We have been happy with it! We might even try it when we go on our yearly Sukkot campout. Cooking inside of our camper is usually comfortable but if the weather this year is warmer than most, being able to prepare large meals outside is going to be a plus! We recommend this.

I’ve been BBQing using grilling mats for the last couple of years. Mats only last a couple of months then need to be replaced. When I noticed by BBQ burners needed to be replaced I thought, maybe an outdoor griddle is what I really should be using.

I mean, using mats on a BBQ is the poor man’s griddle. I haven’t missed my BBQ whatsoever. The Blackstone Griddle can cook anything a BBQ can and more. Cleanup is such chinch compared to a BBQ, no drips, no meat or veggies falling though the grills.

Sure, it won’t give that smokey taste, but I’m actually OK without the extra carcinogens anyway. If you use grill mats on your BBQ take note, this is what you’re really looking for.

If youre looking for a good griddle grill l, Blackstone is the one. This grill is awesome, well made and durable. When mine arrived, the packaging was undamaged. Thats impressive given that the grill is just under 90lbs.

It was really easy to put together but may require 2 people for the installation of the bottom shelf which stabilizes the legs. The griddle top is very heavy so theres no concern that it will slip from the base.

I have mine all set up and ready to go for tonights dinner. I highly recommend this grill, best purchase Ive made in a while at an affordable price!.

Saw a lot of video’s prior to purchasing. What a fantastic product. Typically when winter breaks in SE PA I like to grill often. Since purchasing this product I have put the grill under the deck and use this as my primary cooking source.

First thing you need to do seems counter-intuitive but you want to season the surface by using high heat to get the surface blackened, spread oil over the entire surface and griddle exterior and repeat two or three times.

After initial seasoning I also did bacon. Essentially each time you cook on it you help to season it. I have made rib eye cheese steaks with sauteed sweet peppers and onions, burgers, hash browns, breakfast, etc.

After cooking I immediately clean with water and scrape and then lightly spread another coat of oil on it. Some recommendations. I also purchased the Blackstone lids which are quite large and help to expedite the cooking process, steaming vegetables, and melting cheese.

I also bought the scrapper, water bottles and two spatula set. You will use the spatula’s each time you cook on it. I also highly recommend the Blackstone Cover. It is heavy duty and protect your griddle from the elements.

I cannot say enough good things about this griddle and highly recommend it!!!.

This was purchased to provide outdoor cooking for my RV so a its compact size did matter. This unit is compact, well made and would easily adapt to the low pressure line from the RV. I was concerned about the reviews addressing the plastic knobs breaking during installation so I soaked the knobs in hot water for a few minutes prior to installing them on the control shafts and they installed without any issues.

My initial impression was the 17K btu burners were way too hot for my needs because even turning the knobs all the way clockwise to “LOW” they were still very hot. However, I soon discovered there is a “WARM” setting I could access by turning the knobs counter-clockwise past the “High” setting which allows the flame to be lowered as low as possible before the turning the unit to “OFF”.

In short, this stove is a little giant capable of fast high heat and also controllable low heat as well. My only negative comment is the legs are very short so the in-feed tube sits on the table top.

I wanted to add a quick connect fitting but in order to do so I need to slide the stove to the very edge of the table so the quick connect fitting can extend over the end of the table, otherwise the stove rests on the fitting rather than the stove legs.

I’m thinking I may need to dismantle the unit and bend the in-feed tube up a little or abandon the idea of using a quick connect fitting.

Good stove design in general, the cast pieces are nice & burners have good distribution. A wind guard is a marked improvement even in ever-present slight winds (we ‘cooked’ one up from sheet metal). Feet were initially uneven but fixed with disc sander.

Difficult to access/see air mixture adjustment, a longer ‘thumbcatch’ on adjust disc would improve this. Another accessory, The Rock Plus (Costco, $22) is an aluminum griddle with ceramic coating that fits both burners very well, heats quickly & evenly, is light & packs well atop stove – this was a good addition that was used a lot on last trip, allowed us to cook a bunch of things at once.

A larger version would work too but I’d avoid steel for a few reasons. Biggest disappointment is the regulator, it crapped out on day 2 (approx half output, not repairable) I’d suggest an adjustable output version that would allow for some version of field repair simply by raising flow if needed.

I had to replace with generic from hardware store during trip, will warranty when possible. It’s possible I just got the one bad regulator out of 1000, who knows. Stove works well otherwise.

Stove arrived with air shutter nearly closed, ignitor wire crossing flame a loose nut and an extra plastic knob. The first time I used it, the bottom of the pot was heavily covered in soot. It was easy enough to adjust the air baffle so the flame starts burning just after leaving the nozzles and reroute the igniter wire.

I had to add some caulking to keep the air shutter adjustment from moving. This is a great product particularly if you want a lot of heat. Not so good if you want a low simmer unless you move pan to the side for indirect heat.

I am extremely happy with this stove. Once it gets hot, (which doesn’t take that long) I am able to comfortably heat up a tent that measures 12’x24’x8’ high. We camped a few weekends ago and the outside temperature it -30C while the inside of the tent held well around +25.

I did have to add insulated tarps but once I did, we were able to stay in there with no problems. Made the night of fun with my family that much more enjoyable. I do like the fact that everything can be put inside the stove for travel.

I did have to modify the flu as I used 2 90 degree elbows to channel the smoke out, but that didn’t affect airflow. The flat top is great to cook on and I purchased the hot water tank so we had hot water the entire time we camped.

The two only things I don’t prefer is the legs need to have the screws on tight so they don’t fall off and the door doesn’t have a window. (Something about seeing the warmth I guess). Otherwise I am extremely happy with this and have no doubts it will be used for years to come!.

I’m happy with this Purchase. Stove makes winter camping possible. Top does not warp, The Welding Fab is Good. It’s Heavy and Holds the Heat. Stove Drafts Like it has a fan! Long Length Holds Large Wood.

Here are some ideas for Improvements: 3″ Metal Wheels on Bottom. Add Folding Handles. Bend a 2″ 90° on piece of Steel/Aluminum to use as a Poker, Make sure fit inside. Use a punch set to label Chimney Pieces so they are 1/1,2/2,3/3, etc.

Add 1 Pg Manual with Tips. Add Spring Loaded Clips (see pic) to Legs or they fall out while moving. Add Fiberglass Gasket to door & Air Vent or stove sucks air and burns wood in 1 hour. Add a set of Welding gloves, Hatchet, Mini Torch, and Fire Starters or Fatwood to your kit.

Second one I have bought. First one went to a Northern BC first Nation who wanted it for their wall tent. So i bought a new one on sale from Cabelas. Light weight and effective heater and useful for heating water, cooking, drying.

The only issue i had was the gasket around the door fell apart quickly? That’s an issue for slow burning. I hope the second one has a better gasket.

I bought this Camp Chef Expedition camp stove to use as our primary cooking station while camping. I wanted it to make eggs and bacon for breakfast, burgers for lunch and grilled chicken for dinner without additional pots and pans.

The griddle on this is great for everything we typically want to cook – plus I can make coffee at the same time with the 3rd burner. I did notice a hot spot or two on the griddle the first time we used it, but it seemed to go away.

I bought a hose that connects to my pop-ups propane quick connect for it’s outside stove and connected directly to the camp chef; so much better than hauling around an extra bottle. Several reasons for only 4 stars: it is extremely heavy; a good sign of quality, but cumbersome.

I can handle it on my own, but my wife would struggle. It does not come with a carrying bag – so you need to buy 2 separate carrying bags, 1 for grill and 1 for griddle adding to the costs. I would buy it again, just wish accessories were cheaper.

I have really enjoyed this stove and grill. I took it out for the first time and it was awesome. no more waiting for long water boils, made coffee in minutes, boiled water for pasta inshore order. breakfast was fun, easy and quicker than the family was accustomed with the old camp style stove.

I was hesitant to get the 3 burner model thinking it was too big. The 2 burner and griddle would have proved too small and disappointing. There is plenty of space for cooking eggs, bacon and has browns at the same time.

The only accessory we may add is the BBQ grill part. A whole week’s worth of cooking used about 2/3 of a 20# tank. We love it! Had a bit of trouble with Customer Service, but that got straightened out.

A bit more than I would have wanted to spend, but we do not regret it. The experience with Camping World was good overall. delays were to be expected with pandemic issues and not directly their fault.

Likely would have had the same problems with other retailers.

The Iwatani 35 proves that expensive does not mean better quality. The cable soldered to the ignition spark will not stand the heat and will eventually detach. The handle to control the flame will also eventually break lose loosing the ignition rod; so no use re-soldering the ignition, you will lose it anyways.

An item marked up 7-10x the price of a regular one, better be of outstanding quality; unfortunately not the case of this one. Very dissapointed.

Powerful! Works well on high to very low simmer. Stable design. Very functional. I had two of their smaller cuter units that I loved for the stylish design but did not find them nearly as sturdy or powerful.

This is pricey, but worth it. It is our everyday cooker as we live in a boat. You will get every drop of butane from your canister toono waste! Love it!.

Overall Camp Chef burners are good but they ALL have one BIG problem. The burners can be used almost anywhere, which is good. BUT, 90 % of the time the ground is not flat. How do you level these things ? There are leveling screws on the legs.

???? Even fridge and stove manufacturers use levelling screws. How is it that Camp Chef never got that memo ? I phoned Camp Chef and got a girl with a snotty attitude. She said that you could buy those as an option.

Levelers aren’t listed in any ads. OPTION ??? Do fridges and stoves have levelers as an option ? What’s next ? Airplanes with wings as options ?.

I just received this item today (Stove, grill and carrying bags). As stated in the description it was assembled in five minutes. I also have the pro 90 three burner which I originally struggled with the price but was extremely pleased with.

That grill and stove is about 8 years old and still works well and shows reasonable wear for its age. I ordered this smaller stove and grill for easy transport, I will bring the other if a crowd is expected.

That grill was stored in my Rv and used in oceanside beach sand every other summer weekend since purchased. The materials used on the 30 including the cast iron grilling surface is the same as the pro90.

I kept the other cast iron oiled so it stayed perfect. The grill box and carrying bags are sold separately. With the legs on the new stove and grill on top, it stands at a good cooking height and feels more study than the 90; probably because of it’s size and individual legs.

The pro30 has one knob to adjust the temp and an air flow adjustment right behind the knob along with the standard gas regulator. The grill size would accommodate about 5 hearty burgers or 2 decent sized steaks, probably not a good size for a large group of people that want to eat at the same time.

It will do the job for what I will use it for, a lobster cook or grilling for 2-4 people while cooking the sides on the Rv interior stove. This’ grill feels like cooking on a small commercial grade grill rather than your standard same size non-cast iron surface.

The video gave me a good visual and the actual products are what I pictured after watching. Bottom line; very good experience with the pro90 3 burner and the same, if not more, sturdy structure on the pro30.

The time I expect this to last and cooking quality by far makes it a good value in comparison to buying a new 50 dollar (inferior) grill every two years as I experienced prior to the purchase of the camp chef products.

By the way this product was delivered in the promised time by outdoor cooking and camp chef packaged the grill and stove very well for shipping. Oh yeah, get the carrying bags.

I use this burner every time I hit the lake. For small jobs it works. I use a single burner flat top. Just make sure you get the right one. They have different sizes and fallow the color flames on the box.

Ive used it for fish fry’s. I use a Mexican disco. For storage I just put it back in the box. Its a little bulky but for me it works. If you’re looking easy storage or for small jobs use the butane burners.

I’d been wanting a blackstone grill for the camper but DH has always said no. For some reason he saw the King Disc grill and said yes! When we camp just the two of us we don’t always want to pay for wood just to have a fire for cooking (plus DH sucks at starting fires).

And when we camp with family or friends the grates over the fire get a little crowded. Took it camping for the first time this weekend and wow we both love it! DH has knicknamed it Big Red. Seasoned it three times before using.

Made scrambled egg dish with bacon, onions, peppers, and hashbrowns for breakfast. And made the potatoes for dinner in Big Red. I used a big pan cover i had bought at Farm and Fleet for on a cast iron pizza pan.

The cover is a perfect size for the hotter center. Worked great. Oh and I used it again for dessert. Sautéed a pound cake in butter, added mixture of fresh berries and 3 packages of rolos (I like dark chocolate chips too) and covered till the chocolate was melted.

Yum! And clean up was easy even with the melted chocolate (pays to take the time and season it well). This thing is big and sturdy. I’m 5’2″ and it’s a tad tall. It’s ok but might be too tall for someone under 5′.

First off, the shipping was very fast. I actually ran across the competitor’s stove first, and with two weeks before my camping trip, the competition couldn’t get it to me within that time frame. RTIC shipped the stove the same day I ordered it and I had the stove on my doorstep within two or three days, absolutely fantastic! After comparing to the competition, I like this stove better, it appears to be a more stable frame and I like the mechanism to open the frame, very clever! This stove performed better than I imagined.

It was easy to cook in and easy to clean. Get used to pushing things to the outer heat zones. It did well with anything we threw at it. There is no better way to cook fajitas, period. Cleanup was easy, a little hot water, a few paper towels and tongs.

Some of the meals I would use this method 2-3 times, then a light coat of vegetable oil and it was done. No sticking issues even with eggs, I imagine it will only get better as the pan gets seasoned from use.

This stove is great and will be the envy of the campground. This thing burned through propane pretty fast, I think it would be beneficial to get an adapter hose for a 20# tank. I’d say we went through 3/4 of a 1# tank for each meal, including preheating and heating up water to wipe it down afterwards.

How it could be improved: -This isn’t really an improvement, but I was surprised to see the lack of RTIC branding on this item, that would be a nice touch in the future, there are several friends and I who take pride in owning RTIC gear! -As others have mentioned, a windshield would help greatly.

I wrapped tin foil around half of the stove and it greatly increased the efficiency of the stove. -I think an igniter of some sort could be an accessory, I think if you made it capable of attaching to the competition’s stove as well, you could gain some more enthusiasts.

I would love to attach an igniter and never have to worry about finding a lighter in my gear before we can fire up the stove. -Some sort of bag for at least the pan, make the bag breathable so it doesn’t hold moisture in.

I ordered this girl for a charity raffle to give away as a prize. After opening the box and setting it up, I quickly realized that I needed to order a second one to give away as this one was going to be mine.

Setup could not be easier. After seasoning it and then cooking a pound of bacon in the disc, we were ready to go. The burner maintains an accurate flame and heats very evenly. It takes a minute or two to learn how to cook on the grill, but then you are off to the races, I have made chili, burgers, sausage and even a hibachi-style meal on it.

Only wish it had a simple igniter and maybe a cover to circulate heat – nothing I couldn’t fix with an soup pot lid. Great product, great value.

Very nice case. Stones are small but gives the perfect amount of bling without being overbearing. Wish it included screen protection for the Watch. Would recommend.

I used this product to build a Wok burner, works perfectly! Lot of heat, and when coupled with a high pressure regulator produces an outstanding heat source. 5 stars!

A hard to find item to replace that burnt our burner. Gave new life to a cooker I enjoy

Purchased this Stansport stove to replace an older American Camper single burner stove purchased in the 1990’s. The Stansport stove has a little larger footprint, but is very similar. The wind baffle snaps into little grooves, but can easily pop out of these grooves.

This wind baffle piece screwed on and was very stable on the American camper stove. The metal tube that connects the stove to the propane bottle crates an issue. The angle of this tube is designed so that when the propane bottle is attached, it causes the stove to tilt on one side unless something is sitting on the stove burner.

As another customer review stated, it is necessary to prop up the bottle so this does not happen, unless you want to purchase a connector hose for another $20. 00. My old American Camper stove did not have this issue because the bottle position could be adjusted.

Also, the Stansport BTU is not as high as my old stove. I will, however, be keeping the stove and simply adjust. I expect that it will meet my needs. Things change; you just have to accept that.

Stansport propane 3-burner camp stove arrived double boxed and in perfect condition. Stove on initial inspection was visually perfect, with no dents, no sharp edges, or any other visual defects. In addition to the stove, I bought the 5′ Stansport hose to connect to my 20 lb blue rino tank.

The hose fit perfect on initial test connection on both ends. Make sure to push both ends into the receiving cylinders on each side, then hand tighten. Firing Up Stove: I have a nice Coleman dual fuel powerhouse liquid fuel stove that I have used for years and is great! However, the Stansport once connected to the 20lb propane tank is a much better solution in so many ways.

Once I connected the Stansport up for initial cooking, the first thing I noticed was the ease of how quickly the burners fired up. The piezo electronic ignition on the Standport allows you to avoid having to stick your fingers near the burner with a match when initially lighting the stove, and worked perfect for all burners.

The power and heat this thing puts out is simply amazing!! My Coleman puts out I think about 17k BTUs across two burners. However, in comparison the Stansport stove puts out 50,000 BTUs across two burners, and when you add in the center burner (10,000 BTUs), the total is a whopping 60,000 BTUs for this stove.

Amazing!! Functionality: Another great feature of this stove compared to my very nice Coleman, is that the Stansport stove burners really allow you to dial in the perfect adjustments for each burner flame.

It was difficult to simmer dishes such as camp beans on my Coleman, however, the Stansport stove easily accommodated by just a slight turn of the dial to lower the flame to simmer my dish. Another great feature of this stove, is that you can move a boiling pot to the center burner to keep warm since this burner has a lower BTU than the two outside burners.

I really like the attention to detail by Stansport with the two positive spring-loaded clasps (lid fasteners) on this stove. My Coleman has two lid clasps also, however the Stansport engineers made a great decision in making these spring-loaded or tensioned so that the lid stays securely closed when not being used.

After Use: Clean up was a breeze with the Stansport stove. I let my mother do some cooking on it over Mother’s Day weekend. She loved it – maybe a little too much! However, she got carried away in that she wanted to see how it compared to her expensive home stove wanting to try so many different dishes on it – corn, peas, beans, rice, coffee, a skillet to make pancakes, scrambled eggs, etc.

Needless to say, over a couple of days she made some delicious dishes, although she inadvertently spilled some things under the grates in the process. A few days after the parents left, I got around to cleaning up the stove and was amazed at how easy everything cleaned up! Simply, I removed the three grates and just wiped down the stainless steel cooking area with a mild cleaner, and voila everything was back anew.

In short, this is an amazing outdoor, or camping stove that I hope its longevity is as good as its functionality, power and ease of use.

Received and decided to run a test right the way. So, it was done. Used a BBQ lighter instead of rolled piece of paper. It lightened right the way and adjusted to a steady low flame nice and steady. Had opened the base support aides.

Not a solid plastic sturdy enough to hold my coffee pot and my cooking kit pot. Don’t see any issues holdin a small kitchen casserole. Not planning to seat on it. Like it, warmed up a can of soup in no time.

Just what I was looking for, satisfied.

This was a huge step up from the butane burner we had before. It is much more resistant to wind and we also had a few dud butane canisters that just never worked at all. This device is awesome and not much bigger than a butane burner.

However, it’s not perfect. 1 – The control knobs go from 0-100 in the space of 45 degrees! Makes it really quite hard to get the temp just where you want it. The gas flow is also affected just by touching the knob, not even turning it! 2 – It rips through the small green bottles pretty fast.

Get an LPG bottle and never worry about that again. 3 – The regulator design is a pain how it sticks out. I also thought our’s was stuffed but it was actually the lock screw holding the recepticle that the regulator screws in to had come lose and was preventing the regulator from fulling connecting to the cooker.

4 – It’s a little narrow for 2 pots but the griddle is awesome. All in all, I love the triton but it does have a few annoyances. I can deal with it but some other copies have better knobs for example.

This stove is sleek and simple, works great. Just what we like! I would love to give it 5 stars, but the ignition button is not a great design. You have to PUSH it hard to get ignition, and that action pushes the whole stove away from you.

I have to brace the back of the stove when using the ignitor to prevent it from sliding. Inconvenient. Our prior trusty Coleman (lasted 25 years!) had an ignitor TWIST knob, which was a much better design.

Item arrived pretty well packaged. Upon opening box and taking out stove I found one of the burner tops was not attached, how it came unscrewed I cannot answer. After setting up the stove and attaching propane tank I pushed the ignitor and only one would spark.

I tried numerous times and only the left side burner would spark and ignite. The right side lit only after I put a match to it. Don’t know what type of quality control they have but does not meet my standards for a brand new item.

Very pleased with this purchase. I needed something that I could cook on when the power is out and this fit the bill and a great price point. I plan to use this burner cooks tove during the summer and will be using it when the lights go out and I am hungry.

Looking for a back up plan to fix meals then this is for you. Looking for cooking outdoors in the summer to keep the house from getting to warm? Then this is it.

The product works well, Good quality I had no issues with setting up and using the BBQ grill. The knob is a little tricky but I turned off the gas from the tank side and the grill side to avoid any leakage.

Besides that I have enjoyed my grill. I would recommend this product.

The frame seems pretty durable but the regulator is pretty cheap, I’ll have to see if I can find a better one somewhere. It is a very basic stove with no spark lighter. After problems with Walmarts e-commerce partner I would recommend buying a different model or something from a different vendor.

This stove is awesome! It performed way better than I expected. I had a 16 quart pot with all the ingredients of a shrimp boil, a large skillet cooking hush puppies, and a back up pot with overflow, all on there at the same time.

Everything cooked perfectly, and the stove was rock solid. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely the best for canning. Can comfortably fit 2 canners on it. Has greatly sped up production. House doesn’t get too hot anymore as we use this propane burner outside!

Used this as an evaporator to boil down sap. My sap pan, which is about 18. 5″w x 36″l fit over the top perfectly. This cooker held the weight of the pan full of sap without any problems. It is well made, easy to set up, and easy to use.

4 Stars because it would be nice to have an igniter on it. Other than that, I’m very pleased with this purchase.

This propane stove is amazing! Came assembled, only had to connect the tank. I had been wanting to replace the dinky burner on my old cooker with the 10 in banjo burner. Thank goodness it would not fit my old cooker so I had to replace the cooker.

No regrets, The burner is super easy to control, maintains clean blue flame whether using low to high flame and the side panels really help block wind. I live on the coast so wind is always a problem–not anymore! This stove is extremely well made, looks great and works so well.

I will never go back to stoves with the the dinky little burners.

The burner works really well and looks really good. Just what I was looking for. Suggested Improvements would be the ability to adjust the height of the burner as it sits about inch too low which increases boil time in my application.

I will be purchasing another one.

First impressions, seems well built, looks nice, cast iron burner should last many years works very well for heating things up fast. Very satisfied customer, happy about purchase.

Ok this thing is awesome. I originally bought and electric 22” griddle from Blackstone because I didn’t want to deal with propane but I quickly learned that electric is not suitable due to the fact that every time I drop meat on it, it drops in temperature immediately thus taking Much longer to cook food.

I also felt like the 22” was just too small for my liking, so I began researching propane and a larger size, I wanted quality as well and was willing to pay for it, you get what you pay for. This was easy to put together and maybe took 1-1-5 hours.

It’s size is perfect at 36” and the quality of pit boss is top notch. Ceramic coating top is also why I went with this brand vs others because I did not want to deal with seasoning and doing any clean up.

This top is non stick and was a breeze to cook on. I pay attention to small detail and this is the winner. Highly recommend! Another note, I originally ordered from Amazon because they had free shipping but the expected delivery date was a 2 week wait! Best Buy would deliver within 1-2 days and they also had free shipping so I canceled Amazon and went with Best Buy, they have stepped up their game !.

A big step up from my old char broil grill. I’ve had a couple propane grills that I had to rebuild several times because of rust and was getting tired of it. Decided to step it up on my grill budget and look at a Blackstone vs Pitboss.

Money wise I found several cheaper Blackstone options but the seasoning and rust issues turned me away. The Pitboss has a ceramic cooking area that is heavy as hell and as long as you use plastic/silicone tools you will have a nice non stick surface that doesn’t have to be seasoned.

The powder coat finish sucks but it has awesome oversized wheels that help it navigate over bumpy terrain. The top cooking surface detaches which is great for camping and tailgating but again, it is super heavy because of the ceramic cooking surface.

I have cooked burgers, hot dogs and grilled cheese sandwiches on it and have been very impressed with it so far. Clean up is super easy which is a plus.

Product was great, bought pre assembled and was misses griddle too screws and 6 other screw and the legs were put on backwards, not sure I would buy another pre assembled unit from murdochs ever again.

They would not help us in anyway the pit boss customer support was great and sent all the missing parts for free but still shouldn’t have had to wait 2 weeks for a product we bought and management wound not help support will not buy from murdochs ever again.

Great addition to our outdoor cooking. We love how the two burners are powerful and have that “whooosh” sound when lighted. Our primary use for it is cast-iron deep fry and stir-fry. While the 25-inch height seem a little lower than normal, my wife thinks it’s the perfect height for her and likes the bird-eye view of cooking.

We had made some alterations to it such as fitting it with a 10-foot stainless hose, bolting down one of the shelves for sturdiness, and putting a 1/2 inch plywood on top to weigh it down while it’s covered outside.

It also helps prevent water from puddling on the crevice for the burners. Only time will tell how long this will last us, but we plan to have it covered while not in use so hopefully the rust would be minimal.

This outdoor burner has been a life-saver in our kitchen. We run a non-profit and are going through a remodel, but don’t have any commercial grade equipment. I bought this burner to aid us in cooking for crowds and it has not disappointed me yet! It’s sturdy enough to handle big saucepans and powerful enough to create intense heat for a wok.

The shelves are fairly stable as well and can hold a decent amount of weight. The only downside is that the stove does not stand up off the ground very high. This is helpful for large pots that weigh a ton so you don’t have to pick them up to high, but if you are sautéing or doing other cooking and are tall like me (6’2”), sometimes I wish it were a few inches higher.

Other than that, this thing has already logged plenty of hours and I haven’t had any issues with it yet.

I purchased this burner in 2016 and have used it 50-60 times for camp cooking in the woods, cook outs at home, tailgating and canning. It has held up well and is powerful enough to bring big pots of water to a boil quickly, like when I am boiling skins off several pounds of tomatoes to can, and is big enough to cook with both my 17″ lodge skillets at the same time.

It travels well and is very sturdy. The side shelves come in handy when I have a lot going on such as skillets on both burners and tending a grill set up next to it but I have never put anything to heavy on them.

The only downside for me personally is that the included legs are not tall enough for me but I am 6’3″ so others may not have this issue. I just put it on a table or the tailgate of my truck and it works out fine.

I have been very pleased with the purchase.

The grill had a problem with one of the burners. It turns off by itself with a weird sound. I tried to contact the manufacturer but they asked me to bring to the repair shop or they are only refunding me $80 instead of $135.

I am so disappointed with the customer service. I am not recommending to buy this grill.

Wow! Blue flames, cool wooshing sounds, mega heatz. This Companion high output wok cooker really brings the high output to your feeds! Dial turns left – gets cooler for the simmer action. Turns right – fries your face off.

Zap zap piezo lights the flame with no matches needed. Gas hose and reg appear to be great quality – I used an adapter from the POL fitting to a 3/8″ LH thread for my camping LPG bottle – but beware, only buy the companion brand adapter, cause the POL fitting on the hose has a random spigot that stops the o-ring from seating on other brands – I learnt the hard way, wasted my money on a Gasmate adapter first, that had to be turfed.

Go on, just buy one. It will bring all the boys and girls to the yard to see your wok-hey.

As of writing we own 6 different camping stoves and around 4 different charcoal camping BBQ’s We live in the road and we know the good from the bad over many years of camping. The Companion Wok burner ( we have the single ) but double included is the single best gas stove Ive ever used on the market for our use.

We cook a lot of Asian food and the key ingredient to great cooked Asian meals is high temperature for quick cooking veges and meat so it doesn’t stew. With around 13. 000 BTU’s per burner this heats the wok up quickly , you can cook multiple batches of food without waiting for the wok to reheat.

Also on the double there is ample room to fit 2 large pans or a wok and a pan etc as it’s spaced out and thought our right. We have used so many stoves over a 20 year period and this one is second best only to the 4 ring cast iron burners that have supreme heat and control.

It is really the ultimate Asian cooks tool in the bush. We use a Jetboil Minimo for quick brews on the road. Triangia for various meals. Dune twin butane stove for majority of cooking as it’s so easy with butane cans.

Weber GA charcoal grill for steaks. You can’t go wrong with this Companion powerhouse. Great piece of kit by the brand that’s been trusted for years.

Great stove as long as you have something to shied it with. My only criticism is the steal frames and flame speakers aren’t able to be fixed in place at all so when travelling they come free. I purchased separately the matching bag so they all stay together, but really this should be part of the deal as it is a necessary item, otherwise you will lose bits of it in transit.
