This fan was easy to install. I installed it in a room with a vaulted ceiling that was equipped with can lights for lighting as this fan is not equipped with lights. I have installed ceiling fans before and this one was no different than others as far as mounting it to the ceiling and putting the blades on.

All the set procedures were very straight forward and following the instruction manual was easy. The blades are made of plastic and do have a very defined texture and look to them. The fan blades do appear to be very wide which looks ok in the room that I put this fan in.

It is not the fanciest fan in my house but it does the job and pushes quite a bit of air. During operation of the fan I do not hear any abnormal noises or have I noticed any other problems with the pull string or anything else with the fan since I started using it.

So far so good and I do not forsee that changing.

I used to rent an apartment that had a fan like this in it, and when we moved, it was hard for me to sleep without it. The gentle whirring and breeze was perfect. So when I saw this one, I had to have it.

I love that it’s got the big paddles and really pushes the air around. It’s not loud or clunky, and it doesn’t wobble like so many other ceiling fans I’ve owned over the years. My husband installed it, and it only took him a few minutes.

It is a bit heavy, but not too bad. I brought it into the house myself when it was delivered. The breeze it delivers is very powerful, and more than enough on low to circulate air in my bedroom. I think I may get another for the living room.

Between the two of them, I’m sure they can push the air conditioning throughout the entire house and I won’t have to spend so much money on another window a/c unit this summer. Overall, I’m really happy with the fan.

This Ceiling Fan is another great product! We installed it in our gazebo. It was easy to install and the end result was simply amazing. Even when outdoor conditions are hot the force of the air it provides still cools you off.

I like the look and function of this fan. It is simple and blends with our design and it puts out a decent amount of air, which I was not expecting. The bronze is a dark bronze. This fan is a typical fan installation.

For those new to installing a fan, the included instructions are thorough. I installed it on our covered front porch. It looks like the fan blades are a durable polycarbonate. They are not reversible.

No light is included, but you can add a light kit it says. The pull down chain controls three speeds. You can also reverse the motor and switch from summer mode to winter mode. It is quiet on low speed and only a faint noise when on high speed, but you don’t notice unless you are listening for it.

I am very happy with this fan and look forward to years of it cooling us down on or porch.

Honeywell fan I mounted the Honeywell fan myself since I have some experience in home renovations. Installation was simple enough I was able to do it myself without any help. Instructions were a bit confusing at first but if you have all the pieces laid out and read it again it starts taking shape.

i did end up with a bag of washers that I have no idea where they’re supposed to go. After installation; the fan blows air properly, the motor is very quiet which Is great, even at the highest velocity which is pretty fast.

The lamp shade is a little a bit too fogged, I installed the same 2 bulbs I had in the previous lamp and the difference in light is pretty crazy, it’s a lot dimmer than before. Aesthetically it looks as if it was part of the house from the beginning which is fine.

We had purchased some Volos fans and installed those, but it was clear the blades were plastic and they looked very cheap. We bought these fans to as replacements, and while I don’t necessarily think of ceiling fans as ‘beautiful’, these are definitely a positive addition to the aesthetic of the rooms, plus they are very solid and very quiet.

The fan has a lot of different speeds and moves a good amount of air. It did take a little while to install and my husband said it isn’t necessarily intuitive, but that’s the only issue we had. We are very happy with this purchase and would recommend.

Very nicely packaged. I was going to upload pics but figured that might clutter the reviews. A complaint is that the instructions several times, ex step 4 and 23, 24, reference the washers on the screws.

There are no washers on them so something doesn’t jive. Step 8 top of fan motor part shows slots but this fan doesn’t look like that. Helpful with assembly to have accurate pictures. Step 20 shows putting the blade arm on the blade upside down.

Thankfully, before I put them on, I carefully thought about what would be down and up, but I could see someone following the directions exactly to have them upside down. The lights do not seem to screw in very well on some of the sockets.

About 50-50 on that where they go in crooked and not very far. Despite the instructions issues and minor other issues mentioned, I still feel it’s 5 stars. I like that it is done in pieces rather than having to lift the over 20 lb fixture all at once to wire in.

Some of the spaces are tight, like wiring the light on. Wish that part was already assembled. Like that the insulation isn’t on top and a mess. Instructions are pretty articulate. Beautiful looking fan and love that you don’t have to install the lights, can use with or without.

Oh, and indoor or outdoor use, how cool! Nice piece that will be enjoyed for years to come.

This Honeywell Palm Valley ceiling fan is beautiful. The ceiling fan was pretty easy to install by just following the instructions on the manual. I installed this outside and I’m impressed by how beautifully it makes my porch look.

The fan has two beautiful designed blades that you can choose at your own taste which come in the form of a palm leaf and a soft brown wicker. It works well and it did not jiggle at all. It has three speed levels that you can adjust to and you can change the direction you want the air to be distributed.

An advantage of this ceiling fan is that it can be installed on both the exterior and interior. The design is modern and even in the fastest velocity the motor is quiet. The quality material of the ceiling fan is durable and resistant.

I received a Honeywell Palm island Indoor/Outdoor Ceiling Fan with Light in exchange for my honest reviews. It came in well packed. I’ve got the 52 inches Bronze with 5 Blades. This has a sunset glass bowl light, and a 3 speed reversible motor.

Which means it’s great on winter too, to rotate warm air in the room. 52 inches blades are designed for medium to large sized rooms. This also includes the bulbs. This can be an outdoor(Patio/Porches) or indoor ceiling fan.

It has the traditional pull chains same with the usual ceiling fans for easy on/off/adjust use. My husband replaced our old ceiling fan with this one. Installation didn’t last that long, plus there’s a manual to Check.

I love the design and the blades are very detailed. I feel like I’m near the tropics with the palm looks. The glass bowl light perfectly matched with the structure. And I love the pull chains, with bulb for light and tiny fan for of course the fan.

Purchased last week and installed it this week. Seems to be well designed. Super quiet and powerful air flow. Description says that it includes a wall control. If you use the provided double sided tape to adhere the remote control bracket to the wall I guess you would have a wall control.

Seems a bit deceptive to me. I like walking into a room and reaching for a light switch. A remote control magnetically attached to the wall isn’t the same. I purchased the weathered wood and it is a bit greenish in tint.

Looks better mounted and strange but it doesn’t seem greenish once it has been hung. Overall I would recommend and purchase again.

We have a pitched ceiling about 12′ high and had a normal old fan with glass lights. We updated the the 62″ Zephyr 3500 and it is beautiful and moves the air perfectly. WE pit a 24″ down pole and the spacing works great.

The electricians had no issues installing it and the complements are abundant. My daughter is going to get 3 for her newly purchased home. We have had it for almost exactly 1 year. My husband recently dropped the remote and now we can’t turn it on.

I’m having a problem getting ahold of Modern Forms to see if we can order another remote. The tab that holds the battery broke so we have to replace the remote. I can’t wait to get it functioning again.

The fan is great and the graphite color really goes good with my rustic wood grain floors, almost exactly the same color. The fan moves a lot of air and the breeze mode is fantastic. Google home integration works great as well.

There are some cons though, first would be the 2″ down rod chokes the fan. So , if you need to move a lot of air, don’t use it. Second, it comes with real long wires, so even with the 4″ down rod, you are not going to have room to tuck them in the canopy and will need to cut and strip the wires.

3rd, the canopy needs some sort of rubber grommet or felt padding where it sits against the ceiling. If you don’t mount the fan extremely tight, it will knock an tick against the ceiling. One last thing, I wish modern forms would create a multi color light so you could adjust it to your need and I wish the light kit was about 200 lumen brighter.

Other than those minor gripes, I love the product, put 8 of these fans in my home, and would purchase again in a future home.

I bought 3 of these and installed them on my 22′ ceiling. They ran great for a few weeks. Then one of the fans stopped spinning (on the same circuit as another one) and began making buzzing noises and moving gently back and forth.

By manually moving the fan, it began spinning again. Very shortly thereafter, it happened again. Hunter replaced the fan. Then the 2nd one started doing the same thing intermittently. The third one won’t reach high speed at all.

The replacement fan is noisy and makes humming noises. Thinking the issues were statistically improbable to happen to all the different fans; I have had the switches and wiring checked and tested by an electrician- they’re all fine.

The lights (although not very bright due to the frosted glass) work fine on all 3. VERY disappointed in the quality. Need to replace all 3 now (because they all have to look the same) after spending a small fortune on these.

I bought this fan at Lowes two days ago. Installed it last night. Fan rubs on lower housing, which seems to be a recurring theme. I removed the light and ring(s) above light, removed the three screws connecting to base plate of fan, installed washers, reassembled and it seems to be ok now.

I may have to install one more washer on each screw, as when I pull fan chain it rubs again. I think your QA is lacking. The base plate is threaded onto the rod and pulled too high, thus causing the rubbing.

It was so tight the fan would not turn in any speed but high.

Moves air well. Nice colour. In order to change direction the light covering must be removed. Not a big problem , since this should only be done a couple times a year. That is the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5.

Great fan for a large room, but not the light. The light is either dazzlingly bright or off. The “dimmer” makes strobing flashes, so the light is pretty useless. Very quiet fan. Very large with 12 blades.

If you have a sloped ceiling, be sure to leave room. We needed the 18” extension. I’m glad that we bought the white version, so it blends with the ceiling. This fan was hard to install, even for professional electricians.

They had to reorient the box above the ceiling in order for the sloped ceiling attachment to work. Also, 3 washers for the blades were missing. We’re waiting for those, and hope that will solve the tiny wobble.

3 stars because of the dimmer problem, difficulty if installation (took 4 hours, not expected 2) and missing washers.

Pros: Super quiet – on the two lowest settings, which are ideal for sleeping, you can barely hear it. Ideal for bedrooms, lounge rooms, offices. Powerful – it might look small but it moves the air around just as well (if not better) than any larger/noisier fan I’ve owned.

Sturdy – it is made well and feels nice and sturdy. And being of solid plastic construction, it won’t go rusty like virtually every other fan I’ve owned. Compact – it’s a good compact size for a bedroom.

Set up – it was easy to put together. I haven’t bothered with the app as the controls on the fan itself are easy to use. No visible lights – the controls are behind the fan, not on the stem, so there are no visible lights lighting up the bedroom at night.

Cons Nothing I can think of right now and I plan on buying a couple more for use around the house come next summer.

Have been using this for about a week or 2 now, and I must say, its a lot quieter than our tower fan that we have been using. (Kambrook tower fan). Fan settings go from 1-100, so far iv been using it between 10-20 for a light breeze at night.

The mi home app can control turning left and right, the delayed turn off timer and notification sound. It’s not completely silent as you can still hear the light whirl of the fans, but substantially quieter than the tower fan.

Also surprisingly covers a wider than expected horizontal area. One thing I’d like to point out though is there are two heights – Desktop fan and standing fan, no I between, but has been fine so far with a small vertical tilt.

TLDR: Worth the buy as long as you have a smartphone that can run the mi home app (most will).

Shoutout to PB Tech for the fast click-and-collect! Was initially told it will be ready in 5 weeks because of low stock everywhere, but 10 days later I was surprised when I got a text that it’s ready for pickup.

Pros: Love that its fan guard have small gaps, gives me peace of mind when my toddler is around. Assembly off the box was easy as. Good built & quality, doesn’t feel like cheap plastic. Cons: It’s a bit small compared to other stand fans, but I think it’s just perfect for small rooms.

Doesn’t come with a remote, but its got a Wi-Fi feature makes up for it. Overall, a great buy! Would definitely recommend.

We have 2 wonderful Daniff dogs (English Mastiff/Great Dane mix). They don’t particularly like high temps and enjoy playing in our 10ft. , 4 tier fountain. Of course we frown on that! The fix? We purposely procured the Lasko mister fan for its ability to provide both the fan and a water mist properties.

Works like a charm. Boomer and Blue dance and play in the mist until they are soaked, cool and exhausted. Then we turn off the mister and they lay down in front of the fan for a refreshing breeze until practically dry.

Me, my wife, and our friends enjoy the lasko mister. And our dogs now know what’s going to happen when we break it out and they start doing the “Daniff” dance. Plus, I’m sure our fountain appreciates getting back to the birds only routine 😉 Great purchase! The applications are unlimited.

who would of thought it could make dogs dance and bite at the water mist not only for their entertainment but also for entertaining their owners and friends. Try it it, you’ll like it.

I bought this product because I wanted to give my dogs some relief from the heat. The fan works fine but the mister produces an excessive amount of heavy mist. I have a couple of rugs and some doggie beds on my patio.

I have set the misting power knob to 1 and the faucet is at the lowest level. The mister produces so much heavy mist that in a very short time the rugs and doggie beds become soaked and the concrete floor is all wet.

I got this misting fan for my backyard chickens’ run area because I was concerned about them overheating. While the range of this misting fan is limited, it does help. I point it into a thicket of bushes that they hang out in for shade and it wets the foliage and the ground which offers some relief to the chickens underneath.

I don’t see them standing directly in the mist, maybe when they get used to it, they will. It is one among several lines of defense against the heat.

Wonderful fan! We have had it operating in our home for about 1 month. It is VERY quiet! It’s style is perfect for casual yet contemporary spaces. This fan moves air really well in our great room and in our home office.

We were able to wire it to use with our smart home system by simply bypassing the remote connection when installing. We love this fan and plan on purchasing several more in the coming year.

We had one of the spitfire fans at our previous home and bought two more for our new home based on our positive experience. We had 8ft ceilings in the master bedroom and the fan was super quiet and hugged the ceiling perfectly so it didn’t look out of place.

The thing I worry about most in a ceiling fan is “the wobble” and there is none of that with this fan. I bought the weathered gray blades which are very stylish. The only drawback with those is that they are rough to the touch so are a little hard to clean and remove the dust.

Other than that, they are a great value for all their wonderful features and options.

Nice looking fan. Installation was more difficult than other fans we’ve put up over the years. The fan makes a humming sound especially on medium or high speed. The hum is what I would expect from a $40 fan, not a $90 one.

Neither of those would rate the three star rating. What does earn the three star is the fan developed an annoying ticking sound a few days after it was installed. The ticking is especially noticeable when the fan is set to medium or high speed.

Of course the box and packing materials were long gone by the time the ticking started, so low speed it is.

This is one of the worst fans to install. if you are not super careful, multiple screws can fall into the motor. This is due to the design doe not have any fabric over the holes on top like it has on the bottom.

As such, one must uninstall what you just did and then reinstall hoping the screws do not fall in again. The fan is quiet BUT it stinks so bad like an industrial motor that I cannot stand the smell! Both fans will go back.

Very disappointed in what is suppose to be a “Honeywell” fan. The quality is just not there as Honeywell products are better made then this. Do not buy.

Overall for the price it is a great fan. The biggest issue I have is the light is very dull but I am using it in my office and I am sure it would be fine if I switch the bulb to a bright daylight one versus the one it came with.

The fan can be a little squeaky at times but nothing major. It wasn’t at first but after a summer of use in the office I have noticed it.

Could not believe the online price which is a lot less than the store price. Half the price at other home improvement stores for similar models. I picked one up in the store and they matched the price.

I installed it yesterday, and I have installed probably 6 other ceiling fans in my time. This was not the worst, but certainly not the easiest. Follow the directions about finding that notch when installing the blades, and test the fan and attempt to balance it before installing the light kit.

I kept dropping those three little screws you use to install the light kit and that took me longer than everything else put together. Overall, it looks nice but I cal only run it at medium speed because I can’t get it to stop wobbling at high speed.

Some assembly challenges with tight work spaces but resulting finish is clean and attractive. Balance was very good with no adjustments required on any of the 3 that we installed. Fan runs very quiet and lighting is soft yet sufficient.

Seems to be a well made product that will prove to be a good value if continues to perform as expected.
