I was super excited about receiving my set as the reviews were great on it, when I received it and put it together I was kind of bummed. The size is what killed it for me. My husband measured multiple times to ensure it would appropriately in our sun room as we wanted furniture to fill the area.

Measurements are way off!!! The set is TINY. It looks nice but the frame is small and the pillows are not plump so I added more decorative pillows. For the price you pay for it, it’s cheaply made. If I spent half the amount on it, the review would be better because you get what you pay for 🤷‍♀️ My friends call it the “tiny furniture” or “doll furniture” but do say it looks nice because the colors are pretty.

We were please with this set. It is a little smaller than I thought, but overall good quality, love the adjustable height table is amazing and it does help with seating! The cushions seems fine, looks very washable although i have not had to do that yet.

I didn’t like not seeing it in person first, but I was really happy with what it looks like. Nothing was broken and it shipped and arrived timely.

This was an amazing deal! Great quality and while it takes a while to put together, it’s not difficult. My only complaint is that I wish the back cushions had the toggles to attach them to the wicker like the bottom cushions do.

Otherwise it’s very comfortable. The cover fits over it all and is easy to put on and stays put! Very happy with our purchase.

Ordered this sectional for our back patio, came mostly assembled and looks really high quality for the price! It’s been outside for a few weeks now and has withstood some pretty big rain/wind storms and still looks great.

Firm but comfortable! When the first order arrived, we had some wrong parts, customer service was EXCELLENT and quickly sent out new parts.

Very comfortable and really attractive set. The cushion fabric isn’t quite as smooth as other outdoor fabrics and attracts a little more dirt and fuzz if you keep it in an exposed area, but it feels very nice.

The sectional is exactly what I was looking for. I bought 2 sections and 2 side tables to put on both ends of the sectional. The end tables were a bit tricky to put together but once they were done, I was pleased.

I plan to store the sofa’s during the winter right on the patio where they are currently being used (they are to heavy and large for me to find a place to store out of the winter weather) and I hope that the sofa’s will hold up as promised.

Love, love, love! Solid frame – may consider changing the cushions but the ones that came are nice. I would want more substantial seat and may custom make. All and all – great quality.

Truthfully, I bought this sectional both for the look and the nice price tag. Knowing that it wouldn’t be the nice thing I’ve ever purchased, I still wanted to risk it because again, I liked the look of it.

It’s hard to find a sectional that has a neutral base with light cushions. So much grey, very little natural color. It came extremely fast in 3 boxes. Packaged well. The cushions are definitely very cheap.

They are pretty firm and every single one had multiple loose strings coming off. The 2 short back cushions aren’t as full as the longer ones. My husband put the whole thing together within an hour and a half using a drill (would not recommend doing it by hand).

I was pretty disappointed in the quality of the bases. It’s incredibly thin strips of plastic woven. None of them are broken, but I can just tell it’s only a matter of time. Will it do the job for this summer? Yes.

Do I think it will last? No. Not extremely comfortable, the cushions slide around and the seats have no support other than the thinly woven plastic. Also not sure what the point of the suction cups on the table are…certainly don’t work.

Thankfully the weight of the glass allows it to stay in place. Just wanted to give an honest, descriptive review!.

If you’re on the fence about buying this set, go for it! I ultimately went with this set for the ability to rearrange it in different ways. Love how easy it is to move the pieces depending on my needs.

Assembly was a breeze. Would recommend using a power screw gun instead of the Allen wrench provided…huge time saver. For the price, I am beyond impressed with the quality. Based on some of the reviews, I was hesitant about ordering this set, but so glad I did.

Quality is far more than I was anticipating. Cushions are comfortable, they do slide but that can be fixed with a little industrial Velcro. Love that it comes with a cover that is quite substantial. I plan to get a deck box to throw cushions in and out of as needed.

Lastly, we have two dogs and bought the cream color. If I could go back, I would choose a darker color that won’t show dirty paw prints. However, the cushion material seems durable and cleans off easily with a damp towel and a little dish soap.

Overall, love this set and will be enjoying all summer!.

I purchased this set at the beginning of last summer. I love the aesthetics of this sectional and the frame is pretty sturdy. However, the cushions are kind of thin, not the best of quality and absolutely not rain proof.

After the first rainfall, the cushions were waterlogged. I recommend, if you decide to get this set, to remove the cushions and shelter them at night (or at least when it rains because it takes forever for them to dry if it is not super hot outside).

The backrest cushions constantly fall over – I’m thinking of adding velcro to the backrest of the frame and to the pillows, to keep them in place. Also, I got the tan colored cushions and they are stained from being outside and I cannot get the stains out.

I recommend getting a darker color or like I said earlier, bring them inside at night. Now looking for cushion covers for this set. I wanted to upload a picture but site is not letting me.

honestly we loved this set when we purchased it a few months ago. we had it out for the fall and stored in the shed for the winter, only removing it a few weeks ago. the wood is completely losing its stain and is cracking and chipping in places.

the cushions are also already ripping. this set is very lightly used in our house and I’m extremely disappointed in the durability. contacting safavieh, they told us we’re pretty much out of luck and they wouldn’t do anything.

we bought this set six months ago and used it infrequently for about two of those months and it’s already in rough shape. I’d avoid this one. it’s very pretty at first but deteriorates rapidly.

In this particle board age it is so nice to have something that won’t crumble over time. I love my new patio set. The only thing I could ask for improvement is the packaging. The packages the screws came in on two of them had opened and I had to dig top find all pieces.

Additionally the breaking apart with the Styrofoam boards had the white stuff everywhere. For the final product though. 2 thumbs up.

Set is attractive, sharp-looking, and nice and fits well with my deck. For the price, it’s a feels like a tremendous value. I tried assembling myself, which wasn’t too bad except some parts where having a 2nd set of hands would have made it much easier.

Cushions could be thicker but there was no surprise from the picture shown. Can’t comment on durability yet as I just purchased it.

Love this line of furniture. It is large and comfortable without overwhelming our porch. Everything was delivered in perfect condition. Couldn’t be happier!

This is a beautiful sofa! It is not particularly comfortable, but it sure does look nice!

Can’t put together 1 of the chairs because it is defective. The hole in the frame is not aligned. The base will not attach as the screw itself can’t even be screwed into the hole because it is not drilled properly.

I am trying to get in touch with the manufacturer but their website isn’t working so I will be calling them and hope they make it right, and fast. You can’t contact Home Essentials Direct and HAVE to go back to the manufacturer.

I am giving 2 stars and will change it if they make this right. Disappointing that the chair was defective. The instructions aren’t the best but after you put together 1 piece you get the hang of it, but it takes 2 people without a doubt.

We got the couch and 1 chair all together but one of the chairs will not assemble.

We are not only thrilled with this furniture but with Abbyson as a company. Their customer service is off the charts. We bought the Santino dining set directly from Abbyson and we bought this set from Costco because they advised us to do so to get the better price.

( Costco is now completely sold out of the collection) Now about the Santino collection. It is amazing. This 6 piece outdoor seating set is so beautiful and extremely comfortable. The cushions are covered in Sunbrella fabric.

They are removable and washable. We love Sunbrella. We had sunbrella fabric on our older set, not Abbyson, The set wore out after over 10 years in the sun but the sunbrella fabric still looked new. This set is made of powdered coated aluminum and should last a very long time.

Great furniture! SUPERB customer service. And, they always answer their phone!! They are now my go to furniture company.

I could have ordered through Amazon for 2 week shipping or direct from Abbyson for 3 week shipping but I ordered through Costco and was promised 3-5 week shipping. 5 weeks later and still no delivery date, ended up arriving very beaten up 1.

5 weeks after the 5 week mark. All but one piece was damaged or dirty. Aside from the dents, scuffs and stains-the pieces are study, the cushions are dense and the pieces fit well in our space. We have a few other Abbyson pieces in our new home but this has put a sour taste in our mouths.

Disappointed.

I was hesitant in buying this furniture online without seeing it!! I made the best decision in buying this patio furniture set!! It’s beautiful, it’s worth every dollar I spend. Also, Quick Delivery and easy.

Pieces are very lightweight and our Maui trade winds blow them around. Black zip ties work perfectly to keep them together. When you want to rearrange your pieces just cut the zip tie and put new ones on after arrangement.

They come in packs of 100 in hardware stores. The quality of the cushion fabric is cheap and I am waiting for my Sunbrella fabric to arrive at my upholster so these cushions can be covered. In the meantime, I set up one chair with the cushions (in red) and they faded within three months.

But the cast aluminum pieces are nice and when the cushions are reupholstered this set will look spectacular.

Very well made and solid. Cushions are thicker and far more comfortable than most. Products were very well packed. The one con is that clips to hold the seats together are not included. There is a flyer included with a link to purchase these – for $50! That’s a total rip-off and really soured the transaction for me.

I have looked at this furniture for months and debated buying it. I hate making big purchases online when I haven’t seen the products in person, but after reading many positive reviews I decided to take the plunge.

I’m glad I did. Great purchase. The “negative” comments in reviews are true – the cushions really need ties (they don’t have them), the furniture is pretty lightweight and they definitely need furniture clips (which don’t exist).

However, I can add ties or Velcro to the cushions to keep them attached the lightweight nature of the furniture isn’t really a problem given that the furniture is large-sized and looksfeels substantial and I used black zip ties to attach the sectional pieces together.

These are improvements that would make this a 5-star purchase, but for what I paid, this is a terrific product and I would definitely recommend it!.

I purchased this set a few months back and am totally pleased by the quality, the comfort/ styling and the value. The cushions are perfect along with the back angle for continuous comfort and support.

Even the packaging was designed well and assembly was very easy. In fact, one arm did not have threads in one hole and I called for a replacement with no hassle and quick turnaround.

The product was very easy to assemble and the frames are solid. The cushions are firm and fit the furniture perfectly. We have gotten so many complements from our guests; the set is beautiful!

I purchased two of this set to place on my front porch. The pieces are well made, easy to put together and look very nice once assembled. The hardest part was getting the material out of the packaging.

The packing was done so well so nothing would get damaged that it was difficult to get the pieces out. A good problem to have!.

We have 2 of these by our firepit and we (and our dogs) love them so much! The only complaint I have is that the wood stain isn’t the best quality, so after having them a few months I need to seal them or restain for the winter outdoors.

The cushions are fairly comfortable and super easy to clean, we don’t leave them outside in the rain. Our favorite features are the different levels of reclining you can do on both sides of it depending on what we are using them for.

This couch is beautiful – it was super simple to put together (about 8 bolts total!) and is light enough to easily move around. I assembled it myself in under 15 minutes. It looks great on my porch and I can’t wait to use it more.

I got it at Target on sale for less than half the price I was seeing the same couch advertised on other sites so it was an amazing deal!.

It literally broke less than 24 hours after using it. I had sat on it once. It’s still usable, but I had to glue the bottom back together. Would also reccomend two people to put it together. It doesnt take long, but is decently heavy and awkward for one person.

The fabric isnt exactly high quality, you need extra pillows for the back to be comfortable, and it’s harder than expected to adjust the arms. It’s also not very comfortable. The cushion isnt very soft, but that might be expected in outdoor furniture? I would buy it again just because it’s the style I wanted and within my price range, but I’d be leery of recommending it to others who might have higher standards than I do.

The Trex-like material will last on our covered porch for years. Sturdy and high quality. I thought it was pricey but I wanted a good table. Shipping was very delayed. We ordered in March and received it in July but we were informed that production was behind.

Probably due to Covid. We feel the table was worth the wait and the price if it lives up to it’s description. I priced another similar table and it was 400. 00 more.

The product is great and was very easy to assemble! The table is quite heavy and needs two people to move the box and flip it upside down. Once put together the table is very sturdy. the texture looks like real wood and white is pure white.

I think it’s a tad too white but looks great nonetheless. We plan to use it for our lifeguards. and plan to order more!.

Looked for a plastic table as a replacement. Of the ones I found on-line this model seemed to fit the bill. We received it in two packages with the table double boxed for protection, which it did admirably.

The table itself is basically made of decking “wood” which was very well assembled. Assembly of the separate stand with the screws and tools provided was easy particularly with the provisions made for them in all the various components.

Altogether an excellent product.

It’s a cute little set up. It’s sturdy once put together but putting it together is time consuming and slightly difficult. Directions were not in the box. It was easy to figure out what goes to what however, there were large screws and smaller ones.

I had no idea what screws were meant for what. U definitely get what u pay for. The glass doesn’t fit well into the table but as with all the other pieces if you loosen the screws it’s helps. Also the glass doesn’t anchor at all so if tipped over it will fall out.

They will serve its purpose but next time, I’d spend more for quality and easier building. Worth the price for a starter set.

Set is cute but not the heaviest I’ve seen. Was inexpensive so can’t complain too much. Was a bit of a pain to put together with all the pieces but 3 of us tackled it and got er done. The cushions are on the thin side but comfortable and true to colour.

I got the navy ones. The seating is not too deep or too high for people that are on the short side. This is part of the reason why I got this set. My siblings and I purchased it for my parents for Christmas because mom is only 5’2″ tall and she can touch the ground and be comfortable.

The set is great. I did need a replacement piece for 1 chair because the holes had the paint coating in them and the screws wouldn’t go in, but it was sent quick. The table goes together super easy, the chairs, the fist one because I was nervouse about it took awhile, but once I had one done the rest went much faster.

Table is together in less than 10 minutes, chairs – took me 45 mintes per chair because of how much tightening I did on them. they rock nice. I’m not sue the cushions will hold up, but those can always be updated down the road when they wear out.

The PHI VILLA 4 Cushioned Swivel Chairs and Larger Square Table 5-Piece that i ordered came in sooner then expected, easy to build. All the pieces came complete with hardware, did notice a small indent on the table but only if you look closely you can notice, i think that happened during shipping.

Other then that it is a great addition to the yard, overall very satisfied with this purchase.

One person was able to put the set together. It’s very nice looking and I love that the chairs swivel so you can get in and out from the table. We also bought a big umbrella to put in the center. We love this set!.

Great set and high quality. Disappointed that it looks brown and is describe as brown. It is very much grey. I called and RST said there is only one dye lot.
