The slippers are very warm and cozy! They’re soft and cushy and I’ve worn them out onto the deck and didn’t slip so I do like them quite well. I didn’t rate them a 5 star product because they are a little smaller than what I expected.

I would guess they’re about a half size smaller than a normal slipper in my size. With wearing them a few days I didn’t notice any stretching. which would’ve been great had they been just a little bigger.

I’d recommend them but buy them in a size larger than you normally buy.

This is my second pair, my first pair was gray,they were so comfortable I wore them shopping, My dog decided he also liked them, so I just got another pair, in a sand color, very pretty.

My husband is super picky about things and especially anything that goes on his feet. So I took a chance buying these, considering the price I did have high expectations. They are way better then expected and my husband really likes them.

They were exactly what he wanted and have all the comfort and appear to be a solid product, very well built.

I got this set for my fiance who absolutely loved everything inside of it. Duke Cannon products really are amazing men products. He loves loves loves them. I would definitely recommend this gift set for someone who’s looking for a good men’s gift idea.

Perfect package needed for my vacation! Shaving, soap, bloody knuckles, cold towels, everything I needed. I also purchased a shampoo puck and threw that into the travel pack as well.

I appreciate the cold shower but I could go without them or even just one. I agree with changing bar of soap to liquid as the bar is too much for a 3-5 day trip. Please add deodorant. I love bloody knuckles but I think the basic issue lotion would be better for traveling.

I bought this backpack cooler for an upcoming kayak trip I was planning. It worked very well. I was able to fit 4 beer bottles, 4 small sized gatorades and 2 bottles of water in the main compartment with plenty of room to spare.

All the drinks stayed cold all day in 90 degree heat with one ice pack. It took the place of two bags (a cooler and a backpack) I had taken on a previous trip since I could use it to keep drinks and food cold as well as store my phone, keys, extra clothes, towel, etc.

in the other compartments. My only complaint is that the shoulder straps, while decent, weren’t padded enough to make the weight very comfortable on my shoulders. But it was tolerable and I will definitely still use it in the future.

I bought this for my boyfriend to use for work. He needs to take and have multiple items with him not just his lunch. This cooler is absolutely fantastic for everything. Of course he has taken full advantage of everything single pouch and pocket on this cooler and still has room for other items.

And of course it also keeps things cold for an extended period of time. It’s definitely worth the price and the quality is great. It seems like it will hold up very well to anything that its put thru.

This backpack was exactly what I had been searching for! The walk from my vehicle to my workplace break room is just short of a mile. I was tired of bulky, lunchbox style coolers and wanted something that caused less strain on my shoulders and back.

We do not have guaranteed refrigerator space, so I always pack several large plastic ice packs and food and snacks to accommodate a 14 hour workday (includes my commute time). When I unpack at the end of the day my ice packs are still almost half frozen! NOTE.

I do keep the backpack in air conditioned spaces.

I have had this chair for a while now, and I will say it is the most awesome chair I have owned. Yes it is a bit pricy, but the cost is far outweighed by all the benefits of the chair itself. I am a bigger guy, and this chair does not move around when folded out.

It is SUPER sturdy, dependable, and still transportable. Simple things like the back pack carry bag make it easy to carry to its destination, with your other hands carrying your cooler, or fishing gear.

I have used it in several different places including sand on the beach, and the feet were wide enough not to sink to much. I also used it all day on the ice fishing, and the chair folded fine in the cold, and provided a great ‘All Day’ seat.

It has been on fishing trips, camping, and just sitting by the fire. The only downside of this chair, is that my wife is insanely jealous of my epic outdoor thrown, and she is still stuck with the standard flimsy folding chair.

So in an effort to prevent her from continually sitting in my seat of greatness, I have opted to get another one, so we can both enjoy the magnificence of this folding chair.

I bought this chair two years ago. If you can get over the fact that your cheap friends/family will roast you for how fancy your chair is, than you will probably be satisfied with this chair. Structurally it’s the most solid chair I’ve ever sat in.

Getting it out and deploying it is easier than any chair. And packing it up back into the bag is not only easy, but it’s fun. I will say, it’s a heavy chair so if you are weaker than an average 25 year old guy than you may have some issues with carrying it long distances.

But overall this chair is solid. Is it worth $300? I don’t know. It’s kind of up to you. Oh and the cup holder is big enough for most of the yeti water bottles and mugs and stuff. Which is why I got this in the first place.

I’ve seen a lot of people addressing fire ember damage pretty easily. I don’t have that problem and I have used this chair around fires pretty regularly. So unless you intentionally do dumb stuff around fires or have a tendency to roast your chairs like a marshmallow, I don’t think you’ll have any problems.

No more junky, tippy, uncomfortable camp chairs for us. These babies are built like tanks. They support your back; they are a great height; the armrests are beefy and they set up in two, easy motions.

Our daughter and daughter-in-law were visiting the other weekend and they were chatting, whilst sitting in these chairs and my daughter said, Dad, these chairs are more comfortable than any other chairs in the house! And, indeed they are.

My biggest fear is that they’ll be stolen, they are so nice. I do wish there were two, rather than just one cup holder. Maybe they can be purchased separately. These chairs are NOT cheap, but they reek of quality and the fact is, you get what you pay for.

I got this set for my dad as a Father’s Day present. He loves to barbecue, and was very excited to receive it. Everything is packaged and presented nicely, and the box includes easy to follow instructions on how to begin using wood chips, as well as a suggested recipe to go with each type of wood.

My dad has used wood chips in the past, but found some new information in the instructions. It’s worth noting that the instructions indicate that an entire box of chips is meant for a single use, meaning the chips included in this set are enough for three uses.

Overall, this is a great present for anyone who loves grilling and wants to expand beyond the basics.

Everyone with low rating is pretty much correct. These shoes are too big now. Because they are now made in Cambodia. My first pair was several years ago. They were 9’s, made in Vietnam, and even though I am normally a 9.

5, I will say, they truly used to be a slip on cause the 9’s fit fine – I don’t like loose…. then I bought another pair, not from REI, and the were still 9’s, but fit more like a 10. Or worse. Not slip on, more like slop on, and roll your ankle trying to walk around that’s how much I slide around in them.

I tried again a week ago, this time two pairs from REI…. I trusted since REI’s computer still says made in Vietnam. Well…. they came as Cambodia. That’s two sources, in two years, Cambodia, not Vietnam.

So there is the problem. Good luck finding Vietnam ones anywhere. I tried. Someone above said they tried brown, and it didn’t fit like black, that may not be what happened. It’s probably cause the brown ones you bought after they switched where they are made.

The only boots I have are MOABs. I have a wide foot and these are the most comfortable boots I ever had. I wear them casually for work. I got this version for all purpose use, but that will include hiking, and winters in the NE.

I can’t say I’ve tried many other boots, but that is because I never wanted to try another pair after my first MOAB pair. I even got the safety toe versions for work, but had to size up to a 14. Normally, I wear 13.

5/14 for other brands, but MOABs run a little bigger, so 13 was a good fit, especially considering I use merino wool socks as well. Not sure what else you could want out of a boot. My sister calls them moon boots, but that’s just because I have big feet and these are built to last.

Also, I noticed older men wearing them more often than any other boot, so I assume they back up my claims. Definitely not the most atylish boot, but that’s not what they are made for.

I came across the Merrell brand while looking for a replacement for another brand I was unable to buy due to a decision by the manufacturer to cease production. Even my local shoe store was unable to source my needs, which left me to buy ‘online’, but most of what I read regarding this brand was positive so I thought I’d give them a try.

I know my size: a Euro 43 and this is the same as an Australia/UK 9 which is also a 10 U. S. The Merrell sizing chart does not reflect the size I am accustomed to buying here in Australia. My problem was I decided on a UK size 9 which according to the Merrell chart is a Euro 43.

5 but is also a U. S. 9. 5. The numbers are all wrong and I ended up buying a half size too small which is evident while wearing the shoes because my toes rub on the inside-front, and this is exacerbated while walking down hill.

If I’d bought ‘in-store’ I would have simply said, ‘Oh, these UK size 9s are a tad too small, best I get a bigger size,’ and that would have solved my problem. I’ve since bought a pair of Mack Peaks and they are a size 9AU/UK, Euro 43, U.

S. 10 and they fit perfectly. Incidentally, I walked an 8. 5K trail the same day the Macks arrived, no breaking in period, no blisters, I like to refer to them as ‘slippers for hiking’. Brand House would be on a winner if they stocked the Mack brand! (I don’t work for Mack, I’m just speaking from personal experience.

) Apart from the sizing debacle if I’d got the correct size this review would be a different story. So as long as you get the right size, then these are a great shoe! They have arch support, but they do not have any gel cushioning which limits the length of walks to a couple of kilometers.

I like the Merrells as a shoe (I got the MOAB 1. 0). Unfortunately they are only a ‘mid’ shoe, and this means they do rub a little at the heel because they lack that extra length of lacing that normally secure the boots/shoes which prevents movement.

I really would not recommend them for long walks. But they are a nice shoe and I’d happily wear them around town, etc. Brand and sizing aside, I ordered my shoes a week before Xmas and they arrived on the 24th.

The store’s shipping process was impeccable! However, I did query the sizing of the shoes before ordering but the staff member was unable to suggest which size to get–this illustrates the need for proper staff training in the area of sizing questions by customers.

The aesthetics of the Merrell brand is very appealing; they look great! But when it comes to hiking and comfort, appearance is not a priority.

So far, we love it. We use it at the campsite and have cooked two weekends worth of meals. The only “bummer” situations I’ve had so far is that we had rain one evening and (1)there was some rust seeping out where you just can’t get paint.

(2) The BBQ box doesn’t do a good job of keeping any drippings from getting onto the burner. I tried lining the bottom of the box with HD foil and that worked, but it’s blocking some of the direct heat.

(3) it seems as if my griddle is slightly warped leaving a high spot in the center. I just noticed this, so I’ll be watching more closely next time. We love the flexibility of this tailgater and we plan to add a second griddle for even more options! We also had a bacon grease incident where the cup we were using melted thru, but this showed an area for improvement.

The legs have the flare to accept the grill frame, however this allows things (like rain or bacon grease) to flow inside of them in some circumstances. If the flare was on the frame and the legs were just straight, it would eliminate that issue.

With rain water specifically, someday that can rust thru.

I got this stove for Fathers day 2022, it’s was on sale. It’s great because it’s portable. I use it a lot instead of my Camp Chef 24 with side burner. I use the smoker on the weekends. I would have given this 5 stars.

But I have one concern. when the burners warm up the control knobs get very stiff to turn. Sometimes I can’t turn them off and have to turn the propane tank off to shut off the burners. When things cool down they work smoothly once again.

I wounder if there is a fix for this. I would hate to have them seize up on me permanently.

Good table for camping. Easy to set up. The table top slats are aluminum and one already had a slight dent in it so I’m sure the top will suffer over the years from dropped items. Biggest complaint is that the sockets on the bottom of the table top were installed backwards and I couldn’t plug the cross supports fully into them and when I tried to take the top off I couldn’t get it unplugged.

There must be a slight taper. I took the sockets off to get a better grip and got the top unplugged. then I reversed them, sprayed a little silicone on them and they worked fine. The table is rigid when assembled and the only trouble using it will be getting it not to wobble.

Due to the folding design of the leg structure I’ll have to shim under a leg or dig out a depression under a corner to steady it. Despite these ‘problems’ it’ll be an adequate camping table. It does fold up nicely and stores in the included bag so it doesn’t take up much space when packed.

I bought the Instinct 2 Solar to replace my 735 XT, which I had used happily for triathlon training and racing for many years. When it looked like the 735 might not last much longer, and I saw that it was discontinued, I looked for a replacement.

I had received an email from Garmin touting the Instinct 2 and decided to buy it just over a month ago for the following reasons: 1. Better battery life plus solar charging. 2. More rugged. 3. More accurate GPS.

The battery life is indeed better and it recharges very quickly, but I am not convinced that it would last 29 days without GPS usage. After such a short time I can’t judge how rugged it is or how accurate the GPS, but I am willing to believe those claims.

A pleasant surprise is that the Instinct 2 pairs with my smart bike trainer. I have been using the timer for ice treatments and stretching and the sleep monitoring functions, which I did not do with the 735.

Like the 735 and maybe all such watches, the Instinct 2 does not do a great job counting laps in the pool; it always misses a few turns, understating the distance and distorting the overall statistics.

My only real complaint is that with its abundance of features I personally do not need, it is a bit more complicated to use than the 735 for simple workouts. Also, the display is harder to read during a run or pool swim during rest through swim goggles) with the tiny numbers in the small circle in the upper right-hand corner.

I liked the 735 display better, even though the Instinct 2 has more pixels. To accommodate all the features, Garmin has added a third button on the left side of the watch; since that reduces the spacing, it is harder to change screens during a run.

They also added a function to enable or disable the lap key, essential when doing interval workouts or measuring distances along a hiking route. I could not figure out why I could not measure laps until I called the always super-helpful Garmin support team, who told me about this function, which is inexplicably not included in the full-length manual.

In summary, I love being able to record and view all my training statistics with this watch, and am getting used to accessing the functions I need, but it is not a perfect 5 for the reasons mentioned above.

Purchased this upgraded edition of the Instinct Solar as soon as it appeared. The feature additions were exactly what I was looking for without having to go with the high-end touchscreen devices. This device checks all the boxes for me.

Battery life is exceptional (best-in-class) and a must-have feature for my usage which includes many all-day or multi-day excursions. This device features more satellite system integration so tracking is extremely accurate and fast to acquire.

The menu system is logical and intuitive and operation is quick and responsive. (Garmin has come a long way in making their devices functional and intuitive from their disastrous past implementations, IMHO).

I really appreciate the variety of built-in sports applications – I use many of them, and like that I can add/subtract them easily as my list changes by seasons. The addition of Pulse Ox, V02 max, and other health features aligns this device with the higher-end devices as a great price-point.

Finally, I appreciate the addition of safety features such as Incident Detection. Note, however, that one must be prepared for false alerts, and know how to cancel them – this is not described in the manual nor online so you have 15 seconds to figure it out the first time it happens! Don’t worry though, if you send a false alert the device gives you the option to send a follow-up “I’m Okay” message (if you participate in a lot of activities that involve a lot of motion you will end up exercising this feature – but, I think it is worth the peace-of-mind if something bad does occur).

So far, operation has been near flawless, although I have had experience with Garmin’s connect system going down, and other device/fw bugs, with other Garmin devices, so not holding my breath. Garmin Connect app is top notch and phone integration is also near perfection.

Bottom line: if you need extended (potentially infinite) battery life for longer excursions, and are looking for a fully-loaded fitness/activity/health tracking instrument, this is IMHO the best there is.

It’s a great smart watch, most likely the best rugged on the market in that price range, I specifically chose a Garmin smart watch for its connectivity with inReach and the ability to trigger the SOS from a distance of the inReach device (like when being ejected from your bicycle in a crash with inReach on the bike).

However, the battery life claim is way overstated. I get 9 to 10 days with reduced sensors use and without triggering any fitness or GPS tracking function. Reduced sensor means only tracking HR 24/7 and PulsOx when sleeping, with a backlight at 10% (default is 20%) and the ABC sensor on.

The claim of 28 days battery life is certainly if you do not use any sensor and don’t use the watch for what it is intended, so if you need a solar watch only, my “other” solar watch has been working for over 20 years only on light recharge (there isn’t even a charging port on it).

A staggering difference is that it recharges on indoor light, the Garmin does not at all. It is disapointing considering the “other” technology is at least 20 years older than the solar panels on the Garmin watch.

I turned off the temperature sensor as like my “other” watch, it is pretty much useless since it records the watch internal temperature, which is warmed up by your body heat, rather than the external temperature, unless you take it off your wrist.

One thing I do find frustrating about the Garmin is that you can’t schedule to turn off the bluetooth connectivity. To turn it off you have to go to the BT menu (which is very well designed) and turn it off manually, we should be able to schedule that just like an alarm, for example to avoid BT EMF exposure near the head while sleeping.

Garmin if you are listening, please and thank you. I love that you can program most if the watch from the phone app, this is extremely useful compared to the previous model and the Connect app gives useful health tracking information.

I bought this kind of jokingly, to use hiking. but I actually love it! First I tried it in the shower then at home a few times. It worked great right from the start. You put it just over the urethra, use only enough pressure to hold it in place, don’t press too tight, urinate as usual, do a few kagels in the end, gently pull upward to wipe and shake it to get the drops off.

Rinse with water then put it back in it’s holder. It’s that simple.

I always dreaded having to pee when there was no toilet available, such as on hikes or off road trails. The p style makes it so easy to go without having to get butt naked or stress about getting pee on myself.

No tp needed either! I love this and only wish I had gotten one a long time ago!.

So super easy to use! I”m pregnant at the moment and it helps me a lot- I hate public toilets. I didn’t have to practice using it in the shower. No ” accidents’ at all. You can use it with one hand, and no need for toilet paper!!!.

It took a while before I could justify, spending this much money on a walking stick, to myself even taking in the adding of the blades. When you go to your mailbox and pick this up you automatically know that you have received a piece of quality equipment, you take it out of the box and starting to assemble this and I hate to say it but your assembling, what is in some opinions, a “weapon” because once assembled in any of the many configurations and you strike anything with it , it will definitely do major damage to the item of the attack.

I got the 8 section “staff” and after assembling it I decided to remove the extra section for the time being. I automatically saw 3 configurations, with the extra section installed you have a staff, like the one that Gandalf had in the hobbit movies, a nice push off weapon and like I have previously mentioned when and or IF you have to strike something/someone they will feel the pain be it animals or humans.

When you take the extra section out you have a normally sized walking stick same basic weapon as with the extra section in but just 6 1/2 inches shorter and would be more acceptable with more people around.

Now the third configuration would require either the manufacturer or a good machinist to make a cane type of handle with different lengths of the stalk so it’s adjustable for different heights of people and maybe a rubber covered tip cause the stock one has an aluminum/steel pointed tip that would do damage to most flooring, sidewalks, ect.

If the manufacturer did this I’m sure they will come up with other accessories and of course make even more money LOL. (tell the accountant to buy lots of stock lol). So that’s my review I hope people find it interesting and informative.

Purchased this to use on our daily walks. We live in an area being regentrified with lots of stray dogs and lots of “action. ” This stick is amazing. I can carry it alone as one piece or detach it and hand my wife one piece if we’re confronted with a dangerous situation.

The stick assembles and disassembles within seconds. It’s not very lightweight, but it’s strong, solid quality and what is expected for all of those moving pieces. We like it so much.

After extensive research I went with Prime Adventure. I am writing a review because the reviews here sold me. I was pleasantly surprised at the product quality as it was even sturdier than expected. Great craftsmanship, the compass pops out of its cradle a little easy, not sure if by design, will probably add some epoxy I wouldn’t want to lose it on a hike.

Everything fits nicely together looks great and will take a beating. Super happy with my purchase.

I love the smell of fresh citrus, and using this set always puts me in a good mood. The shampoo, body wash, and deodorant are excellent – enough to go through the whole day. The face scrub is the weak link though.

the product is so liquid that when you open the cap a lot will just fall out. It would make sense if the cap was on top, but it’s designed for the cap to be on the bottom. Otherwise it does seem to work, with the little beads (hopefully not environmentally destructive microbeads!) scrubbing away efficiently.

This set is a great example of quality over quantity. Each of the products do such a great job as they are described to do. The eye cream in particular I’ve been using for about three years. I can definitely say that it has made a difference.

I recommend this product to anybody and everybody that seems interested. I have a few of my friends that have actually started buying these products in particular and have you come every man jack fans.

I think this is definitely worth the money. The sea salt scent is amazing. It smells like a way better version of like some kind of old spice scent. The body wash leaves your skin feeling really good, the deodorant feels amazing and doesn’t make my armpits all swampy or get a terrible rash like a lot of other products do.

My only real complaint is that face scrub stuff is very unruly, when you open the bottle up it just starts pouring out super fast with no pressure put on it, always make sure to open it upside down to avoid losing tons of product.

Also I wish it was a little more clear that the ocean spray stuff is basically a “hold” hairspray.

This is my second passcase wallet. The first was well over 15 years old and starting to show signs of wear from daily use so I decided to replace it now as I enter retirement. I always liked the durable functionality of the wallet.

All my needed items (credit cards, driver’s license, cash) fit in it without being overly thick and uncomfortable to carry in my front pants pocket. One small criticism is the window pocket is a couple millimeters too small.

My PA driver’s license does fit but it’s tight and hard to remove which I seem to have to do often – those requiring an ID want to have the card removed so they can scan it. I suspect it will loosen up over time with use.

I purchased this gel blaster gun for my son to have for outdoor use. First impressions out of the box were that this is quite a sturdy toy gun and can most likely sustain some hard play use. Also it is very safe for use.

Recommend that the pellets be soaked in water for at least 4 hours to achieve proper size for use with this item. The toy gun itself is brightly and playfully painted up so it would be quite difficult to mistake it for the real deal.

Once loaded these pellets do fire rapidly and disintegrate almost upon impact leaving behind only some moisture to show where exactly you hit on your target. Secondly this item has some good range on it for a toy gun.

Allows for the kids to really spread out and run around all over. This item is rechargeable and depending on the use a full battery will afford you about 3 to 5 hours of play time!.

We’re fortunate to have a partial wall between our living room and family room with a window-like opening. With a little bit of furniture rearrangement, our family has been able to have epic GOODminton battles without any damage to the house or its contents! The birdies do get a bit sad looking after a short period of time (hence the 4 stars for sturdiness) but that’s not surprising since they’re made with feathers.

Which is why our cats also join in the fun! This has really been a fantastic activity for the entire family (we play two at a time and rotate through everyone). We’ve spent over an hour sometimes playing this activity.

I did purchase the additional container of extra birdies because I was worried the originals would wear out too fast. They’re still fine but it’s nice to have the option of slow, medium, and fast (although as they wear, they do slow down and fly a little wonky).

It’s part of the game to have to adjust to whichever birdie someone chooses to play with. We did try it outdoors and it was not nearly as much fun so I can see this continuing as a wonderful family activity during bad weather days or the heat of the summer when no one wants to go outside anyways!.

The Goodminton set that we purchased is wonderful! It is a fun game anyone can play and enjoy. We can sit in chairs on the patio and play, though we must rise to get the birdies we miss. We can run about, and miss the birdies, as our 5 year old grandson serves all over the place.

The birdies fly slower than the traditional type so it is easier to get to them and get a hit, unless you are playing with a 5 year old. You can even play indoors with little fear of damage. I would refrain from indoor play if there are lots of breakables about.

The only reason durability and and sturdiness rated a 4 out of 5 is that the feathers can not last forever; however, the set comes with 4 birdies so it will be a long while before replacements are needed.

I highly recommend this fun and adaptable game set. Play with 2, 3, 4 or more! Only your paddle numbers limit your ability to play. With imagination the games that can be created using this set are many.

My daughter got this as a gift (she’s 9) and was excited to try this out at our local gymnasium. She has had so much fun with it. The rubber ends of the “birdies” bounce of the floor so you can continue to play off the bounce.

We mainly just try to volley back and forth instead of play as a game for points so the bounce helps to continue keeping our volley going. We also have found that these little birdies can sail far and high! If you were outside on cement you would probably get the same effect as the gym.

Of course you don’t have to play off of the bounce. We’ve enjoyed it so much that we had to buy more sets so all the kids (and adults) could play. We have a 5, 9, 11, and 13 year old who all get in on the action of this game.

Good purchase! Only drawback is the “birdies” have broken feathers as we play quite often. Their extra package of “birdies” was worth us getting.

It was the first Saturday of the month (May) I called my bromoswayzes Kip Flavell and Brad Hodgins so we could head over to my grandma’s home at the senior citizen’s assisted living center. We decided to re-enact some scenes from Magic Mike for my grandma and her friends.

A gentleman never tells but I’ll tell you this much them ladies can party. We can all agree after some serious dancing and flexing like Slider from Top Gun, a man produces some serious body funk. I was dancing like Channing Tatum but I didn’t smell like him.

That’s when I grabbed my BABS Fresh Cut Pine, some purified water from a Danish River. I had Dire Straits (Walk of Life) playing in the background as I lathered myself in pure greatness. The scent and aroma from the BABS fresh cut pine can’t be described, one must experience it.

The fresh cut pine is what a man should smell like, it gives the pride and joy every man should have. After that shower I felt like Jean Claude Van Damme from Kickboxer when he was kicking bamboo but instead I was kicking down pine trees.

I was really excited to use this soap on recommendation of coworkers but have been nothing but disappointed. First off you HAVE to buy the special tactical scrubber, if you go bar on skin it drags. When you use the scrubber it feels like you’re block sanding your body, very uncomfortable.

The second disappointment is the nice scent disappeared after about a week of use. It has zero scent at all now. The bar of soap has no turned into a goopy mess inside the scrubber so I’ll be throwing it all away and either sticking with the body wash or go back to generic soap.

Big big let down this stuff.

Can someone check on Zakk and see if he’s still watching Dr Squatch ads? I think he forgot to read the ingredients on this one (which tell you this is *real old fashioned soap holy f—!* made from animal fat and coconut oil).

That is what real soap makes your skin feel like bro. If you don’t like it go back to Sauron’s Synthetic Detergents© Anyways, good stuff, traditional soap, works as expected, smells like shopping for a tree, short and sweet ingredient list.

Big fan of Duke Cannon, true bang for your buck. Protip for others: cut up your bar! It will last so much longer if you use a fraction at a time.

The quality of 5. 11 products is unmatched. The zippers, the straps, the design of the pockets, etc. fabulous. The way this MOAB 6 works with their tiered system is also fabulous. I have a RUSH 24 and I look forward to utilizing these two items in a “tiered” manner in the future.

The one curious thing with the MOAB 6 however is how it sits on the body. When I slung it over my shoulder, it did not sit flush against my back but floated away from my back. This was quite uncomfortable.

I search and search youtube on this but also I found was other users/reviewers noticing the same thing: it’s a great bag but it just doesn’t sit right on the back. For that reason, many users were returning it or choosing other bags over the MOAB 6.

Then I finally came upon a video that opened my eyes. It showed me the RIGHT way to wear the MOAB 6. I can’t explain it in writing, but it was sort of like I needed to reverse the way I wore the back even though I had it slung over the same shoulder.

Maybe you do a 180 degree flip of the strap loop before putting it on. I don’t know, but it made ALL the difference. What’s curious to me is that the 5. 11 site has mock pictures of a stick figure wearing the sling bag and it’s the wrong way–it will float off of the body that way.

Could it be the 5. 11’s marketers don’t actually know the product? Again, I don’t know. but it’s curious to me. I was about to set the bag aside until I came upon this short review on youtube that set me straight.

If you’re frustrated with how the bag sits on your back, keep searching youtube with search items such as “proper way to wear MOAB 6” and I think you’ll find an answer. As for other features of the bag, it has awesome storage capacity and organization.

Awesome. Very practical and functional. I especially love their mesh pockets (although there’s only one on this bag. RUSH 24 has a couple). I haven’t really tested it for load, but that’s not my purpose for this bag (to jam it full of stuff); it’s my day back not an overnight bag.

Overall, I will always recommend 5. 11 products. Just do some research beforehand on the product(s) you’re looking for and don’t necessarily trust 5. 11 pics. Check out youtube reviews (multiple ones–not just the guys who review the product right after opening the box!).

Great little bag. I have to take a small bag with me every day since I drive all over the state and sometimes out off it, not wanting to buy an extra of everything for my work truck or let batteries for flashlights sit in the cold every night, some items go back and forth daily.

So normal it carries, assorted pens, chargers, head lamp and flash light, my personal phone which barely fits in the comm pocket, my water bottle which I fill with a insulated jug, basic medicine, spare socks, a nicer over shirt in case I go from an attic to a bank, shemagh, extra masks, mid sized notebook, a bunch of small items like flash drives or dongles and a few other items as needed.

Fits everything with room to spare, I’m very surprised how much can go in it, I’m still impressed my water bottle fit on top of everything else, everything I’ve tried (within reason) has fit and never has it been stretched out yet.

Obviously about any bag could handle my day to day use, normally a fifty foot walk from house to passenger seat, so it’s tests will come this summer when, as they’ve already been told, I’m forcing my family outdoors as much as possible, I’ll update my review after all the time in the woods carrying the med kit, basic survival kit, water bottles and all the snacks kids need to make a couple miles down a trail! As of now though, I’m incredibly happy with it’s weekday job.

Couple things to note, my personal phone is old and small (iphone 6) and it barely fits in the comm pocket with it’s case on. The CCW pocket will fit a mis sized side arm but won’t really be concealed anymore, so compact only on that, my springfield XD9 would fit but hardly and you could tell it’s there, I wasn’t planning on using the feature but had to try it out.

If you flip strap after getting it let it sit and get the strap “molded” that way, its kinda slick and will pull right out under weight after you switch it. I personally feel there should be a quick release buckle on the bottom side for many, many reasons, top of which to put it on and take it off with the strap kept tight and not have to adjust it.

You won’t be disappointed buying this unless you just don’t like doing bags, in which case get the rush 12 for a small bag.

This is a great bag with decent sized storage area’s and without too many pockets that typically come on these. Minimalist is sometimes better, I don’t need 30 different pockets to loose my gear because I cannot remember which one has a certain item.

When I need an item, I want to retrieve it quickly. Too many pockets have always been an issue on 5. 11 and this one is not the case. I also own the Moab 10 and it is equally good and thought out, just larger.

The only negative I have is the pad that is on the strap. I own numerous bags from 5. 11 and this pad never makes sense to me. It slides back and forth, always in the wrong spot and cannot be adequately secured.

I like this in a particular spot after I have decided on a length, give me a way to keep it in place permanently.

I was excited to get this bag. I generally like it and especially got it for its lightness and ability to compact into its own pocket. That would let me keep it in a larger bag and take it out and pack with essentials when making specific treks for botanizing and seed collecting.

I actually got it for professional seed collecting because I normally use a Chico sling bag as my preferred choice for storing small seed envelopes while I collect. A sling allows me to quickly fill with collections as I go without having to carry a bag or take my backpack off all the time.

A fanny pack could work but I also carry my camera in a holster on my waste. Anyway, I wanted to like this bag but then realized (duh) that it is for carrying over the right shoulder only. I’m left handed and accustomed to pulling the sling over my left shoulder so I can grab and place items with my left dominant hand.

If the company put the strap more towards the middle and added a clip on the bottom of the other side it would be ambidextrous and useable by everyone. I’m going to give this one to my partner in hope they can use it.

I can’t recommend this to all friends because some of my friends are also left handed. I can’t give five stars because the bag doesn’t serve roughly 10% of the human population. They need to offer a left shoulder or ambidextrous version.

My search continues….

I use this when my 1. 5L hip pack isn’t enough, and I need an to carry a water bottle, snacks, and a sweater/windbreaker. This is a well built sling – I’d even say a bit overbuilt if that’s what you’re looking for.

The construction and materials are top notch. Shoulder pad is very well padded. This updated version of the atom sling has a bigger zippered phone pouch with a stretchy material to easily accommodate phones bigger than my pixel 4a5g.

Carry handle is very sturdy. Compression straps are handy for a rain jacket or sweater, and can be hidden when not in use. A single, slightly padded divider separates the main zipped compartment if you need to protect a tablet screen or something that can be scratched, and the other zipped compartment has a key holder attachment.

I enjoy my bag colour – Agave Plume Grey. If you are looking for a well built sling with good padding, zippered phone pouch, and compression straps – go with the Atom. If you like lightweight, fully packable slings with less structure – consider Patagonia’s Black Hole Sling.

Found the last one of these at my local REI. Really liked the single-shoulder design and hoped it would fit my needs for trip. Unfortunately, I discovered the bag had been previously used and returned after I got home.

I found hair inside the pack, which seemed outside of the norm, and a random piece of gum. Didn’t have time to return it and order a new one before my trip. Really wish REI wouldn’t have sold something previously used like this.

It wasn’t part of their buy back program. Very disappointed. Also on my trip, my friend had the same bag in another color purchased from another retailer. It was apparently a newer, improved version of the Patagonia Atom Sling pack.

The newer version had a larger front pocket and better access to the wallet pocket on the strap. It also fit over their shoulder at a different spot. For such a small pack, the newer design is very noticeable in function and comfort.

Would buy the newer design but not this design again.
