20 Best Oven Gloves With Fingers (2022 Updated)

Although I bought these to get hot pans out of my Ninja PC, it was too tight a space to not get burned. However, I find they work well in most cases in my Ninja Indoor Grill to remove pans and hot racks.

The heat does *not* penetrate the gloves. I also found out they are wonderful for handling hot potatoes and sometimes gripping hot meat off the indoor grill.

I quickly learned that these were not the solution for me to avoid burns getting pans out of the oven. I have short fingers and the placement of the thumb kept my fingers from being able to get far enough into the finger slots to reach the grippy circles on the end of each.

It also left the palm of my hand more vulnerable to burns because it was not covered. If you have longer fingers or the strength to hold a casserole dish with just your fingertips, you might have better luck with them.

Mine went into the donate box with a hope that someone can get some use out of them.

Love these kitchen mitts. Love that the grip is secure and allows for dexteritylove that they totally protect my fingers from heatlove that they are so versatile: from removing hot dishes from my microwave and toaster oven to picking up hot pots from the stove and cookie trays and bakeware from the oven to grasping the cooking pot from my Ninja Foodi Grill love that they are easy to cleanand love the color.

I bought another pair for my daughter.

Really wish I could give them 5 stars but no. They are built well but don’t provide the advertised protection. IF you are just going from stove to stove top they work. However, in just that short of time you can already start to feel the heat and anything longer gets uncomfortable fast.

I wanted these because I season cast iron in the oven at 475 degrees and sometimes need to remove a pan and work with it once it’s cooled some. But I have to add a pot holder with the glove. So it defeats the purpose.

Anyway great for cookie sheet and short trips.

I messed up the pair of my wife’s Ove Gloves. A pair that she has used for many years. The Ove Glovs were the perfect size for her hand. etc. etc. Reading reviews at multiple web sites I was worried that I may be unknowingly purchasing ‘knock off’ Ove Glove.

Reading the Walmart based reviews and the real clear picture of the Ove Glove 2 pack I purchased the gloves here. My wife was very happy to receive her new OVE Glov – 2 pack. Arrived on the date as indicated and well packages.

These are great! I use them often. I bought them to use while cooking with cast iron. Just use your common sense — if something is blazing hot, you may want to use an additional pot holder — or not hold the hot item for too long.

Having the dexterity because they are gloves is very handy. I should get another pair as a backup, because I’d hate to be without them. Also I think there are “fake Ove gloves” out there — I looked into that, and am pretty sure these are the real ones.

I purchased these gloves for using a Ninja Foodi 6in1, which grills at 500 degrees fahrenheit. I also use them for shaking the air fryer pan of the Ninja Foodi which is 350 degrees fahrenheit. No heat comes through the gloves when I am using the grill or air fryer.

I bought these gloves for cooking and baking. They are wonderful! The quality is great, they fit perfectlly when gripping and removing from the oven or broiler. I believe they would also work great for the grill.

Clean easily.

They are HUGE. I got the one size fits most thinking that would be the smallest of the 3 sizes. Other choices were large and extra large. They would probably work well but they are just to BIG which makes them clumsy on me and dangerous.

So I liked the idea of gloves as opposed to mitts thinking that I could move my fingers independently but this was not very different from an oven MITT. The cushioning is inside and it’s pretty thick so you can’t really make a fist with these on.

Fingers are still kind of stiff. I’ve seen oven “gloves” that are much more flexible (Temptations) that I plan to buy. I returned these. Return was easy.

I had hundreds of humming birds this summer. Pouring boiled water through the glass feeders is the best way to be sure there is no bacteria left behind to harm the birds. Then the nectar is boiled water and sugar.

I burned my hands over and over until I remembered I had these gloves! So thankful! I haven’t burned myself since. Yay!.

I bought this for my soon-to-be-married son who is afraid of putting his hands in the oven. When the gloves arrived, my husband asked why I didn’t order them for him when he uses the smoker to cook. I’m going to order a second pair! Cuisinart is a great product line and the price point was the very best comparably.

We discovered these on the Internet as we were fed up with the all-in-one oven gloves that would not grip the ovenware due to their thickness. So purchased these one size which appeared odd but once put on they actually expand to fit the different size hands and they work perfectly pliable yet totally hear proof, no trying to grip the hot ovenware etc like the old fashioned all-in-one glove and in total control.

We liked the gloves which we still have so much we purchased another pair and have never thought of any other style. Definitely recommend, ok not cheap but you get what you pay for.

These gloves are perfect. I can handle metal pots and casseroles straight from the oven and can feel no heat, yet I have full use of my hands. Far better than mittens. Would recommend.

My husband actually uses this product way more often than I do. But, he’s the cook in the family, so that stands to reason. I’ve used this to retrieve food from ovens, toaster ovens, and microwaves and I have never had an issue.

No burnt fingers or hands. And the individual fingers give you more control over picking things up than standard silicone gloves or oven mitts provide.

I got these not just for grilling but to use instead of potholders or oven mitts. I have small hands and using oven mitts is just too awkward. And potholders always seem to expose some skin that ends up getting burned.

With the upcoming baking season I thought I needed something better and these are IT! I can pick up anything right out of the oven with full dexterity and not even feel the heat. The only “negative” is that these gloves don’t go on quickly; it’s kind of like you slide them on and then you have to manipulate the fingers a bit to get them completely on – much like a new pair of leather gloves, but once they’re on they do the job.

After seeing a As Seen On TV version of these, I have wanted to try but wasn’t going to buy 1 GLOVE! I didn’t like the traditional cooking mitt mine being from Cusinart too darn bulky and awkward and recently they almost made me drop a hot pan right out the oven because I could feel the heat on the tip of my fingers even though I saw no hole, I was DONEI purchased the black ones and they fit just like the picture model.

Because of the material, while they are not snug like a pair of winter gloves, they will not fall off and I have slender long fingers and tiny wrist (to get an ideal—I have to remove 3 links on each side of a link watch band in order for it to fit).

These gloves definitely works as described. Glad I purchased!.

A upgrade from the ‘Ove Glove’ that you might have seen or used. Great for hot stuff, but awkward to put on and take off, and clumsy when on. Ideal for using while cooking and grilling — they’d be great for cooking with cast iron or grilling outdoors — but if you just need to get a hot dish out of the oven before the food burns, not so efficient.

My wife can’t stop raving about them. She was constantly burning her hands and wrists reaching into the oven. I haven’t even got a chance to use them with the grill or smoker yet. Best thing I ever got for a high temperature situation.

Read directions. Did NOT have wet hands, gloves were dry. While removing baking pan of bacon at 400 deg for 25 min, spilled hot oil on ground as heat came through within the time the pan was lifted from oven rack and transferred to nearby countertop.

I bake sourdough and pizza regularly at 500 deg. Disappointed.

I dunno. Okay but not great. With my air fryer, they get too hot to keep holding the basket for very long. And I ended up buying two so I could take a casserole dish out. No better than a couple of much cheaper mitts from my experience.

The best gloves in town. Bought these for a friend. I have had mine since they first came out and they are excellent.

Got these gloves somewhere else and needed to replace them. Good oven glove, to bad they are not sold as a pair not one in a box. More than not you need 2 gloves to pull something out of the oven.

The gloves are very well constructed. The material from which they are made appears to be high quality. They fit both my wife and me, even though our hands are not the same size. The cuffs are high enough to prevent wrist burns when reaching into a hot oven.

Their insulating quality has kept us from having any discomfort in handling hot items, either on the stovetop or in the oven. My wife, who uses them much more often than I do, is very well pleased with them.

Also, the price was quite reasonable. After trying out the pair we ordered for ourselves we ordered two more pairs as Christmas gifts for relatives.

Started pot roast on top of stove and was transferring it to the oven when the handle of the pan just rolled over. The entire contents –roast, potatoes, carrots, onions, and gravy– all went pouring out onto the oven door, my feet, and the floor.

Then, to make it even worse, the pan handle slipped out of my hand and slammed onto the inside of the glass oven door. I have finally stopped crying and am going to go check out the damages. What I think of these gloves cannot be expressed in words.

Love these oven gloves. Good price. Fits big hands well. Good for taking hot stuff right out of the oven.

These are probably the best oven mitts I’ve purchased!! I would’ve given them a 5 but they had a funky smell when they arrived! Thought about returning them , but decided to wash and see if the smell went away.

Happy to say it did and I love them!!.

Thick, high quality fabric that withstands heat well. My only complaint is that these are a bit bulky to pick up cookie sheets but what good oven mitts aren’t? Great product for all other uses.

I bought oven mits before, but they are always so-o-o-o big, it’s obviously made for man hands and that makes it hard to manage hot items with them on. I ordered the “FLORAL DESIGN OVEN GLOVES in blue”.

These knitted gloves fit over my woman’s hands so well and I like the freedom they give my fingers in handling hot trays and pans not to mention the silicon sure grip!!! No burnt pinkies here!.

These are ovengloves. Obviously, I use them to take hot dishes in and out of the oven!

I have wanted an Ove Glove since the original commercials and this Christmas my kids bought me TWO! I immediately tested them out stoking our fire place and reorganizing logs and they worked outstanding.

I have a smoker and I am sure these gloves will be nice for various tasks. Exactly as I expected and awesome!.

These gloves are fantastic!!! They really keep the heat from hands. And you can use your hands while using the gloves. It’s great having your mobility back and covered from any heat.

These gloves are the best. I just ordered more for family members. Every kitchen should have them. Much better than pot holders that are bulky and awkward.

Perfect for transferring hot pan out of oven to table. The gloves do not isolate your hands from the heat however, If you want to continue holding hot pan to scrape contents into bowl. They are also terrific for protecting your hands from steam if you are bringing saucepan containing hot water from cooktop to sink to drain contents.

This is a Christmas present for my brother. It’s for taking things out of the oven with gloves rather than mittens. I wasn’t able to give him a pair in the past, only a single glove. For the same price as this pair.

Heavy Duty Leather oven mitts can be a hard to source item. For the price point, these are incomparable. I have now tried at least ten different styles and varieties of oven mitts over the last five years, and these are hands down the most durable, bang-for-your-buck that I have found yet.

We run an intense, from-scratch kitchen that abuses these gloves. I’m now replacing my remaining cloth gloves with these. 4 stars because the heat does bleed through faster than with cloth gloves. You will need to move a little quicker, but that’s your tradeoff.

We use them from 375-400F constantly.

This will be the last pair of oven mitts that I purchase. I work in a kitchen all day, and have purchased dozens of pairs of mitts. Many of those “named brands” that were suppose to last – 1 month at best.

It is nice having a glove for each hand, though it does mean I have to get the right glove on the right hand. They have good flexibility for heat resistant gloves. I have not tried, nor will I, to test how much heat they withstand, but I use them when baking and grilling.

Having purchased many oven gloves over the years with varying price tags I have been pleasantly surprised at the quality of these for the price. Quality fabric that washes well and heat protection where needed.

Would recommend to others and would buy again.

I bought this as a mother’s day present. Went really well with my mum’s kitchen colours and a really nice design. You can’t feel a thing through the gloves and are easily hung up with the loop.

I purchased this to replace a Wrendale oven glove which was excellent. This new oven glove is bigger and thicker, and, as a result, it is more difficult to get a grip on hot dishes from the oven. It was such a pity to change the design of something which was so good, and I have to be very careful now using this new glove.

Really lovely fun pictures on the gloves which keep your hands well protected and are reasonably flexible. I’ve had some oven gloves which are so stiff it’s difficult to fold them round an oven tray!

Another addition to my new kitchen range. They have a good length between the gloves and look lovely, good quality too.
