I’ve been a home health aide and I think these are great for absorbability. Can’t beat them. A little heavy for some uses, but maybe a different absorbency would work in those cases. Try different ones.

I’m disabled and have tried many brands. When these came I was alarmed because they were so thin I thought they wouldn’t work. I don’t know how they do it, but these work really well without extra bulk.

I would give the lotion away but buying the gift set is usually a better way to get a better value because sometimes they are the same price…. I like the perfume on occasion it’s not too strong and it lasts a long time and it’s pretty light and refreshing for spring or summer….

I have a large bottle of that one and a large bottle of many different kinds of perfumes I like all kinds of perfumes… this is probably my least expensive one I own, and yeah it’s still a really good one though….

I recommend this… I like the basic old-school clinic happy, i’m not sure so much into the other ones they made I haven’t really tried those but just the clinic happy every now and then :)…. .

It liked the Clinique perfume Happy. It is very flowery but with a note of a citrus scent. It get compliments that I smell good so it must work. At the end of the day I can still smell it on my wrist which is reassuring that it’s a quality scent that lasts.

I can’t say I would truly recommend these. I have incontinence issues due to MS. Even though these say overnight, I still place a disposable bed mat on my bed every evening because you will leak more than you don’t.

Sometimes it holds okay, sometimes I have it running up out the side towards my back. The two things I really hate about them is there is absolutely no odor control, so you will begin to smell quickly unless you change out of them right away, and, even though they absorb wetness so it doesn’t leak outside onto surfaces, it does not absorb wetness inside.

This means, that your skin remains extremely wet until changed. It is supposed to have a proskin barrier, but your skin is wet. This can cause skin irritation, skin breakdown, and just an outright feeling of nastiness.

I buy them because they fit better than others, but they don’t necessarily work better than others.

I have used all kinds of pullups and pads and then I bought Tena products. I started using them in sm/md and then my store just had Lg Ex Lg. I had to use the other kind again. Then I found them on line in Sm/Md.

Now I buy them in packs of 64 count. They have smaller and larger packs. I was glad I found them and that’s the only kind I buy. I get the nighttime pullups for days and nights. They have a double layer around the legs so they don’t leak.

Try them once and that’s the only kind you’ll buy.

My mother always preferred the Tena products over Depends or any other brand, she had tried them all. I could usually find them at only one of our local Walmarts. She has since passed away and I’m looking after my aunt now who used Depends until I gave her some of Moms leftover Tena’s.

Now that is all she wants to use. But our Walmart quit carrying them so now I have to order them online. Which so far has worked out pretty well since they come within one or two days. Where as before when I’d go to the store you never knew if they would have them or not.

So many times they were out or didn’t have as many packages as I wanted. I personally do not use these but both my mom and aunt really like them better than the Depends. Say they are softer, more comfortable, they don’t scratch you and hold a lot.

The product is fairly effective, that is to say as long as your particular bladder only holds 1/4th of a cup of urine. I think that they COULD be better, most women who have these issues don’t go to dance parties or spend their evenings at the ball game or at the movies or a play; they have stopped all that activity long ago.

You simply can NOT enjoy going anywhere if every minute you’re concerned that the contents of your bladder is going to be all down your legs. It’s outrageous that this company cannot invent something better!! And then, there’s the issue with availability….

IF they could only get it to the store shelves or get it to the warehouse at HDIS (where I purchase them). It’s just like I say regarding hot flashes••• if MEN had to deal with these issues, the problem would have been solved LONG ago!!!They’re out of stock a lot, causing a search of stores, which is the opposite of what ordering online is designed to avoid, and Walgreens or Walmart rarely have the Night Defense….

Makes no sense. Everyone blames every problem on COVID, but this issue existed PRIOR to COVID. Also, it would be helpful if they stamped the size on them; they can omit the little flowers and put the size.

We have ordered several sizes over time, and once they’re out of their plastic bag, it’s anyone’s guess as to the size.

The pad becomes completely detached from the front of the panty on everyone I put on. They are not made where the pad is part of the underwear, in the crotch area. The body of the panty is made without the pad being a part of the panty.

The panty is attached after the panty is made and, it is not supported in the crotch from underneath. It is attached with a very weak tacky substance, to the front of the panty. It becomes detached very easily and, cannot be reattached.

I even tried using a strong adhesive tape, to try to attach the pad back to the panty. It would not stay attached Pretty much a useless product.

For an elderly lady who is in constant need of diapers, and after trying several brands and comparing price and effectiveness, this Depend Night Defense has become a regular purchase. I must confess that this loving lady uses more than one each time, but only one night defense at the end of the group.

What can I say? The more the merrier when it comes to unpredicted accidents. Night Defense is slightly more expensive but compliments the strategic attempt to save everyone from an unwanted mess, cleaning it I mean.

After having surgery on my pelvic muscles, I ended up with heavy urinary leakage. Then I need to keep my active lifestyle for strengthening up my pelvic muscles. So then I have accepted to wear tape diapers as a toddlers and then I’m regaining more active lifestyle.

I got rid of all my regular underwear and now I’m wearing tape diapers as the kids with no worries about leakage while inline skating or jogging.

I was wearing McKesson disposable underwear but they made me itch and they also leaked out the side. Depend was recommended to me by a friend. They are so much better. The fit and the material does not itch.

Their is extra leakage protection also. I just bought one case of the regular Depend and a case of Depend Night Defense. I am paying twice the amount for these but I guess you get what you pay for. Oh well, I think these will work better.

These night Depends are not worth one star nor one penny. I had always used Tena night underwear and never had a wet bed. They had sides that contained the urine from flowing out. These Depends have no sides to help with the urine flowing out and I’m waking up every morning with a wet bed and a wet nightgown.

That’s even with a bed pad on my bed and my nightgown pulled up beyond the pad. Terrible product I bought them because Tena can’t be found. Never again will I buy anything Depends as every product I’ve bought is terrible and high priced.

If only Tena night could be found or if Always made night because Always daytime underwear is so much better than Depends.

I’ve tried many many different brands over the years, finally settled on one for a long time, a major brand I thought I’d Always use despite not liking the company. I finally decided I didn’t want to Always use that other brand and started looking for other options again, after a few false tries I found these and I was amazed and how comfortable they fit and how they fully cover me.

The brand I used before had very loose leg opening that weren’t very comfortable, these are so much better. I feel like I’m wearing regular underwear again and it’s so nice. The absorbancy is about the same, ok for daytime but not enough for nightime.

I have overactive bladder rather than a slow trickle so I need something that will catch a flood and these will, within limits. They won’t hold a full bladder worth so if I can stop it at some point I’m ok.

That’s pretty par for the course though. If you want to replace a brand you aren’t thrilled with but figured you’d Always be stuck with, I highly recommend these for comfort alone. These can also be purchased directly from the company which is a rare find too.

I often have trouble with things I buy regularly being out of stock or not able to ship to my area so I’m glad I have other options to get what I need.

Please make a value pack In this brand like always discreet 32 for $19. Since using this brand esp overnight these are the best no leakage at all. I dont have to worry about going to the bathroom during the night anymore.

I have a porta potty also. Im so glad I dont have dispose of that anymore either. I had read a review on Tena Snd decided to give it a try. Best move Ive made. I was a true believer always discreet was best for me not anymore.

Ive tried them all but Tena won. Thank you Tena so much these have changed my life for the better.

While it’s unfortunate that I must use incontinence products, I am grateful that the Tranquility ATN exists. It’s affordable, extremely absorbent (only an occasional leak onto the bed), and comfortable.

I would absolutely recommend these to anyone who needs them.

It’s a lower quality diaper than other nighttime diapers such as Northshore, how ever they are cheaper and for most people will hold all night without leaks. The plastic is fairly loud, so it’s not a good daytime diaper unless you want to sound like your underwear is a plastic bag everywhere you go.

Overall it’s much better than what you’d find in stores and is fairly cheap, I would recommend seeing if these fit your nighttime needs.

These are the worst diapers I have ever used in 18 years. I thought if I got a larger size there would be more absorbency since the mediums also leak bad. I was wrong and bought myself a whole new nightmare.

I will never buy a tranquility diaper again. With every diaper change I also have to change my daughters clothes.

My 90 year old mom has been incontinent for several years now and has not been able to find any brief that holds all the urine without leaking. We tried one of the heavier overnights but she just didnt like them, not at all.

These wings plus choice are the best she’s ever used!! They hold a tremendous amount of urine and they don’t leak!! I’m so happy that she’s happy!! (They are also quite discreet under clothes!!).

I have not used the briefs, however, staff at the home where my Mother is living have indicated these are easy to use and work well for Mom’s incontinence. I have set these up on recurring order!

Awful! First one I used one of the tabs tore off. They felt like I was wearing bikini briefs!!

This underwear is the only one I’ve found that really holds the urine. You can wear it with confidence. The others just seem to be cotton. Love it.

I absolutely love it for my special needs son because it’s lightweight & STRONG i. e. it is able to hold the capacity which it says it does and does not fall apart with the amount of movement my son does.

This diaper is comfortable, soft, good fitting, has strong tapes and holds multiple wettings without leaking. Shipping was prompt. I actually enjoy wearing this diaper. It feels so good I hate to take it off.

While this is a better madeproduct by attends it still falls short of other briefs. If you want something heavy for daytime use these are not them. There isn’t enough elastic or stretch to keep these up unless you have large hips like a women.

Tapes are placed too low from the top causing the front and back to roll down. What little stretch there is in the tapes do not stay tight around your waist. Even laying any movement cause brief to slide down.

Rise, length of brief is not for anyone over 5’10”. If your taller the lower tapes makes you fasten well below your waist. You have to put these on super tight making them uncomfortable to wear. Over half of the leak guards were glued to the padding.

Very similar to a China made brief.

I love these diapers for their absorbency, fit and softness. However, being cloth-backed they tend to sag a bit more than others and cool down quickly. This can lead to some discomfort if worn for extended periods of time.

Overall though, they are an excellent product and probably the best cloth-backed option out there.

These are the most highly absorbent briefs that I could find. I use them for my husband at night and they absorb everything. I always have difficulty, though, getting tab closure briefs on and so usually use pull up briefs which are not so absorbent and frequently fail to hold all the liquid.

If they were easier to put on and if they stayed up better I would use them more frequently.

I have been ordering this product for my father for almost 2 years. My mother has been very happy with the product until our most recent order in March. It seems this may have been a “bad batch” of diapers because when trying to use them, the wings were constantly separating from the actual diaper.

The wings are where the tabs are to connect the diaper therefore we were unable to use these diapers or had to use duct tape to reattach the wing to the diaper. This, of course, did not work very well.

We will continue to order this product as it fits well for my father’s size and works for the need intended. We are hopeful this was just a fluke in the product of our previous order.

I buy these all the time. I like them. They are very short waisted thought.

My husband uses a 3xl bariatric brief. I have tried them ALL and settled on this one for most comfort, best fit, and best value. The tabs on many others lose their adhesive the first time you pull them off.

This one keeps it’s adhesive. It is not too bulky but it also “gets the job done”.

It’s about time I finally found a TRUE size 2XL. After buying 3 other brands, I found Tranquility is what I wanted to begin with. I need a high rise (I got a big stomachregrettably. ) When I put on the Tranquility disposable underwear, I was finally saved.

They fit comfortably and don’t slide down over my posterior. They have super absorbancy and are really comfortable. When I am fortunate enough to lose some of my front porch in the near future,I will definately move down to 1XL but stay with Tranquility.

I will reorder this product again for sure.

These are excellent disposable underwear and the XXL size fits me well. I’m a woman that wears a 28-30 pants.

I’ve been using this product for almost a year now. I tried many other incontinence products but this was the only one that actually kept me dry through the night so I could get a good night’s sleep.
