Our Milk to the Max bars are the most convenient way to support a healthy milk supply*. Packed with 6 powerful, milk-boosting superfoods to replace messy teas and hard-to-swallow pills, all in just one delicious bar.
i LOVE the boobie bark! I ordered one bag just to try it, and my only regret is that I didn’t get more! This was gone in like, 3 days. As someone who is dairy-free due to an allergy, I have struggled to find lactation supporting snacks that are safe to consume, and Boobie products have been the perfect solution.
My supply was diminished by a couple clogged ducts and I have noticed a major improvement since I started using these snacks and the Boobies bars everyday. Delicious and effective, what’s not to love?! my best friend just had a baby also and I’ve gotten her addicted as well!.
This is a perfect dairy-free, soy-free snack that is also delish! It is my go-to when out and about or am out of non-dairy ice cream. I’m a rising mom of my third child with dairy and soy allergies. I can barely eat anything packaged or in restaurants.
This brand has saved my life. They offer wonderful products. The chocolate boobie bars are a life saver too. My milk supply has gone way up but I also drink their protein shakes, eat the boobie bars, and drink tons of water.
I have noticed water is what helps these products do their job. Water is key mommas!.
This is a great treat to have. Being a breastfeeding mom who wants to support milk supply, diet and also have a treat now and then this is a great way to do it! Using it in place of granola, eating it as a dessert or just a snack it is so great! It’s not a pieces of chocolate cake, but for all the good it has in it, it’s even better!.

These cookies taste great, I mean really good, and I do think they help my supply a little. They don’t have junk in them or strange chemicals. My only gripe is the use of dairy in so many lactation cookies.
SO MANY babies have trouble digesting dairy resulting in breastfeeding mamas to not consume dairy to help their babies. There are plenty of plant based options to replace the dairy where they should either create an option that’s dairy free or just change the recipe.
It doesn’t hurt for those who can do dairy but would help a ton of mamas who cannot.
I bought these specifically to eat a few hours before my pumping session of the day. I had great success with these. I would have only one cookie a day paired with a lactation tea or supplement. The bag of cookies were empty too soon, I could see them being a permanent fixture in my nighttime snack.
They taste good and helped increase my supply for pumping. Now that I have established supply I don’t see myself needing these cookies regularly which will help make the cookies last longer in the house.
Great taste and fair sized cookies, they definitely helped increase production but I felt it wasn’t a sizable amount. I also feel the quantity of cookies per bag isn’t very much to last long if you’re following the guidelines on the packaging.
They can also be very pricey. In all it didn’t feel very effective long-term but definitely helps short term!.

I bought this pack for my 3 year old’s tee-ball team snacks. They were a big hit and we had plenty leftover for us to keep. I have a 19 month old and a 3 year old. My oldest doesn’t care for the cheddar bunnies at all even though he’ll eat Goldfish on occasion.
My youngest eats about half of the bag of cheddar bunnies. The Bunny grahams are a hit for both, of course.
My family loves Annie’s Homegrown Variety Snack Pack. It comes with a variety of three individual products. The Annie’s Bunny Graham’s are a nice sweet chocolate and vanilla cookie. The Annie cheddar bunnies are very good.
It is nice everything is organic made with quality ingredients. I buy these great little snack packs all the time!.
Love this variety pack. I had only ever had Annie’s chocolate bunny crackers and was excited to see this combo pack so that I could try out their other snacks without committing to a whole box. The individual pouches are the perfect snack size and they’re all delicious!.
I started eating these when I returned to work from maternity leave to help with my pumping output. I always got 5-6 oz total each pumping session. I stopped eating the bars thinking my supply was good, and I could save some money.
My supply slowly dropped down to 3-4 oz per pumping session. I starting eating the bars again. The very next day after eating the first bar, I pumped 6-7 oz per session and have been maintaining at 5-6 oz a session since then.
It takes a hot second to get used to the taste/texture and it is EXPENSIVE for me, especially as a new mom with so many other things to put for. I have tried milky mama herbal supplements, lemoonade and brownies- they dried me up! I tried mother’s milk tea bags and it worked at first and then….
Dried me up! But these bars work!!!!! They brought my milk flow back and my baby’s energy is back to a 10! I will be using these products daily moving forward!.
Sprout Organic Sweet Potato & Cinnamon Curlz is a plant-powered snack for toddlers. The perfect crunchy finger food that has all the goodness of chickpeas and lentils. Winner of the 2017 National Parenting Product Award.
Gluten free and nothing artificial. Feel good about serving Sprout Organic Sweet Potato & Cinnamon Curlz.
These Curls by spouts are great. They are like a Cheeto with cheddar toppong and more air. They are light in calories but have some added flavor similar to salt. My son loves the taste of these as well as my five year old.
I like this container because the portion sizes are made for babies and toddlers. They are also lower calorie than a chip but the flavor makes them addictive. I’d only use this for a playground snack and not as a supplement for a meal.
They Are organic and plant based which is good to have something made from different ingredients but still taste good. My son is hobos one can eat and handle these fairly well with these hands. I think these are best appropriate for toddlers who have already established a pallet more then babies just learning to grab and build a foundation for flavors.
They chips also dissolve which is great for easy chewing. Overall, we like these Curlz for both our kids.
Got these for my 3 yo daughter to try. Picky eater as most are around this age. I still grab her “baby”/toddler foods when I can to make sure she’s getting all nutrients her growing body needs. Won’t try real broccoli, so I gave these a try.
She likes them. Yay! They taste pretty good to me. lol They have one with white cheddar and broccoli which tastes even better. What doesn’t taste better with cheese? :).
Take a bite out of your day and enjoy Milkmakers Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites! Each bag is filled with tasty, bite-size cookies packed with ingredients traditionally used to support breast milk supply.
The on-the-go pouches conveniently fit into your busy breastfeeding life. Milkmakers lactation cookies are seriously delicious and nutritious. Bring on the milk! OATS Not only are oats a delicious comfort food, they are also a nutritional powerhouse, providing whole grains, fiber, iron, and an abundance of healthy vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
FLAX SEED Flax seed provides an abundance of omega-3 fatty acids necessary for baby’s brain development. Flax seed is also a rich source of fiber and other vitamins and minerals for mom and baby. BREWER’S YEAST Brewer’s yeast is a traditional remedy, rich in B-vitamins and amino acids essential for nursing moms.
I’m 100% sure this is a coincidence but I’m gonna give the cookies some credit. For the first 24 hours of breastfeeding, it was easy for me, but by the second day one breast was in constant pain and by the end of the day the second one was too.
I spoke to the lactation nurses at the hospital, but nothing was wrong with her latch, her output was good but i was just in pain. When i was going to be discharged i had one last visit with the nurse and she recommended changing to formula, but continue to try to pump in hopes of bringing my milk in.
When we got home we cracked open our can of formula and i felt like a failure. I had always looked forward to feeding her (especially since i had to have a C-section so i missed that experience too).
The benefit at least was my husband could feed her and i could get some sleep. About 2 am he wakes me up, she’s refusing formula, and is desperately hungry. So through tears i feed her for over an hour and nothing’s coming out.
She finally falls asleep (disappointed with her meal) and i stayed up googling everything i could about why my milk wasn’t coming in, why everything hurt and what i could do about it. I had completely forgotten on a whim i got these cookies (assuming at some point I’d probably want to boost my milk for freezing or something).
I was starving and they were the only thing in reach and i was desperate. About half an hour after finishing my snack and still trying to find answers, daughter dearest starts crying for food. I grin and bear her bite down, and after about 5 minutes the pain becomes bearable so we keep going for another 10 min at which time she delatches and falls asleep.
I sigh in relief it’s over and notice she has some white dribble around her normally dry mouth. I swear angle horns rang and shining light streamed in as i hurried to grab my hand pump. I felt like a pro again and almost cried in happiness.
The cookies did their job! They’re also incredibly delicious. I was a bit worried they’d be dry or bland but i would eat these even if they weren’t working miracles.
My newborn is 3 weeks old and eats about 4oz depending on the feeding. I started to notice my milk supply decreasing this past Saturday (4 days ago). I thought it was because my baby was cluster feeding but the cluster feeding would last from 9pm-2am because I wasn’t able to keep up with her milk demand.
As I kept pumping through out the week and breastfeeding I started to notice she wasn’t eating as much because of my production. I went to only being able to pump 1oz from each breast after pumping for like 30 mins on each side.
I bought these today like 4 hours ago and ate the whole bag in one sitting. 4 hours later I pumped for 20 mins on each side 10mins x 2 and got 50ml from the right and 40ml from the left with still feeling like I could pump a little more if I squeeze hard enough.
I think the cookies have to do with it! Bought 3 packs so will be continuing to eat them and praying for an overflow of milk!.
Omg, these tastes soooo good. I would *Almost* buy them even if I weren’t breastfeeding (I would definitely eat them as a snack if someone else bought them or if they were cheaper as a regular snack).
Not TOO sure how well they work. I was having huge issues with milk let down in the first few days. I’m not sure if these cookies helped or if my milk naturally came in on their own. However, because I am BF/pumping, I’m using it as an excuse and I eat a pack of cookies every day.
They are one of my fav cookies (even compared to normal cookies). Hands down would recommend you try them. My husband likes them too, but I don’t let him eat them because it’s a bit pricey haha.

I couldn’t believe that these actually worked. My daughter was about a month old and my supply came to an almost stand still. I tried everything from feeding every 30 minutes to pumping every 10 minutes to try promoting more milk with no luck.
Before racing to the doctor to get handed a chemical milk inducing medication, I tried these and a few other “lactation cookies”. I was blown away. I went from pumping less than an ounce in a sitting, to a full bottle per sitting, in less than 24 hours.
And to make things better, they tasted amazing too!! These were hands down my favourite cookies out of all lactation aid and regular cookies available. The only downside was they are difficult to find.
Alright let’s get one thing straight. These are addicting!! Note that we’ve settled that, I would say that one time I did get a batch that was “bad?” Or maybe just shelf old? They were super stale but I returned them and the next batch was fine.
They aren’t super moist so if you’re looking for a traditional brownie (make it yourself). If not these are great for on the go when you’re breastfeeding.
These are amazing!! Not only do they taste great, but they work great. I have just been on a hunt for the perfect combo of breastfeeding supplements. I have tons of these stored away in my freezer, and they work for me.
From everything I have done and am continuing to do. the supplements, the cookies, the this and that. The greatest three things I have found are drinking water, eating (period) and a lot more than what you typically feed yourself (like you are eating for two still), and positivity! A positive mindset is a must.
I do like these though, and I’ll continue to use them and recommend them.
Happy Baby Superfood Puffs are the perfect finger food for crawling babies, enriched with nutrients, made with whole grains and a yummy way to learn self-feeding. One of my son’s favorite things when he was little. I tried them too as I would never feed him anything I wouldn’t try. It tasted good and it seemed to help when he was teething and tried to chew on everything.
It would calm him and help him to chew a little too. It gets extremely soft in the mouth (melts slowly, almost) so that’s great as they are young and first learning to eat when they get this. This was a staple for us and I would recommend giving them a try! There’s also a number of flavors and we loved them all.
I always had some with us when we left the house. He liked these better than all the other little “snack” type things when they are this young.
I bought these for my little one assuming by the packaging that they would be a healthy snack. My husband ate one, and thought they were delicious, so naturally we looked at the nutritional information.
3 grams of added sugar PER SERVING. This product is for BABIES. It’s like giving your infant or toddler a teaspoon of sugar. How this is not regulated by the FDA is beyond me. It’s super easy to make your own, without the garbage they add.
I am very disappointed by the misleading packaging.
Happy Baby Organic Snackers bring delicious, savory flavors to baby’s snack time! These unsalted, baked grain snacks deliver veggie-forward flavors like creamy spinach and carrot in a crunchy, meltable snack.
Snackers are made with organic ingredients, no artificial flavors or colors, and come in playful X and O shapes that encourage self-feeding. All packed in a recyclable, resealable container so baby can enjoy wholesome snacking at home or on-the-go!.
For one, my 11 month old gagged on the O pieces on two different occasions. The rounded shape fit too perfectly behind her teeth and kept getting pushed to stay in that position on her tongue so it couldn’t be bitten down.
I had to start breaking these myself which is messy and tedious. Gerber puffs are smaller and other than her first few attempts at eating them she doesn’t struggle with them. Gerber wins. For two, there’s 10% calcium and 2% potassium value nutritionally, whereas the Gerber Puffs have iron, vitamin e, and 3 b vitamins so if I had to choose one snack over the other strictly on nutritional value, Gerber wins.
Third, the taste. I love sundried tomato wheat thins so I thought these would be a good option, but I just can’t eat because the taste is too bitter. Meanwhile don’t care for the taste of banana, and yet I can eat the Gerber banana puffs no problem to encourage my baby to eat hers.
Gerber wins. Fourth and final, the dusty flavoring powder gets all over the table and her face and hands, which makes me worry she may end up getting the stuff in her eyes. I’ll stick with Gerber.
My 9 month old had 3 separate choking incidents eating these, and I have thrown them in the trash. The first time, she was gagging and I pulled a circle out of her mouth and thought it was bad luck. The second time, she gagged again on a circle and ended up vomiting to get it out of her throat.
Being naive, I thought she maybe had an issue with the circles, so the next time I gave her only the X’s. Well, she actually started choking on an X. I patted her back hard to help her cough it up , and she coughed it up enough only to start gagging on it and threw up to get it out.
She has been eating other finger foods well and this is the only product that has given us issues. Please be careful.
A twist on the familiar snack bites, these are made with a cauliflower crust, gooey mozzarella cheese and uncured pepperoni. Certified gluten free, with 7 grams of protein per serving. A snack you will love, but with a better for you twist! East as a snack, appetizer, or even a meal! Age Group: adult.
These were surprisingly good. I didn’t realize the “crust” was cauliflower until I was home. I was more concerned about this product being gluten free. Initially I was hesitant to try these, but I decided to out of hunger one night.
I popped these in the air fryer on 400 for about 5 min and although some of the filling burst out of a few these things were soooo good. The outside was nice and crispy. The inside was very flavorful.
Loved these gluten free pizza rolls! It has been YEARS since we had pizza rolls (previously the gluten option) and to find a safe gluten free comfort food is so nice! They are light, have a great robust flavor, and have a nice “gluten like” crisp to them which is really hard to find.
These can get really hot, so follow the instructions carefully. We ended up buying out our whole freezer section twice before they stopped carrying them in our local store. I wish they would carry them again! We have a larger gluten free community and this is such a great item to grab for snacks and late night cravings.
These were delicious and the ingredient list is much cleaner compared to regular pizza snacks gluten free! I made these in the air fryer so the outside was nice and crisp! Forewarning, there are only about 10 rolls in the box (2 servings) which makes them a little pricey.
These Homestyle Ranch Crunchy Puffs are definitely baby approved !! To say he loved them is an understatement! This boy wanted every pack that was in the box and he cried until I opened each pack and let him have them all ! Of course he couldn’t eat that many but that didn’t matter, he wanted to make sure noone else got there hands on his snacks !! These are a must buy! Your Littles will love them! They come in separate little packs so they are great for on the go , travel etc! These little crunchy puffs are very good for introducing food allergens! They include 16 foods associated with over 90% of food allergies!! Most infants that have egg allergy, introducing food containing ground peanuts between the ages 4-10 months could reduce the risk of having a peanut allergy ! How much better can you get ?? Also pediatrician recommended!! This is just everything a parent can ask for, and we are so so so happy that we have found a forever snack !! If your wanting something healthy , something your baby will love and want more and more of, something that your pediatrician recommends, These SpoonfulONE Crunchy Puffs (homestyle ranch ) are your answer , you will be happy and most of all BABY will be happy!!.

I really enjoyed the hot chocolate drink I found it better than drinking the shakes since the brewers yeast is less noticeable in flavour. I’ve ordered the Franjo’s kitchen biscuits before and I love them! They have a quirky taste to them that I like even better than boobie biscuits available on the site.
Not a fan of the brownies. to me the brewer’s yeast was the main flavour and I couldn’t really taste the chocolate. Unfortunate since the batch came out as a really good texture. Might just be my specific taste buds as I can see these are highly rated.
The cookies have got to be my favourite! The hot chocolate it’s also very nice I drink them daily. They actually taste good unlike a lot of other lactation supplements. I’ve definitely noticed some change in just 1 day, I’m constantly squirting my Bub in the face and flooding the place with my milk! 100/10 recommend!.
As a mum with a colicky baby & having to go dairy free this product was a great option. I was struggling with my milk supply in the evening from 5pm-8pm with bub getting very frustrated at the boob & cluster feeding.
After two days of eating 2 cookies a day my supply was great & bub was back to efficiently feeding with no frustration! Definitely the most delicious flavour of Franjos Kitchen cookies in my opinion (the choc chip are still good though).

Make every little bite count with Gerber Lil’ Crunchies Baked Corn Snack. Each serving is made with 2g of whole grain goodness and never any artifical flavors, artificial colors and NO GMOS. Gerber Lil Crunchies has the ideal texture that is easy to chew and swallow and is sized just right for older babies learning to pick up.
I bought this product for my baby recently and she absolutely loved the Zesty Tomato flavor. I went back and bought the Veggie Dip flavor and that was also a hit. Unfortunately, I bought the Apple Sweet Potato flavor and it was not received well at all.
My baby took one bite and crushed it into pieces. I tried offering them multiple other times and my baby either attempted to crush them or else she would turn her nose up at them. Finding it odd because I know she loved the other flavors, I tried the Apple Sweet Potato flavor myself and it tasted very artificial.
Not pleasant by any means and quite off putting. I was so sad to throw out the can since we love this product so much.
My granddaughter has severe allergies to Milk, Nuts and all dairy products. She can ONLY have the Tomato Lil Crunchies and loves them. Recently while shopping with her mom, we picked up what we thought was the Tomato because any mom knows quickly shopping with a little one sometimes relies on “picture of product for instant reliability” However the package for Tomato, Sweet Potato and Veggie ALL HAVE A TOMATO on the package.
I opened to give it to my granddaughter thinking it was tomato and my daughter said Mom let me see those – they were in fact the Veggie ones with the tomato on it. I think Gerber should change labeling so as to avoid an incident of an allergic reaction.
Keeping the laves as they are is a dangerous situation and an invitation for disaster and possibly a Childs death.

These are very good. Personally I like all the flavors. The texture is also pretty good and it’s a very easy & quick healthy snack. In fact I think I like them all too much…. I was eating 2 or 3 a day.
But if you eat too many you could definitely have bowel issues and or excess gas etc…. I wish I would’ve known that before hand so, definitely minimize it to one a day until you know for sure. I was unaware that too many omega-3‘s with fiber and protein could do this.
It also has the potential to lower your blood pressure. Again, one a day totally fine -anymore than that doesn’t work well for me. Hopefully this helps someone else. I suppose anything in excess isn’t good.
I certainly recommend giving them a try though in small doses.
In need of the perfect breastfeeding snack? Our no-bake lactation cookie bites are packed with galactagogue ingredients that support your milk supply and give breastfeeding moms the wholesome energy and nourishment they deserve.
I was real skeptical of these, they’re the size of a thick cookie and look like oats. I got them in a bundle and so far have tried the chocolate flavor which is just oh my God, I did not expect the flavor to be soolo good! Second of all do to my son being sick and having to pump during a missed feeding do to this I’ve dropped in milk supply.
These came in the mail at such a perfect timing I ordered them preillness so it was perfect timing to have them show up at this point. Even better I actually felt like eating just one in the evening boosted my supply when my baby started to cluster feed I didn’t feel empty! Thirdly I was impressed when the packaging stated they need to be refrigeratorated do to the fresh ingredients! I couldn’t believe they weren’t some dried up crispy oat bar but a fresh soft delicious treat! Definitely would recommend l these for all these reasons!.
Love love love the chocolate lactation bites! Not only are they delicious, but my milk supply has been amazing since day one at the hospital. First thing I did postpartum was start snacking on these and I have continued to order them consistently.
I am a maniac about my diet and what I put into/on my body, especially now that I am breastfeeding and all of the ingredients in these bites are amazing, clean and beneficial. I leave a pack on my night table to have during the night feed and have a pack in my diaper bag so I can grab one on the go.
They’re convenient, filling and have really complemented my positive breastfeeding journey. I have recommended them to all of my friends and even told the postpartum nurses about them at the hospital so that they could spread the word.
Every mama needs to know about these and give them a try!.
I really wanted [needed] to love these and needed them work. My son is 15 months and we have been breastfeeding on demand since birth. I’m going on my first trip without him and needed to boost supply for a stash while I’m away.
I have never had an issue producing, but after two weeks these did not help increase supply. They’re plenty tasty, but didn’t do the trick for supply. Not even close. Not even paired with the chai booster 2x in the morning and chocolate protein powder 2x in the evening.

Yes HealthPost for getting these cookies. These taste so good. I consumed these for roughly the first 4 months post parturm as I was worried about milk supply, was constantly hungry and didn’t have the time or energy to cook.
I started eating the cookies a week after I gave birth because my milk was late coming out of me. The day after I started eating them, I pumped and milk started coming out of me. I was so excited and happy! Now every time I eat the cookies before I pump of feed my twins, I have a great amount of milk coming out of me.
