20 Best Pad For Bladder Leakage (2022 Updated)

I started off using the Tena pads after my hysterectomy many years ago. They were the best thing on the market. I turned to Equate Body Curve pads because they’re more comfortable. Unfortunately, they’ve been out of stock for some time, so I bought these.

What a waste of money!! They do not do the same job as a “maximum” Equate pad. Today I went to put one on after my shower and it literally shredded when I took off the removable liner!. and it wasn’t the first one.

I had to throw three in the garbage for the same reason. The cotton went all over the place. like they were dry rotted. NEVER AGAIN will I waste my money on a Tena product!.

So I’ve been trying every pad on the market since my new best friend. incontinence. Tena seems to catch more urine especially at the edges which is important to me. Nothing more embarrassing than wet spots on my jeans in the middle of the grocery store.

I have a sudden urge to go and no way to stop it. Tena is actually not as pricey as some other name brands. Try this brand. I think you will be happy.

I am very pleased with this product. I began searching for an all-cotton, heavy absorbent pad quite awhile ago. Recently, I ordered a package of Grace Heavy Pads for Bladder Leakage to try. The absorbency is great and the comfort, without irritation, is a welcome change from what I have been dealing with.

The shape is perfect for me, affording perfect bladder leak protection all night. I am extremely happy with the size and fit of these pads. I am so glad I found these and grateful for the security they provide me.

I have tried many types of pads, many brands, and all have disappointed. Imagine my surprise and relief upon tryingthis brand and pad for the first time! It was, for me, a EUREKA moment! The fit is perfect, there is no excess packaging, nothing to open and throw away before using, the pad fits perfectly in your panties, the sides of the pad do not stick to your body or cause chaffing.

After opening the package itself, simply pull out a pad, pull off the paper covering the adhesive part, and put the pad in your panties. You will feel so relieved, so happy!.

I have been searching for this level of absorbency & protection all my life! Having had 3 c-sections, cervical cancer, and now I have chronic rheumatoid arthritis. all that mixed with living in excruciating pain daily, my bladder is shot! I’m a plus size woman, and these give me full coverage from front to back, they don’t bunch up, and they’re not bulky. These are actually on the thin side, but the coverage is on point. The absorbency is Amazing!!! These are better than any pad or adult diaper that I’ve ever tried.

When I stand up I pretty much empty out most if not all of my bladder, these pads Absorb everything, NO LEAKES! And they keep you DRY!!!I’m so Grateful that I don’t have to be embarrassed no longer with wetting myself, and not too mention I’m on a budget, and I can purchase these in bulk makes my pockets HAPPY.

My baby was born premature. And out of all the creams and ointment we got from the hospital, this one works. It works for everything! Diaper rash, cracked lips, when his cheeks starts to get dry and red.

Any and everything it worked for. My baby is 3 yes now, This is the 2nd time buying this box.

So, disclaimer, I use the Prevail as inserts for my geriatric dog who wears diapers and definitely needs more for full force total urination 100% of time. I have been using the moderate absorbency, and needed to upgrade to a higher level of absorbency.

Ordered this overnight protection, but made sure it stated on packaging front “regular” not “long”, as my dog’s diaper cannot handle a long length and the regular length was perfect. I presumed that a “regular” length was the same on whichever absorbency – WRONG.

Prior to opening, I called customer service, and she agreed with me that in fact even though it states “regular length” it isn’t the same regular length as their other absorbencies – that it is actually 16″.

But, when I asked her then what is the length of overnight absorbency but packages call “long length” she stated, “also 16”. Poor, poor, poor packaging and advertising – deceptive. I am very upset as these are not returnable, so feel duped by false, misleading advertising.

Don’t chime in and give me feedback, “well if you would read the fine print it states. “. My point of concern has been validated.

I bought these for my 12yo special needs daughter who has urinary accidents most days. They absorb well for the most part but I wouldn’t expect them to hold if you are using them for complete incontinence.

My daughter has leaked out of them multiple times at night but for day time they have been okay as we toilet her on a schedule and she doesn’t have accidents of the larger size. No experience with whether or not the hold a BM.

Also, can’t truly comment on comfort since I don’t wear them but they don’t seem to bother her or bunch up to one side or the other like the adult small depends brand do for her. They aren’t hard or stiff like some briefs can be either.

She is in between sizes; too big for the “nite time” pants/pull-ups but too small for the adult small Depends you can find in stores. These are the perfect size for her right now. She is about 5ft and 95-100 pounds.

One thing that I can complain about is they frequently tear in the stretchy area if you tug the slightest bit too hard when pulling them up but I’ll deal with it since they are what we need size wise right now.

All in all they’re not perfect but worth it when you’re limited on options.

Like many others I’ve tried many brands & many absorbency types. The less bulky ones had to be changed too many times a day. The bulky ones felt like I was wearing a diaper. Not this one. I can wear one all day or night with no need to change.

It’s a relief to get up at night & make it to the bathroom with no leakage. It’s thin enough so you don’t see any bulges in your clothing. Saves money since I use only two a day. Adhesive is same as others.

Never had many problems with them adhering. I like the regular size not long & it’s nice that they offer absorbency rate 6 in both lengths.

I’m a mother of two sons, 26 and 20. Since the second birth, I’ve dealt with a small amount of bladder leakage when I’ve had a deep and sudden cough or sneeze. When I was sick, I would wear a sanitary pad and hated them.

I tried Poise Originals Ultimate Absorbency-Long Length and it far exceeded my expectations! First, it stayed in place the entire time I used it (an absolute must, for obvious reasons). Second, it was super comfortable and if it wasn’t, that’s a deal-breaker for me! Third, it kept me completely dry and 100% did its job! I’ve tried other Poise products and have always been quite impressed.

This one is no exception and has the same top-notch quality, that is a trusted part of the Poise brand. I would feel confident in using these in my normal everyday activities, as well as with more rigorous activities, such as playing sports, exercise, hiking, jogging, etc.

In summary, I give this product 5 stars out of 5 stars and would not hesitate to use them in the future, as well as highly recommend them to anyone who needs them. In fact, I challenge anyone using another brand to try these from Poise and am completely comfortable in saying.

I have tried many different pads and usually end up going back to pull-up underwear. I love that it has a wider area in the back for better absorbing area while sleeping. I didn’t feel like I had a pad on which is amazing.

Was nice to see bed and clothes were dry with just wearing a pad to bed. I’ve had bladder surgery and take medicine but still have problems so I really know my which pads are good and bad! I got these from the HomeTestersClub free to try and to give my honest review.

I would definitely highly recommend these to everyone and I have actually already told some people all about them. I love that they are so comfortable and I can actually wear my own underwear that by itself is a win-win! So honestly ladies if you need something for at bedtime while you sleep grab yourself a bag of Poise Original Extra Coverage Overnight you will be glad you did!!! And actually men I honestly think if you put pad in backwards you can use them too!!!!.

I had leg surgery and could not move as fast as needed. I tried other brands that major stores (cvs, Walmart, target) carried and found them to be bulky and leak. A friend suggested Prevail Incontinence Protective Underwear, but they were only avail at medical supply stores that were not convent for me to drive to.

I ordered these on Amazon and they saved my life. Although I didn’t need them very long, they are the best there is, worth waiting to get. After I got better, I ordered the Prevail Proven | Long Incontinence Bladder Control Pads to help with the transition.

Save yourself the time trying other products. All Prevail products are the #1 Best.

I’ve tried many different incontenence underwear and all leak depending on the amount of urine you expel. But I can literally pee in these, go back to sleep and pee in them again and only if I pee a third time will it leak.

I urinate about a cup at a time. So this holds up to 2 cups. This is important to know if you are stuck somewhere without a spare pad or place to urinate. Or if you pea a lot at night. I am so glad I found these.

They wick away the pee and you don’t really feel it on your skin like you do other brands. I don’t know about you, but my sleep is very important to me.

I like the feel of how these dont get hot, stay dry feeling, and odor and skin problems are controlled. These much better more absorbent and easy more comfortable than Tranquility Elitecare and does not fall down.

They fit me better than any other diaper and when I wet I have no clue I am wet what scares me. Because I do not have any awareness of when I need to *** or poo. I am on a schedule of sitting on toilet for 5 minutes after I *** or poo after each meal and before showers but this diaper I have no clue when wet other than if I flood it until it gets heavy.

These also bulk up but not to the point I know because it dry after wetting and doesn’t get hot or cold. It’s a funny feeling for me but sensory good way.

I had been buying the Prevail PM or overnight briefs for 6 years for my husband and loved them. They were the best, went all night with no leaks. Now I have been trying these Prevail air overnight and they are jot as good.

They leak a lot, the urine goes through the brief not out on the sides. I hate that they discontinued the other ones. I will still use them but change them more often or double pad. They are still better than other brands I have tried.

I dont know why they discontinued something that was good.

I have purchased many, many different brands of incontinence pads over the past year or so. I’ve been so frustrated because the ones I’ve used for years have been discontinued (Walmart’s Options brand, 27 ct, regular length maximum).

Every one I tried was not good enough. I was changing them every 3-4 hours–maximum, ultimate, whatever–they just didn’t work. I was starting to get frantic about it. Until I found Prevail. utterly wonderful.

Best I’ve ever used. I’ve been buying them by the case from Sunshine Medical (fabulous people!) since. I intend to never run out of them!.

We use these in conjunction with disposable Adult Briefs for nighttime and travel of a medically challenged special needs child. Have been using them for years and the fit perfectly in the Adult brief and hold so much.

The have drastically cut down on accidental leaks from the briefs.

The pads are for my wife, who has bladder control problems. She is living in a memory care residence. She was using a larger size, but that size was discontinued.

These are great for overnight coverage. Covers a large area and strong too.

In last 20 yrs, these are best pads we’ve used due to absorbency and price….been purchasing from simply medical for last two yrs, even during pandemic their shipping was timely!

I continue to stand by this product as one of the most absorbent of the products I have tried. Also, it has very nice coverage for overnight security!!!

Love this product! It keeps you dry and odorless! I can use it the whole day with peace of mind and not worrying it will leak or smell.

Since I am handicapped and also incontinent I had difficulty purchasing the pads as I had given up driving several years ago. I had to get a driver to help me and many days we traveled between many of the Dollar General stores only to find out the pads were out of stock.

I’m 90 years old and have used these for more than 10 years. It is so convenient to receive these at my door each month.

Product is a bit bulky (#5 holds larger quantity of liquid). Really like odor guard protection. My only issue is there should be a strip of tape tabs in the pkg. to seal the pads properly for sanitary disposal.
