20 Best Pads For Overnight Incontinence (2022 Updated)

These pads have changed my life. I am no longer changing pads 4 or 5 times a day. I don’t have the “accidents” and embarrassement I endured with other products. I had tried commercial products found on any drug store shelf and needed to eliminate one brand after another – it was a question of finding not only the correct size, but also the needed absorbency.

I bought some that had “wings” which irritated my inner thighs. Worse of all, I might find one that worked but it was not available the next time I needed to purchase more. I never have to worry with Attn: Grace, they come every 6 weeks in a discreet box, the length and absorbency is perfect and there is absolutely no irritation to my most sensitive areas.

I have recommended them to friends who have thanked me profusely.

One of my many symptoms hanging on since my 2020 COVID19 experience is a leaking bladder. Sensitive skin found me trying out every pad I could locate and they all caused irritation. Then I found an ad for ATTN:GRACE.

What a delightful surprise. This heavy pads do all it promises 110%. Very long; retains an amazing amount of urine (plenty of time to get where you need to be); can not detect even in my dress pants; confidence building for getting out of the house; I am not anxious and frustrated with fear when in a social atmosphere; my pad of choice.

ATTN: GRACE retains a warm, sympathetic, professional staff. I plan to try ATTN: GRACE’s other products directly. I wish for all women with leakage troubles the smarts to get in touch with ATTN; GRACE and a Urology Specialist.

Have used almost every brand if pads for bladder leaks and these are the most comfortable have ever used. They are soft and gentle on sin – almost forget one is wearing them. My personal incontinence issue is surprise gush.

These pads are very absorbent and catch that gush. With other pads have needed to carry an extra pair of underwear along with spare pads as those pads never protected undergarments. With some even found urine dripping downy legs – utterly embarrassing.

This problem does not happen with these pads.

Only used 2 liners so far within a couple of hours, but so far I love it!! Was apprehensive about these after reading all the negative reviews, but decided to just try it and see for myself. Was also a little desperate to replace the l.

liners I had been using for the last few years as now whatever material they’re using is causing my skin to be horribly itchy and painful. These honey pot liners have been a godsend to cool down my nether regions!! Especially with the unbearable itchiness I’ve been mysteriously having (don’t think it’s yeast as I don’t have all the symptoms).

Was afraid of the burn others were talking about, so far it’s not burning for me but feels so cooling. Would be great when I have to go out in Houston humid heat and sweaty everywhere. The rose smell is very soothing/refreshing too, I usually need help not just after my periods to stay fresh but all the other days of the month too ha.

I can see that this may not be for everyone, I might just be used to it bc I often use menthol/peppermint oil for other uses. Just wish it wasn’t so pricey for so little, but the pad is exactly the size and thickness I think the l liners used to be before it changed – love it! Its adhesive is way better than l liners now, doesn’t get twisted on me or give me a wedgie, stays put.

Keeps me dry, cool and fresh. Sticking with these for now!.

I was initially worried because of all the reviews complaining about burning and the adhesive not sticking. I thought for sure there would be something I might not like about these and really my only complaint is it’s a bit wide for my panties but not enough to be a problem or a reason for me not to buy again.

Better than the tiny liners that catch nothing. Also the adhesive has stuck well to my synthetic period panties (they’re one of the only black underwears I own lol). As for the mint/burning I don’t feel any discomfort or pain at all and I actually really enjoy the sort of “cooling” effect.

Typically I have sensitive skin too and can’t tolerate really anything irritating. I ended up going through with buying despite my initial worries because the creator of THP writes on her packaging her struggles with BV and my periods ALWAYS throw my pH out of balance.

Even on non period days I feel like a discomfort, so I wanted to try the risk since the benefits would be great. And I thought if these ended up being painful I’d just not use them again and return them but oh boy when I say this is THE MOST comfortable I have been, with using the Flex discs, I am in heaven.

I even raved to my partner about it and I’m sure he’s had enough period talk but I can’t help it these are awesome!!!! I’m not shifting or adjusting my shorts/pants and I literally feel my mood has changed just from these alone helping with the pH part of things.

What a struggle that has been but not anymore. I also love that they’re chemical free and organic cotton!!!.

Used to love these liners and would go out of the way to buy them since they’re a tad more on the expensive side. Ever since I got them I was very loyal to this brand: I love their cooling effect but the last box I received was completely different than what I usually get.

The shape is really odd now: #1. It’s way shorter where it doesn’t cover all the areas needed (Look at past reviews for old liner back new liner). #2. Really wide where it doesn’t fit/conform to the width of any of my underwears (it’s really wide) and shows on the sides past the underwear.

It’s probably the widest I’ve ever seen a liner for any brand that makes liners. #3. The adhesive is very poor. It doesn’t stick on any underwear fabric and comes off really easily or sticks up your butt because it doesn’t adhere to your underwear.

If it does it’s very very light. This will be the last pack I buy unless they don’t change the shape back to what it was. The shape and the quilting on it definitely was not improved and seems much cheaper in terms of the quality it had before.

I purchased honeypot pads & pantyliners for the first time *because* mint and aloe were listed as cooling and soothing ingredients. While I also experienced some initial surprise at the intensity of the cooling sensation, I’m really scratching my head at how many customers are saying that they didn’t notice that the package says “Mint cooling.

” For the ladies that don’t want herbal oil infused pads, they’ve recently added a new collection of non-herbal feminine products to their line. That said, my only complaint is the new shape of the panty liners.

I’ve never loved any product more than I loved this one, until they made the new pad too short for necessary coverage, and too wide to keep from sticking to my legs and other skin down there. After readjusting 3 different liners to no avail, I just threw what was remaining in the package away.

In the time that I’ve been using this product, this is the 3rd shape change I’ve experienced. Fingers crossed that the company returns to their previous shape!.

I love these pads! The length of them is perfect since periods tend to be messy and shift around. The mint is really strong though, you can feel the cool. I really like how these have a good scent in them, period blood stinks and this is a more natural way of treating any odor.

The mint is pretty refreshing and cool down there. You’ll feel it for awhile and it’ll last. I love how long lasting it is though, you will feel clean and fresh with these pads 100%. I’ll just use these ones from now on, the other ones I used to use were the Cora ones.

They’re so small for the every day use ones but not the overnight. I use Cora tampons and I still will, but these honeypot pads do absolute wonders. I will recommend these to any woman. I know the negative reviews can be intimidating but don’t hate it until you try it.

It’s a one of a kind experience with these, unless there’s other pads that have that minty fresh physical feeling.

The box says “Compare to Tena” – but these are better than Tena. I’ve used the Tena Overnight pad for several months and it’s OK but the plastic backing is very thin and tears easily, allowing the liquid contents to wet everything anyway.

I tried these because I’ve used Equate pads for years (both period pads and incontinence pads) and found them to be consistently of high quality and low price. These are just a hair smaller than the Tena, which just means a tad less bulk, but they do the same job.

The plastic backing is a tad thicker so they rarely tear. I’ve also begun using them throughout the day for peace of mind. As another reviewer pointed out, due to their shape they can be worn either way to suit your personal situation.

I have used the Assurance underwear and also different types of pads but for me, these are the best. Absorbent but not bulky. It’s so much easier to remove and replace the pad than the underwear. I just wish these pads were longer to the back because as I am sitting down or lying in bed, the pee runs to the back and my clothes get wet.

What I have done is cut one of the pads in half and stick it to the back for more (longer protection), but the problem is that it is unconfortable. I say, Walmart should make a longer version of these.

These pads are 12 inches long so if WM makes a longer version, make them be about 16 inches longer.

These are by far the best incontinence pads I have tried, and I have tried several. They adhere very well and stay in place, but don’t leave an adhesive residue on your undies. They are wide enough for good coverage, but they are still comfortable and soft.

I really like the longer length. I wear mine during the day and night, but it is especially comforting knowing I have the extra length, especially since I am partially disabled and it can take me a few minutes to get out of my bed and to the bathroom.

They are VERY absorbent. I was using two overnight maxi pads side by side, and they could only absorb about 30% of what one of these pads will. I have tried other brands, but these are much better. I cannot say enough good things about these.

the overnight pad used to be adequate. Lately (and I am a heavy user and have been for quite some time) I found the outer cover to be flimsy. It tears when you try to adjust the pad inside the underwear thereby exposing the cotton-like innards and then you must replace it with a new pad.

A total waste. When the pad is used and the tearing has taken place you have a messy removal. There must have been a change in the production and not for the better. The outer shell must be made stronger and not tear so easily.

I am looking for a better product. Also the pads in the pack of 28 cannot be removed from the pocket easily. You end up with a torn wrapper which cannot be used for disposing of the used pad. Again, in the early days those issues did not exist.

I must deduct that cutting corners for bigger profits must be the issue here. When the quality suffers customers respond by switching brands as these products are costly.

I’ve been buying these for about a year now for my 92 year old aunt. I bought 4 packages the last time, and in each package, every other pad had no adhesive. I talked to customer service about it last week and haven’t gotten a response.

Now I have 2 packages of pads with no adhesive. Very frustrating when you need to open each pad separately to see if they have the adhesive or not. Basically paid double the price. I’ll never order again from tena.

I love this product, works well with mom. First time I ordered it – the pack was 33. But on the 2nd time, I was trying to reorder it but option changed – its only a pack of 10 for less than $12! I think I will get it somewhere else where its 33 pack for $12.

I have used the Tena overnight brand for years and I was getting tired of the inconsistency of their product, upon reading reviews on the Equate overnight I decided to give them a try. So glad that I did, these are great, they hold a lot of liquid, I turn them around so that the wider end is at the front and that works better for me.

They’re not going to hold liquid like the briefs but they do a great job with overnight leaks. I wear them during the day also because I’m on a water pill and have to use a walker and sometimes making it to a bathroom in time is a problem! The joys of getting old!.

The package said regular size, just heavier for night. They give one small size than your only selection left is for Avery very large woman. This pad is 17inch long and 8wide at one end and 6inches wide the other end.

It covers more area than wearing a diaper. You would literally have to cut in half to use.

The new packaging is terrible for old people to open. When you are old your hands are not able to pull and tug on sealed boxes to open. I will not buy this product again because of the change on the packaging.

The product is great if you could get the box open. Next time it will be Poise not Walmarts products. I have been buying these for a couple of years and this is the first time I have had all the problems just to get open.

I bought them for my mom. She loves them! She wears them all the time. She did notice that she had better luck when she turned them around with the bigger part in the front. She wishes they had tape that you could stick them to underwear and wings on the sides like some period pads do.

I never write reviews but am compelled to let you know about this product. I have been buying all kinds of pads and pullups for my almost 90 year old mother. She could not be out for more than an hour or she would soil through her clothes even while wearing 2 pads and a pullup.

These highly absorbent, flat pads are perfect for a person with limited or no mobility. They are not a taped pad, therefore they are loose around the leg. The result is minimal abrasion yet still able to absorb a lot of moisture.

I purchased this brand of incontinence pads because this company’s babies nappies are superb, as they also contain a few gel balls INSIDE the outside layers of the nappy to wick away all urine wetness from the baby’s bottom.

For some strange reason, this company does not think it important to incorporate the same gel balls inside the adult ladies incontinence pads, so these pads, which annoyingly can only be bought online too, are beautifully made, and organic, but offer no protection from chafing from having a wet bum for adult women users.

The pads are beautifully made, stick well to underwear and are organic like the baby nappies, but do not include the ABSORBENT GEL BALLS INSIDE THE PAD which the babies nappies have. Also the babies nappies can be purchased in some supermarkets, but the women’s pads cannot be purchased in any shop, which is annoying and illogically unfair.

After i had my fifth child, i had issues with my bladder leaking with every single movement i made so when i got these incontinence pads by Eco by Naty, i was so relieved. Not only do they absorb more than 10 times their weight, but they’re also safe for your skin because they are made of natural ingredients instead of harmful plastics.

And you don’t have to worry about leaking either. I’m a very active woman, and these pads work perfect for me. If you are looking for a good, safe pad for incontinence issues, i would definitely recommend this brand!.

I like that this product is made with natural materials. I found them to be nicely breathable and handled light leaks very well. They do tent to create a few lint fuzzies on the surface of the pad. I think they are a nice refreshing option for natural materials compared to some other items available on the shelf.

I will continue to use these as my go to incontinence pad.

I read a lot of reviews before I bought these and was very hopeful that it would give me good protection. I decided to test them before I was out in public and perhaps have an accident. I don’t have little leaks, I can’t hold it when I really have to go and once I start to go – that’s it, my bladder will empty completely.

I put one on at home and unfortunately it didn’t hold enough liquid for me. They are also very large, which would have been fine if it worked for me. My recommendation to anyone would be to buy a smaller package and try them for yourself at home and see if they work for you.

This is now the only pad I trust. I will continue to buy until something better comes along. I have tried most other brands, too many leaks. Unfortunately, Tena, for some reason decided to make the sides a little narrower.

bad move, thats where the leaks come now. However, for overall comfort and absorbing they cannot be beat. The adhesive can obliterate the center shield of your underpants, it is next to impossible to remove, so do this: the pad is folded when received, remove (tear off) the two pieces on the top and bottom portion of the pad only.

Leave the middle portion in place. The adhesive on the top and bottom will keep the pad in place and your lovely underpants will not have adhesive on the shield that cannot be removed. I have no idea why it removes from the pants but not the shield!.

I purchase these pads for my mom. They are working great for her. It keeps her dry longer. She is happier.

While i found these very soft & comfortable, they fell apart very quickly& bunched up in the middle. The sticky tab does not go all the way to the end of the pad & when you pull your underwear down it gets caught between your legs & pulls up the pad.

Very disappointing.

These pads are very soft and absorbent. The only issue I have with them is the adhesive strip is not the entire length of the pad so sometimes they fold over backwards and have to be adjusted.

Pads do not stick properly and tend to fold over or slip down. The triple fold makes them difficult to line underwear as the folds do not want to stretch out and lay comfortably.
