20 Best Pain Killer For Cramps (2022 Updated)

I have been experiencing the worst cramps on the tops of my feet, up the front of my shins and in the backs of my legs below the calf muscles – every night, sometimes all at the same time to the point where I could barely stand up or walk.

I would cry with the pain and fatigue of countless sleepless nights with multiple episodes. I tried numerous products and my doctor even switched my statin, but no relief. I admit I was reluctant to try Theraworx because it seemed pricey and too good to be true, but I finally added a bottle to my grocery order and tried it the first night, spraying and rubbing into all the trouble spots and then repeating the process per the instructions.

I slept through the night without a single pain or even a twitch. Others have complained about the spray bottle, but I have found it works fine. The spray is very fine and covers a wide area so have had no trouble just sitting bedside and raising my foot and leg.

If that doesn’t work for you, spray into your hand and rub it on or try the foam. I read one review where someone used a cotton ball to apply. The effectiveness of this product is so impressive, a little experimentation and problem solving is completely worth it.

I sincerely hope you give this a try. If it doesn’t resolve your muscle cramp challenges, you may need a physician’s help to evaluate metabolic and circulatory function.

Sadly I contracted Covid-19 last month and after the main symptoms subsided I was struck with debilitation muscle cramps and some neuropathy. Even with the steroids and muslce relaxors I got limited relief.

I stumpled upon a few reviews of Theraworx and decided to try. THERAWORX gave me the relief I needed to continue working. It is easy to apply, does not have medicine smell and the relief is very quick, not quite instant, but you can feel it rather quickly.

In my case it lasts several hours. To my amazement it also has caused ZERO skin irritation. I am now in physical therapy to help with the muscle issues and again THERAWORX came to the rescue – if you have ever had intensive physical therapy you know that the aftermath of a session is often worse than the origional issue.

I hate to admit it, but I keep the bottle in my car and put it on right after therapy in the parking lot – first time I did not bring it and I coudl barely bring my left arm up to hold the steering wheel.

I always feel a little skeptical abut reviews of products like this and the people that say they never review products or that something is “AMAZING”. But my experience with this product has been wonderful.

I am not saying that it will elminate your muscle pain or bring you back to 100 percent. But it did and continues to help me deal with a very serious amount of pain in conjunction with my medication, I am positive that it is a key component in my recovery.

I will add an update once I have recovered a bit more, I ride cyclocross competitively and with so much time off the bike I am sure my training plan will include some VERY sore nights after workouts – might even need to try the joint relief.

I have started using Theraworxs because nothing else has worked. Ive tried it all including PT, massager, tenes, cortisone shots, hylaronic acid shots. Yesterday I bought Theraworxs. These heating pads are truly amazing! If I wasn’t concerned about the cost, I think I’d use one every day during the winter, so comforting. I usually have serious cramps and nausea every month and haven’t found anything that really helps, but I thought I’d give these a try and am so glad I did.

These pads work great for cramps and they put off a slight hint of lavendar which is so soothing. The temperature is just right and they stay hot for such a long time. The package says they stay heated for up to 8 hours, but I’ve worn them for close to 12 hours and still getting a good amount of heat.

Love love love. Will definitely be adding this to my subscription and keeping one in my purse all the time!.

The Cora Heat Relief Patches are a convenient way to soothe period cramps when you are on the go. Let’s face it, you can’t keep your heating pad with you all the time but you can get some relief by using these convenient, portable patches.

The patches are large and attach to your clothing, not your skin. They provide a soothing warmth for several hours. Although the warmth is not quite the same as my heating pad, it does provide some comfort.

The patches themselves are quite large which may be an obstacle, especially if you have a smaller frame. They adhere pretty well but can make you feel damp and sweaty, especially on warmer days or when you are indoors.

They have plant extracts although I could not tell what benefit those offered. I think they are a decent alternative to nothing at all when your period cramps are causing you a significant amount of pain and you still have to go about your day.

I’d definitely say give them a try and see for yourself!.

I received a box of Cora Heat Relief patches to try. This box came with several patches to use, each individually wrapped. I couldn’t wait to try these because I get awful lower back pain and stomach cramps.

The instructions indicated to not use these directly on the skin rather adhere them to a piece of clothing. I decided to stick it to my underwear right over the cramping was. These patches deliver a slow, gentle heat that lasts about 8 hours.

They are thin and non-bulky. I was able to wear my jeans right over them to run errands. I also like that the patch stayed in place the whole time. It felt really soothing and with it now being in the 80’s outside, it didn’t make me too hot either.

I think Cora using natural ingredients like: raspberry leaf, dandelion root, and cramp bark is really unique too. Overall, I think is a really nice product. It’s helped a lot with the discomforts of my monthly cycle.

I’ve used Midol ever since I was 14, I get really awful cramps during my period and this is the only product that works fast and relieves my pain. I’m not one of those people that needs to buy name brand everything but this is one product I won’t buy a generic in.

The generic of Midol just doesn’t compare to the real thing and won’t work for me. I also love that Midol has 120mg of caffeine in a 2 pill dose because if your like me, I lose all my energy during my period.

I don’t always have access to coffee or energy drinks for a boost so I like that Midol adds caffeine to their pills. This is only about $6-$7 at Wal-Mart for a 24ct box, I probably only have to take it twice during my period so it lasts awhile.

Definitely worth it.

I used to take MIDOL, when I still had a Menstrual Cycle. This was the ONLY thing that had EVER HELPED (besides twice from my doctor, when I was given Lupron shots, this can’t be taken often though) my Severe Cramps, Pain, Bloating, Severe Nausea, Headaches, Body Aches, etc.

Although I was Popping these Midol Pills – like they were Candy, at that time. I DESPERATELY NEEDED RELIEF this was my only way HOW. I suffer from ENDOMETRIOSIS PCOS. My husband gets leg cramps often at night. I have had a couple. We can take one tablet and put it under our tongue to dissolve and the cramp goes away in minutes. It’s crazy, sounds unbelievable but it truly works well.

He keeps it next to the bed and on hand when he travels.

I am returning this unopened. I read that you put under your tongue when you had cramps but in actuality, you take it every day continually. Not wanting another daily pill.

Tried using this for chronic leg cramps, caused by statin drugs for cholesterol. It had no effect, cramps and muscle spasms in my legs continued, whether taking MagniLife in the evening or under the tongue when spasms were occurring – the spasms can go on for 10 minutes.

That’s not to say it won’t be effective for someone else, but I could only give it 3 stars. First and last purchase of this product.

I bought this Advil Liqui Gel because I run out of Tylenol Extra Strength and I can’t bear my back pain at night. One of my friends recommend me, so I just give it a try. So I want to first draw my conclusion here: despite being a bit more expensive, I think Advil Liqui Gel is a better product than Tylenol Extra, and I will list my reasons in the following paragraphs.

First of all, like many other Advil Ibuprofen product lines, these liquid gels contain 200mg of ibuprofen in each capsule. Tylenol Extra Strength, on the other hand, has 500mg of acetaminophen in each capsule, which is a drug that has a similar effect to ibuprofen.

Compared to other Advil products, what’s different is the design of dissolvable liquid gels, which contribute to much faster dissolving time and reduce the time to take effect. In terms of absorption efficiency, compared to Advil Tablet and Tylenol Extra Strength need approximately 30 minutes to have the effect, this one only takes around 15 minutes.

I usually take this before I brush my teeth and clean my face, and by the time I return to bed, I feel relieved and am ready to go to sleep. In terms of effect length, it usually lasts 4-6 hours for 1 capsule and 6-8 hours for 2 capsules.

Taking 2 capsules doesn’t extend the length to great extent, but it has a better effect for pain-relieving than 1 capsule. (Do not take more than 6 capsules in 24 hours unless being instructed by physician) I usually take 2 capsules before nighttime, and it usually lasts during my entire sleeping time.

There are cases that my toothache is too severe that I have to retake during mid-night so I can get to sleep again, but 2 capsules work for most other cases. Now, about the side effects, because it’s an ibuprofen-based pain killer, its side effects come a tiny bit worse than acetaminophen-based pain killers like Tylenol, especially in causing gastrointestinal and cardiovascular adverse effects.

However, again, these side effects are extremely rare to be experienced, and usual side effects include a slight stomach, heartburn, and other minor ones. It is also true that Advil, along with many NSAIDs, does have slight damages to the kidney, which usually will be recovered immediately, while Tylenol does zero damage to the kidney.

So that’s something you could think about, but all I can say is that both pain killers rarely have any side effects on me. The only time I experience the side effect is when I took Advil before going to bed, but because I ate spicy food that night, it caused me slight heartburn, which recovers after I took TUMBS.

This is because Ibuprofen has the chance to slightly harm the gastric mucosa, but it won’t worsen the symptom unless it’s already there. In terms of design, which I personally don’t think matters but will talk about it anyway, the green blue-ish color of a liquid gel gives a sense of tranquility and implies its function of keeping you chill and calm.

Speaking about the price, this bundle came in $19. 99 with a 200 count and an extra small pack of Advil PM, so each capsule is approximately 10 cents. This bundle is priced exactly the same as the Advil Tablet version of 200 ct, but slightly more expensive than the $15.

72 Tylenol Extra Strength 225 ct package with each capsule costing around 7 cents. However, I do hate the amazon advertisement for titling this product as a two-pack, when it’s just a bundle of one bottle and a small pack of 2 Advil PM capsules.

Everything except it is perfectly fine. In general, I still recommend Advil Liqui Gel has a trustworthy brand, and it’s a better product in terms of its liquid gel packaging, its high speed of absorption, and a generally stronger and longer-lasting pain-relieving effect than Tylenol.

However, whether choosing Advil or Tylenol really comes down to what kind of pain you are experiencing: Advil reduces inflammation, which reduces pain, so it works best on pain caused by inflammation, such as pain from RA, toothache, and backpain.

While Tylenol, on the other hand, works to lower your body’s pain threshold. But in general, Advil Liqui Gel just has a better effect for pain reliving in generic scenarios.

I’ll admit it- my PMS is out of control. One minute I’m fine, the next minute I’m in tears about who knows what or yelling at someone about something even dumber. It seems to be totally random too, my symptoms can just start any week, and my symptoms are BAD.

I think that the Midol works a lot better than the Pamprin, caffeine-free, or otherwise. It’s multi-symptom, working to relieve you of cramps, bloating, headaches, backaches, and muscle aches. It also helps out with irritability.

Midol Complete- Caffeine Free contains a diuretic to help with water-weight gain, and an antihistamine to help with irritability. It contains 500mg of acetaminophen to help with headaches, backaches, muscle aches and cramps as well.

It does an excellent job at relieving my symptoms for about 4-5 hours at a time with just 2 little pills. It’s wonderful. You can get a 24 pack at Walmart for about $6, which I feel is average. I definitely recommend Midol Complete-Caffeine Free, but, whatever works for you.

Some women prefer Midol, some prefer Pamprin. Whatever works best for making you feel human again! 🙃.

Coming from someone who has random pms symptoms that vary each cycle, these are nice to have on hand for the bad ones. Was looking forward to trying them out during my time of the month, and to my surprise it did help me feel less horrible.

😅 I was in a pretty bad mood from idk what, probably from my slight headache and then bloating from craving and eating so much during my recent cycle. These symptoms were bearable during the day until I had to go to sleep (randomly started having some mild but annoying cramps.

). I decided to just take 2 capsules of this Midol Complete, since it was caffeine free too so. why not right? In just a few minutes, I felt less bloated and the headache and cramps slowly went away.

I received these products for free from Influenster and Midol Complete in exchange for my honest review. I am happy it’s caffeine free, because sometimes I have to take something for my cramps in the middle of the night and I’m very sensitive to caffeine as a stimulant.

That aside, one dose was enough to soothe my pain so I was able to relax and sleep better. I only needed to take a second dose when I woke up the next morning and I had a cramp free day. I also tend to retain about 5-7 lbs.

I accidentally found this product at a check out counter and decided to try it. I have leg cramps usually at night. I am so glad I tried them. They have worked from day one. I also now purchase another product from this company called Leg.

Amazing! I went to bed with a killer headache. Woke up the next morning with not just a killer headache but terrible neck pain. I was in agony! I thought I had a migraine, a terrible one, or if it was the change in air pressure because of the temperature change.

Well I went out and got something for a migraine and for menstruation (it’s that time). I decided to take this instead of the migraine pill since I’m also bloated. In less 20 min everything dulled to practically nothing.

For almost 2 years, I’ve had intermittent debilitating pain in my right foot, and hip/SI joint area. A few days ago, I was once again holding the walls, ping pong table, and anything else to support myself while attempting to walk with excruciating pain in my SI joint.

On a friends recommendation, I took the Hylands Leg Cramps PM (the pharmacy was out of the non PM). The next morning I woke up with zero pain. It’s absolutely crazy because normally I wake up and have to hobble for the first 5 minutes to gauge the pain level in my ankle and SI joint.

Again, after taking the Hylands Leg Cramps PM, there was no pain in the morning in my ankle or SI joint. I can’t remember the last time I was pain free in the morning. I have used it (3 tabs under the tongue) for the past three nights with the same results.

I’ve suffered for years with absolutely debilitating and excruciating period pain that is definitely more severe than most. Every couple months it will be so bad that I actually end up passing out or am too dizzy to see properly.

Given my experience and the sheer severity of my period symptoms, I would assume that even if you have severe symptoms, since most people likely wouldn’t be so severe that they’re passing out, this would work just fine without the assistance of pain meds.

Given that my symptoms are as severe and debilitating as they are, however, I’m happy with the level of relief it provides, and would recommend this as a helpful tool to manage pain.

Absolutely adore the Ovira, I bought this one as my tens machine I got from my pelvic physio 5 years ago finally crapped itself. I needed a new one and the Noha caught my eye. Not only did my old machine get in the way, was bulky, ugly and made me feel like a science experiment with all the cords, I didn’t look forward to using it.

I am extremely happy with the product. I have severe period pain since the age of 14 been in and out of hospital and took all sort of medicine which works for a while but then stops working after. And when I say medicine I mean strong ones.

The situation was worse in terms of pain that one of the doctors advised my parents to consider the option of making me undergo surgery to stop my period however that will mean I won’t be able to have kids of my own, I was 14 when he said.

Exams has been done but nothing. Tired of the continuous medicine I decided to try this and so far at least for this month I feel better been using it since day one of my period and am on day 3 today.

I hope this works even when I experience severe pain.

I bought this Advil Liqui Gel because I run out of Tylenol Extra Strength and I can’t bear my back pain at night. Despite being a bit more expensive, I think Advil Liqui Gel is a better product than Tylenol Extra,.

First of all, like many other Advil Ibuprofen product lines, these liquid gels contain 200mg of ibuprofen in each capsule. Tylenol Extra Strength, on the other hand, has 500mg of acetaminophen in each capsule, which is a drug that has a similar effect to ibuprofen.

Compared to other Advil products, what’s different is the design of dissolvable liquid gels, which contribute to much faster dissolving time and reduce the time to take effect. In terms of absorption efficiency, compared to Advil Tablet and Tylenol Extra Strength need approximately 30 minutes to have the effect, this one only takes around 15 minutes.

I usually take this before I brush my teeth and clean my face, and by the time I return to bed, I feel relieved and am ready to go to sleep. In terms of effect length, it usually lasts 4-6 hours for 1 capsule and 6-8 hours for 2 capsules.

Taking 2 capsules doesn’t extend the length to great extent, but it has a better effect for pain-relieving than 1 capsule. (Do not take more than 6 capsules in 24 hours unless being instructed by physician.

I’m a HUGE fan and enthusiast of homeopathy or any holistic treatment so I decided to give a try on this product. I must say though, as I got older and after kids, I no longer suffer with cramps and mood swings, but I still struggle with bloating.

This product REALLY works for bloating. I got mine on Amazon and it lasts a few months. All you need is 2 pills (they are very small) in the morning, and 2 in the evening at the onset of the symptoms and you will be good, for real.

The most efficient route for oral homeopathic medicine should be sublingual absorption (under the tongue) and the reason behind that is that the mucous membrane is thinnest under the tongue, so absorption will be quicker.

They also have Cyclease Cramps, which I’ve never tried so I can’t give my opinion.

Bought this for the wife. This stuff is *literally* just pink Excedrin, but for 600% more money. You can buy the Equate brand non-pink version for a dollar on this very website. Pink tax is some silly nonsense.

So glad I went with this. Whenever it’s that time of the month, I always get the most excruciating cramps the first 3-4 days where I have to be off work. I feel like I have to curl up in a ball all day.

I take this right when I am starting to feel pain, and it is a miracle! I feel no cramps whatsoever. Will have this as a staple to my cabinet.

I get very painful cramps. I take 2 a day before and 2 the day of and it reduces my symptoms by a lot. These work better than any other pain medication I’ve tried and I continue to buy these every time I run out.

I recommend these to anyone that says they have a headache or cramps. Works fast too.

I was so excited to try these with the hope they would ease the pain from cramps. When first opening the packaging, there is a strong smell but it is not there when just holding an individual patch. I prepped the area as directions instructed, and once you take the backing off, the scent of the lemon balm, lavender, menthol, etc were activated.

I was thinking when reading the ingredients the scent would be overpowering but I actually really liked it. Even following the directions, the patch did move some (edges mostly) but not often. I also work outside and it is currently hot so those were the conditions I wore it through.

I felt a bit of the cramp pain lighten up, but in that one spot and it feels like it (the pain) sort of moved to the other side. I do appreciate that the ingredients are natural and plant based, and understand some will have better results than others.

The patch is also a decent size, easy to place and apply. Removal was easy, no residue left behind. I will be trying these again for soreness/back pain when that happens but as far as cramps-this is not the solution for me.

It easy to hide discretely under your clothes. The adhesive after some time becomes loose but it easily conforms to the body it’s sticking on. I feel that it was kinda hard to remove the plastic so maybe they should use parchment paper instead for easier removal.

The size is a bit too large so maybe the heart in half would be better. I like that’s it’s like a bandage that’s like smooth cloth material. It’s very smooth. The smell I feel is a lot, it’s very herbal due to the essential oils.

The smell goes through your clothes. The product can be hidden under your clothes, but not the smell. The skin under the product kinda maintains a warm temperature. It does kind of numb the soreness but after I took it off, it was like I never used the product.

The soreness came back. I love the message of this product and it’s intentions. But I suppose these products aren’t meant for me, and I hope the smell would be better. I do like that it’s in the shape of purple hearts.

The patches themselves are great quality. Thin, breathable, flexible, sticky enough to stay in place all day but remove easily with no residue. They have a slight herbal scent but it’s not noticeable during wear.

Ten patches per resealable bag so the packaging is minimal. The patches were so comfortable I’d forget I was even wearing them. Unfortunately I’d also forget I was wearing them because I could not tell they were working.

If I really concentrated I could feel the very slightest cooling a few minutes after applying but that’s all. Absolutely no difference in pain. I tried using them in different areas and for different types of pain with zero results.

The product quality itself is top par but unfortunately it didn’t work for me. I wasn’t expecting miracle results but I could tell absolutely no difference when wearing these.

I just played in the senior games in Utah and they had a booth giving out these samples and I tell you, when the leg cramps hit as I got into bed! I am sooo greatful I had these to take. I took 2 tablets and within 5 to 10 minutes I was able to go to sleep.

So the next day I took them before, during and after I played. Never felt another cramp! Was sure sore, but never cramped up again.

I have had back spasms as a result of fractures for many years. Doctors have been hesitant to treat this chronic problem. I find this product to give relief without side effects. I do recommend this and have tried many other over the counter with no relief.

This is what helps me with all my aches. I am Not even exaggerating when I say I survived through Covid with only This. I had the most painful sore throat and this is the only thing I took and it actually worked and helped me recover faster.

This is what helps me during the time of the month as well when I have the most pain. I even take this in winter when I have really bad back ache and sometimes have hard time sleeping due to that. If not only takes the pain away but helps me sleep through the pain.

I even had a really bad knee pain due to wearing high heels and it wasn’t going away until I took this and now the pain in gone. So in other words Advil is my best friend even when I am traveling this is the only thing that I cannot forget to pack.

I Jee a mini bottle in the purse and I refill it as I go. Not only me but the whole family really depends on This for all their minor/major aches and pain. I highly recommend getting a bottle and keeping it in your medicine cabinet and buy the AM one which is non drowsy so you can even take during the day if needed.

So, I continue to be asked to review these products which people could care less about. It’s Advil. It works for my sinus headaches because I live in a dust bowl which traps everything from a six state radius.

I’m not kidding, my eyes have been swollen for three years now. I will also works for the days I go to the gym and think I’m 20. I quickly remember that I’m 47 and I hobble around taking Advil for the next week or so.

Doesn’t stop me from going back though because I have my trusty Advil that will be by my side. I’m careful to not take too much though, because that definitely has about a page long of side effects. If you’re suffering and need fast relief, get your self a bottle of Advil.

Typically, Advil has the most pain reliever medication in their ingredients, compared to the off brand. It’s a little more, but it’s worth it. I take it for all sorts of pain. Not for headaches. But any other body aches.

Take a medication specifically for headaches. But Advil lasts the longest and is the fastest acting pain reliever. I would say it’s as effective as prescription pain relievers, but without the “high” feeling or nausea some people experience with sensitive stomachs.

For almost 2 years, I’ve had intermittent debilitating pain in my right foot, and hip/SI joint area. A few days ago, I was once again holding the walls, ping pong table, and anything else to support myself while attempting to walk with excruciating pain in my SI joint.

On a friends recommendation, I took the Hylands Leg Cramps PM (the pharmacy was out of the non PM). The next morning I woke up with zero pain. It’s absolutely crazy because normally I wake up and have to hobble for the first 5 minutes to gauge the pain level in my ankle and SI joint.

Again, after taking the Hylands Leg Cramps PM, there was no pain in the morning in my ankle or SI joint. I can’t remember the last time I was pain free in the morning. I have used it (3 tabs under the tongue) for the past three nights with the same results.

I should add that I only tried the Hyland’s because I was desperate. I didn’t have much confidence in something homeopathic but was I ever wrong. Thank you Hylands, and thank you Deb for recommending this to me!! The only thing I would change is the size of the bottle.

It’s pretty small, and it seems a larger bottle would be much easier to locate in the cabinet or house. And yes, I have already recommended this to someone else.

I suffer from bad menstrual pain every month, to the point that I’m not able to function normally, past out from pain a few times, can’t even stand up to walk straight. I’ve been on all sorts of medications and prescriptions since I was a teenager, but always come back to the same conclusion – I need painkillers for at least the first 2~3 days of each cycle.

The pain is real. Plus I also get the bad headaches, nausea, muscle aches, bloating, numb legs, fatigue, back pain and other period symptoms, so I’ve tried many many different painkillers in my life from different companies, or different versions from different country, you can just imagine it.

In my opinion, Bayer’s painkillers works the best for me. I also take the gelcap one which is Midol complete. I took one star off because I didn’t find it really long lasting as they advertised up to 8hours, but hopefully for other ladies who doesn’t have as bad of the pain it will work better.

But hey, I still feel like this has been the angel sent from heaven to save me for that time of the month, so I’m indeed grateful!.

I’m one of those unlucky ladies who experience menstrual pain every month. The cramps and bleeding are sometimes so severe, it debilitates me enough to take a sick day from work if I go without any kind medication intervention.

Therefore, an effective pain reliever is important to have on hand for me each month. Midol Long-Lasting Relief claims to work for 8 hours and supposedly relieves cramps, headaches, and backaches. Although I like how it has longer lasting effects, I’ve discovered that Midol Long-Lasting merely contains a higher dosage of acetaminophen, which is basically a common pain reliever ingredient of a major pain reliever brand that starts with T.

Extra Strength of that brand contains 500 mg acetaminophen while Midol Long-Lasting contains 650 mg, which accounts for the longer lasting effects. Midol Long Lasting also does not contain caffeine so it can be used even by people who are sensitive to caffeine.

My own PMS symptoms also include bloating and low energy fatigue, both symptoms that aren’t covered by this pain reliever. I do feel that if you’re someone who also experiences these additional symptoms to try Midol Complete which contains additional ingredients that help relieve a more complete set of common PMS issues.

Therefore, I recommend this Long Lasting variety for people who suffer from the various painful parts of PMS but not bloating or fatigue.

I started using Midol products over the last few months because I started getting lower back and abdominal muscle aches/pains during my period out of nowhere and wanted to try something made for those specific symptoms.

Now after trying it I prefer Midol over anything else for PMS symptoms. It works better than ibuprofen for the pains, cramps, headaches, and low energy levels. I definitely think it’s worth buying and I recommend it.

I also like that they offer caffeine and no caffeine versions of their products. The Midol Long Lasting Relief is basically just Midol branded acetaminophen at 650 mg a tablet so its great for anything you’d use aspirin for but its especially made to be a extended release formula so it provides long lasting relief and its also slightly stronger in mg than Tylenol extra strength for example.

The Midol Long Lasting Relief is 650 mg a tablet vs Tylenol Extra Strength is 500 mg a tablet. So this product will not only last longer but also have stronger pain relieving properties for your cramps, muscle aches, pains, and headaches than regular over the counter acetaminophen/aspirin products on the market.

I personally prefer the Midol Complete for the PMS symptom benefits (it has added ingredients besides just the acetaminophen) but the Long Lasting Relief I was given to try out was still good. I highly recommend the products.

My daughter uses this and she tells me all the time how well it works for her. She has cramps and headaches and this takes both away in one dose. I am so thankful that the off brand works just as well for her as the brand name.

The cost savings is worth it to us as well as the relief she gets.

These are great because they’re essentially the value version of name brand drugs. They perform the same way but with less of a cost. Works well for menstrual cramps.

I got these because they were cheaper than the name brand ones but tbh they worked perfectly !! My cramps were gone within less than 30 minutes! I even take them for headaches if I need a caffeine l lift!!.
