20 Best Pans For Scrambled Eggs (2022 Updated)

I adore this little pan. It is perfect for a single egg, cooks really quickly (no oil needed), and is so easy to clean. I usually don’t buy anything that isn’t dishwasher safe because I hate having to scrub by hand.

But even though this pan technically can go in the dishwasher, I have washed it by hand every time because it just takes a drop of soap and some hot water and it’s clean. Can’t beat the price but it definitely makes me want one of the larger ceramic pans.

This is a great little single egg pan. I’ve used it for 2 eggs, and it is doable, but I think it works best for a single egg. I use a touch of butter or spray and the egg slides around great. It is small, don’t ask it to be something it is not.

As such, it is very quick and easy to clean. No bulky long handles to maneuver in the sink.

This is a very good pan based on using the pan for one month. Time will tell for overall build and non-stick quality after using for 1, 3 and possibly 5 years. Lasting 5 years would likely raise the overall rating to excellent, currently too soon to call.

The Caraway fry pan is sturdy, having a hybrid steel base and aluminum pan. For this reason, it should work fine on induction cooktops. The pan is so non-stick, it is difficult to lubricate the pan with oil or butter which separates across the surface rather than adhering to the bottom flat.

Lubricating the pan is therefore a question of flavoring and not needed to prevent sticking. I have not experienced any cooking result which stuck to the pan. When cooled, the pan is easily cleaned by warm soapy water, rinse and wipe dry.

My only criticism is recommended care which came as a separate instruction in the Caraway pan box and limits cooking temperatures to medium heat or lower. While max. of medium heat will undoubtedly extend the life of the pan, this is undesirable in various cooking methods, especially when trying to brown.

Due to this recommended cooking temperature, I use another non-Caraway pan for browning. On the Caraway web site, having bottom browned eggs with runny yolks, sunny side up would be nearly impossible using medium heat or less, as recommended by Caraway provided cooking care instructions.

I considered buying a lid but prefer glass lids to be able to view cook status without letting the heat out. If glass lids are offered, I will also purchase a lid but not from the currently exclusive opaque lids offerings.

Purchased as a Xmas gift for my mom who didn’t have a non-stick frying pan for years. I gave it to her early while home for the holidays after she read a food preparation instruction that required a “non-stick” pan for stir-fry.

Unboxing was a beautiful presentation. My mom was really impressed! The cork trivet with bow, and Caraway logo’d protective bag are very nice touches, as well as the box it came in. Perfect for gift giving.

We prepped the 10. 5” gray fry pan as instructed and very pleased with its performance so far. I used it everyday during my 1 week stay, and plan on getting myself one as well. The quality is definitely noticeable, both in fabrication and performance.

It does what it’s intended to do, and distributes the heat evenly while cooking. Note that my mom has a new slide in electric range with glass cooktop that heats very quickly, and cooking on medium heat worked well with this pan.

The handle remained relatively cool as well. Love how it arrives in its own protective bag, which is used to protect the pan while stored away in the cabinet. Not sure if it’s necessary, but instructions do advise to use wood or plastic on the ceramic cooking surface, so the bag will keep it protected if other pans happen to be stacked on top.

One thing to note is that I shopped for a 10. 5” cover elsewhere and it did not fit, but a 10” did, even though a bit loose. A 10. 25” would have been ideal, but couldn’t find. It’s due to the metal thickness of the Caraway pan.

So, this was a perfect Xmas gift, that I was happy to use as well.

They are most definitely a beautiful product, and super easy to clean. However within the first week of use, there are already two spots where the coating has chipped off. I treat these pots as though they’re made of glass, I read how to be gentle with them.

Only use silicone utensils already (have since they were a thing) do NOT slide them across the burners, I hand wash them once they’ve cooled a bit. Even my husband has noticed how I treat them, and he notices nothing.

So to have two chips already really irritates me as these are not $30 skillets covered in traditional non stick coating. (which doesn’t chip within the first week, not even after 2 months) Would I recommend them, probably not.

Do not get me wrong, they are lovely looking, and the easiest clean up ever, but with the cost, they should hold up for years, especially if one treats them as tenderly as I do. Thank you for esthetically pleasing cookware, it’s just too difficult treating them as they are fine crystal, and they’re already chipping.

I purchased one of these and it started sticking after 6 weeks, progressively got worse. I never used heat higher than medium, never used it in the oven past 350 degrees (although it says you can go up to 400 degrees), never used any non-stick sprays (these will DEFINITELY ruin your pan!), never used metal utensils (or hand mixers, etc.

), always used only soapy hot water to clean the inside surface. I will NEVER buy this pan again! ANY non-stick pan that won’t last past 2-2 1/2 years is NOT worth purchasing. If frying chicken or ?? in oil, I use my WELL-SEASONED cast iron skillet.

For everyday use (eggs, grilled cheese, etc. ) I purchased a Tramontina commercial non-stick restaurant fry pan – I’m on my 2nd pan which lasted 2 1/2 years (using the same hints as above – i. e. , no metal utensils, don’t cook past medium heat, no non-stick sprays, etc.

) I used this pan daily – sometimes multiple times daily so if you want a GOOD non-stick, suggest the Tramontina. Remember, NO non-stick pan will last past 2-2 1/2 years so expect to purchase a new one after that period of time.

NOTE: The Gotham Steel will NOT last past 3 months.

This pan is lightweight, easy to use, and absolutely perfect for cooking one large egg in any style you like. The only caveat to it is that it does need a smaller than usual pancake turner in order to flip anything effectively.

but as these are easily found at Walmart, it doesn’t detract from my happiness with this pan. I also plan on using it for other small-quantity frying like mushrooms for a mushroom-swiss cheeseburger and ground beef for tacos.

Perfect pan for cooking for just one or two people.

it was purchased a novelty at first. I was a little skeptical because of videos on YouTube but I was completely amazed at how amazing it works, my personal care attendant uses “my pan” every morning to make eggs and bacon without any additional oil.

it is completely non-stick, it makes two eggs easily without any oil or the need of spatula. I will definitely be getting the complete little set for myself. when I first put it in my cart I wasn’t sure if it would really work but it means I don’t eat oily eggs for breakfast so I’m definitely glad I got this.

Great little fry pan! Excellent quality. Great for cooking for one or two people. I love that I can pull this out when I want to make a quick grilled cheese without messing up my larger skillets. The handle is nice and big, easy to grip.

The pan is not too heavy. It cooks evenly and pretty much wipes clean. Love that I can pop it in the oven!.

This pan provides an excellent little omelet pan, when you’re cooking for one. The nonstick surface seems quite durable and really is nonstick. I don’t know how you make anything else besides one or two eggs in it, as it is only 8 inches.

I think it would be pretty difficult to get any amount of, say, potatoes in it. But, like I said, it’s great for an omelet or a couple fried eggs. It cleans up very easily.

This pan has a safe and comfortable handle, heats quickly and evenly, and is a great size for many meals for the two of us. It cleans very easily with hot soapy water. So far the surface seems to last very well, with no degradation.

Any crusty or greasy build up come off easily too with a sponge. I like the size too for many meals and tasks, plus storage space is minimal.

Pan is heavy duty with quality construction and materials except for sharp edges on the bottom of the egg cup holder ring. When the the cup holder plate was stamped the manufacturer neglected to round over the sharp edges on egg cup holder plate.

while hand washing the plate I cut my fingers so take care when handling the egg cup holder insert. The pan is otherwise high quality, the egg cup release well with some non-stick spray or butter applied before cooking, egg cups volume is enough for extra large eggs with room to spare.

Pretty nice poacher. Clean, well made, and easy to clean. I use this just about every morning, and in about five minutes it turns out near perfect eggs. The only thing that is not quite right is the pickup tabs on the cups will not let the cover completely close if they are rotated outward, which is the best place to avoid getting burned when removing them.

this could be avoided if the upper rim of the pan was slightly higher. However with a little care this is a minor problem. All in all, this is a fine egg poacher, and worthy of your investment.

This is the 2nd Egg Poacher in the last year I have bought from Modern Innovations. Both are 4-egg poachers, the same, and the first one arrived perfectly. The 2nd one I got 2 days ago has a missing knob on the small egg poacher cup.

The loose screw was in the box with no button. I’ve tried to contact the company but the spot for me to type my concern wouldn’t let me type. now what?.

I was looking for a microwave utensil that would cook scrambled eggs without having to stop and stir the eggs during cooking. This two-sided omelet cooker was said in reviews I had read to be able to cook eggs that had been pre-scrambled (do NOT beat the eggs in the cooker) without stirring and in one shot in the microwave.

Having had some experience with other such cookers, I first cleaned the interior and then sprayed the inside with oil and rubbed it into the smooth surface. Egg proteins will adhere to any discontinuities in a surface even if they are microscopic.

So, filling the new surface with cooking oil is important to get a truly non-stick cooker. Rather than using this cooker for omelets, I do not put beaten eggs into both sides, only one side. I close the clam shell so that one side becomes a lid and then the beaten eggs (usually two eggs) are cooked at about 60% power for about 80 seconds (1 minute and 20 seconds in my 1200 Watt MW).

The top side of the clam shell seems to keep steam coming from the cooking eggs inside the unit and helps cook the eggs more uniformly and quickly than it otherwise would. I have had other cookers produce rubbery, dry eggs, but this cooker with one side closed over the other, keeps the eggs fluffy and moist.

You can add omelet items like cheese and meat to the top side of the eggs, but only after the initial 80 second cook. Then cook with the unit closed for an additional 20 seconds at 60% power and it does make a tolerable faux omelet.

Be sure to clean the cooker surfaces right after use (including the hinge areas) and reapply spray cooking oil just before the next use. The cooker should remain non-stick for quite a while if you follow these guidelines.

I will be buying another one as soon as mine starts sticking or the hinges break, which will eventually happen.

I purchased a Nordic Ware Omelet Microwaveable Pan several years ago. I use it about 2-3 times per week. I spray non-stick pan spray on both sides to TRY to prevent the 4 eggs from sticking. After the 1st 90-seconds in the microwave, I attempt to flip-over the half done omelet, but it sticks to the pan, even after multiple tapping the pan on both sides, on the kitchen counter.

Frustrating! I put the omelet pan back into the microwave to complete the 2nd half of cooking eggs (90 seconds). Same problem. It is a hassle to clean — you will need a scrub brush. We don’t have a garbage disposal (not the omelet pan’s fault), so I must clean-out the sink drain catchers each time I use it.

I finally gave-up on this product, and I went back to making omelets in my frying pan the old-fashioned way.

Second one I purchased from eBay but different vendor. The first was made of a thiner plastic and didn’t stay closed. I’ve bought Nordic products in the past and always found them to be superior to other brands.

They are a better quality granite with a bit more weight and when you follow the directions to cook on low or medium heat you get your desired texture of consistency or what you attempted. The color is quite breathtaking also.

When usefulness is NOT essential this is the perfect size for the cook who has every other size of skillet. If the EZ bake oven came with an EZ stove this might work. The manufacturer’s instructions warn against putting their cookware on a heating element that is too large, but unless you are using your coffeepot’s warming element I cannot imagine that any stove has an element that is less than four and a half inches in diameter!?! The handle is too slim to manage the heat should you disregard the manufacturer’s instructions; if it were thicker the pan would flip over with the weight.

However this product gets POINTS FOR CUTENESS as it looks like a one-fourth model of T-fal’s full size skillets. If you’re looking for a gag gift for the chef of your life at Christmas or Valentines, this would certainly have shock value.

As for cooking eggs, this one-egg pan is too small for that task. A single large egg covers the bottom of the pan from edge to edge, which leaves no room to slip a spatula under it to lift the egg out.

The sides are not rounded enough to slide the egg out as one might with an omelet pan. And the manufacturer warns against using cooking sprays as it might harm the non-stick surface. I was hoping that this pan might serve as an egg ring to create a perfectly round egg for breakfast sandwiches, but the difficulty extracting the egg provides a less than perfect presentation.

Also the manufacturer suggests only using the pan on low heat, which is quite time consuming for a single egg. (Maybe it was meant to be used on a coffee warmer after all). The pan is not oven safe so it cannot be used to bake treats, as one might use a cast iron skillet of the same size.

It is too thick to use as a wall hanging, too big to be a ring holder; it is about right as a spoon rest but only for a light weight spoon. What’s hilarious is that the packaging includes an image of a skillet aligned with a full-sized dinner plate that holds two eggs and two slices of bacon.

This skillet, however, is closer to the size of a tea saucer. Again, points for CUTENESS!.

This works as it should for the most part. I did four stars because the non stick is not that great. I had to scrub burnt on egg off of it after cooking. Otherwise, it’s the perfect size, the lid fits nicely, and I like that the lid has the steam vent.

It’s not too heavy, but it seems durable. I would recommend this, but always use butter or something; don’t rely on the nonstick coating alone.

I had the old design non stick 12in. pan for years, more than I can count. I had it replaced under warranty several times over the many years. It was my go to pan. I loved it my husband shares cooking and I rarely saw him use anything else.

That said the new pan takes forever to heat up, and requires higher flame to cook the same foods. It is very heavy and awkward to lift. The lid is very nice, seals nicely and looks good. Overall I now am using other pans if able because this pan is not as efficient as old design.

I bought the executive cookware several years ago with a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, since they no longer carry that product line, we cannot get an exact replacement. I am waiting for them to come out with a new line that is similar to the executive cookware.

Until then, I have to wait and hardly use my old one because the non-stick isn’t non-stick anymore. So sad. I do not like this new line because of the detachable handle. I want mine to be solid, no chance of breaking.

I also don’t like it because the side part does not have a heat protectant so you have to use gloves to protect your hands if you want to grab that side.

First, note this pan IS small – but I bought this pan for one purpose: To cook two eggs sunny side up and use this pan instead of my usual saute or griddle pans to do so. For this purpose it is fine.

The metal is a bit on the thin side and – good or bad – the pan overall is on the ‘light’ side. If you read the small print directions (which are senior friendly only with a magnifying glass) on the paper cover, it states it is best used on low to medium heat.

I used about a quarter pat of butter anyway for flavor and cracking two large eggs into it filled the bottom of the pan nicely. Using the suggested low/medium heat, my eggs took longer to cook than my other pans – where I usually use medium heat – but when done, the eggs slid off the pan shaped in a perfect circle with no spatula needed.

Clean up was a breeze using just a damp dish towel. The directions specifically caution against using the pan with higher heat, using any type of cooking spray or letting any liquid evaporate during cooking to preserve the coating.

I would not use the pan without any butter or oil at all. Oddly, taped inside the paper cover is a folded legal disclaimer which mandates any damage claims made against the manufacturers are to be made via arbitration! I have NEVER purchased a cookware pan with an arbitration agreement requirement! For this reason, I will take no chances and absolutely follow their cookware use instructions! LOL I got the pan at a great price and my first use went smoothly.

I cannot say if it is any better, however, than a regular Teflon pan, use wise, although they state the pan is PFOA free which is a compound used in the manufacture of Teflon pans and has raised some concerns with the EPA and FDA as of late.

My belief is if you follow the instructions as provided and using a minimal amount butter or oil, your Granitestone egg pan will perform as advertised and last you for many trouble free years.

I absolutely love this pan from Granitestone. It is perfect for making a few taco fillings or sauteeing garlic and onion and herbs for a sauce. When you don’t want to wash a bunch of dishes and you just need to heat up something quickly.

This one is perfect and the pan gets hot very fast, which is something else I do appreciate. Very good also for frying because it is small therefore you can use less oil. I have also taken it to cook outdoors since it is super lightweight and easy to clean, seems to have held up pretty good.

The coating is very non stick.

First off, this is the tiniest pan I have ever seen in my life! It’s also extremely light weight. I don’t like over easy eggs so I decided to use it to make myself a little tiny omelet. It worked beautifully.

I used two eggs, let them cook and flipped it to cook the other side and absolutely nothing stuck to this pan. My husband uses it for the over easy style eggs and they come out great as well. So you can use this pan to make different styles of eggs even though it’s make for the one kind.

It washes great since nothing sticks to it. Overall a great egg pan.

This frying pan is brilliant. No more fried eggs with thin crispy/burnt edges since this pan ensures that the egg doesn’t spread, producing perfect fried eggs in a matter of minutes. It’s also really easy to clean and the cool handle means no faffing around for an oven glove in order to transfer the egg to the plate.

Incidentally, it just slides out of the pan, thanks to the non-stick surface.

I am so pleased with this. I make my own bread rolls and things cooked in this pan just fit , fried eggs, omelettes, bacon anything. Cleans easily. Wonderful.

I ordered our first Misen 12″ nonstick pan around the beginning of 2020. About a month ago, the nonstick coating in the middle of the pan started to bubble and eventually chipped away. After looking up the warranty information I found that the care instructions advise to use these on medium-to-low heat (which I probably used this at least a handful of times on high), and that they were only rated for about 2-5 years.

Fair enough, I figured I’d chalk the damage up as user error and order a second one and see how it fairs with me keeping it to a lower heat setting. So far this pan cooks about the same as the old pan.

Having the nonstick coating all the way to the induction base on the outside is nice in that it’s far easier to clean cooked on oil off the outside of the pan without using Barkeeper’s Friend (which I do use on the bare steel, and works pretty well, but of course I don’t care whatsoever about any kind of coating there.

DO NOT USE Barkeeper’s Friend on the nonstick coating). The pan retains heat VERY well, and this is something I’m already used to, though admittedly that was the end of a handful of sauces at the beginning that burned instantly even when I’d had the pan cooling for a while before switching tasks.

In fact, most times I cut the heat about 2 minutes before I believe the meat us fully cooked just because the residual heat will take it the rest of the way. I’m very happy about the change to the handle.

On the previous iteration of this pan, there was a flat handle with a silicone wrap that would slide at times. It made me too uneasy to attempt to flip items in the pan, out of fear that I’d end up inadvertently throwing the pan at my glass stovetop.

The current handle is easier to hold, more comfortable than the flat handle (even with the silicone), and I have no worries about potentially turning the meal into a weapon. I’ve actually gotten pretty good at flipping things like chopped meat or veggies without having to use utensils to flip them.

Overall I’m pretty happy with the pan and the changes. If I hadn’t been happy with the original I certainly wouldn’t have ordered a second, but going from Calphalon One pans to Misen felt like a big upgrade a couple years back.

I did shop around a bit before ordering the second, but figured I didn’t want to pay more for something where I knew I’d be paying a premium for a name and likely not see much added benefit as a home cook.

Hopefully this one lasts longer with better care, and I’m not buying another pan in 2 years.

I’ve had the pan for about 6 months now. Highly recommend if you’re looking to upgrade your nonstick. Pros: 1. The nonstick is legit. I haven’t used any oil or sprays and literally nothing sticks 2. It cooks evenly.

I stole my husbands BBQ temp gun because I was curious to see how evenly this pan heats. The surface temp is the same across the entire thing which is great. I’ve really noticed how evenly it cooks when I’m making french toast and things like that.

You flip it over and it’s perfectly brown across the entire surface, where I feel like some of my cheaper pans it’s pale on half and dark brown on the other. 3. It cleans up well. Nothing really sticks, but I like how the outside cleans easily too.

Cons: 1. The handle is actually a little hard to clean because it’s polished steel. I always see hand smudges in it which is really annoying. 2. The 12” is heavy. I saw other comments that said it’s heavy, and while it’s not anything like cast iron or stainless, it’s still a bit heavier than some might like.

I very much like the pans. They’re efficient and heat quickly, and once you adjust to just how efficient they are, they’re a joy to use. Coating is performing well a year after purchasing the 8/10/12 set.

But I wish the design had taken as much care with the exterior of the pans as the interior. Whatever the “shiny” is on the outside of the pans actually seems to attract stains, but if you scrub them.

well, the shiny comes off, revealing the raw aluminum below. What was once a pretty set of pans is less pretty now. Hopefully when a redesign comes up, you’ll consider anodizing the exteriors, so they can be kept looking nice.

It’s really a minor grumble, but I was just surprised at the oversight. The 8-inch pan is great for a classic 3-egg French omelet. But, it’s also the pan that really gets the wear and scratches on the outside owing to the lack of a hard protective layer.

I’d knock off half a star for that, but not a whole one.

I do not get excited over skillets, however, I love this skillet. The skillet heats evenly. Food does not stick when heated. It is just a joy to use. If you buy this skillet, you will not be disappointed.

Very great pan. Nothing sticks and clean up is a breeze. The removable handle is great for storage. This is a good sized pan for cooking for 1-2 people.

After having collected a handful of All-Clad pieces, I decided to try Le Creuset’s stainless steel line. Performance wise, it seems virtually identical to All-Clad’s gold standard, but there’s one key difference: I love the Le Creuset handle so much more.

Yes, I understand the the All-Clad handles offer extra protection with the groove that your thumb rests in, but as a home cook, I’m rarely in a situation where I’m worried about the pan rotating. For me, the difference in handle comfort makes a big difference.

As always, stainless steel is going to have a learning curve, if you’re used to non-stick. You need a little more fat to prevent sticking, and you also need to regulate the heat well. I think the results are well worth it though.

I’ve never had a problem cleaning it. Usually, dish soap is just fine, but if something gets burned on there, Bar Keeper’s Friend is all you need. Highly recommended.

I bought this set and tried it out for maybe 2 weeks. The nonstick is top tier. It is very good. The weight of the pan is good- not too heavy and not feather light. However, it claims to be scratch resistant and this is not true at all.

I used only the 12 inch frying pan to scramble eggs with a silicone spatula and there are a few scratches from that already. I have never used metal utensils. If this happened easily with eggs, I can’t imagine how it will look after owing this many years.

Also, the slopes of the frying pan are extremely low and I didn’t like that as well. It feels like whatever you are cooking will spill over the edge. Unfortunately, this is a no for me.

I already had a 12” Le Creuset non-stick pan and used it all of the time. It out-performed my other pans, which I decided to replace. I purchased this set of the 10” and 8” and have not been disappointed.

The handle is different than my 12” pan, but the new handle is balanced and comfortable to hold. The pans heat evenly and the non-stick surface works great. For egg scrambles in the morning, these work perfectly for all of the combinations my family wants: 2 eggs with shallots and tomatoes in the 8”, 3 eggs with ham and cheese in the 10”, and all of the rest with everything in our largest pan.

I rely on having a choice of pan size to fit the need.

I like these so far and I’ve had mine for several months. I mainly use plastic or wooden spoons but here and there may use a metal spoon or fork and haven’t seen any scratches to the surface. It is dishwasher safe though it does recommend hand wash.

I do mainly put mine in the dishwasher without issue which 98% of the time does a great job without even pre-approval rinse. I do wish they came with lids though.

Previously had a different model of Ozeri pan and liked it so tried this one as a replacement since the other was losing its nonstick properties (After only 5 months of use). Unfortunately this one did not last a week.

The raised pattern on the pan bottom is supposed to help release food, but instead its a crevice that attracts stuck on food. Any other pan and the non stick is super slippery, lasting months if not years.

This pan lost its non stick within a week of very gentle use, hand wash, and silicon coated spatulas. It still looks pristine and new from day one, but everything sticks to the surface even with extensive use of oil.

Unable to sear anything as all of the seasoning comes off of the meat and creates a burnt sticky mess. Definitely returning the pan and will no longer purchase Ozeri products after two bad pans. Its cheap but there is a reason for it.

I love the nonstick coating on this pan. It’s slippery AH. The size, weight, balance and handle are perfect. Cleaning is a breeze inside and out. HOWEVER, the interior of the pan is convex, meaning it is raised in the center.

Liquid pools on the outer edges of the pan. Everything does. If you can live with that you’ll love this pan. If not, like me you’ll still keep looking for that elusive 12″ skillet that has a flat bottom, inside and out.

I LOVE TO COOK and this is one of my most favorite tools in the kitchen. Eggs, pancakes, bacon, fish. whatever. comes out great each and every time. Be advised though that just about ANY non-stick frying pan needs to be replaced every 2-3 years.

This pan is no exception. Nonetheless it is priced right and built to give many pleasurable culinary experiences. BTW, keep the cooking temperatures on the lower end of the scale. Super HOT temps aren’t good for ANY non-stick pans.

We haven’t used the pan too many times, but when we have, it has been amazingly non-stick, and easy to clean up. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the “delicate” nature of the coating.

After reading the instructions my wife & son (and me too I guess) are “scared” of damaging the non-stick coating while cooking or washing it. Even though we only use plastic/nylon spatulas on it, and very carefully at that, I can see marks on the surface.

We basically use a paper towel to wipe it after it has cooled, then wash it with warm soapy water and regular old non-abrasive sponge or terry washcloth. All in all, I like it a lot. I had been used to my cast iron skillet & old (and I’m guessing worn out) T-Fal fry pan.

I would recommend it to anyone who can remember to handle it gently.

These fry pans are easy to use, easy to clean and heat up quickly. A warm soap and water cleanup is all that is needed. The pans are dishwasher safe, but it doesn’t seem necessary to put them in a dishwasher.

Cooking eggs, making skillet fried chicken uses very little oil. Sprinkling a dried herb seasoning may stick to the base of the pan when cooking chicken parts but it cleans up very easily. These pans are a great gift or perfect for the student returning to college dorm / apartment life.

The two different sizes allows easy cooking of scrambled eggs, fried eggs, and grilled cheese sandwiches. The larger pan is great for fried chicken or larger entrees when cooking a larger meal. These pans do not come with covers, but covering with aluminum foil can substitute for cover, if desired.

These fry pans work well on ceramic top stoves. The pans heat up quickly. When cleaning, soak the pan in warm soapy water. Do not use an abrasive cleaner or a metal type scrubbing pad on the pan. It may affect the finish coating on the pan.

After multiple uses, the pan still looks new.

These frying pans are the worst. Unfortunately my wife got taken in by the hype at the store and brought these home. The supposed “non-stick” coating lasted not even a year. We always use oil or butter (helps conduct heat) and after only a couple of months, things were starting to stick.

A year or so later, tried making an omelet, and the eggs stuck around the entire perimeter of the pan, to the point that I couldn’t even get them off with hot running water and a brush. In fact, in my efforts to clean them, some of the “non-stick” coating came off! Talk about your unexpected outcomes.

So into the garbage they go. We’ll replace them with Rock frying pans, since we have two of those and they’re both going strong years and years later.

were these people given a free product or what? LOL! I cook twice a day and recently switched all of my cookware to toxin frees ceramics. I have had excellent luck with each piece and they cook flawlessly.

This pan was cheap and I took a chance. HOT SPOTS, horrible uneven frying Chipping wihtou dishwasher or meatl ware, I put towels beteen each pot and pan and hand wash everything, all wooden or silicone utensils.

The worse part is it developed hot spots that burned that no amount of olive oil and seasoning after and before use would cure. I used it about 8 times and threw it in the trash. Its thin, its cheaply made and I dont trust the toxin free integrity compared to what my high quality pans look and feel and perform like.

Well, we loved this pan for a few months. It was great, a little heavy, but great. Then, after about 6 months of daily use (always hand washed, never high heat, etc. ) the nonstick coating deteriorated rapidly.

It is now essentially unusable for anything outside of heating up leftover food as an alternative to a microwave. Any time you try to sauté onions, garlic, ginger etc. in oil as a base for other dishes, they stick to the pan.

Ginger is especially bad as the pan turns it into somewhat of a paste, and stains the pan, even on the lowest of low heat. I haven’t seen anything like that before, in any other pan, over years and years of cooking.

The thing I am most disappointed about is the fact that the company itself seems to be a bit of a scam; I liken Our Place to an overpriced, slapped together, poorly built, yet marketed as “luxury,” apartment.

If the Always Pan was an apartment, it would cost $2800 a month in rent. It would look pretty, but after living there a month you realize the water pressure is terrible, the taps for the faucets have all broken off, the AC and heat don’t work, the exposed beams on the ceiling are fake, the floor is uneven with a few nails poking up from it, the windows are single pane, the neighbors are loud, tent cities have popped up along the street below you, the carpets are stained, and the doors all creak.

You realize you’ve been duped, and are paying an extra large premium on something that looked nice at first, but actually is just a run of the mill apartment. what ended up being the only redeeming quality, the aesthetic, has faded.

The website has just a gross influencer vibe to it, which all makes sense based on the constant violating presence these ads have on social media sites. It’s safe to say this product only exists because Our Place knows that dumb millennials with a bit of extra cash will see the ads, fall for the ploy without doing research, be disappointed after a few months, and then realize this product can only be returned in either a 30 day or 100 day window (found conflicting information on their websites).

This seemed like an intentional trick that ensures that you can’t return the product once the issues will likely begin to show. So, you are literally paying a gigantic premium for a heavy-yet-essentially-generic nonstick pan, and that gigantic premium seems to go directly towards violating your social media feeds with copious ads.

They offer a refund, but not within an appropriate time frame where the myriad issues with the product begin to show. To posture a product as a replacement for 8 other items, but then in reality you actually need to replace the product itself within 6 months, is just disingenuous and shameful business practices, especially when their return/refund/replacement window is within 3 months, at best.

This company will serve as a learning experience for any product that 1. looks pretty, 2. is pushed on social media or by antiquated media outlets, and 3. has a seemingly a huge marketing budget. I wish they had put more of their advertising budget into the actual product: they didn’t, and it shows.

I ordered my pan in the beginning of November and after several weeks of emails back and forth with customer service, they determined my pan was lost and overnighted me a new one. It was frustrating off the bat to order a pan which said I should’ve gotten it within a week and it took six weeks to get for me because customer service couldn’t figure out why the tracking number never said it left the distribution warehouse.

The first few weeks of using the pan I fell in love it had great nonstick qualities had even distribution of heat and really cooked all of my items so well. I never used a temperature higher than four so low to medium heat on our range and after about a month of regular use I noticed that my pan was starting to have marks from cooking and also the nonstick quality was completely gone.

I’ve always used a little bit of oil when cooking eggs or breakfast potatoes or anything else but now even with using oil all of our food is sticking and burning and it doesn’t matter how hard I scrub I cannot get oil residue off the pan.

I thankfully ordered my pan at a discounted rate because I took advantage of a black Friday promotion and after the first few weeks my husband and I were convinced that we needed to order a second pan, but I’m so glad we did not waste our money.

I’ll continue to still use the pan I like that I have higher sides but I’m disappointed that it is no better than a nonstick pan I could go pick up at any store. The price is certainly not worth the product that you get and quite frankly the only reason why I could see someone buying this pan is because it is ecstatically pleasing to their kitchen decor.

It’s also important to know that I followed all of the cleaning care tips suggested by our place never used an abrasive scrub never used anything other than a wooden spatula and never put it in the dishwasher and are pans still has lost all of it nonstick quality.

My other big problem is it’s not an oven safe pan the cooking handle is made of a hard plastic so you couldn’t put it an oven and the other end of the pot; which makes it look like you can pick it up is made of metal so if you touch it when cooking you will burn yourself it doesn’t make sense to only make one of the handles safe to touch if it was never designed to go in the oven.

I was hopeful that these would be “perfect” as their nomenclature would suggest, however I was let down. I purchased both the pot and the pan. The pan gets nice and hot right in the center, but the edges suffer from less heat, so somethings get a little more done than expected.

I use an induction cooktop, so maybe there just isn’t enough ferrous metal to react to that. The walls of the pan are curved in such a way that make flipping eggs a difficult task. The non-stick coating is top-notch, however, but I’ve already been using ceramic coated pans, so I’m used to that kind of technology.

The pot does the job, and cooks rice like a champ. The reason for the 1 star, other than the uneven heat, is the handles of these things need a silicone cover. The pan’s handle is insulated up until the closest 3 inches, which I usually grab a pan handle closer to the pan, so I, and my family, have all burned themselves on that handle.

The opposite handle that has a sticker warning you that it’s going to be hot, is also a source of burns. Having the pot on the stove, and trying to cook with another pot on another burner, you MUST make sure the handles are not in the center, or you’ll burn your arms, which we have all done a couple of times.

I just think for the price, and all the fluff in the marketing about how amazing these pots are, and how they’ll replace every other pot you’ve ever owned, they should have some investment in burn protection.

Especially since you’ve designed a wood spoon to sit on top of the hot spots. Yes, we’ve gotten burned by simply picking up the spoon off of the super hot handle. BE AWARE of where those things are! I will not ever recommend these to anyone I know.
