20 Best Plus Size Bandeau Bra (2022 Updated)

I loved this bra. I have shoulder issues and it was amazing to find a strapless bra that actually supported my girls. So why is all of this in the past tense? Because the side wire started poking out within my first few wearings of it.

Customer support was klutzy, and even now, after I changed the order to a return, the website still says only that the order was fulfilled. I don’t know if I’ll ever see my exchange, or if I’ll have to again make a million phone calls.

I love this bandeau (so pretty and comfortable) and was pleasantly surprised by the level of support it gives. I’m a 34DD/E which falls on both the small and medium size charts. I did not want to have the bulges and lumps you get when you buy too small and so I got a Medium.

It’s good enough, but a small would have been better support wise. Other than that, I love this bandeau bra and intend to buy more, just smaller.

I love this strapless bra. I always have issues finding the right ones because I have a larger cup size and small waist. But this bra doesnt feel like its strangling me to keep my tatas up. However I will say that I wish it had a very light lining or padding to help with smoothing everything out.

Otherwise, its very pretty/flattering and comfortable.

I really could not love this any more. This bra is light, breathable and so comfortable. It looks great(resembling somewhat of a sports bra) and cradles well. It never dug into me or loosened up from all day wear.

The inside lining concerned me when it came to machine washing because of how thin it seemed but the lining but it held up perfect! The pads didn’t get out of shape when washing either which is a definite plus.

I plan to get more of these in different colors.

I am very pleased with the style and comfort of the Hanes brand Bandeau Contour bralette. It is very comfortable and it also supports me very well. It is made with quality materials, so it will last a long while.

Plus, it is comfortable enough that I can wear it around the house or out in public under my clothing. I would highly recommend it.

I have 4 Never Say Never Curvy Bandeau’s and love them all. Was hoping these would fit similar, but they do not. Although fabrics is soft and they look great under a T-shirt. the fit is much much different.

These are big, I had to exchange for a size smaller (32F normally small, exchanged for XS). And even the xs doesn’t seem as “secure” as the NSN. The top has a bit more of a scallop and the side boning seems different, more pronounced or thicker.

I’ll keep them (purchased 2) but am disappointed. there is so much room for improvement (no pun intended).

I was specifically looking for a structured bandeau type of strapless bra with no wired cups and was really hopeful when I found this! I’m a 32DD but at the time, there was no curvy style available so I bought the medium.

It fit and was comfortable but I could tell it was on the loose side and wouldn’t stay up all day so I exchanged for a small. The small is honestly not that much tighter, but it does have less fabric to cover your *******.

I’m going to keep it because I need it for an upcoming event but I’m positive that I’ll be pulling it up constantly.

This may be my new favorite bra, full stop, regardless of strapped or strapless. I actually find myself looking forward to wearing my sheer shirts and off-the-shoulder sweaters because they mean I get to wear this bra.

For once, it isn’t a hassle. The knit in the back make me feel delicate and sexy, which is leaps and bounds above the frumpy, haphazard feel of my last strapless bra (which was *not* from Cosabella).

Spent years trying to find a strapless bra, I’ve finally found it. This is comfy soft and supportive. So glad I bought it.

Felt very safe for strapless support. As this is a bandeau style it sits high at front and not suited to v-neckline.

I have never. Truly never, found a strapless bra I like…until now. I sound like a commercial… It stays up all day, it’s so soft and not too restrictive or too stretchy. I’m 5’5”,115, a 32DD or 34D. With an abnormally big rib cage, and broad shoulders for my size…really glad I read the reviews b/c I ordered a medium…I always get a large to accommodate my big rib cage (then it’s too loose around the bottom…) the medium is perfect! I threw all my bras with hardware (including hooks) of any kind away recently! Woo hoo!! Only soft bralettes from now on for this old gal…It’s perfect! I wore it all day, 3 times now under my new jumpsuits and I forgot it’s on…i fell asleep one night with it on and it stayed up.

Ireally hope it lasts. My little girl loves hers too. Please make it in nude and bright colors too.

I bought this top on a whim, not sure it would work for me. I am a size 16D so didn’t have high hopes for the bandeau. It’s actually quite lovely. Obviously not a huge amount of support but it’s something I’ll happily wear with certain tops that I’d normally wear a strapless bra with.

A lovely top for lounging and casual strapless looks. I’ll still keep my normal strapless bra for events but this fills a lovely gap. Feels beautiful too. I got a size L.

It’s at least better than skims bandeau which is too restrictive. If you just want comfort that stays in place with no support this is perfect. I wish it was a little thicker and a tad more constrictive.

Essentially the same material as the full brief underwear which is soft but not supportive at all. I got an XL and I am a size 16 and 40C. I could have potentially gotten a large for more compression.

I had high hope for this bra as I was looking for a wireless strapless bra that’s supportive yet comfortable. While the band stretches to accommodate various busy sizes, it was too small for my 36D cup size.

This also had barely any support.

I loved the style, fit and feel, got a XS/S in ivory, I’m usually a 32DD bra size. It’s not too tight but stays in place well, nice soft fabric. But disappointingly the fabric is slightly see through due to the ribbing, Which was not visible in the product photos.

I did not want my nipples to show but they do. I planned to wear it under oversized shirts but as the shirt falls open they show and that’s not the look I want.

This bra is awesome(it’s too big but it’s awesome) I’m 5’3, 150lbs. Short & stocky, broad back. Large was too big. Ordering a medium. This is so flattering, would def not be embarrassed if anyone saw me wearing just this bra.

Make boobs look perfectly round, very nice. Stays up for the most part(I need size smaller). Back is smooth, no bulges or bra lines. Highly recommend!.

This is my first Felina purchase. I’m a 34DDDD and it’s really hard to find strapless bras. This one is very comfortable and the L (the recommended size) fits well. So far it’s staying up well and I’ve been able to wear a sleeveless top I love without bra straps hanging out.

I will probably purchase another one in black.

This bra was extremely comfortable and lifted and separated my breasts so well, but it is a little big around and I was afraid to get a smaller size because I need a large cup size. If it was a little tighter it would be the perfect strapless bra.

I do wish that the sticky stuff that is around the top would also be around the top of the back to help hold the back up because it often slides down a little bit.

I normally wear a 38DD and an XL or XXL in bralettes. I decided to size down for this one in the hopes of getting more support, so I ordered the M/L. I also had dreams of wearing it with the coordinating bike shorts in an attempt at that hot girl summer aesthetic, so I got it in pink flare.

While the bra fit–the M/L wasn’t constricting at all–it wasn’t particularly supportive. Honestly, I think how perky you are naturally will be the determining factor in whether you like the look. The kicker for me, though: The hot pink is see through! Sorry to get personal here, but if your areolas are on the darker side, you will not be wearing this outside the house on its own.

I decided to return it because it just didn’t fit my needs.

This bandeau is simply magical. I have owned dozens of strapless bras throughout the years and never have I ever found one that won’t roll down or pinch my sides in some way that gives me indented lines when I take it off.

This is the only one that has broken that streak. The material is so ridiculously soft and comfortable, and crazy stretchy (I am a 34D bra and an XS/S fits me perfectly). It did not roll down at all throughout a 14 hour wear and it didn’t hurt at all.

Surprisingly supportive – didn’t squash my chest but also didn’t make me look droopy. Will be buying every color!!!.

I just bought one in the bright yellow to try it out and I’m genuinely pleased with it! I’m a 34DD and I bought a SM and it fits me perfectly. I was comfortable wearing it as a top with my overalls. It looked really cute.

It didn’t slip or anything. I’m sure it would look great under blouses and with sundresses. I’m definitely going to get a couple of more colors for summer. **Now, if your girls are really heavy and/or saggy this is not going to give you lift or support! It will be a boob cover for you.

So, don’t expect miracles!.

Bought a bra that was to big ….got my RA so I could return it. Sent it back 2nd day air so they could credit my account….called twice and still no credit! Almost been a month. Not good business!

I took a chance ordering this, as I had never tried this brand before. It is really soft, and very comfortable. I’m wearing it as a Leisure bra I guess you could say, you certainly wouldn’t wear it as an actual sports bra, but it’s very comfortable just to wear around the house or to just go out quick and do some groceries or something.

I really like it I’m going to actually order more and different colours. #influenster.

I love my elita bra , I gave it only 4 star because I ordered two the same size , black and a beige, the black fits smaller than the beige so not as comfortable!!!

Let’s be honest: every time you buy a bandeau or strapless bra, no matter the price or vendor, there’s always some sort of “No Slip Guarantee!” in its advertising, yet without fail it slips down and exposes your boobs within an hour of putting it on.

THIS ONE SOMEHOW DOES NOT DO THAT! I wore this all day and all night while I worked, exercised, lounged and slept, and although there was a slight downward slip like I anticipated, my 36B nipples still stayed covered all 24 hours! I think the key is that it has the rubbery no-slip line around the *top* of the bandeau rather than the bottom, like a lot of other strapless bras do, but even so I’ve worn other bandeaus like that in the past that still slipped off, so I have no clue what Parade’s secret is.

Also bonus, the fabric is super breathable and doesn’t feel too hot/suffocating like other bandeaus inevitably do. Overall highly recommend and can’t wait to get one in a **** shade!.

This bra is really nice. It has the cute detail up top and the removable straps which is great. It is also very stretchy and has wider sides for those with big natural ******* ( you know the kind that fill in the side a little too).

I only gave it 4 though because the sizing may be a bit off. I know it is difficult when its a bandeau and not exact. I bought a 3+ according to the size chart since I am between 38 DDD/F. The bottom band was a bit loose.

And the overall fit was slightly big. But the band didnt slip and it doesnt flip up whilst wearing. Im actually going to buy another one, sized down for dresses and the larger one just keep for around as it is really comfy!.

This bra was comfortable as far as strapless bras go, and stayed in place! And I love the colors and the mesh detailing. As far as fit…by actual measurement I am a 32AA, yet whenever I have bought a bra of *any* brand that comes only in whole sizes, the XS is *always* too tight on me…I don’t know if it is something about my bone structure or what, but this has happened to me multiple times with multiple brands.

So I took a chance on this one and ordered “up” to a size small even though by the size chart I should be an XS. The small fit perfect! So, I can’t really say whether it fits “true to size” but it is at least consistent with other brands’ sizing.

Let me begin by sharing that I was a bit hesitant to purchase 6, YES six bras from a company that was unknown to me, and located in another country! The quality of each bra is exceeded my expectations. Literally from packaging to wearing the Pure Comfort Soft Modal Triangle Bra, I cannot imagine waisting another minute again to find a PERFECTLY fitting, bra that can be easily converted into BOTH a traditional & racer back style! It lays smoothly without bumps or accentuating areas you may feel a bit self conscious about.

Personally, that would be under my armpits and across my back where the bra strap lies. Absolutely nothing I feel unsightly shows! Shocking and true! For reference I’m 5’4, petite build, 140 lbs(abnormal weight for me due to medical conditions)Historically wore B/C cup sizes from VS.

When at my normal/ideal weight 125-130, I’d measure either a 32 or 34 with B or C cup depending upon bra style. In my current condition, I sized UP to 36 & it’s PERFECT.

I absolutely love this bra. After purchasing my first one, the day after I went online to purchase 3 more. I’m that person who will take their bra often the moment they get home (or honestly opt to just not wear a bra at all around the house).

With these bras, I absolutely don’t mind wearing a bra even when I’m just lounging around the house! The material is so so so soft and the fit on my body is perfect. I’ve had lots of problems with bra sizing given how petite I am (when I measured myself I’m like a 27 B/C.

In the US, I don’t even think they make this size and the 32As just felt too small in the cup). The past decade or so I’ve been wearing 32B sized bras (from VS and other brands) which fit well enough.

I never knew how wrong my bra size was or how comfortable bras could be until my friend recommended Neiwai. As an Asian, I knew I had to give it a try because I figured an Asian brand would be able to make better fitting bras for my body and I have never regretted it.

I also love that its wireless. When I first purchased VS wireless bras I thought they were amazing, and now I don’t even find the VS wireless ones comfortable anymore compared to Neiwai!.

High quality feeling, super comfortable bra that fits my tiny weirdly shaped boobs (size 30B). The color and material look and feel premium. The shape of the cups hugs my boobs perfectly because of how it comes up high on the sides, so that the fat from the upper-side boob doesn’t squeeze out.

Add on the fact that it’s wireless and has a clasp—chef’s kiss. Such great and thoughtful design. Highly recommend and hope they never stop making this bra!.

Fantastic bra and multi functional. With and without straps I do have a good feeling and no concerns… Crossing the straps in the back and front …in case what top you wear works too 😉

Ordered size medium (C cup size) fits well if any larger would no doubt fall down and be completely unsupportive. Looks very small at first but material stretches well.

Lovely soft bra, I am a 18-20 and should have ordered XL as L is just a bit small. Straps are very thin (not sure how long they’ll last). I’m not a fan of the padding, but it was easy to remove

So, this is the best lounge bra or bralette I have found yet. I have a very large cup size (L/M). I have never had a bra of any style that fit me just right. I have resorted to sports bra type stretchy bras, but hate them.

I also can’t stand for anything to be tight on my stomach or ribcage. I ordered this on a whim, expecting to return it. Low and behold, it stretches over my giants. It’s a little too wide-set for me, like if the straps were attached just a couple centimeters over, toward the center, it would be better! Because of the size of my girls, there is some spread to the underarms, and the back does ride up after a little while and I have to pull it down.

This is almost my perfect bra, though, and so very close to exactly what I’ve been looking for for 20 years, so I will buy an extra, and continue in my search. I wish they would make like smaller and bigger “slings” so if you had smaller cups you could get the regular one and fuller cups the bigger one, because I think it wouldn’t ride up if I could go down a size around.

I own a ton of bralettes from many companies. I wear them alone or sometimes even over a bra which helps keep me supported and makes me feel more confident. I am a DD but have gained and lost weight so many times I need some help feeling uplifted if you get my drift.

This bralette had me saying thank you as soon as I put it On. The red is beautiful and sexy. The lace and racer back comfortable and cute. I love the Vneck which keeps it from looking like a sports bra.

Thick comfortable straps that don’t look bulky with my tops. no back rolls! The bottom is stretchy and soft so it doesn’t cut in. I’m back for more.

Purchased same size as my other bralettes, and I couldn’t get it over my head. Went up a size and same problem. The cotton banding around the edge, which makes it so cute, also limits its stretch. If I had gone up another size to get the band to fit, the cups would have sagged.

It’s like those sports bras from 2018-19 that were weirdly sized (bought an 18 (clearance, final sale), and after passing it to progressively smaller women, it ended up fitting the size 10 friend). This will work on a small banded, big chested person.

Pity. Returned.

Excellent quality and perfect fit. I am a 36 DD or a 38 D and the large is perfect. I also have an XL that fits too. I have both black and nude color. Best strapless bra I have ever had.

Very disappointed with the fit of this bandeau. I was so looking forward to getting them. My excitement was deflated when I tired them. The underwire was just too low. With no lining, all my girls were in full view.

I was SO gutted with this. I wear a size XL in similar bralettes from another popular designer in a similar price range (review guidelines say I should avoid mentioning competitors) – I’m a size 10-12 in tops usually but because my bra size is 36F I have to wear a bigger size in bras.

I ordered this in an XL thinking that the sizing would be the same as the competitor’s bralettes because they look really similar. I was wrong. There wasn’t enough fabric to cover my boobs and the band was huge on me, so my boobs were basically occupying the space of the band if that makes sense.

Like the band was forming part of the “cup” because it wasn’t tight enough to my body. This got me really mad because so many brands like this only cater for certain body types and bust sizes. I can’t even really state whether this runs small or large, because there wasn’t enough fabric to cover my bust so it’s too small in some areas, then the band was several inches too big.

On that basis I’m going to state it runs large but really it’s just not good sizing at all. I’m sad because I really liked this other than the fact there’s no way it would fit me. I’m also quite a loyal Tommy Hilfiger customer usually.

I just love this bralette! It is super comfy and doesn’t cause any sweating! I find, with some bralettes, they are made of synthetic materials, but this is pure cotton and doesn’t cause any sweating.

This is more of a maxi length on me which I didn’t mind (I’m 5’3) however the straps are way too long, and even though they are adjustable as soon as you adjust it they just come loose straight away.

Not practical at all. The colour is really nice and I love the concept, but I’d say unless you’re 5’5 or taller and not petite, it’s not for you.
