When I met my husband, who is a runner, I found out the use of Tuf-Skin. When I started to experience tenderness on the bottom of my foot I thought of Tuf-Skin. It has stopped the discomfort I was experience and his helped with the quality of my life.

I have a problem where one toe digs into the adjacent one. These bandages are the only thing I have found that will fit into the space and provide enough cushioning without taking up a lot of room. If I follow the instructions and hold them in place for a minute to let the adhesive set, they’ll stay on at least until the next shower.

They’ve really improved my comfort. I just wish I didn’t need to use two of them to get it right, as they are somewhat expensive for wearing every day. But they are great for preventing painful blisters between my toes.

This is the perfect little bandage case to have in your purse if you have blisters. You get three different kinds of bandages and they are easy to apply, made of sturdy material, and I just love how they come in this little plastic case.

The instructions are easy to understand, and another thing I like is how soft the bandages are. I’m excited to try these out. I do wish they were reusable, but other than that, I think that this is a wonderful product and is great to have on hand and I really like how it all comes in a little case that stays closed.

UPDATE: I had a HORRIBLE blister on my toe this past week and it was one of the most painful I’ve ever had. I put one of these bandages on and went to work where I stood and ran around for 7 hours and I had absolutely no pain, discomfort, nothing.

It felt so soothing on my blister and I’m a believer now. I will be keeping these stocked, and if you have blisters, you should get these too. I still can’t believe how much it helped.

The bandages are pricey for the quantity, but not for the quality. They adhere well, and don’t irritate my very sensitive skin. They come in a small blue compact, and it snaps shut fairly securely. This keeps them dry and clean, even without sterile wrappings.

That may be why they don’t recommend putting them on wounds. but well. I’ve found these bandages are SUPER effective for burns, and dry ulcerations — the kind of little scrape that you don’t notice, but it dries out and takes several weeks to heal for such a tiny little ****** thing.

And I tend to heal most things fairly quickly. I’ll usually dab a small film of Neosporin on anything before I cover it with these, but it’s not even really necessary — the hydrocolloid keeps everything moist.

Just slap ’em on and leave ’em for a few days! Waterproof, and low-maintenance. Just check visually a few times a day through the translucent cover, and keep your senses open for any itching or warmth.

I am currently enrolled in college for a career in healthcare and have some text tattooed on the top of my hands. This tape works the best compared to some of the other more expensive methods and products online.

I can find this at any Walmart so I don’t have to order it online. For my healthcare program, I have to constantly wash my hands so this tape is amazing. I have to make sure my hands before applying in order for it to stick correctly.

Also, when I apply the tape, I have to make sure that I’m not putting tension on it or else it will come off. I then have to press and rub pretty firmly to make sure that I get a good stick. I literally have to try to remove it at the end of the day with effort.

I had forgotten about it being on a couple of times and the tape stuck well into the next day with no problems. However, if I have any sweat on my hands, the tape will just come off within a short time.

If I apply it correctly, it will stay on after I sweat just as advertised. The tape stretches well with my movements and stays on strong after I wash my hands. The instructors were so impressed with the results, they started to list it as a solution in the program rule books for anyone with visible tattoos.

I’ve been using the blister prevention tape for over two years on distance training workouts from 1 to 4 hours and in two marathons. With trial and error, I developed a system that works well for me, especially on my toes.

I have several areas that developed hot spots and blisters after 12-15 miles, especially between and on top of certain toes, even with double-layer running socks. Now my prep routine goes like this: wash and dry feet thoroughly then swab with alcohol wipe and let dry.

Cut the 3″ strips of KT tape in half lengthwise. This provides manageable pieces for wrapping around toes. Wrap carefully and smoothly so the tape doesn’t stick to itself. as it is wrapped. Wait 15-20″, then apply VERY thin coat of Vaseline on and around toes, heels, and balls of feet, avoiding taped areas as much as possible.

Put on clean double-layer socks and make sure shoes are tied properly so they’re not too loose or tight. It takes a little longer than just pulling on socks and shoes and hitting the road, but is well worth the effort.

After the workout, I leave the tape on, even in the shower, but make sure to dry feet completely after. Sometimes, I’ll leave it on overnight, but never keep the same tape on for another workout! That’s just asking for trouble.

I have always purchased this tape in the past, but have purchased it in the black color. Black was out of stock so I naturally substituted it with the beige thinking it should be absolutely no different.

However, I have noticed the beige one does not stay put the entire time. By the end of my half marathon, when I pull my socks off, tape comes off with it. I usually forget that I have the tape on and end up getting in the shower with it.

The black one would stay on all throughout the entire shower. Not sure if this is just a bad batch or it is truly a difference in the color of the product.

I thought this might be a great alternative to cutting tape to protect hot spots on my feet (they do suggest this as a use). It is NOT. I admittedly have sweaty feet. So maybe some of you none sweaters will love this.

I’ve tried them out on 4 trail runs and each time they peel off and bunch up within 10-15 km. I reverted to using KT pro extreme tape and cutting larger strips. I’ll keep these around for smaller blister and toe wraps.

The absolute best. The hydro-colloid is imperative to getting the blister to heal quickly and not leave scarring. The only thing I will use on blisters ever. 10/10 reccomend always getting these and these alone.

They work the best when you apply them at the first sign of a blister. I have some areas with lots of scar tissue that I cannot feel right away, and these have also helped to break down some of the unsightly red thickened tissue.

Use these every single time. No regrets.

These are sooooo incredible! I got a blister on my pinky toe walking around Boston all day today and it hurt so bad! This was only the first day of my vacation, so I needed to heal stat! I found these at Target and they worked! They added an extra cushion for comfort and around my blister and helped heal!! I can walk around again without so much pain and I feel so much more comfortable! I highly recommend to anyone was has a blister or is developing on from their shoes!.

The only reason this isn’t getting 5 stars is due to the cost and rare time it qualifies for any sales in my stores otherwise it’s perfect! It’s not just for blisters either! My son used to skateboard and encounter many a good cut and scrape where simple bandages wouldn’t stay on due to frequent hand washing or movement.

This stuff goes on like a second skin and stays on through showers, sweat and grime protecting the area it’s healing. My husband works in the water industry and cuts his fingers regularly on threaded pipes and tools, given the muck and nastiness he comes in contact with regular bandaids just can’t stick to his skin and these help protect his cuts from becoming infected.

For his extreme work he lets the bandage adhere for a few minutes dry before getting back to work as the healing properties and adhesion needs a bit more time on his rough skin, once on he’s good to go and he keeps a box in his first aid kit all the time.

I keep some in my wood shop as well to help heal my more severe cuts and splinters from becoming irritated. It’s worth having at least one box on your home!.

This stuff saved me. I was in Vegas and walking for ages in incredibly high heels when I formed the most painful blister you can imagine. I had thrown in my bag a little travel wardrobe malfunction kit and this was in it.

My feet fell better instantly and it stayed in place until I took it off (off brand version of these tend to migrate around or fall off completely). I bought a pack of them as soon as I got home!.

Go buy these right now! I have been using these for years. I used to run and get blisters on my feet. Now as a professional equestrian who basically lives in boots these are a life saver! If you are breaking in footwear, get these! When you have a blister, pop one of these bad boys on it, rub it a little, and leave it.

The pain magically goes away! It stays on until it falls off. By then the blister should be healed if not, almost healed. Do not buy the store brand hydrocolloidal bandages. They do not stick like these! Worth the extra money.

My always must have at home, cos i love pointy heels, all my heels and stillettos are pointy style. As i hav big ugly feets get squish together everytime i wear my heels. And Band-Aid Hydro Seal Blister always come in handy.

I use the blister pads with 2nd skin patch of 6 pack and the pads dissolve into the patch. The best pads for blisters. I had a blister on a scar and it is gone. I still use the blister pads to protect the scar.

I always have a box of these at home and one in my purse. I don’t like wearing socks or stockings because of my neuropathy. They really hurt me. So, once in a while I’ll wear a new pair of shoes that will start rubbing a blister on my foot.

I just put one of these blister pads on and I’m good as new. They have saved my life more than once!.

This is a great product. You put it on and it stays on until you remove it. I use it in place of Moleskin for hot spots when hiking. I have put it of a finger tip and washed dishes for 2 plus hours and it was still in place.

Was suggested for preventative use to tape feet and prevent blisters. Worked great! Unlike every other brand of moleskin/second skin/band aids I’ve used it didn’t come off when feet got hot and sweaty.

I used it on a 2 day climb of Mount Rainier and never got a single blister and it stayed on firm, but also came off painlessly after the climb when I wanted to take it off. Only didn’t give it 5 stars because adhesive seeps through the bandage sticking my sock liners to my feet too.

I signed up to receive a product sample of the Nexcare bandages because I really wanted to try them. Within two weeks I received two sample bandages and a coupon. They came in perfect time because a few days later I had a fight with a screwdriver and it won.

I had three spots where it got me and I decided to use my new sample bandages on the worst one since it just so happened to be in the worst spot. Right below the thumb on the pad of my left hand! I was surprised at how well the bandaid worked in that area.

When you stretch the skin out right it will wrinkle and move as natural as skin. They are way thinner than most bandaids and feel almost like shiny skin. I will definitely be going out to purchase a box for my next incident.

I recently used leukotape on a 7 day backpacking trip. I mainly used it on my feet to prevent blisters. I put the tape on my heels the day before I left. Then subsequently on my toes where I felt a few “hot spots”.

This tape stays on! Only had to replace on a couple of my toes after hiking in the rain. My feet were soaked all day and most of the next day. The heel taped stayed on the whole time! Bottom line I did not have any blisters! Just sore and swollen feet from hiking for 7 days straight!;).

Absolutely no help whatsoever. Do not waste your money.

Practicing ATC for almost 3 years now and I can’t get enough of leukotape; it is so versatile and helps with a variety of issues my athletes have. This past year, we were able to get a starting varsity soccer player back on the field for playoffs and am SO grateful for it! Nothing else worked for him but this tape!.

I use two types of tape from this brand. Its so amazing and at such a great value that Im a repeat customer. Now I need the 2 pk rolls since I use this item so much! Excellent for sports injuries that require more stability than k-tape.

These r the absolute best things ever! If ur cut is too small for stitches but keeps getting wet, bumped, and reopened then u need to use one of these! BE SURE TO USE AS DIRECTED!! (Which clearly some of these people did not) Once it’s put on, u don’t have to do anything to it.

as the wound heals the bandaid will peel it’s self off little by little. I’ve been using these for like 2yrs now and I swear by them 100%! Once the cut is cleaned and had some time to air out, slap this puppy on really well and then u can basically forget about it until the bandaid falls off on its own, the most I did was carefully trim off the edges as needed to keep from snagging on anything.

This helps greatly in terms of protecting chafing on my calluses. I’ve tried many products, but this is the best. The downside is the packaging. I cannot figure out how to get the plastic package open.

Also, environmentally, to put 5 cushions in a strong plastic box seems irresponsible. Packaging could certainly improve.

I really wanted these to work for me. I have corns that redevelop almost monthly on my end/baby toes due to the shoes I wear to work (not functional but cute). In between pedicure visits, they become more and more painful until I’m almost limping to my scheduled pedi day.

I thought these would remedy that but it did not. Positive first; they definitely stick, they are large enough to work for a variety of corn sizes, and they did not take away space in your shoes because they were quite thin.

Negatives, while they remained glued to the toe, it did not remain in place. This pad slid, flipped over and in one case was covering my toenail by the end of the day. The glue on the adhesive side remained attached to my toe and picked up any particle it came in contact.

In fact, the glue was so strong I had to soak my feet and gently peel so that I did not remove skin on the underside of my toe. Needless to say with the pad not covering the actual corn, there wasn’t any relief or change to the size or painfulness of it.

It’s very thin which is a major plus because there isn’t any change to how your shoes fit, but it did not work for me. I can not recommend this product, however your experience may differ from mine.

Find tape is great. You get what you order and it gets shipped fast. The only issue is having it shipped in a box that’s too big and the contents shift around and some tape rolls may come undone. Otherwise great! Will continue to use Find Tape!.

Have used this for several years for hiking. Use this on my feet while hiking to prevent lace friction and compression burns and heel blisters. Put it on my feet before starting out on a hike. This works better than band aids and athletic tape.

Great moleskin. I have to put on my feet for exercise and walking. It certainly does the trick, every time. It’s also the perfect thickness.

I’ve tried other medical tapes but none of them perform like Leukotape. This stuff stays on until you peel it off, even if it gets wet. Highly recommended.

These are probably the reason my finger didn’t get continue to get infected and lose a nail/need medical attention. Here’s a detailed account of my experience — I had a hangnail on my dominant index finger that I stupidly ripped off, and unfortunately that finger ends up in my 1.

5 year old rescue dog’s mouth a lot for various reasons. The skin on the edge of my nailbed where the hangnail once was filled with pus, so before I got these I cleaned it with alcohol drained what I could, cleaned it again, and applied some Neosporin with a regular bandaid overnight.

By morning it looked a little better but since fingers literally touch everything, I knew I needed something else if I wanted it to stay that way. Enter these hydro seal hydrocolloid bandaids. Hydrocolloid patches are amazing for healing zits, which are technically open wounds, so I had a feeling this would work well for my small finger wound.

After reading a lot of reviews to get an idea about the product’s use and effectiveness, I bought these and I’m so glad I did! Because I was using around my fingernail, it was tough to fit it well and I ended up pressing the edges together over the top of my finger and then using cuticle scissors to cut around the sealed edges it so there weren’t awkward corners.

It held very well for the most part, but because I cut around the top, I think that made it easier to separate from itself. However, I found it easy to pinch the edges back together and my finger began to heal nicely! I wish I remembered to take a p icture after applying.

I wore one for 24 hours and another for 48-60 hours. When I removed the 2nd one, the thin top layer of skin that remained over where the pus had been came off but the skin has healed well and a week later my nailbed is almost fully intact again.

I doubt many people need these for the same reason I did, but it would be really awesome if there were fingertip versions of these.

Love the concept of these bandages. I had a major finger wound any was using standard methods of wound care for 2 weeks. Yesterday my 10 pack all in one hydro seal bandages arrived. Prior to application I cleaned the wound with neosporin foaming liquid and allow it to dry.

Your hydro seal bandages were very easy to work with (release from backing was simple and sterile-unlike your competitors) I applied 1 along the major axis of the wound. I applied another one at the tip of my finger.

I applied a 3rd bandage to ensure I could maintain a great seal as bandage #1 was very close to would boundary. As of this am I have no leakage from the wound package. Please see picture of my finger and the resulting wound package.

I can see a clear white line over the larger part of the covered wound (I believe this is good) Question-Is it ok to use multiple hydro seal bandages on a single wound? I can update this photo when it falls off where I will reapply until 100% healing is achieved.

It doesn’t matter which one you get bc they are all the same. I’ve tried all the different shapes, sizes, and descriptions. So these bandages are designed to be worn for a long period of time and not removed because what they do is they “provide the optimal healing environment,” by letting the body’s natural healing process so it’s thing in a much faster amount of time than a spot that is exposed to the daily grime and things that collect on your face slowing down the healing process.

Obviously, it’s not ideal to wear a huge bandage on your face for days on end, but if you put one on like right when you get home from the day and leave it on until the last possible moment you can the next morning you will see an amazing disappearing act bc those blemishes are gone! Now if it’s a place you have maybe picked at already, and caused a sore, then honestly I would try to keep the bandage on for 1.

5-2 full days. Especially if it’s in an area that like your mask will hide it anyways or maybe if you aren’t leaving your house for anything that your appearance would really matter for. I’m telling you these babies are the real deal!.

I bought these yesterday to cover a blister that had formed on my heel. However, despite being advertised as waterproof, it came off right away once exposed to water. I replaced it with another, and it came off just sitting at my desk! It also left residue on my foot that won’t come off.

I am extremely disappointed with this product and Nexcare. I would not recommend this product at all.

My husband purchased these bandages hoping they’d help heal up a nasty oil splatter burn he received working over the flat top grill at work. He had little quarter-inch blisters all over his forearm that were painful, itchy, and annoying, and he couldn’t leave them alone even though it was important not to pick them if they were to heal properly.

I go hiking a lot with inexperienced hikers. They always get blisters and the blister kits you get at the stores or you nearest outdoor supply store they always fall off and only last maybe a few hours.

With super skin you can leav it on for days and days and it will not fall off unless you pull it off. Then when you are ready to pull it off it peels off so gently and delicate. It doesn’t tear your blisters.

It even work as a band aid if you didn’t bring one.

All my girls are dancers, this has been so amazing. We haven’t been able to find a product that works well enough until we found this superskin!! We also love hiking and outdoor activities, and superskin works perfectly.

Really happy with this product. I used the tan product for a 4 day wedding event and I kept the same strips on the whole time! It blended well with my skin and saved my feet from blisters. I’ve also used it at the gym when doing pull ups to prevent my calluses from tearing.

I got my large IFAK pro and opened it up to learn the layout. I was first surprised that the vast majority of the premium packing was not there and instead clear Plastic bags. A major reason I went with this kit was the color coded premium packaging that would help a non professional weekend warrior more quickly find what I needed in a stressful situation.

I then decided to learn where everything was since the color coding was missing and was further annoyed to find my burn mods missing completely with $10 of coupon in its stead. I was never informed they were not included or discount, they just put a coupon in its place in the kit.

this made me decide to look deeper and found my chest seals and my size 28 npa missing. Very upset I spent so much on a high end ifak to and in the end multiple important items are missing and clearly not as advertised.

Based on the reviews I was hopeful that the blister tape would serve as as superior form of moleskin, which rarely seems to stay in place when subjected to prolonged sweat and wet conditions. Unfortunately the tape has utterly failed to live up to the hype thus far.

After an 8 mile ruck march on a moderately hot June day, both the pieces on my toe and heal completely slid off into my sock. This leaves the roll as essentially useless for my needs.

I used the SuperSkin on my Grand Canyon, rim to rim to rim run. I was impressed with how well it wraps and covers the area as a second skin; it worked great! On this same run, I also used it to patch a small hole in my Salomon, silicone drinking flask.

It held perfect and water-tight allowing me to restore full use of my flask.
