20 Best Tasting Keto Bars (2022 Updated)

Just had the keto bar with chocolate covered strawberry. It was crispy. I was very hard to chew. It had a slight after taste of artificial sugar. When eating, I kept thinking that it would be go to crumb over ice cream as a topper.

These really grew on me! They are not too sweet and have a bitter chocolate taste. I wasn’t sure that I liked them at first but the flavour grew on my and I find my self craving the flavour. Would definitely purchase again!.

The IQ Mix electrolyte mix has a good variety of flavors that help rehydrate and make sure I actually drink enough water. Just a plain glass (much less 8 – 10 of them!) are hard for me to get down every day but adding the mix into my water has me easily drinking 64 oz of water per day and I know I am well hydrated and replacing crucial minerals and salts as I do it.

Good stuff! The sampler pack came with a variety of snack bars as well. The texture is soft and a bit grainy, which I don’t mind but some people may be put off by it. The chocolate flavors are really delicious and satisfying, and the blueberry lemon probably is too but I don’t like lemon so it’s not for me.

The other flavors were odd to me, but thankfully the IQBars come in a chocolate lovers pack so I was able to easily order a box of those three flavors that I really like without having to weed out the ones I don’t care for.

I had my eye on the IQBAR sampler pack for a while and finally ordered one when it was on sale on Prime Day. Honestly I’m so happy that I did! I’ve been trying each of the flavors throughout the week and I was shocked at how good they are.

They’re nothing like any protein bar I’ve ever had before they actually taste like real food and not like a block of flavored protein powder. I’ve tried many other vegan protein bars (No Cow Orgain Clif BUILDERS) and these IQBARs totally blow them out of the water in terms of flavor and texture.

The first bar I tried was Peanut Butter Chip and the first thing I noticed was that the chocolate chips actually tasted like real chocolate and there were a ton of them throughout the bar much more than I’m used to with other protein bars.

I really enjoyed the texture too there’s a bit of crunch from the nuts and it’s sort of like those desserts that have almond based crusts. Very decadent and an awesome change from overly chewy or chalky protein bars.

I don’t follow a low carb diet just vegan but I do like that there’s practically no sugar in these bars. No artificially sweetener taste either despite the allulose. My favorite flavors are the Peanut Butter Chip/Almond Butter Chip (I have to try them back to back again to see which I like better lol) Wild Blueberry and Matcha Chai.

The Wild Blueberry took me by surprise because it’s not sweet at all! It’s actually pretty savory which sounds weird but I thought it tasted awesome similar to a blueberry muffin. I expected to love the Matcha Chai the most because matcha is one of my favorite things ever but the flavor doesn’t come through too much.

Still like it anyway. Banana Nut is really good too smells just like banana bread and again isn’t too sweet. I really hope I can order more soon because I don’t think I can go back to other protein bars after trying these!! Thank you IQBAR I really really love this product and am a very happy customer.

Ok so. I have been on the search for a new protein bar for what feels like FOREVER. I used to get Oatmega bars for years until they went out of business. Working out is a huge part of my life and I prefer to start my day was some protein but not full on breakfast.

Y’all. This search started to be so pathetic is was comical. The “healthy” bars were all just SOOOOOOO GROSS. Like there were a few I just had to throw away after the first few bites because I couldn’t stop gagging.

So I was hopeful for these but also skeptical. I got the variety pack because I wanted to try them all before committing to one. I tried the peanut butter chip one this morning and the protein gods sang.

It was actually REALLY good! I haven’t tried the others yet but I’m just so happy I at least like 1 flavor so far!.

These are absolutely the best-tasting keto bars I ve ever had, bar none. The texture is great, the flavor is great, and it really is like eating a nice, high-quality granola bar. Nothing else compares.

BUT (or perhaps I should say “butt”), if I have more than one of these a DAY (sometimes, even then), I get the most spectacular gas I have ever experienced in my life. I m not kidding, it basically turns my intestines into a bioreactor, and I can literally feel my guts expanding cyclically and count the time between expulsions to less than a minute.

My girlfriend has exiled me from her near vicinity because, when I am not committing acts of chemical warfare, I am audibly gurgling and churning like a fetid swamp from a fantasy movie. Have you ever seen the Bog of Eternal Stench scene in the movie Labyrinth? It s pretty much that.

These things are no joke. If you eat too many, you will drive your family away. You will drive your PETS away. You will become the Golgothan Fart Demon. You will destroy worlds. Eat in moderation.

Part of my daily routine is to have a protein bar. so I am always looking for new kinds to mix things up. This peanut butter & chocolate chip bar from keto crisp is my first exposure to this bramd. The bars came nicely packed in their own brown cardboard box (inside another amazon box), and then the pack of 12 bars have their own nice looking retail display box.

The bars are relatively small in size. The color of the bar is a dark chocolate. There s a good mix of chocolate and peanut butter. The chocolate seems to lean more towards dark chocolate flavor so if you don t like dark chocolate maybe look elsewhere.

The consistency of the bars is crispy. The ingredient list doesn t freak me out too much and looks pretty clean. Taste is a B-. They only have 10 grams of protein so the fat is what fills you up more than the protein I think.

I think they re not bad and a little expensive.

My husband asked me why I keep choosing “keto” labeled packaged food to review considering we only like about half of them? I do because, amongst all of them one might find a gem. (that and maybe I am a sucker for punishment)We have been on a cleaner keto for 3+ years for health and not weight loss reasons.

We, generally, do not buy these sorts of things left to our own devices. We pretty much lost our sweet and snackie habits when we started and never looked back. This bar is 17g whole carbs per package and 4g net carbs per package between the fiber and sugar alcohols.

Taste is like a peanut butter cup, crossed with a brownie, crossed with a rice crispy bar. Actually, to us, they aren t bad at all. Not sickening sweet like some “keto” treats are. Overall. I don t know if I would purchase them again, but I would definitely say they are WAY better than most and we will enjoy eating the rest of the box.

I’ve tried every “clean” protein and/or energy bar out there. Buffbake has the best one, hands down. My discerning palate told me so! Cinnamon Crunch tastes more like a dessert bar than anything else, and it satisfies both my sweet tooth and my hunger.

Great snack and pick-me-up. I can trust Buffbake because this company produces the highest quality foods in a fitness industry that is still not well regulated. Buffbake standards are gold, and I never have to worry about what I’m consuming if it’s got their name on the label.

I love Buff Bake’s protein cookies, so I thought I’d give these a try. They’re my new favorite protein bar, thanks to the taste, texture, and ingredients. They aren’t like any other bar I’ve tried — they taste and, especially, have a texture more like a homemade cookie bar than a packaged protein bar.

And no artificial sweeteners! (In exchange for this honest review, I was offered a discount on my next purchase. ) Only complaint is the flavor is a little bland, they could up the vanilla flavor.

I love this peanut butter bar, I have my shake in the morning and 30 minutes later I have my bar and it keeps me going not craving anything else until lunch. Very fulfilling and delicious for those loving peanuts! And great feeling knowing that I am eating something with healthy ingredients.

So you could say that I am quite the protein bar connoisseur, have tried probably over 100+ kinds of them in my proteinaceous career. After a lot of trialing, what I have narrowed in on is that it is very difficult to have a protein bar that is A) packed with protein and B) delicious & flavorful, all without being C) riddled with excessive sugar / carbs.

That said, these Protein Crisp Bars from Bulletproof truly are the FULL package: It packs a mean flavorful punch of protein that is low in net carbs, while also offering a decent amount of fiber. Since it might be hard to tell from the name, note they aren’t a crunchy type of crisp, more of just very easy to bite off a piece of with some good texture (main point is they most definitely don’t have that impossible-to-bite, tootsi-roll-like texture frequently seen in lower-carb bars).

This chocolate mint bar in particular is my favorite flavor- picture a delicious Girl Scout thin mint cookie that is slightly less crunchy but also a healthy protein bar…. can you really beat that?? If you are going back and forth between different brands and still looking for the perfect bar, look no further.

Buy yourself some Protein Crisp Bars and never look back. Happy eating!.

These bars are definitely making their way into my on-the-go snack lineup. Normally, it’s hard for me to find a bar I like because the sweeteners leave an off aftertaste or the texture makes me feel like my teeth are getting pulled out, but NOT these.

These are soft and chewable with a slight crisp which I really enjoy, the sweetness is perfect and doesn’t leave a bad taste and the flavors are everything!.

Protein bars are often so bad tasting – not this one! It has some really great flavor for a salted caramel. I personally would prefer it to be a little more salty, but I know that might bother some people, so I think they got it right.

Great snack to get you through the middle of the day.

I ordered a pack of 5 x 12 bars of 5 different flavours, because I knew these bars before and liked the taste (of certain flavours) a lot, but unfortunately I can’t find them within the EU anymore, so I had to order from the UK website directly.

As for the taste: I personally like White Choc Salted Peanut and Chocolate Caramel best. White Choc is my absolute favourite right now. Unfortunately I didn’t like Dark Choc Raspberry, PB+J (too little “sourness” in the jelly part, too floury) and Speculoos (I found them a little bland, missing the speculoos spices) too much.

But that may just be my personal taste. A thing, however, that bothered me when my package arrived and still bothers me every time I want to eat a Chocolate Caramel bar is, that the fifth case of bars (which was the Choc Caramel) got crushed in the delivery box.

Not only the case got crushed, bot also the bars inside, which caused every single bar I’ve eaten of that flavour so far to be dry because the broken chocolate coating let air reach the protein filling.

🙁 Today, after I took another bar out of the crushed box, I noticed that the packaging of that bar even had opened on one end. Presumably due to the bar being crushed inside the case. The bar inside was in particularly bad shape and extra dry.

I find this very unsatisfactory, since I paid for an intact product. This led me to write this review, which is sad, since I actually like the bars. I would advise Misfits Health to come up which a better packaging solution, so that the shipped bars won’t be crushed (I think the box in which the 5 cases came in was too small to fit them all, so the fifth box was crammed inside violently, and the cases aren’t sturdy enough to protect the bars inside).

If you examine the macros for many “Protein Bars” you find they would more accurately be called “Carbohydrate Bar”, “Sugar Bar” or “Fat Bar”. Misfits is one of few that manage to offer far more protein than anything else whilst still being palatable, which is not at all an easy thing to do.

Yes, the ingredient list is rather long, but most of the ingredient selections are rather clever or at least less bad than those in many other long-life, convenient bar shaped edibles. For example, the selection of xylitol and stevia as the main sweeteners, whilst many other bars use processed dates (super, but very high sugar) or maltitol (a polyol with relatively high glycaemic impact) or some of the less desirable sweeteners like aspartame.

Flavour wise. definitely okay! Not quite delicious dessert, but pleasant. Also the bars have some really lovely textural variety including via sprinkles and crunchy bits layered onto the top, which makes them far more interesting than the uniform processed fudge of some of their competitors.

I’ve tried a million brands of protein bars and they’re all pretty gross, or basically just a candy bar, or not enough protein. This is definitely the best protein bar I’ve had, because it tastes decent, has 15 g of protein (which is PLENTY! especially for a snack) and a healthy dose of FIBER, which is extremely important for digestive health.

I often struggle to get enough protein in my diet to support my weight-lifting routine, but ever since I’ve been regularly eating these protein bars, I genuinely feel more energetic and strong in the gym.

And it’s a wonderful feeling to see my muscles pop again. Some flavors are better than others. I thought I’d like dark choc raspberry the best but it didn’t have enough raspberry flavor to my liking.

That’s one common thing I’ll mention: the pictures make it seem like it’s bursting with filling, but it’s really just a modest amount of filling. My favorite so far is the chocolate caramel, but I’ll say that none of them are objectively gross to me.

Even the ones I like the least are still okay and palatable. I’ve just purchased the limited edition variety pack to try the other flavors not in the standard variety pack, so we’ll see which one can top chocolate caramel.

If you’re on the fence, consider giving it a try! You might be pleasantly surprised like I was.

I was diagnosed with Celiac a year ago and needed to find a gluten free replacement for the protein bars I used to eat. Initially I thought these were delicious, though slightly expensive at $5. 50 a box.

The quality also really suffered during the hot summer months. Some boxes, even purchased in store, were completely melted. BUT when you got an unmelted box for a decent price, they were really good.

That being said, the price has increased over $3 in one year. I admit, I probably overdid it-eating one almost daily (busy mom of 2 on a gluten free diet…) and I’m NOT on a keto diet, but they didn’t do me any health favors.

I got my labs redrawn and, granted, I changed my ENTIRE diet over the past year, not just the addition of these protein bars, but I’ve got cholesterol issues for the first time in my life. The high fat combined with the high price means these bars that were once a staple in my pantry, will no longer be purchased at all.

I’d still be open to having one as an occasional snack, but not at the current price.

Seattle needs more stock! I buy them by the box but they’re out everywhere. I’m actually on hold right now with a local market that does tend to stock them. I got a box there a couple weeks ago but now I’m waiting for them finish their restocking today.

They were supposed to get some in. I’m jonesin’ bad here! Are they small? Compared to all the other Keto bars I’ve tried, no! It’s not fair to compare them to other normal huge sugar-filled protein bars.

They’re actually thicker than some. And have such a nice, thick chocolate coating. It really does add to the eating experience. They’ve nailed the taste AND the inner and outer texture – which no other bar I’ve tasted so far does.

The outer shell is in the goldilocks zone of not too hard, not too soft. The interior is rich and creamy with just enough of a little crunch to keep things interesting. I could probably do without the crunch, but I understand it’s raison d’être.

Overall it’s not hard, or gluey or rubbery or dry or crumbly like so many others I’ve tried. I don’t have a meter, so I can’t really judge their blood sugar effects, but for me it all comes down to what else I’ve eaten that day.

Everything that’s not pure fat is essentially a cheat. Even protein can be converted to glucose. So you just can’t cheat too much in any one period. And that period varies from person to person. I will say that their ingredients are less questionable than a lot of bars out there that call themselves ‘keto’ or try to market to the keto sector.

And they taste so darned good, it makes you forget all about the ingredients. My advice, if you’re at all concerned. don’t buy them! I’m tempted to write reviews that they’ll make your [flagged for profanity?] mammary glands and/or john thomas shrink just so I can find a darned box in stock! ;-> If you’re in the PNW, please, don’t hoard.

absolutely the best protein bar i’ve ever eaten. I would recommend these to anyone, Keto or not. The key isn’t the Keto, it is that it’s a reasonable calorie amount, high protein, and the best tasting thing you’ll eat today.

it satiates your sweet craving. for better or worse, i’ve gotten into the habit of eating 2 a day. it appears my wife is in a similar habit because our supply quickly dwindles. i put mine in the freezer which gives it more of an ice cream feel.

This product is amaZing! I will sometimes use Low carb Whipped cream with every bite to get in my macros for the day, but definitely does NOT need the assist. I would eat these all day every day if i wasn’t afraid of constipation or on the flip side, explosive diarrhea.

these are seriously the best keto protein bar. they have less protein than other snacks, sure, but you cannot beat the flavor of these things! if you’ve ever had a quest bar and felt so sad about how they put a delicious-looking donut on the wrapper for it to just taste like protein-enhanced mud.

these are not that. they are mousse-y and fluffy, like a candy bar. i actually keep them around to help my sweet tooth and they definitely do the job. i’ll eat it with a glass of unsweetened almond milk for a satisfying snack.

they are definitely better in price than other bars for sure, although not the cheapest. the only thing i hate about these is that they’re so dang hard to get my hands on!!! these are so good you might not ever see them in stores.

so if you find them, definitely grab some.

I had the opportunity to sample Munk Pack keto granola bars. I honestly wasn’t sure if I would like it. I am very picky especially when it comes to anything keto related. This was an excellent surprise! It is sweetened with allulose.

Allulose has virtually no impact on blood sugar and insulin, that it very important to me because I control my diabetes with diet alone. This is just sweet enough. The overwhelming taste is coconut with a tiny pinch of chocolate chips.

I wish that there were more chocolate chips honestly because I can never get enough chocolate chips. If you don’t love coconut you probably won’t love this. They do have other flavors to try and I definitely will be buying them.

I recently tried and boy did I feast upon it. This bar was actually scrumptious. It’s packed with coconut, almonds, cocoa and flavor with only 1g of sugar. In my opinion, if you’re not a coconut, almond and cocoa fan, I don’t suggest this.

If you are, you need to try it, especially if you’re on a keto diet or thinking about it. It’s soft, but not gooey. I love that these bars only have 1g of sugar, which is awesome for anyone following a keto/low carb diet. In addition, they are glutten free and plant based. I really enjoy chewy granola bars, so i was excited to try this.

I’m not a huge fan of coconut, so this bar really wasn’t for me but I’m super excited to try other flavors. I actually had a friend try it and he really enjoyed the flavor, coconut and all. Overall, this would be a great addition to your pantry!.

I was really excited to try these bars, but unfortunately the texture is not it for me. It reminds me of eating protein powder in a condensed form. The flavour is not horrible if you can get past the texture!.

The only flavor I have tried so far is Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate. The flavor was very good. Not too sweet, not too salty. The peanut flavor came through very nicely and the chocolate did not have the “cheap chocolate” taste of some bars I’ve tried.

The texture was nice, with a bit of crunch and a bit of chewiness. Personally, I prefer a little more crunch, but that’s nitpicking. The main novelty about this bar is the Allulose — an ingredient new to me – that makes the bars very low carb.

I could not detect any flavor from it, nor from the monkfruit that adds sweetness without sugar. This bar would not be something I’d reach for if I needed a quick infusion of energy — there just isn’t enough sugar there, but that is exactly what would recommend this bar to those watching their bloodsugar, for example.

Also of note is that other bars have longer “best by” dates. (Mine was about 8 months). Personally, I prefer food that doesn’t have a forever shelf life, but I wouldn’t put these bars in my earthquake kit, for example.

I’m not satisfied with the vast majority of energy bars I’ve tried. Specifically, I find most brands to be disgustingly sweet. I usually go for very high protein bars, but even then, often have trouble finishing a box of them due to accumulating unhappiness with the cloying sweetness.

I’m happy to report that this bar had an excellent mix of nuts, chocolate, and seeds without tasting like a cheap candy bar. This afternoon I ate a bar and then went for a 2 mile walk. No sugar crash with fatigue resulted, which I could expect with more sugary snacks.

The label states 5 grams of protein and 150 calories, 4 grams of fiber, and less than 1 gram of total sugars. Good stuff and highly recommended.

These things taste so good it’s insane. Honestly identical to taking a big bite of cookie dough. I had to look again at the label 2 net carbs (12 minus the 10g fiber=2 net) Grabbed one at random at the grocery store.

Firstly, let me say that I love BHU bars and have them on Auto-Ship. However, this last batch of the cookie dough one was not good at all and had a gross aftertaste that it never had before and the packaging was completely different so I don’t know if it was old or if they are making changes.

I’m really hoping they don’t because I really love the peanut butter and the white chocolate macadamia. Sad because I’m going to just toss this box which was not cheap. :(.

These bars were such a ‘by chance’ buy because I was doing a Daniel Fast, and just so happened to begin to analyze nearly every product in the grocery store 😂. This little bar was a LIFE SAVER, with AMAZING taste.

To say it has pretty clean ingredients, and NO sugar, I bought quite a few of these, and I’m not afraid to tell it! It’s sweetened with monk fruit extract, so no worries about artificial sweetener, and they’re vegan as well.

The first time I saw this flavor in Whole Foods, my brain said “Ewwwww. ” I like butter. And LOVE salt. But combined in a bar? Eh, no. Hard no. But then I kept seeing it. And since none of Keto Krisp’s other flavors have ever let me down, today I vetoed my brain and decided to try one.

OMG – YESSSS. I don’t even know what I just ate but it was so stupidly good, I felt compelled to come here and write this weirdly enthusiastic review in hopes you too might reconsider trying this deceptively gross sounding energy bar.

PRO-TIP: leave bar in the sun on the dash of your car when you go for a trail run, come back to the equivalent of a fresh-from-oven cookie. Consume with a side of your favorite dark chocolate for maximum deliciousness (Hu salty gems paired really well).

What a genius creation! I’ve tried all flavors, but only truly love the almond butter chocolate chip. And I mean I really love this one; I couldn’t imagine another bar this good! I eat these at least 5 days out of 7.

I didn’t want to buy a whole box of the butter in case I didn’t care for it. I found them at Whole Foods and bought two bars. I was a bit leary of butter and salt flavor, but this is so awesome! Today I will be going back to Whole Foods to buy more, because all I know is that I must have more immediately.

How you guys made butter and salt taste this amazing is beyond me! Keto Krisp became my only bar about a year ago – NO ONE makes a bar as good as yours and I’ve probably tried most of them out there.

I typically HATE protein bars – even the ones that everyone else seems to love. I had given up on ever finding a bar that would serve as a quick snack or breakfast, but when I saw this I took a chance and I am so glad I did! The best thing about this bar is that it is not sweet.

I can have it for breakfast and not feel like I’m eating dessert at 6 am. It most closely resembles the flavour of a shortbread cookie. It is pretty oily (but that doesn’t bother me). I have already reordered.

I wish these could be ordered by the box/case. I’m so glad to have found these.

I really loved most of the flavors. It’s a nice addition to my keto plan and helps me have a grab and go option for day time traveling and I can see taking it on a longer trip as well. Coco is probably my favorite flavor, but I really liked the lemon (it reminds me of a lemon snap cookie), the one I thought I would love it probably my 3rd option: cookie dough and I really liked the berry one too.

the one that I wasn’t the most in love with was the banana. But honestly, all the flavors were really good and I ate them all in my variety box. When it came time to order just one flavor my choice was cocoa.

But I think lemon and berry might be a close second for me. The texture is dense and a little crumbly. All of them are rich. You definately feel like you’ve had a little treat, so if you’re looking for that feeling, with a good taste that keeps your macros in track for ketos or low carb eating then I recommend these bars.

I love this one, I truly do. My entire being claps with excitement every time I reach for this bar. It is smooth, melts wonderfully in my mouth, and it is not too sweet!! I can say I taste the cocoa from the beginning to the end.

Pure perfection! I enjoy everything about this one, but I am deeply sad when I am finished with it. Then, temptation settles in and I get entangled in a staring contest between the box and my eyes! You can guess who ends up winning.

I need to try the lemon meringue flavour, which I ordered a week ago (7/4/21). I will share my opinion about the lemon meringue bar if I receive the invitation to do so and once I try it. To sum up, the cocoa bar is my winner.

As a way of improvement, if you will, I challenge the company to make a bar that is a bit lower in total carbs while maintaining the quality and integrity of the ingredients. Should you go for it, I will be the first one in trying the bar!.

So trying these out I was very skeptical. The bar has a different texture and flavor than other protein bars but wow! The Cocoa and berry beautiful are my top two favorites the third being the cookie dough because of its chocolate chunks.

However the banana was lacking in banana flavor, and I did actually toss the lemon after taking a bite. In my opinion it’s the worst bar. But I love that you can read all of the ingredients in these bars and that they’re very low in sugar!.

I wanted to like these, I purchased $65 dollars worth, when they got here they were hot and mushy. I tried to put them in the refrigerator and then tried a bit of 2 different kinds and they tasted like chalk and very dry.

I will use regular keto friendly ingredients and make my own. I’m glad others like them. They say that there is a money back guarantee and I wrote them about it, and left a voicemail. I will see if they help me.

I keep some bars in the fridge – some bars in the freezer. I keep these in the freezer. It is almost like eating an ice cream bar. Out of the many flavors I ordered for a big sample try, this one makes the cut for re-order.

The flavors are subtle. The after taste isn’t bad. The frozen experience is great.

Delicious flavor and improved texture when taken out of refrigerator for 5-10 minutes prior to eating. It would even be better if the bar had almonds, pecans or walnuts rather than peanuts for those who want to avoid legumes.

Just a suggestion but no complaints. I appreciate this business for making theses bars.

I have a love/hate opinion for these. I have order over 15 boxes. I love the taste and ingredients. They are great for when you have a sweet craving and will not have to feel guilty about the ingredients and sugar.

I have only tried the peanut butter chocolate chunk. The Bad The chocolate coating melts easily. You can open some and see where it has melted and formed back together. I always keep them refrigerated.

I also dislike the fact that they have gone up $3.

I don’t like protein bars. I hate the artificial taste and dense rubber texture. I’ve tried a lot and always the same issue. I bought this bar on a whim cause I was hungry and OMG it actually tasted good! I could taste the butter and it was not bitter like most artificially sweetened bars are.

I will buy these again. maybe try the meal powder.

I was pleasantly surprised this bar is soooo good. I like to freeze them and then eat them. Makes me never miss a snickers bar. Its that good. Its the perfect late afternoon snack at work. Holds me over until my last meal before I end my fast.

Best keto bar ever.

These are really good. They are hard to find in our grocery stores. Happy to find them on Amazon. I do like the chocolate mint ones the best. Flavor-wise I give them 5 stars. They are a little pricey but they are a generous size so I cut them in half to make 2 servings.

Some other low carb friendly bars are pretty small. I gave them 4 stars overall because they can be a bit on the oily side. My first box had very oily feeling bars. I attributed it to being delivered on a very hot day and I am in Southern Florida.

The second box I ordered was better though still had that oily feeling. I just wrap them in a paper towel for a few seconds to sop that up. Not so convenient if I m taking a bar with me for a just in case snack if I m out doing errands but it s not a deal breaker.

I will continue to purchase these.
