Team Pokémon Yellow is a fan-made, unofficial name for the original 151 Pokémon that were featured in the first generation of the Pokémon franchise. These Pokémon were first seen in the Pokémon Red and Blue games, which were released in the United States in 1998.
The team is named after the main protagonist of the Pokémon anime, Ash Ketchum, who is known as Satoshi in Japan. The team is also known as the “Kanto starters” because they are the Pokémon that are available to players at the beginning of the game.
Three Teams—from Pokémon GO to the Pokémon TCG! Nothing beats exploring the world with your teammates by your side! Proudly let other Trainers know which team you’re on with the eye-catching pin in this collection.
You’ll also find your favorite team leader as a playable Supporter card that helps you draw cards and get Energy into play, as well as a stack of booster packs from the special Pokémon GO expansion.

I never get anything out of the these sets, but always feel the need to get at least one of each as they come out. Well, much to my surprise, the first pack I open, I get “the” card! A rainbow rare Mew and Mewtwo!!! Just an awesome surprise anf couldn’t be happier with the purchase.
Was also a great deal on a item still going for $50 in the retail stores. Couldnt be happier.
Shipped with no protection it was just wrapped in a box a few times and potential reseal item so unless you really want to the promos and items for a cheaper price I wouldnt risk it

TL;DR nice remake of the original blue rescue team, worth a shot definetely. This is a remake of the very first Mystery Dungeon game: Red and Blue Rescue Team for the DS and GBA, and it does a very good job of retelling the story.
It takes about 25-30 hours to beat the game. It’s relatively easier than the orginal I’ll give it that, but you’ve obviously not played post game if you think it holds your hand throughout the entire time.
Post game is definitely difficult and can give you a challenge, but it does so in a way where it is optional so that it doesn’t scare off those who are new to the series. The artwork and design is charming.
The music has even more impact than before. They added new features such as Rare Qualities in replace of IQ which makes the game easier. ONLINE Rescue making things so much better when you want rescue or be rescued by an actual player! Which was never available like this before!, they had the password system but you can’t really use it unless you have a friend that owns/plays the game or you know a community that actively still plays (which in 2005/2006 wasn’t that big in a lot of places) So the fact that now you can rescue people via online is a huge step, because you can just check the requests as if they are on your daily bulletin.
Rescuing people online is also a great way to get more points for ranking up, you get rare items as rewards, AND you feel like a real rescue team for saving someone not just an NPC!.
This is a good games but, I have a slight problem with it. The way it controls. The environments are 3d and you can used the joystick to play the game don’t get me wrong but your locked in 8 directions of movement.
This wouldn’t be so bad if the base switch had an actual dpad but since your left with buttons its kinda funky to move around as is. But add the fact the dpad is in a TERRIBLE spot its kinda a headache to play in my option.
Like do you go with the controls what give your hand a bit of a cramp but you can get a better sense of the movement or do you go with the one that feels better on your hand but gives you (in my option) worse movement.
But besides the controls the game looks pretty and the story (to what I got up to) is really good. i just stopped playing because I don’t like how it controls and its a shame because i really wanna see how the story unfolds but i just don’t like the movement options so I’m stuck.
This game has caused nothing but anger and frustration in my house. My kids pooled their money to buy it, and now they both wish they could return it. The game is engineered to force each person to have their own Switch hardware, much like a DS.
The problem is that multiple Switch users are forced to share an island and compete for resources. Everything one user does affects all other users on the system, so essentially there is only one save file common to all users.
My daughter started the island and started building a village. She laid out a plan for what resources she needed and how to spend her in-game currency. My son waited patiently for his turn and started a “new” game under his profile and began harvesting/collecting resources, but soon discovered that he cannot build any houses or add to the village since it’s my daughter’s island.
Now that he has cut down trees and smashed up the big rocks on the island, she has to wait several days in real-time for them to respawn. Neither of them can progress right now. My daughter rarely plays the Switch, but she was so much looking forward to this game that she decided that the easiest way around the sharing issues was to use all of her savings to buy a Switch Lite.
We soon discovered that, unlike with other Switch games, Animal Crossing data cannot be moved to a new Switch! And we cannot make my son the owner of their island, so his progress will always be limited by a user profile that won’t get played anymore.
Both of my kids are proud of the progress they managed to make during the past week, and neither wants to start over, but it’s a lose-lose situation for everyone.
The Pokémon TCG game is supplemented by the Pokemon TCG Pokemon Go Elite Trainer Box 4X Lot. Ten Pokémon TCG and Pokémon GO booster packs are included in this item. This item also includes a foil promotional card that features Mewtwo V.
There are four distinct decks of cards included in the Pokemon TCG Pokemon Go Elite Trainer Box 4X Lot. Additionals are included in each deck, such as a Mewtwo that is depicted on the sleeves of the 65 cards.
VSTAR indicators and a player’s manual. A coin-flip die, acrylic condition, 45 energy cards, and damage-counter dice are the other items included in this product. This product retailed for $200 when it debuted on January 7th, 2022.
This is for those that just want to buy a limited edition bundle that has all the necessities that would allow for you to be ready for the TCG scene or it would be a greater starter pack for you to be able to start your collection somewhere.
When i purchased this i at least got about 75% of the collection completed just by the amount of booster packs within there with minimal doubles appearing in the packs. So i find that this is appealing for bother collectors and also those that just like to use these for card games.
I bought three of these trainer boxes. Got greats cards to build a couple of awesome decks. I was a little disappointed that one out of my three boxes did not come with the promised Mewtwo V card. Like I said other than that one card missing everything was great quality (dice, sleeves, etc.
Seek out and take in-game pictures of Pokémon in their native environments in the New Pokémon Snap game, only for the Nintendo Switch system! You’ll even discover behaviors and expressions you’ve never seen before when you encounter and research lively wild Pokémon.
Travel to unknown islands with beautiful scenery like lush jungles and sandy beaches. The Pokémon pictures you take there will be used to build your very own Pokémon Photodex! This brand-new game brings the gameplay of the 1999 Pokémon Snap game for the Nintendo 64 system to life on the Nintendo Switch system with unknown islands to discover and different Pokémon to see! Photograph lively wild Pokémon in their natural habitats as you research and explore unknown islands.
Journey through a variety of environments such as beaches and jungles to capture previously-unseen Pokémon behaviors. The photos you take can also be used to fill out your very own Pokémon Photodex!.
If you enjoyed the original 64 game, you’ll have a blast with this one! Like the original game there are plenty of puzzles to figure out and chain events to trigger, like luring a pokemon to a specific spot for something unique to happen, and this one has a few added features for better quality of life and replayability! It brings a day and night cycle, and research levels for each setting.
The path taken and environment are pretty much identical, but the placement and behaviors of the pokemon will change as your score raises higher. (Don’t worry about missing anything! You can go back to previous levels before you select the stage!) There are also cues for when your picture lands a good score in one of the point categories, like nailing a specific pose or getting the pokemon centered just right.
Additionally on the quality of life changes, there’s an actual list of hints for the special events you can trigger. There’s enough throwback references to bring on the nostalgia, (oh how I missed those floppy Magikarps!) and so, so many new pokemon to make it feel fresh and exciting.
As for the environmental detail, the game is gorgeous! Pokemon under the water have that ‘displaced’ lighting feel, and there are layers to the environment where pokemon can be hiding, sometimes hidden so well you get just a second or two to snap a picture before they’re gone.
For those who are new to pokemon snap or to pokemon in general, it may not feel *quite* as magical as it does to us nostalgia buffs. Taking the nostalgia aspect out of the equasion, the game is like a cartoony, warm and casual safari picture taking game.
Being stuck on a one-way track might make it a little “meh” for those looking for something more “open world adventure” but for others the one-way track can bring a feeling of challenge to the game; you’ve got to react quick when something happens to get that perfect shot! The storyline and characters may make the game seem a little on the childish side, but keep in mind that it *IS* a pokemon game; these aren’t lions hunting down gazelle for dinner, they’re fun and unusual creatures in a bright and colorful cartoon world.
I played Pokemon Snap on the N64 only a couple of times, but really enjoyed it back then, probably because the very concept of the game format was radically different from anything else I had played, but it was fun.
It’s been too long since I played the original version, and given my limited experience, I cannot make comparisons between this and the original version. The concept is still fun and original, even in today’s video game environment.
Ultimately, you are moving through different landscapes trying to catch the best photo you can of Pokemon in the wild, not unlike if you went on a bird-watching adventure and trying to catch birds up close and posing perfectly.
The storyline is somewhat necessary, but really seemed to slow down the game. It feels like there is more to it than is necessary to play the game. I just kept feeling like I want to skip and move on.
The controls are configurable, and I’m still trying different configurations to find the one that works best for me, but some controls, like rotating around from your current position, are hyper-sensitive and hard to get just right.
However, practice makes this much easier. I’m not deep enough into the game to make an overall judgement call, but so far, I have not grown bored with the game, although if you prefer titles with more action, this one probably will have you getting bored quickly.
New Pokemon Snap is a return for the dormant 21 year old Pokemon Snap spinoff series, and what a return it is! Fans of Pokemon have waited years for a true sequel to the original, quirky Snap N64 game, and this Switch sequel does not disappoint, for the most part.
It is amazing to see so many true to size Pokemon (over 200 across all 8 generations) in their real life habitats, coexisting and interacting with other Pokemon. Using the camera to take pictures, throwing fluffruit and illumina orbs, scanning, and using the Pokeflute, brings back memories of the N64 game, while still remaining engaging enough for newcomers.
The game is overflowing with content (as well as supported by a free DLC drop) and the chase to catalogue each Pokemon and complete requests to get pictures of crazy Pokemon behaviors is truly exciting and satisfying.
My one qualm about New Pokemon Snap is the lack of Pokemon evolutions (like in the original); if you’re an old school fan returning for the nostalgia, you might miss these, but it’s not a game breaker.
Whether you are a new or old fan of Pokemon, if you are looking for something different and unique outside of the standard catch and battle ’em all, New Pokemon Snap has you covered. There’s truly nothing else like it in the franchise.
You’ve finally been granted your Pokemon trainer’s license, and now you’re on your way to becoming the world’s greatest Pokemon trainer! The shockingly cute Pikachu tags along behind you as you search the enormous world for monsters to train and evolve.
Face off against Blastoise’s torrential water gun. Stand strong when facing Pidgeot’s stormy gust. Develop the ultimate Pokemon strategy to defeat the eight GYM leaders and become the greatest Pokemon master of all time! Discover the world of Pokemon with Pikachu as the main Pokemon you play the Pokemon trainer in a quest of collecting and training all 151 Pokemon.
Throw the Pokeball at the Pokemon to own it or trade it with other players via the Game Link Cable.
I had this game when it first came out as a child. It was the very first video game my parents ever bought me. Somewhere down the line the game was lost and now as an adult it so nostalgic just holding it in my hands and playing on a gameboy.
Happy to have this in my possession. The cartridge looks nice and sleek. It looks practically brand new. haven’t had any problems playing so far and I plan to play this all the time.
Upon receiving it the color of the sticker on the cartridge seemed a bit discolored which was worrying at first glance. However, it did it have Nintendo Gameboy on the top and it did say Made in Japan & Pat Pend on the back, which was a good sign that it was real.
The manufacturing code on the sticker was correct & the number indentation on the sticker was present, which both are good signs it’s real. When playing the game everything worked fine, never experienced any sort of crash.
Both Game Corners in Kanto & Johto worked. I played I believe 23 – 24 hours over the span of like 2 weeks & it never once lost my saved game. So everything seemed legit, so I decided to open the cartridge & look on the inside.
Everything on the inside looked good, nothing out of place & one of the most important things to look at here is the battery; It appears to have a new battery because the battery inside the cartridge does not have black numbers imprinted on like the original batteries do.
Overall a great experience with this company, would recommend & definitely planning on buying from DK Oldies again.
The looks of the pokemon silver was close to excellent condition that already is beyond a rare find almost as close to new without the original box, my expectations were blown awesome find from the DKOLDIES crew.
The quality of the game is excellent when I played it it was as exciting as the first day it came out back in early 2000’s well worth the price and the replay value is very high this game is an instant classic that will be enjoyable for many years to come.
The battery of the game is brand new no flaws the game saves everytime the game plays flawlessly and best of all you’ll have piece of mind knowing your next Gameboy game is going to be clas great as new if not the DKOLDIES will bless you with a new game they handpick from their inventory without a doubt my game purchase is the cream of the crop best of the best.
Pokmon Stadium 2, known as Pokmon Stadium Kin Gin (“Pokmon Stadium Gold Silver”) in Japan, is a video game for the Nintendo 64. It features all 251 Pokmon from the first and second generations. It was released in North America as simply Pokmon Stadium 2, as it was the second Stadium game to be released there.
In Japan, Pokmon Stadium Kin Gin was the third game of the Pokmon Stadium series. The Japanese edition also featured the capability to use the Pokmon Mobile System from Pokmon Crystal which was also released on the same day.
This game featured support for all three original Game Boy Pokmon games (Pokmon Red, Blue, and Yellow) and the three Game Boy Color games (Pokmon Gold, Silver, and Crystal). As in the previous Stadium games, Pikachu from Yellow was a hidden character if the game cartridge was connected.
The majority of the game takes place inside the new location White City, where various facilities for battling, organizing, researching, and playing with Pokmon are located. This can be considered to be the Pokmon League for the second generation games.
The sequel to the popular Pokmon Stadium features minigames, multiplayer, and league mode.
What a classic! I recently bought a beautiful Nintendo 64, having not had one since I was a child and games were still coming out for the console, and Pokemon Stadium was an immediate buy. It’s just as great as I remember! The 3D Pokemon fighting is brilliant and I do love that it can interface with my Red and Blue Pokemon games, even let me play them on the TV (although to be fair I can already do that with my Super Game Boy and my SFC).
After all these years, it looks and plays great, and I recommend it to any N64 owners to this day!.
Pokmon stadium 1 is a very good game. This game have awesome animation for one example is Lick actually shows the pokemon’s tongue which i think is cute. Seeing pokemon do different attack animations is fantastic.
I enjoy everything about this game the only con is after you beat all the stadium modes, gym leader castle and vs. mewtwo this game have an extra hard mode and its really frustrating. Called R2 the opponent pokemon are higher leveled in higher stats ex.
the cpus sometimes use max level to whatever stadium mode you’re in.
I’ll never understand why Pokemon games have been relegated to the small screen for eternity. I bought Pokemon Stadium on a whim because I was given an N-64. When I started it up, there it was, all the Pokemon as big as my screen! Battling large as life and easy to pick up an play, Pokemon Stadium is a great game.
Battle after battle is the primary focus. Making teams, and choosing the right order is what it is all about. Until they revisit this game on a new system, Pokemon stadium stands as a great classic unmatched.
Perfect for all Pikachu fans, the PowerA Nintendo Switch Wired Controller has an ergonomic design that’s comfortable to hold, even during marathon gaming sessions. The wired connection means it won’t cut out on you, and there are no batteries either ¿ just plug it in and get gaming.
With the extra long cable, you’ll have plenty of room to manoeuvre.
I bought this controller about three weeks ago and I’m already having major drift issues with the left stick. I didn’t even use it for the first week I had it because I was still waiting for my Switch to arrive.
So two weeks of (admittedly moderate to heavy) use means that every now and then Link (BOTW) moves forward at a stumbling snail’s pace instead of full speed or tries to walk towards the camera when the stick is in neutral position.
I can fiddle with the stick for a minute to get it back to working for another hour or so before it starts up again. Some might argue that you get what you pay for in this controller, but I went with this controller because even the much more expensive Nintendo Pro controllers have complaints about drift issues.
I figured that if I was unlucky enough to get a problem controller, then at least I wouldn’t have paid $60 or more for it. I still expected this to last at least 3-4 months. There is a two-year manufacture’s warranty apparently, so I may try to work with that, but other’s have complained that it’s a mess of a company to work with.
I will likely give this controller another go (I need to get one before the drift renders my current one unusable) just because it’s a quarter of the price of the pro and I don’t want to throw extra money towards a controller with similar known issues.
My biggest gripe is really a non-issue for most. The design on the controller is skewed/distorted and it bothers me a little. Quality of the controller is good for the price, but I wish it were heavier, even if it’s just added weights, the thing is seriously light.
A downside I did notice is that you can’t use these unless it’s docked, it has a normal full size USB to Micro USB cord, while the Switch itself has a USB C port. You might could find a USB C to Micro USB cord (if they exist) but you’d have to notch the Micro end if it’s got a bigger plug head.
2 buttons you can remap on the fly on the back are also a really nice addition to a controller at this price point, usually those are only found on 2nd or 3rd party offerings at $100 or more. So far I’ve only had about 8-10 hours of use on it and I can report no problems.
I needed a controller to play BOTW. I decided to give this a try as it was the middle ground option in terms of PRICE (about $50. The pro would have been $70 and there was another for $25) I now see why it’s less expensive.
Upon taking it out of the package it just felt really cheap and it’s super light. I could look past that. What I can’t look past is that I’ve had it for about 3 weeks now and the drift is absolutely horrible.
I could be not even touching the controller and my character in game will be walking to the left. There’s a lot of parts in the game that needs me to be precise and this controller prohibits that. I should have spent the extra $20 on the pro.
An all-new Pokemon adventure, iPokemon gold/i is a sequel to iPokemon Red/i, iPokemon Blue/i, and iPokemon Yellow/i. Over 100 never-before-seen Pokemon have been added, just waiting to be captured. But thats not all: when first run, the game asks you to input the local date and time.
From then on, night and day in the game follow night and day in the real world. Some Pokemon can only be captured when the sun is out, while some can only be captured under the light of the moon. And everything is in full color, which is sure to delight game Boy color owners (the game will also work with standard game Boys).
I’ve played through the first generation Pokemon games in English a few times. I’m not sure what compelled me to get Japanese Green Version, but I did. I remember my brother importing the Japanese versions of the DS games and playing them without knowing much Japanese.
This is because there was more English built into the games, you could use the English alphabet, for example. Not the case with this game. However, since I know the games pretty well, I’m thinking of it as a bit of a challenge to myself.
The most difficult part is the moves. You really need to know what moves your pokemon learn at each level so you don’t replace Hyper Beam with say Splash.
The game works on my American Game Boy and British link cable. Just remember that this is from the first generation, which cannot properly trade with any other language, so any non-Japanese game can not trade with it.
(Trading between Japanese and non-Japanese games was not introduced until gen 3). This product works perfectly well and is definitely a good idea for any Pokmon collector, since this is the only Pokmon game that was not released outside of Japan.
When buying one of these your biggest concern, aside from if the game itself works, is if the internal battery works. Generation 1 & 2 games use a CR2025 Tabbed battery in order to keep the games in a low power state to hold the save data.
Since save data cannot be saved onto the RAM or the cartridge itself, the save function will fail if the battery dies. These batteries can last up to about 16 years depending on what version you have, (Gen 2 uses more power to keep the clock running) but can be easily replaced by you or a repair shop in real life or over eBay.
As a kid, I remember spending hours playing Pokemon Red, Blue, and Yellow. I remember also learning that in Japan there existed a Pokemon Green version, and that it had different graffics and that pokemon like Mew were available.
I remember feeling insanely jealous about this. Well now I’m an adult with money and stuff and I can waste it on fulfilling the dreams of my 8-year-old self! It’s a great game, with all the nostalgia of Pokemon and the excitement of a version I never played before.
I played it so much as a kid that the language barrier isn’t even an issue, I know what’s being said at pretty much every point in the game. Also I like learning languages so I’m using this to help improve my Japanese anyway.

In regards to Pokémon Stadium, it’s a classic on the Nintendo 64 for sure! I remember playing it way back in the early 2000s when I was growing up. I recently purchased this game from DK Oldies (about two weeks ago).
The nostalgia from playing this game now-a-days is crazy! Truly an enjoyable experience! In regards to DK Oldies, the physical cartridge, front & back labels, and internal workings of the copy I received from them were all in good condition! In other words, the description of the product condition was quite accurate.
In addition, my copy of Pokémon Stadium arrived several days early! This company is just on top of things! I’ll definitely be making future purchases from them!.
I played this as a kid a long time ago with my friends and now I’m able to relive the old childhood memories that I’ve had with it. The cartridge worked immediately and was in almost flawless condition.
The nostalgia hits hard every time when me and my friends boot it up. Thank you all so much.
Pokémon Stadium!! Great game loved it! One of best Pokémon games! I liked you can link up your Gameboy games to it and use your Pokémon to battle in it! Definitely must play and have for an n64 collection! I highly recommend!.

To make it very clear, I am a long-time Pokemon fanatic. Ever since I was a child, Pokemon has held a special place in my heart. From playing the games, watching to the Anime series, to collecting toys and Pokemon Cards.
I cannot explain the excitement and anxiety I have until a new game releases- each new release sets my expectations HIGH!!! Pokemon Sword and Shield did NOT disappoint me in the slightest. I was really pleased to finally play on an update console with the new style graphics.
Big tick on it being aesthetically pleasing. I was immediately impressed. Controls as always are simple, and easy to quickly pick up for anyone, even children and novice gamers. You definitely get that British feel in the Galar region (and this is coming from someone who lives in the UK).
A few things were a little off, but I’ll overlook it- such as cringey dialect and phrases. Not sure if that was intentional or not. Was a bit weird. But again, not a hugely irritating factor. Gameplay for battles was no different to other Pokemon games, but I do like that.
Nostalgic, and you’re able to dip right into it. But the visuals and animations always have some surprises. The Dynamax feature is reallyyyy nice. I wasn’t expecting to see some of the visual Dynamax changes to the Pokemon- which was fantastic.
There were a lot of different, and new features in Sword and Shield- at first I’m usually skeptical about these as they truly do make or break a game. Maybe not for everyone, but for me, I do like familiarity in Pokemon.
Great to see new Pokemon introduced, including Legendary ones. It’s a nice addition to existing pokemon fans and new ones. The Wild Area and Dynamax dens are cool updates to the gameplay, easy way to level up and obtain Dynamax Pokemon for yourself! I actually really enjoyed the Camping feature, and extremely thankful to have the ability to play and level up friendship with your Pokemon.
One of my favourite features in the franchise over the years have been Pokemon Amie, and contest shows- although the camping play wasn’t as fun as these, it definitely is needed. I could honestly go on and on about this game, but I’d rather leave it for yourself- you won’t regret this game!!! Just don’t go and spend all your money on fancy outfits like me!!!! My guilty pleasure.
I got this game for myself right after it came out and I play it all the time! My sister in law came over a few weeks ago and decided to create her own profile on our docked switch and we all played my version of sword and had a great time, so for Christmas, my wife and I decided to get my SIL a switch lite and this game as well as Animal Crossing New Horizons and let me just say it is a great experience! There is a lot of backlash from hardcore fans who want Nintendo to go in a completely different route for the new Pokémon games, but as someone who has been playing since 2007, I think it’s one of the best games they’ve put out so far and the DLC really added to it! The main storyline is relatively easy and it’s obvious that it is trying to appeal to a younger and newer audience, which I personally don’t mind and completely understand.
I think for those specific reasons, I was able to not only get my wife, but also my SIL interested in the game. It has great new Pokémon for the region and the wild area is such a new and cool thing to explore and they really expand on it even more in the DLCs which I personally think are 100% worth the extra $30! Dynamaxing and Gigantamaxing are two new features in this game as well as opposed to old games and overall I would say it’s just new and fun! It has hints of the old games and some nostalgia, but for the most part, it’s a new story and it has something very new to a Pokémon game and that’s how user friendly it is for online play.
To me, it is a fantastic game, I’m probably gonna buy shield for myself soon and I would recommend this to quite literally anyone. You could have never played a Pokémon game in your life and know nothing about it and still have fun with this game or to the opposite side, you could have been playing since red and green came out and still have a blast on this expansive and interactive game on Nintendo’s newest and arguably greatest (thus far) console to date!.
I like many others grew up playing pokemon and have continued to support the franchise as an adult. This game adds a few updates like the wild area that have not been done before in Pokemon. These changes are nice but the truth is that this series has been glacial in its updates and feels and often looks like a game from 10 years ago.
This series needs drastic changes to rival any premier modern RPG game from this generation but sadly seems doomed to continue to coast on its name value. I hope we eventually get to see a version of Pokemon that feels next gen.
I would reccomend this for kids or huge fans of the franchise, if like me you have felt burned out by the last few of these you may want to consider skipping this one.
Next-generation portable gaming with super-stable 3D technology and added control features. Yellow system sports a charming drawing of popular Pokemon Pikachu on the cover. This colourful yellow system sports a charming drawing of popular Pokemon Pikachu on the cover.
The New Nintendo 3DS XL system combines next-generation portable gaming withsuper-stable 3D technology and added control features. Take 3D photos, connect with friends, and enhance your gaming experiences with added amiibo” support.
The New Nintendo 3DS XL system plays all Nintendo DS games. Nintendo DS games will not appear in 3D. AC Adapter sold separately. New Nintendo 3DS XL uses the same AC adapter as Nintendo DSi, Nintendo 3DS and 2DS.
I am a huge fan of the New Nintendo 3DS. However one thing to note about refurbished versions, is the hinges aren’t quite as solid as the models initially sold by Nintendo. So be cautious in how you open the system.
I’m not sure why this is, but it is so. I’m not even sure if this is an issue with Nintendo’s refurbishing or Gamestop, or both. Or if anyone else refurbished. Just a heads up as most systems in good condition are refurbs, and almost all original sales are likely to have surface damage.
Solid buttons, great d-pad, this particular unit is in pristine condition externally, which is really hard to find as the exterior rubs off rather easily, requiring a shell (not possible with certain 2DS systems, unfortunately).
The 3D stability feature turns it from a gimmick element to a real asset. It’s actually enjoyable, especially as it keeps it stable if the system moves about a bit. Something the original did not do.
One thing to note about the N3DS as well. Battery life is superior to the N2DS. This is due to screens being far brighter in their base settings on the N2DS. Also bulkier in general (though that hinge on the refurbs.
not sure what they were thinking with that). The analog stick is from a N2DS, not the original N3DS, and that’s a very good thing (I imagine this was common in later refurbishing due to supply and form factor being the same).
Which makes it a smoother, longer lasting experience with a nice velvety feel that doesn’t seem to wear out with excessive use. Aside from that. yeah, I love the games, as the library has a ton of gems.
It natively plays all DS games (best done holding Start/Select when loading as the stretched image has a filter that is just ugly), and it natively plays GBA games (so also GBC and GB), as it has an on board chip.
Also the N3DS (and N2DS), are more powerful systems, and a few games take advantage of this.
This product was highly functional for being preowned, and both met and exceeded my expectations. The outer shell displayed no cosmetic damage, with only minimal scoring on the lower touchscreen (likely due to heavy use with a stylus).
The buttons respond well, though the d-pad was a little loose upon arrival (still functions well). I have not seen any issues with the software of the device, as all the features work as to be expected (game reader, eShop, camera, advanced 3d rendering).
It’s worthy of note that the stylus that came with the device was heavily scored and visually unappealing, but still perfectly functional and stayed within the case. The charger works as you would expect, though I have not tested how well it works in comparison to another charger I happened to have.
The case was exactly how it was listed, though there was some minor debris inside the case and faint stains on the outside. However, I was able to remove these with a single wash using dish soap and a brush for the outside.
Overall, this order was well worth the cost, and I have nothing but respect for the seller.
The last Nintendo handheld I own was a Gamboy Color back in 1998. I moved on with the Playstation and didn’t continue with Nintendo’s handhelds even since. I did loved the PSP which was a big thing in 2005 which I can listen to music and watch videos on the go before Smartphones.
In that time period I never got a DS, DSi and 3DS since I thought the games from Nintendo are childish and not that hardcore enough but now that I am in my late 30s I want to revisit my childhood. I also heard the E-shop is closing so I might as well download as much of the virtual console games that I can download.
I am shocked when I first got it how good the 3D is and it doesn’t bother me that much. I did sticked an old 32gb micro SD card and all the big downloads I keep getting errors. That was my mistake since I am waiting on a faster new SD card on the mail.
I am downloading old Gameboy color games and SNES games are going to be gone next year. I am liking it so far it just hate that downloading big games like Resident Evil Revelations take forever. I have to remember that the wifi chip in that 3DS is from 2015 also the SD card is from 2013.
Overall I am having a good time with the 3D in most games.
The new adventures will be set out in the vast “Galal”! It will be set out in a variety of settings, including quiet rural landscapes, modern cities, majestic grasslands and steep snowy mountains. In Galal, where the Pokémon Battle is the most popular entertainment, there is a Pokémon League, with facilities called Pokémon Gyms scattered all over the country.
Challenge the Pokémon Gym and aim to be the champion of your dreams.
The game is really fun! It’s a classic Pokemon game, meaning you are a trainer that is designated a starter Pokemon and must venture out to defeat several gym leaders to become the champion in the Pokemon league.
Instead of random encounters, you will now see Pokemon or a “!” when you are near an encounter, therefore they can now be avoided more easily. Pros: -fun and easy to pick up for all ages -multiplayer options like online battles, dynamax “raid” style battles -camping creates a dynamic where you can heal out in the wild and increase Pokemon stats and levels -portable or docked modes -pokeball plus support (not as controller) -you can play with one hand! Great for injured, Veterans, disabled! Cons: -much too easy.
Now all Pokemon gain experience in your party even without experience share. Most trainers encountered only have one Pokemon. I’ve not been sent back to nearest Pokemon center once! -does not include all Pokemon in the pokedex.
No excuses! -cheap Galarian variant Pokemon -DLC. It’s $30 for the expansion pass, an extra 50% of the cost of the game, to play about an extra 20% more content, all of which used to be included in the mainline titles as post game content.
Not anymore. Pay up! You won’t even see all of the new generation Pokemon without the pass! You can’t evolve some of the Pokemon you catch in the game without the pass! -Expansion pass is not for both games! You must pay $60 to get both expansion passes! What used to cost you $39 for each game ($120 for all three versions each generation excluding x and y, black and white) about $120 total is now $180! Oh, and you don’t get 3 different copies of the game that will grow in value! Eventually they’ll close servers and the $60 you spent will disappear and not grow to $300 in value like say Pokemon emerald did.
-tiny, linear mainline map. Less open world than gen 3. Sad. Neutral: -no voice acting. Everything must be read, which is great for helping kids learn better reading comprehension, but in 2019 and 2020 seems WAAAAAY outdated.
-pokemon still make midi noises. A giant dynamax Pokemon that sounds like a pager/dial up tone is supposed to be intimidating? -clumsy controls. One handed mode will not allow you to rotate camera in wild area.
-graphical capabilities could have been much better optimized. This looks way outdated and switch hardware isn’t an excuse. Have you seen The Witcher 3 on switch? Doom? BOTW? It can handle higher fidelity.
Do they really expect me to shell out $30/$60 for the expansion passes when I’ve already bought both games? Overall it’s just okay, but i hope they learn from these mistakes. If not, this is my last time investing into Pokemon unless it’s the old stuff for collection.
This same review will be posted for shield, where the only difference is the legendary and some swapped gym leaders and trainers, very very miniscule Pokemon variation.
Pika! Pikachu! As Ash’s very first Pokemon, you have stayed by him through the good times and the bad. When Ash struggles to defeat a tough opponent, you don’t hesitate to step in and help. This costume will turn you into one of the most famous Pokemon of all, Pikachu! Costume includes a jumpsuit with attached tail and character mask.
This is great on its own, but could be even better with the other costumes and accessories available in our store!.
I liked how warm this costume is. It is comprised of this soft material and would be perfect for trick or treating at night without a jacket coving the outfit. Only thing my daughter does not like is the mask.
It has a foam square on the forehead to keep the mask from resting right against your face which is good but she feels it creates a teeter totter effect pushing the bottom of the mask under her chin choking her.
Without the mask you can still tell she is Pikachu so maybe just use make up instead of the mask.
Sizing was true to size and we squeezed my son in as he wears a 12 or 14 in clothes. (Bought 10/12 – larger wasn’t an option. ). He was thrilled and it wasn’t tight though he likely wouldn’t be able to wear it in a few months.
Nice and thick material for a Halloween costume and he didn’t find the mask cumbersome at all. Paid twice as much at Spirit for other costumes this year and this one was superior.
Thank u halloween costumes for making shopping easy for parents who makes last min shopping. It was a last min invite , my kid been attracted to Pokémons , I did my research and the ETA will arrive before the date of the party.
I happen to check your site and you had it in stock. The delivery will arrive and early. Thank u!!my kid is 5 and very tall high percentile. The costume fits loose and roomy , comfy like pajamas,.
One day, it suddenly became Pocket Monsters! In 2005, Nintendo DS and Game Boy Advance released the 『 Pocket Monsters Mystery Dungeon Blue Rescue Team and Red Rescue Team 』 as a single piece of software, and the Nintendo Switch brings back vivid colors.
The story of the main character himself becoming a Pocket Monsters to advance the story is kept as it is, the graphic has been renewed into a cute picture book touch, and the function of assisting the operation such as auto play has been added to make it easier to play.
One day, you suddenly become a Pocket Monsters. Together with the partners you met in the forest, you will become a “rescue team” to help the troubled Pocket Monsters while venturing into the mystery dungeon whose terrain changes each time you enter.
While working together with your partners and fellow Pocket Monsters to rescue, you will know the real reason why you have become a Pocket Monsters and have come to this world.
Simple game, but not bad – just a bit too drawn out and grindy. Gameplay mostly involves around entering a set of dungeons with other pokemon, delving on average 4-10 floors down to find a ‘lost pokemon’ or similar.
That process is mostly grinding and not very exciting. Upon doing this, you gain items and in-game money to further expand your access to pokemon and consumable items. The main charming element of this gameplay are the (still basic) cutscenes that follow a plotline surrounding the broken state of the world.
Talking pokemon can be entertaining, just know that the core is pretty monotonous. I’d recommend this only to specific friends.
It’s a nice relaxed, casual style of game. This is just for the pure Pokémon fan that can enjoy a different kind of adventure with the Pokémon they love. You control Pokémon and they can talk too each-other.
There isn’t anything stressful about it and it’s enjoyable at home or something quick to play on the go to make the time pass or get your mind off of things.
Build the power that’s inside with 4 buildable Pokémon, including Pikachu, Squirtle, Charmander and Bulbasaur, plus buildable environment stands which represent each figure’s type and special power. The environments can then be connected in several different configurations.
My daughter is obsessed with Pokémon. She has gotten a few of these kits with different characters. She likes this one the most. It has 4 of the original Pokémon that she loves. The awesome thing about this set is that each Pokémon comes with its own island and the islands can snap together.
It’s so much easier for her to display after she finishes building. I think she enjoys playing with these characters more than other building sets because they look more realistic. My daughter is 10 and it took a little over an hour to build everything.
My kids love Pokémon so I assumed this would be a big hit. When I asked my 11 year old son what he thought it said he thought that it same with all 4 Kanye starters was great but the set was too small.
He would have liked to have had this as a bigger set that could be more interactive. From the parent perspective I would have to agree. It took him only about 20 minutes to complete this set. I did like the fact that they could each be their own scene or could connect together to make one big scenes.
And like my son said I liked that they included all 4 of the starters from the original Pokémon. Brought back a lot of old memories!.
I built this set with 3 kids of all different ages. A 6 yr old, 9 yr old, 12 yr and then I being in my 20s built bulbasaur which I feel had more steps then the rest and I really enjoyed it. The kids found the instructions very easy to follow which was nice because they felt very accomplished afterwards.
It was nice to see it all come together, the colors were spot on and the translucent pieces looked so beautiful. One of my favorite things to see was that they put all 4 original Pokémon because with so many new Pokémon I feel even old time fans can relate to them.
Definitely something for fans of all age and the set looks amazing on display.
Tepig and Shinx are ready to join your Pokémon Trading Card Game team in this Collector Chest that’s loaded with cool Pokémon goodies. Single Strike Tepig and Rapid Strike Shinx appear on a pair of foil promo cards, and you’ll find even more Pokémon TCG cards in five booster packs.
You’ll also find a mini portfolio to protect your cards, two Pokémon coins, a notepad, and four sticker sheets. Everything comes in a sturdy metal case that makes a great place to stash your favorite Pokémon trinkets.
Tin dented severely. Offered 5 dollars for refund, I settled for 10. Wouldnt answer how to return item for new one. No happy. I should of read the reviews before hand. My bad. My son loves the tins more than the cards, highly disappointed.
This case came with stickers, two blister packets (12 cards), two sparkly coins, a mini folder to hold the cards and a note pad. Needless to say a winner for any Pokémon fan. Although I purchased this on sale.
This collectors chest is the best out of ALL I have ever opened. Out of 5 packs: 2 v full art (urshifu!) And 1 VMax gigantax! Eevee box and celebrations were really disappointing in comparison.

Nintendo must be raking in a lot of cash right now because they are selling hardware with a chip that nearing a decade in age. The net code for online games is clearly from the X360era, I jest not with Mario Kart being the sole exception in my experience.
Moreover, you have to spend money to use this infrastructure but the blame lies entirely on Microsoft for standardizing that. The analog stick drift is still an issue with this budget revision of the original.
Despite all that, I decided to purchase this machine. Why? Gameplay-driven games or just games. Nintendo clearly only has this one thing going on for them and that is they make excellent games, for the most part.
If it’s something by their EPD division or Retro Studios, you’ll be in for a treat. However, everything else, especially the third-party games are massively inferior compared to the versions on the competitors’ hardware while having to pay more for those games, something which is commonly referred to as the Nintendo tax by the gaming community.
People have been calling this a neat little machine for indie games. However, now that the Steam Deck is out and the wait times have been cut down significantly, I’d recommend that over this. But what about the difference in price you may ask.
To that I say the games are cheaper on Steam and it really adds up on the Switch and before you know it, you’ll very likely have spent more money with the Switch than on the Deck. If you care about physical releases though then avoid the Deck.
There are definitely some things I really like about the Switch. For one, I can now play games while lying on my bed. I can play games in the short breaks I take. I can swap out the physical games I own without much effort I wish I could hot swap the SD card as well but as of right now, the OS doesn’t support it.
Steam Deck does, however, so it likely is not a technical limitation. As a new owner, you may have to get used to the form factor because the thing is very tiny and.
I’ve owned my Nintendo Switch for three years, the games supplied for the Nintendo Switch never disappoint. The games are fun and interactive while also being able to be played with friends and family, this console and its games have brought much joy to nights in with friends and family.
My friends and I find ourselves playing the Nintendo Switch for hours when we hang out and my family has game nights once a week where we like to enjoy Mario Party, Mario Kart, and other multiplayer games made for this console.
The Nintendo Switch allows me to play old school games that I once enjoyed as a child, which bring nostalgic feelings. This console can last and be added onto by buying joy-cons and attachments for each game, the biggest pro for this console is the fact that it can be played alone or with others.
Enjoying the new and old games on this console with friends and family is always a good time, when the Nintendo Switch is brought up everyone involved is ready to indulge in all the great selections they have for the console.
One downfall for this system is that not all games from the past are yet available for the public to play, Nintendo slowly releases games for this console old and new. The only perk I could think of to fix this minor issue is having all old school games released when the Nintendo Switch was first released, this would allow more games to play that were once played by adults when they were children.
I recommend this console to anyone who enjoys Nintendo games, it can bring a night together easily with friends and family. This console is very kid-friendly and also has a huge adult fan base, all games can be enjoyed by any age group and allow individuals to play the games they enjoy together.
I’ve always had a huge respect for portable game consoles since the PSP and the nintendo switch/lite is no exception. I’ve had mine for roughly about 6-7 months and I haven’t had any issues with it. For those wondering what are the differences between the Nintendo Switch and the Nintendo Switch Lite goes as follows; Nintendo Switch Lite is smaller in comparison and more friendly to those wanting to play hand held, Nintendo Switch Lite DOES NOT HAVE REMOVABLE joycons, the battery life is also slightly lower on the Lite than the original Switch, and the Switch Lite also does not come and isn’t compatible with the Nintendo Switch’s Dock.
The only issue that I’ve heard happens is when the controllers/joycons have drift, drift causes your controls to not respond to your movements making it frustrating to play. This is a bigger problem for the Lite since it doesn’t have removable joycons you’d have to send the entire console in for repair, as to the Switch you can detach the joycons and send those instead.
However, I’d highly recommend purchasing a Pro Controller if you see yourself playing games such as Smash Bros that require fast pace movements to your controller. All in all the Nintendo Switch Lite is a great and amazing gaming console it’s small, easy to store, and a lot of fun to use! I would highly recommend it I have the new blurple lol and I find myself using almost every day!.

Every improvement the Switch Lite offers is matched by an equivalent drawback. As most other reviewers have indicated, the cheaper price point comes at the expense of docking ability and the rumble and motion control features of the joy con controllers.
We knew that once the specs were announced. The Switch Lite was supposed to be offer a cheaper entry to the Switch platform aimed at players who are predisposed to use the system in handheld mode. Some of the lost features make perfect sense in this respect a smaller screen size and form factor would necessitate permanently attaching the controllers, and docking ability could be omitted for a system that was designed with handheld use in mind.
Whats surprising about this model is how it solves some problems that plagued the OG Switch and introduces new ones the spec sheet didnt suggestIMPROVEMENTS Better display for handheld mode, simply because a smaller screen features greater pixel density at the same 720p resolution.
Some players think the display panel is of slightly higher quality, but the difference is negligible. Battery life has been slightly improved. The standout improvement, however, has to be in the body build.
The Switch Lite uses a rigid plastic chassis that doesnt squeak or do the banana bend like the regular Switch. The display is mounted inside the chassis too, rather than inserted into a frame like in the original Switch.
Those of us who have had screens start to pop out of the body on the regular Switch will be overjoyed with the design of the Lite, which has a unibody style of construction keeping the screen safely where it should be.
DOWNGRADESThe controls, meaning the actual joysticks and buttons, are flimsy and audibly squeak when used. Those of us worried about joy con drift wont find any comfort in the design of the Switch Lites sticks and buttons.
The left thumbstick squeals when manipulated. The directional pad sits in a cavity noticeably larger than the button itself, making it slide uneasily when pushed. Even the input buttons on the right side feel wiggly, and they dont push into the device as smoothly as right joy con buttons do.
Use the Switch Lite for a day and youll be wondering when the sticks are going to pop off, and how much itll cost for Nintendo to repair it. The speakers are a little on the weak side too, and their placement inevitably leads to users hands muffling them.
And this little guy gets HOT when playing resourceintensive games. The heat vents at the top of the device are smaller too, so the extra heat produced in the console interior has even less of a chance to escape.
Will the Switch Lite eventually melt its own insidesWhen the Lite was announced, all the technical tradeoffs for the lower price and the portable focus felt justified. The OG Switch is kind of uncomfortable in handheld mode, and prolonged handheld use can put a great big ol bend in your Switch if you grip it too tightly.
Gamers who wanted a better portable model had every reason to be excited by the Switch Lite. For the most part, the Lite model succeeds at what it was built to do offer a better on the go Switch experience But the concerns posed by the fragilefeeling buttons and the rapid heatup of the device when in use leave me wondering how long this thing is going to last.
Note to Nintendo please make a Switch model that does not suffer from an alarming hardware problem.
After defeating the Elite Four, the player is declared the new Pokémon League Champion. The player’s rival congratulates them on their victory, and the player returns home to their mother. The game ends with the player’s mother congratulating the player on their success.
