20 Best Teeth Whitening Rinse (2022 Updated)

I have been using their product for last 3years. All my kids dental care products are from this brand. I am happy with their product overall and would recommend to everybody. And Like their other products, this is no different.

This mouthwash is good. Now, even if the product is good, why am I giving a 3-star rating. Please read below the factors: – I ordered 32OZ-With-Pump, but never received the pump. – On the package slip came with shipment, I saw a remark “pump on back order”.

I got no notification on their website about this while ordering; nor did I receive any email on this. Just someone wrote with a pen. This is very unprofessional. – I sent an email after a week of receiving the shipment to check when can I get the pump.

No response from them (till today) – another unprofessional attitude. Going forward I will definitely think more than once before ordering from their website.

We love the Dr. Brite Kids Toothpaste. ❤️ A hit with all 5 grandchildren! The adults love the mouthwash, but must admit that we sneak some of the kids toothpaste on occasion. Heartfelt thanks for such clean and safe products and the incredible customer service.

I have been using this mouthwash for several months now. I used to order it from two other sources, but found that I could no longer get it either place. I finally went to the Oral Essentials website and ordered directly from the source and I am happy that I did.

I just can’t imagine having to use anything else. My mouth has been very dry for over 20 years. I take numerous medications that are probably the culprit. Whatever the cause, this is the only mouthwash that has addressed the situation and I am no longer uncomfortable every minute of the day.

I also love that the mint flavor is not overwhelming and that this mouthwash doesn’t burn my mouth. Try this, you won’t be sorry.

I absolutely love this mouthwash as well as the Microbiome! I buy if for the entire family (even my littles). You can eat right after and it is awesome for a refresher during a mask all day kind of day ;).

My only wish is that I could get a subscription to just the mouthwash. We always seem to need more and it would be amazing to set up a subscription where I can add additional mouthwash to my current kit and toothpaste subscription and never worry about running out :D.

So I was looking for a whitening mouth wash, but I hate the foaming that most have. Now, it does foam (as all whitening ones seem to) but far less than most. Another problem with other foaming ones is it takes away the fresh feel for me.

Halo packaging for a dental wellness product was a cringe choice, let’s be honest…but I am living for it 🤣 I take science experiments seriously, so ofc I tested this mouth rinse against the most formidable elements you can think of, raw garlic, raw onion, coffee, tea, fried chicken, pho, and curry… This rinse didn’t buckle.

Holy 🐮, it neutralized raw garlic breath after 1 min?!!!! OP elixir for fab ppl who love to eat. I’ve not seen the effectiveness of the whitening yet, but I am already satisfied with it’s strength. Taste wise, very subtle.

That mint flavor swooshed in and out, left little after taste, better than all other similar products I’ve tried…and I’ve tried a lot. The only thing I can’t get over is its name. The brand name is boring.

It’s not memorable, and it’s not catchy. If they were trying to market this via dental offices, okay, slap a dentist’s reference on the bottle; but ordinary consumers just wanna a little cheekiness. I think the name has been holding back its brand performance, but that’s the job of their marketing department.

Being that I work in the dental field I definitely freaked out when I saw I got the @therabreath whitening oral rinse! I received this product for free from Influencer and TheraBreath in exchange for my honest review.

Over the last 10 years of working in a dental office, I’ve been exposed to many different whitening products. I have used a few TheraBreath products in the past but have never tried the whitening oral rinse.

Many other whitening products have left my mouth feeling foamy and dry (peroxide 🤢) so I was definitely hesitant to try. Surprisingly this mouth rinse did not leave any side effects other than the taste.

I’m not in love with the diluted minty taste, it seems pretty dull but this product actually works! I use it both morning and night, as directed after brushing my teeth, and have seen a very noticeable difference without using any type of other whitening products! I received this product complementary for testing purposes. I love this whitening mouth wash! While it says to use a capful, I tend to use a little less and have seen some positive results. Over the last couple weeks, I have been using this mouthwash morning and night, and my teeth have been getting whiter little by little everyday.

I will also say that unlike other whitening products, my teeth don’t feel sensitive after using it. I would highly recommend using it after drinking wine or coffee to help your teeth from getting stained.

Beyond the whitening results, the mouthwash itself makes my breathe smell good for a significant time after using it. On top of everything, the mouth mouthwash tastes ok both during use as after the fact.

I would almost say it tastes like chewing a mint gum. I would highly recommend this product! It is definitely one of my new favorite mouthwashes/whitening products.

I bought this mouthwash around 2 weeks ago. I followed the instructions and used it twice a day. I didn’t eat or drink for 30 mins after each use. My mouth started feeling irritated after a few days of usage.

At first, I thought it was from my diet. But no! It was from this mouthwash. I got many sores/bumps on my tongue, which I never experienced before in my life. This oral pain is excruciating. It might work for whitening my teeth, but the pain and sores are driving me nuts!!! I bought it from superstore and they asked to contact you for a refund.

I hope I can get a hold of Listerine after this weekend.

This mouthwash is very difficult to find in stores but if you do find it BUY IT ASAP! Hands down my favorite ever mouthwash! It’s peroxide based so it does foam but not much! Doesn’t have that strong listerine taste either, it’s actually a sweeter mint flavor! I highly recommend this one!.

This stuff is AMAZING! I’m not kidding when I say I saw a huge improvement in my teeth in just THREE DAYS. I didn’t combine this with any bleaching or whitening toothpastes either. This product is just awesome on its own.

Use it morning and night after brushing and just don’t eat or drink for a half hour after using it. That’s literally it. This mouthwash seems designed to appeal to users whose primary goal is a fresh-tasting mouth and socially acceptable breath, along with whiter teeth and stronger enamel. The active ingredient is the old standby, sodium fluoride, plus a bunch of inactives like propylene glycol (main ingredient in antifreeze), hydrogen peroxide, and disodium phosphate.

I got this mouthwash for the boys, who normally use a mass-market brand with a high alcohol content. Although they initially dismissed this mouthwash as not strong enough (no alcohol) after a few weeks of use have conceded that it’s worthy of four stars.

I am very picky about mouthwash, and use it as part of a multi-step nighttime program to keep my teeth/gums in halfway decent shape. I don’t care if my breath is kissably fresh, but want to avoid more root canals and worse.

To me, this mouthwash feels overly aggressive and effervescent, like rinsing my mouth out with carbonated mint soda. In combination with the dentist-recommended Mi paste I apply every night as the last step in the routine, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

So, not for me, but people who want an assertive mouthwash will probably love this Crest product.

If you already have clean white teeth, I don’t think that you’ll see much of a difference. However, I am a lifelong coffee drinker and I noticed my teeth were getting yellow. I used the crest whitening strips, the toothpaste and this rinse and after a few months, the stains were gone.

I don’t have bright white teeth, but these products will make a significant difference. You will not get that bright white look that you can only get at the dentist office, but after a year of daily coffee drinking, I am pretty happy with the way my teeth look.

It has kept the staining under control.

I saw this mouthwash amongst the other mouthwashes and the bottle was pretty, it was minty and it said it strengthened enamel which I need. Although, I don’t know if enamel can be strengthened? its the strongest substance in the human body.

Doubt it. I, however, fell for it. The taste. disgusting. Its not a minty flavor at all. It taste like an aspartame sweetened fruit drink. It has a minty after taste but I cannot and will not be using this again.

Do not buy.

I bought this with the hope of it slowly lifting the stains from my teeth before I have my teeth whitened with gels, so that my teeth whitening process is a little more gradual. I’ve been using it after brushing AND normal mouthwash twice a day for 3 weeks now and it really does work.

Granted, my teeth aren’t blinding white but my teeth are certainly a few shades whiter and the staining towards my gums has reduced a lot. I’m hoping that with continued use it will continue to work and hopefully I can use it as maintainence once I start my gel treatments.

For the price I really can’t complain.

It does make teeth instantly shiny, but I found it far too abrasive on the inside of my mouth to continue using (the skin on the inside of my lip felt raw!) so not sure if it actually whitens/removes stains.

I love this mouthwash it is very big and is very strong, the taste is nice its has a hint of liquorice and a very strong mint taste, seen results after first use, I have been using more and can see a big difference in the shade of my teeth.

I’ve been looking for a natural alternative to Listerine but everything I’d tried tasted bad. This one actually has a very decent flavor. That said, you can’t gargle with it. It foams up and starts making a bubble fountain out of your mouth within seconds.

I tried using less and less to see if that would make a difference but at the minimum where it remains functional, it’s still too foamy. If it wasn’t so annoying, it would be funny.

I’ve been using the crest whitening system for years now. As of now, I use their crust 3-D white toothpaste and the crest pro-health extra whitening mouthwash. I use the toothpaste and then the mouthwash twice a day, and sometimes I’ll use the mouthwash in the middle of the day to freshen up.

The system truly works! I get compliments all the time about my teeth and ask what kind of whitening strips I use, etc. I personally don’t like whitening strips because I think that they are very harsh and they leave my teeth feeling sensitive.

I just don’t think that they are necessary if you are diligent about your oral health. Also, I use the Oral B glide floss picks twice a day. To be truthful, I didn’t start flossing my teeth regularly until about a year ago, but it’s a MUST.

Use this system diligently and you were on your way to pearly whites! I think this product is the true “rockstar” in my oral health routine because it doesn’t burn or make my teeth sensitive, but I think it provides the most whitening benefits.

Ok so I know that the whole alcohol free portion kinda explains itself. Unfortunately I guess I’m one of those people that needs that overwhelming burst of coolness swarming your mouth after you spit.

I know it sounds odd but without it I kinda felt like my routine wasn’t complete. It was almost a sweet taste. I didn’t like that, it felt as though I hadn’t done any kind of actual disinfecting or killing of germs.

It must have been doing its job on some level though. My dentist said that my mouth was healthy and my teeth and gums were looking nicely. I guess it’s a personal preference wheather you need the burn or not.

Overall I have to give it at least the 3 for performance although I still disagree.

I use this every night before going to bed and ever since, I have noticed my morning breath is not as bad as it was before using this product. I previously used listerine. But I got a sample (tiny travel size bottle) of this from my dentist office and ever since, I have been hooked.

The first thing you notice is that it does not sting your mouth like listerine. The flavor is pleasant. It is good for the gums and teeth and helps to control bad breath/morning breath. I would recommend this product.

This mouthwash is so great! I love that it does multiple things all at once in one mouthwash! It not only whitens your teeth but it also kills bad breath germs and it helps to prevent future surface stains.

It is enamel safe and alcohol free which is excellent for your mouth and health. It actually does show results in just seven days. You just use in the morning and night, just swish with this mouthwash and you are good to go! It doesn’t leave your mouth sensitive which is a really great feature! This mouthwash does not have the stinging sensation of alcohol, since it contains no alcohol. Still has some “spicy” zip, although diminished compared to traditional alcohol-based mouthwashes. My kid and I have both enjoyed using this, and it leaves breath feeling and smelling fresh.

While the mouthwash claims a whitening property, I have been using it for a couple weeks and likely not long enough to notice a difference to test that claim just yet. Overall–we like it and will continue using it!.

I love having a white smile but its so hard nowadays. So many things stsin your teeth and its just not great. I love creast and this product. It taste great not to over poweing. It seems to work well after few days noticed a difference on teeth ans in my mouth.

Maybe not a huge dofference on hard stains but defintly does help the teeth and lift and prevent. Its a huge bottle and you only need a little so ot will last ypu awhile. I really like it so far.

This is one of the best active wear sunscreens I have used. It works very well. I live in Florida and sun screen is a must. This one is perfect for days when your active out side. It’s not harsh in your skin but it’s a little thicker.

I definitely recommend this brand to anyone that goes out in the sun and especially to people that are active out in the sun and get sweaty because this does stay on even when you’re sweating. So it perfect for kids as well teenage boys and teenage kids because they are very active and being in Florida it gets very hot so this stays on without it running off from sweat it’s water resistant up to 80 minutes as well so you don’t have to keep lathering on every 20 minutes to make sure you’re kid doesn’t get burnt.

This product is really great. It was my first time using this and I was very happy with the results. I noticed on my gums were not as sensitive after using this for a few days. I also noticed how my teeth slowly begin to become less yellow.

It is a little pricey. It is more expensive than the Listerine products. I would probably purchase this about once a month. I do like this though.

I always use whitening tooth paste and I think it generally helps to keep staining to a minimum. I saw this mouthwash and decided to give it a go. I wasn’t expecting anything to happen at all, so I wasn’t actively looking at my teeth or anything like that.

About a week of using this product, I was flossing and just noticed how absolutely brilliant white my teeth were!!! Completely stunned!!! Like I said, I wasn’t expecting it to work but I was really positively surprised.

I mentioned it before. It’s a good product but, I add more peroxide and even the old fashioned tooth powder (hard to find) to “scour” my teeth when they need it. I swish with the enhanced liquid, then I put some of the powder on Supersmile tooth paste and the results are very good.

Wish you had the scouring paste that dentists have for teeth cleaning. In small quantities, you could use it more often. Think about it. I also wish more stores carried your products.

This is the best whitening mouthwash I have ever used. It is also one of the best mouthwashes. I was pretty skeptical of the price but I have been really happy. I also use their toothpaste and that is also really good.

Honestly, I do feel as though this product is whitening my teeth. when I actually use it. And I would absolutely use it more often, except that the taste this product has is seriously unlike anything I’ve ever put in my mouth before.

It’s so repulsive that I can hardly stand to use it. But when I do convince myself I can handle the taste, I honestly do see results!.

The taste is good, not to strong, but not so gentle. It cleans the teeth well, and leaves a nice taste and smell, that pass after few minutes. I don’t know about the whitening effect. I am using also the toothpaste of the same line, which I really love and it’s really good.

It keeps my teeth in normal color, but I can’t say i see different into whitening effect. It really relax the gums. If you suffer bleeding in the gums it clear it and bring balance. And also this mouth wash is very natural and no sugar added, so it’s a big bonus.

I love this mouthwash. I was concerned the tea tree would flavour it, but all you taste is refreshing spearmint. I have to be honest and say that I am not sure about the whitening yet, but I will order again.

I normally use the Desert Essence coconut mouthwash, which is also great, but I love the flavour of this one and the potential for whitening.

Can?t tell if it?s working to whiten my teeth. I don?t feel that it added the cleaning process as I expected. Refreshing tase is the only positive thing I can say. however it is too expensive for just a mouthwash without other benefits.

Not only is this mouthwash natural, I’d say it’s just as good as listerine or crest. After a few days, I already started noticing my yellowish teeth were looking whiter and just felt cleaner. I also use their all purpose rinse after brushing to help get rid of plaque better and I would totally recommend this for everyone.

It does cost a bit, but not too much and it’s definitely worth it for better teeth from only natural ingredients and a higher quality mouthwash. This is one of my favorite all natural brands now and I’m considering their fluoride toothpaste as well.

I have very sensitive teeth and enamel loss so I usually avoid whitening products, but decided to give this a go as I love and trust Spotlight. I’ve found it leaves my teeth feeling really fresh and clean, with no added sensitivity at all.

I’ve only been using it a week but already notice a subtle difference in colour. You’re never going to get a massive change in tooth colour from a mouthwash, but I feel like this is perfect for people looking for a more gentle and affordable alternative to professional whitening.

The taste is lovely as well. Only problem I have is that it really burns my tongue, but I am very ill, on lots of medication etc that could contribute to that. Despite the pain it doesn’t seem to leave any lasting redness or ulcers or anything on my tongue.

So something to be aware of but probably not a problem for most, especially if you have no health problems. I’d definitely recommend giving it a go if you’re unsure.

I have just started using these products lately and just love them. I have recommend these to my family and friends, to start using them. I have tried a lot of expensive products in the past and will never go back after using Spotlight products.
