20 Best Template For Newsletter (2022 Updated)

It says 8. 5 by 11 but that is WRONG. The pictures lie. The tabs don’t stick out. By that I mean, you can’t see the tabs when you put other 8. 5 x 11 paper between them. If you want to actually use the tabs, you have to put paper in that is smaller than 8.

5 x 11. I would have put sticky tab extenders on just to be barely be able to know where my tabs are.

I read the previous reviews and was apprehensive about buying the product. However, I was in need of dividers that I could customize and did not have those ugly clear tabs with paper inserts. I used the Avery website, used a template and printed.

I printed each divider individually so there would not be a feeding issue with my printer. My results look professional and everything lined up correctly. I really don’t know what type of printer the other reviewers used but my home printer worked great.

It was simple and I could not be more pleased with the end result.

The company I work for has used these for quite awhile. I’ve been here for 6 months & the dividers we had on hand were great. I ordered several boxes of the 5 & 8 tab dividers a month or so ago. Both have white dividers, but the tabs are a beige/cream color.

They look like they’re either old & yellowed or stained. Normally, the binders we compile are for our company’s use, & the color is no big deal. However, that’s a whole different matter in marketing.

They look terrible & not professional at all. I spoke with someone at Avery & they said they’re working on it, but what do we do in the meantime? I need to order 3 more boxes. The image on Office Depot depicts the dividers & tabs as white.

It seems to me that OD would not want to sell products that are deficient.

My son in college needed dividers for school. I almost opted for the lesser expensive brand, but I am thankful I didn’t. These Avery dividers are super durable and would be good for anyone who wants to stay organized and needs dividers that won’t tear and bend.

We like the idea of being able to print on the label strip as well. These are great for anyone who needs dividers, especially if they are going to take a beating in their bookbag. I highly recommend these!.

I use a lot of Avery labels for craft projects that I have. I never considered using it for organizing my office. You just download a word template from their website and you type out the labels from within word.

It doesn’t get much easier. They also have templates for other editors. I have an inkjet printer and the clear labels require a little more time to dry before you can touch the labels. So give them a good 30 seconds before you start peeling them off the sheet.

I am impressed with their template as I didn’t have to make any adjustments to my printer. I just put the labels in upside down and pointing in the direction the labels said to insert the paper and it came out aligned perfectly.

At first I couldn’t tell from the photo what the blue strip was about. But it’s ‘sacrificial’ tape which is meant to be removed and discarded. It’s purpose is to insure that the adhesive labels go on straight and even.

I’d previously used Avery’s printable paper labels that slide into colored plastic tabs. This newer style is even better.

Product is exactly as described and worked perfectly for our board packets. They are “unpunched” so you can use them with your binding machines and customize to your needs. Avery products are super simple to setup in Word.

I also appreciate the downloadable templates.

Print-on Presentation Dividers are great! These are the only dividers I will use! No little tabs to print and slide in, no little labels to print and then try to stick on straight! They give your binders a very professional use.

One of my favorite uses is travel binders. I prepare a travel binder using the Avery Lay Flat Report Cover and the Print on Presentation Dividers. Each tab is for a different part of the travel, one for transportation, hotel, meal reservations, maps & directions, and one for meeting materials.

Include a zip pencil pocket labeled receipts and my executive is good to go! DON’T EVER DISCONTINUE THIS PRODUCT – PLEASE!!!.

These are extremely thin, flimsy, low quality and expensive. They have nubs and don’t lie flat on one side. They can not be used with an Exacto blade for cutting shapes – way to thin. They should sell for about 0.

99 cents each. complete rip off! The green architecture ones are of much better quality and if you can find metal (rare) or harden plastic alternatives – please do. I can’t believe these are sold at prices like this.

This item will work for what I need, to draw circles for applique quilting. Be aware that it is made of a flexible plastic, not a firm plastic like other templates. It will work find for what I need, however it will need to be stored properly so it doesn’t get damaged.

I like the small incremental sizing, allowing broader selection of circle / arc. I understand the need for the ‘nibs’ on one side, but I prefer to flip over so that template is closer to work material, hence more accurate.

Maybe I didn’t read close enough before making purchase but I was expecting a product of better quality re: thicker, and more stable. Even being 1/16″ would have made a big difference. I wouldn’t recommend this brand of template for any other use than drawing on paper, with a pencil.

It’s still paper so durability is subjective. However, so far so good. I’ve been holding on to these for about 2 months in prep for when I knew I’d need them, but this review is just a reminder to check your purchases upon arrival rather than storing them away for future use.

I purchased these for my new folder to hold my DVD/Blu-rays in and I absolutely love this. I am able to write down all the genres of movies and easily flip to them because of the tabs. This fits inside of a Case-it King Sized Zip Tab 4-Inch D-Ring Zipper Binder with 5-Tab File Folder, Black, D-186-BLK perfectly fine with no troubles in case anyone was curious.

First of all, I have never realized the ” fussy cut ” when quilting. There are always different places in your fabric that you like more than others. I would try to get the fabric cut to capture the preferred spot.

The templates takes the guesswork out of it. Plus you get measurements that show your seam allowance plus block size. I love them. I can take them with me to fabric shops and determine how much fabric to buy for my perfect cuts!.

These are hard 1/8″ acrylic, sizes are almost perfect, needed 5″ so took one to local glass store and they made me one. I am very pleased with them and are a great tool to have on hand. Well worth the money.

I’ve been meaning to organize all of the recipes I have gotten from my late mother-in-law, friends and other family members over the years into a binder and decided that these Avery Ready Index Eco-Friendly 26 Tabs A-Z Binder Dividers with Customizable Table of Contents is exactly what I need needed to do just that.

Love the bright colors on the tabs and that I have a customizable table of contents to make things easier for me. These will help me get everything into alphabetical order and make it easier for me to look up these recipes since they are all just stuffed into a couple of folders right now.

It’s been a nightmare looking through both of the entire folders trying to find a particular one and I’m kind of excited about how this recipe binder is going to turn out when I get finished. I love being organized and this is a perfect way to get that way.

I was really excited to get my Avery Ready Index Eco-Friendly 26 tab A-Z Binder Dividers. I recently started a class that has an open book certification exam at the end of it. The exam is 6 hours for 150 questions so it’s more important that your materials be organized than you actually know the material! The Avery Dividers are excellent for keeping things organized so you can find material quickly and efficiently.

Because there are so many tabs, you can organize your binder by sections and use the table of contents, or you can just organize everything alphabetically. This dividers are perfect for organizing a lot of papers and I would completely recommend getting the Avery Dividers to anyone that needs to organize their binder!.

Love this! Only issue I wish I would have considered was that in my binder like all the pages I have are in those clear sleeves because of the clear sleeves you dont have the tabs visible on the side to instantly flip to.

smh. Thought the tabs would stick further out from the binder to allow it not to be an issue but this is best used for papers in binders that have a 3 hole punch and arent in a clear pocket/sleeve. Also, put a label down on one and it tore a layer of the paper off so be careful when applying any labels / stickers to ensure they are in the correct place.

This looked like the one I’ve used in the past, but it is too flimsy to work properly. On its looks, I give it five stars. On its functionality, I give it only two stars. Since it must function properly, over all I must only give it the two stars.

It is really disappointing to say the least. The one I’ve used in times past looked the same but was thicker and did not flex as much. Make it so that I can give it five stars. Very Disappointing.

This is a good product. However, it is not exactly what I wanted. Staples needs to have more options. I really preferred a Berol R-905, or a Pickett product, neither of which Staples carries.

Had one of these years ago and lost it. Makes lettering labels, etc. very neat when letters are all the same height. This one is an exact duplicate of my original and has already seen some use. Thanks.

I like to sketch drawings of a potential project before I build it , and were forever searching for the right diameter round object to trace . Your template makes drawing a circle much easier !

I bought this as a cheaper alternative to ready made templates. Obviously much thinner but sturdy and holds shape well. Easy to cut with normal scissors and use.

Made a great addition to my sewing kit. Reccomonded by a friend and it did nake EPP cutting easier and quicker. Simple to trace a temple plus seam allowance. Needed to do a bit of thinking with the shape alignment to get the most out of each sheet.

I absolutely absolutely love my Avery print and apply clear labels dividers. They come in different color tabs to with printable label strips. They are so easy to use and Easy to categorize. I use them at home and at work.

Priced affordably and easy to find in stores. Will definitely keep on buying!.

I was not happy with RediTags templates that are downloadable from their website. They do not have any space to print on the bottom (clear) half of the tags. I was able to quickly create my own in Word using a table and printed once on a piece of plain paper (cut down to the size of the sheet of tags) to verify the alignment.

I used these to index/tag my reference books for the contractor licensing exam. PSI makes it clear that only permanent tags are allowed and these fit the bill. In fact they are the exact same labels that most resellers and prep courses sell as the pre-printed labels for about 4x the cost of printing your own.

I like being able to print them for certain book sections that I wanted and color code them as well by using colored fonts. You do need to made sure you feed them into your printer the correct direction (the clear end of the labels first).

This will ensure they do not peel off of the base sheet while running through the printer. I used an HP laserjet (not sure if Id try them with an inkjet for fear of smearing).

There are some pretty heavy limitations to these tabs. I could only write on one side of the tab because the side with the adhesive is too slick. And I can’t use felt tip pens or sharpie pens because the ink won’t set.

Writing with a regular pen like bic is spotty. Sometimes I have to retrace letters to get the ink to stick which makes the already tiny tab look cramped and messy. I would NOT recommend these for professional projects.

And only for personal projects you don’t really care too much about. The only thing I can think of to go around this these issues would be to add stickers with associated symbols or to write on. But really why would anyone go through all that when they could just buy something that works? *********UPDATE********** Finally found something that will write on these! Regular Sharpie markers.

As with other reviewers, depending on what you write with, you can easily smudge the label. In the photo, left to right, I tried a Sharpie “Pen”, a proper Sharpie with an Extra Fine Point, Pentel Energel, Pencil, regular Sharpie, and ball point pen.

I wrote on the label, let it dry, then wiped with a tissue. The Extra Fine Point Sharpie is the clear winner. The regular Sharpie worked well too but is too hard to write with. Depending on the paper, you can very carefully remove immediately and restick to reposition.

The adhesive does feel sticky and permanent, but I was able to do this with a Moleskine notebook without tearing the page, and I peeled it slowly at a right angle to the tab, if that helps. Overall, I’m happy with the tabs, it will help organize my notebooks and journals.

I am happy with the dividers and labels. The reason I gave it 4 stars is one does not have the option to purchase additional label sheets only. You must buy more divider pages in order to get more label sheets.

I often do not need to fill a whole sheet with one project and attempting to run the same sheet through the printer a second time leaves them looking dirty and unprofessional. This results in a fair amount of empty labels being thrown away.

I do recommend the product if you have a healthy supply budget to work with and can afford to throw unused product away.

We go through several boxes of these dividers every week, and this is an excellent price for them. If you’ve never used Easy Apply labels, it might take a couple of minutes to get onto it, but they save SO much time over sticking on individual labels! I use a jumbo binder to hold as many sets as I need and just center the middle label.

The rest fall into place and then you zip off the holding tape strip and smooth them down with a swipe. Flip up that set of five and do the next set. EZ! I find it easiest to put the tabs toward me and flip each set up, over and away when I finish a set.

This keeps my hands out of the way so I can see the inside edges of the stickers and make sure they’re going on straight. (It means the text is upside down during this process, but that doesn’t matter; the labels are centered & straight!).

These are supposed to be easy peel. They are not. Peeling the entire strip at one time did not work, so I ended up having to peel each label individually and stick to the dividers. I’ve used this multiple times in the past and it has always worked before.

Maybe I just got a bad batch this time. Once I got them on the dividers it has a clean professional look, but having to do 5 sets of 18 labels each got a bit time consuming.

These are high quality tabs that are perfect for my needs. The paper is thick, so it doesn’t tear easily. I love the colorful tabs that have almost every color of the rainbow. It is very cheerful and stylish.

The tabs numbers are not customizable and come with a pre-printed 1-12, but the table of contents page allows for custom labeling. I used the Avery template to create the table of contents and it was very easy.

Even though I am using these for a personal project, it does look very professional. Everything about these tabs is perfect. Highly recommended!.

they come in contemporary multicolor tabs that are bright and easy to see. They are made of out of heavyweight paper with the tabs extended so easy to get to the right spot. They are double sided reinforced holes so they last.

These can be used for portrait or landscape. I recommend these quality index dividers.

I have always been a fan of Avery labels and tabs and this set was no exception. The overall look is very impressive and it was so easy! I have kids in school and this is definitely one of the most requested school supply that they need.

These tabs are very well made of heavy weight paper and feel like a quality product. We like that the holes are reinforced so they don’t easily come off or gets torn from every day use. The number tabs are reinforced as well.

I am very happy with this set of dividers.

I’ve had this template for a little over 4 months, and I still really like it. This template works the same as the other envelope templates. You choose the size of the envelope, and outline the edge closest to the size you want.

For instance, if you want the biggest template, just outline the farthest edge of the template. It’ll look odd, but once you cut it, it’ll look far better presentation wise. Compared to the other templates though, I find myself using this less than the Western or Japanese style envelope template.

The mini envelopes this template makes is significantly smaller than I thought. It’s enough to fit a small letter, a bill or two, or one very small hard candy. Due to the smaller envelope size, I don’t end up using this template very much.

It’s such a shame though, since if it was just a little bit bigger to fit something smaller (like a hand sanitizer bottle) or a small amount of candy, I would likely use it a lot more than I currently do.

I bought and wrote reviews for the other envelope templates by this company. Highly recommended. If you think you might want them, just do it. If the sound intriguing, just buy them. They’re lovely. I’m going to stop myself before I write an essay.

I am always up for something to save time and putting together layouts is a snap with these. I love them. The few things you have to remember to make sure you have the correct side down. If you don’t have the correct side down then it doesn’t work very well, if at all.

The side that’s up looks more “fluorescent” orange than the side that should be down. Use a hard surface and make sure your shape cutter blade is still sharp.

This “die”-cutting system is terrific! Fiskars is renowned for making quality instruments, and these templates are no exception. All the reviews have said it and it is true. it takes a bit of practice to master the technique for cutting shapes.

As always, Fiskars can’t be beat. I’m using the scissor I bought in 1976.

We searched all over and couldn’t find a template to mount our 39 handles. Almost all of the other templates would not accommodate any thing wider than 4 inches and we had 6 inch to 9 inch handles. Can’t say it was a breeze but we couldn’t have done all of our doors and drawers without this great template.

It was simple to use.

I needed to install handles with a greater than four inch span. It worked well for a two inch and over five inch handle. Pros: Straightforward, easy to useCons: None

The only template I could find with the center to center length I needed. Speedy delivery. Made the job simple and the result–beautiful.

In this age of digital everything, it is amazing but I still need a good notebook with tab dividers to organize things I want in print form. This set of Avery Big Tab Dividers are perfect for setting up my notebook.

First of all, the dividers themselves are durable. But, what is so great is the easy-to- peel printable labels. They have included a sheet of the large labels so that I can put more details and really customize my tabs.

Also included, is a sheet of the standard tab titles. Then Avery included the templates so I can print more tabs if needed. They thought of everything I would need to get organized. I am very pleased with this product.

A couple decades ago, these were created with a much heavier paperweight. Almost a lightweight cardstock. Now it’s basically paper with tabs. I don’t understand the 5 * reviews. Yes, they do what they’re supposed to, but if you’re in a hurry and flip to fast, you’ll tear it out of your binder.

If you buy these, you may want to invest in some ring protector/anti-tear stickers.

I bought this to insert tabs in my binder so I can get to each attachment in the binder quickly. I had to label each tabs and was really happy to find how easy it was to download the template from Avery, add label descriptions on the template and then print the labels out via my printer.

The whole process did not take me long at all, and the result looks neat and professional. I would re-purchase when I have to make another report binder with tabs. Great product!.
