20 Best Tennis Wrist Brace (2022 Updated)

Probably the best wrist support I’ve used for tendinitis. I do CrossFit and Pilates/yoga so I kids r want one of the weightlifting ones that are very restrictive. I find I can still have the support and workout with a range of movement with this one.

Recommend to spend that extra money for the best.

I run a gardening business and like to get in the gym after work. I found that even with the weight training, my wrists and left elbow needed extra support. Not only are these products great looking (unlike others in the market), they provide more than adequate support for everything I need to do in a day.

it works. i wear it all the time now and it’s been great. I am now looking at the ankle support as I am sure it will solve my issue with plantar fasciitis.

Second one I’ve purchased. First one lasted a couple years. Aside from the horrible velcro at the end the straps my first one functioned as it should. Just received my second one and after one day of use the stitching is already coming apart at the thumb.

On further inspection it was clear the seams will and already have begun to pull apart. Obviously there’s no quality control taking place at Futuro. Very disappointed. This is good design but poor stitching will be its’ demise.

Along with the lack of proper velcro to attach the strap tabs, the stitching is the last straw for me. I won’t be buying another as I don’t feel confident the new one will last as long as my first.

This product works for the purpose, but I don’t see it lasting more than a couple of weeks. I bought this brace to replace my more “sturdy” brace from my doctor after a wrist fracture. I wanted something that my wrist wouldn’t bend with but my fingers could move.

Overall it does that job. But as other reviewers mention, the seams by the thumb started coming loose within the first day. The Velcro is decent but after putting/removing gloves at work, it doesn’t hold very well and unvelcros every time I take my glove off.

Overall, did this product serve its purpose? Yes. Is it something that I would recommend? Not so much. 2 weeks use and it could probably go into the garbage now.

After many, many years of sports, stunts, and all around beating myself up, I developed Scapholunate Advanced Collapse in both wrists. Pain med prescriptions and no guarantee surgery were my only options, which I declined.

So I tried countless numbers of supports and braces, and thankfully, finally found the Future Compression Stabilizing Wrist Brace. It has allowed me to workout, ride my bicycle, do physical work, etc.

now, with very limited pain. Love this product, but I have been having difficulty finding it in retail stores (I try to keep at least three pair available at all times – home, in my car, and in my company truck).

Please tell me you have NOT discontiunued it.

First of all, this smells like ‘gasoline or some other unpleasant chemical’ which stayed on my hand until I scrubbed many times with soap. And like some of the other reviews, it doesn’t provide support where needed (esp for smaller wrists).

I was sure I would see ‘made in China’ but surprise. it’s made in Mexico; just distributed by 3M from different cities! Returning it tomorrow.

I just bought this today. The first time I put it on, the neoprene around the thumb cracked in four places. Quite disappointing, really. They should have used the same grey binding around the thumb hole that they did on the rest of the edges.

I really like the support it gives my wrist, though, so I’m just going to go home and stitch some binding onto the thumb hole myself.

This wrist wrap will work well for a couple of weeks until the fabric starts to become worn and then the hook and loop won’t stick anymore. Don’t be fooled by customer support’s replies on the reviews.

If you call to complain about this issue, they can’t do anything to help other than logging a complaint. Waste of money. Not a total loss as you could sew on your own velcro if you wanted.

The metal part the strap loops through hurts when I lift weights. There is not sufficient wrist support. It cannot be adjusted to sit high enough on my wrist to give adequate support. I am returning this item and buying the Harbinger wrap around strap I have used in the past.

My daughter loves it. Her back was hurting her and the belt not only supports her core from getting hernias when she Powerlifts it also reminds her to correct her form with her back during her squats

I sprained my wrist recently and attempting to bench or do any push exercises were painful and some I just was not able to do until I purchased this wrist stabilizer. This product help me lift well also providing a source for rehabilitation.

I would highly recommend for anyone who has had any wrist injuries attempting to perform push exercises or pull such as curls.

This may be a good product for those who aren’t suffering from carpal tunnel. I purchased this to be used at night to aid my carpal tunnel symptoms. Even when worn during the day, it does not provide the support I need to restrict painful movement.

It isn’t expensive, but definitely more expensive than it is worth in my opinion. A better option I found at a cheaper price is the Mueller Sports Medicine Green Fitted Wrist Brace. This was actually my first choice but was not in stock on Walmart.

I should’ve listened to my gut and went with this option. Definitely worth a shot if you’re using for preventative measure, but definitely keep your original packaging and receipt.

I have carpal tunnel like most people who have lived more than a few years. It got to the point where is was starting to keep me awake at night. After finding these wrist wraps it is much more comfortable to sleep.

No more waking up with numbness. I would highly recommend these especially if you are a woman or man with small hands. The strapped wraps were too big and came open during the night.

These are pretty nice. Comfortable. Supportive. But the seller tripled the price since I bought mine. Would never pay that much for them.

This wrist guard is so much more comfortable than the one my Dr gave me. My hand can moved more freely but my wrist is still supported.

This brace gives support without being a stiff immobilizer. It is soft and comfortable with flexible support. I love this brace.

I sprained my wrist. This brace has allowed me to continue to continue most activities with no or little pain. It fits well & has comfortable padding. I like that you can easily adjust how tight or loose you want it.

It has two plastic pieces that help to restrict the motion of your wrist. One that is on the underside of your wrist ,& pain. The other on top. Both can bend some. The extra green stretchy cloth that you slip your hand thru is a great feature, as the straps don’t come out of their keepers, so you don’t have to thread them back in each time.

That makes it fast to take off & on. I’ve bought a 2nd pair, so that I could modify one to let me play golf. One my 2nd pair, I cut a a slit & removed the palm/underside plastic insert. That way I could grip the golf clubs better while still having the back of the hand support to limit my wrist movement.

Pretty comfortable wrist brace, would be improved by a 2nd piece of metal or similar to stablise the upper side of the wrist. I have used two other braces in the past so know now that the best stabilisation comes from the rigid support on the upper and underside of the wrist for my carpal tunnel.

The McDavid model is made of the best feeling material of any brace I’ve used. It is warm, which I like, but if you can’t stand extra heat this might not be the best choice. This would be a great brace for anyone using during waking hours as it gives great movement of the fingers so you can get stuff done.

A very sturdy, comfortable and supportive wrist brace. I have nerve damage to my wrist and my previous brace was not alleviating anything anymore. After wearing this brace for barely a day my pain and discomfort was greatly reduced and by the next day my wrist was fine again.

Strongly recommend giving this a try.

A very quality product. I have very small hands and find the thumb hole is snug on me (perhaps because I’m wrapping it so tight) and found trying to wear it at night a little uncomfortable. Very very comfortable during the day, changes the position I can use my mouse with, so some adjusting but that’s the point! Very happy with the purchase overall.

Been using these for a couple years now to help alleviate wrist pain while riding my motorcycle. They’re pretty much the only thing I’ve found that I can wrap on the outside of my gauntlet-style gloves, and they basically turn the gauntlet into a soft splint, providing quite a bit of support.

Unfortunately they stretch out and the velcro wears out, so I replace them every 6 months or so. with my most recent replacement purchase, like a previous reviewer, I discovered the velcro was recently redesigned, and is now completely worthless.

It’s seems like they decided to make the velcro hook horizontally only, and now my choices are “flies off at 40mph” or “so tight it cuts off circulation”. Way to ruin a perfect product. Hopefully my old one continues to last long enough for me to find a suitable alternative product from another manufacturer.

My wife got me these for Christmas when I started trying to get healthier. Yoga, cardio, push ups, heavy bag, etc. These always stay in place no matter what I am doing. I use them alone or even under my heavy bag gloves and what a difference!!! I like the product design and durability!.

I have been having trouble with tendonitis in my wrist. Can’t really do much except rest it and brace it for support. I wanted something not bulky since I type all day long. I looked at the design and some of the reviews and decided to give it a try.

Easy ordering process and product arrived fairly quick. I have been using it for a little less than a week and my wrist feels better. It’s not hot and it’s comfortable to wear for long periods of time.

I would order again.

Light weight, well designed & made. I have worn out several brands of braces in the past due to ulnar nerve issue. I have also tried several others. This is easily the most comfortable and best made brace I have worn.

The support stays are on both the palm and top of hand sides. There are 6 small stays each one is relatively flexible as opposed to one single thick, ridged piece. Most of the palm is on covered. Push braces are not cheap but I feel you get what you pay for.

The left-hand size small is a perfect fit for me. It does a good job supporting and immobilizing my wrist. It does get a little uncomfortable when I want to bend my wrist, but that’s the point! I do find myself take it off to “rest”.

Very happy with the purchase.

I have carpal tunnel and this brace is perfect. It keeps your wrist straight, but allows for free finger movement, which I need since I type for a living. I have had this brace for quite a while, and I wear it every day that I work.

Would highly recommend!!.

I ordered this in a small, as my hands and wrists are very petite. This seems to be sized more for a child. Also, the material, velcro, and stabilizer are all so rigid that it hurts when I try to wear it.

Perhaps if I had ordered a bigger size it would be useable. As it is, I am throwing away, as it is a non-returnable item.

Recovering from a wrist operation in December ’17 I’m in need of a support that restricts the bending up and down of the wrist but is comfortable to wear for long periods of time. This is the one! Work all day and no wrist pain at night; that’s what the doctor ordered, FANTASTIC support!.

I was looking for a light weight brace with good support to wear while biking. This product more than delivers! It has great support, but has the flexibility I need while biking. Would purchase another one for my other wrist.

Love these. These are great. Whenever my wrist starts to hurt I put it on and my wrist quits hurting within 30 mins or so. Allows my hand to have great movement while still holding wrist in place. Great buy and investment.

As a wearable wrist brace it gives me enough flexible support thru the day. I have a more rigid brace that I use to help me sleep. Good value and is well made.

Pretty stoked on this brace. Bought it after a wrist break to use with mx and bmx. A couple guys I ride with recommended it as a viable solution. It feels like a pretty quality piece, and is a little tight on my size medium hand during the first couple of uses.

It fits under my fox gloves pretty easily. Range of motion is nice, it never felt uncomfortable to me. Theres a flat piece on the top of wrist and back of hand that keeps it from folding backwards (which is how mine broke).

The compression is nice, and it doesnt really feel too constricting and doesnt leave lines. Circulation is fine. Im pleased with the purchase and would definitely recommend.

Very quick delivery, and as described. The Shadow Revive Wrist Supports are ACE! If you’re recovering after a broken wrist (and Surgery) and want to get back riding, or just need more support, these are ideal.

Plenty of support and comfort without obstructing the palm of your hand. Gloves can be worn over or under the supports. If I’d been wearing these in the first place, I doubt I’d have broken my wrist.

This sorted out my sore wrist and feels pretty unobtrusive when riding. Quality is pretty good; my only improvement would be using double stitching on the top part of the support. Overall a great product.

I bought the first generation in grey and the velcro strips separated. I bought the second generation in black. The velcro strips did not separate and you could use a computer mouse and be comfortable.

Both had a metal strip that was very important to stabilize your hand if you have arthritis. I was so satisfied with the second generation that I ordered two pairs of braces and found out that they were the third generation.

They were uncomfortable holding a mouse and had a smaller velcro strip that separated. I spent $60. 00 on these replacements. I called the company and they said they would replace them with the ones that work for me.

I’ve been wearing the wrist brace I purchased for a week now due to severe carpal tunnel. The brace is comfortable and gives the support my wrist needs. Works great. The one downside is the thumb hole is not reinforced like the rest of the outer edges of the guard and is, therefore splitting at the lower outer edge of garment.

Though comfortablle to wear, there must be a way to reinforce the only raw edge left unbound. Because of this “defect” I’m not sure how long it will last before the split/year gets too big and has to be replaced.

Otherwise, a very good product.

This is the first wrist brace I have used, so I cannot say from first-hand experience how this compares to other versions elsewhere. However, I ordered it because it looked more attractive (more streamlined) than versions I saw at the drugstore.

I am an average-sized woman so my wrists are on the smaller side. I do find that I have to cinch the velcro very tight to get the brace to fit. My biggest complaint, though, is that the brace support bar does not seem to line up with the design of my wrist.

It sits too far into the palm of my hand – the place where it has a bend does not stay at the heel of my palm, but it creeps up closer to my palm, so I have to keep pulling at the end that is on my arm to tug it back down to where it is comfortable.

Also, I can see that after about 2 weeks of use, the velcro is ripping up the neoprene and so over time it will develop a very bad frayed texture in those areas where the velcro constantly attaches. This probably won’t last me for a long time, but perhaps it will help in the short-term to alleviate my wrist pain.

I bought this wrist support because this is a 3M product. I believe buying items made in the US. I never expected that the Velcro/ hook and loop tape would be the first component to wear out or not function correctly.

For the first three months this support as compression really did the job and stabilized my hand and wrist. The brace appeared to be a fantastic product. The aluminum stabilizer bar fit just right. I found it easy to hand wash and it dried quickly but after about three months the hook part of the tape would not keep the wrist brace stable or in place.

I looked up info on line and read that the hook part of the tape could be full of threads, etc. Not if you hand wash it. I attached rubber bands on the brace to keep the hook and loop tape in place to secure the brace but it stopped the blood circulation in my right hand.

The plastic hooks are not strong enough to make the right connection and provide compression and stability. And if compression and stability is not attainable from this device then the device has failed.

This product is expensive. I purchased at CVS in Beckley WV. The first one I got, I had less than 4 hours and the sides began to fray really bad, no big deal. I took it back and they replaced it with no issue.

I am thinking okay maybe this one was just loose. I got the second one out and sure enough the ends frayed so bad it was coming apart. TERRIBLE QUAILTY, DO NOT BUY.

These are great wrist band supports. I purchased one a few year ago and it has held up well over the years through many washing. I have owned other brands which have not held up as well. Mueller makes a quality product.

Received product as viewed on website, wrist band which is great. Delivery took longer then expected. Would use company again.

So happy with the wrist & thumb support from BodyHeal. Big difference in soreness when typing and yoga practice. I bought the wrong size at first and BodyHeal kindly helped with return and new product.

I love these and wear them every night. So soft and comfy. No scratchy parts like other ones that I have tried. I highly recommend these. My hands would “go to sleep” and the tingling would wake me up all the time but now I’m sleeping through the night thanks to my Mueller wrist braces.

When I was younger, my right wrist was severely broken and because of this my right wrist has become a problem. I was experiencing severe wrist pain following moving and participating in my bowling league.
