My Sleep Specialist recommended that I add Remfresh to my evening routine for proper sleep. Remfresh provides a time-released melatonin and keeps me asleep. all night! It does not interfere with my prescriptions, and I have used it for about 5+ years.

I have seen a few good reviews on this product, i even asked a poll on here to ensure I was making an informed decision as to whether to buy it or not. Unfortunately my experience is not as good as others.

Firstly, I have to mention the taste is awful. It’s a faint grape like taste with minty aftertaste. Not at all pleasant, but if that was the only issue I’d have no problem, because let’s face it, most medication or supplements aren’t great tasting.

Secondly, and most importantly, IT DOES NOT WORK. I have taken this every day for the past 3 days and for these 3 days every single time I have been up anxious and unable to sleep. I felt I must’ve used it incorrectly, so I did some extra research, found and read an article on Bustle.

com about it and the GP stated that maybe the writer was taking it too late before bed, hence it didn’t have enough time to work. She recommended the writer takes it 60 to 90mins before bed. So naturally, I started taking it 90mins before bed and i still did not go to bed until literally 5am.

I slept for 2 hrs and woke up feeling groggy, with a headache and overall felt terrible each time I use it. I recently switched to Olly from another brand because I thought it was better, but this thing kept me up all 3 times I used it.

I am exhausted now on day 4, I feel like my head is about to explode I am so exhausted. Off to getting my old brand and hopefully getting some good sleep tonight. This sleepaid is a waste of money and I highly do not recommend it.

I’ve had severe insomnia since having covid and then my two doses of the vaccine. It has been unrelenting. I might get an hour and then be up the rest of the night wired like I crushed some Adderall into a monster with my buddy Kyle or I might wake up every hour in a panic attack from the intense nightmares.

Melatonin is one of the ingredients in this and can make dreams more intense. I wish the melatonin had actually been left out. But otherwise these seem promising. I’ve gotten 3 pretty decent nights of sleep in the week I’ve been taking them, and that’s better than where I’ve been, but the melatonin is definitely having the undesired effect of vivid intense dreams.

The taste is slightly bitter but otherwise fine. I recommend these if you’re having trouble but definitely watch out for the dreams effect and don’t expect a miracle. And yes that is indeed a skeletor sleep mask.

I bought this to help keep me asleep. I already take various prescription medications at night, some of which help sleep too. I have a diagnosed sleep disorder in addition to frequent manic episodes from bipolar.

I have tried Meletonin in the past, with any great successes. I would take the Meletonin, and sit there wondering when it would kick in. I had to order the Sleep3, to be delivered, since it’s unavailable on the shelf of my Sam’s Club.

When it arrived, I actually got excited! Reading the box, the Sleep3 has L-Theanine, a “nighttime herbal blend”, plus the Meletonin. It was interesting to read that “the L-Theanine interacts with the Neurotransmitter GABA, to support a calm and relaxed mood.

Wow! I thought this just might work! That nighttime herbal blend includes Chamomile, Lavender, Lemon Balm, and Valerian Root Extracts, all herbs said to be great for insomniacs. The bottle of Sleep3 contains 120 tablets.

That’s enough for about 4 months. Each pill is pretty big, definitely within range of being referred to as a horse pill. This didn’t bother me, but if youbhave issues with pills, these will likely not be pleasant for you.

Despite the size of the pill, they are smooth with no detectable tastes. Knowing I needed to talk to taste, I did hold that first pill in my mouth longer than one would normally, just to really get a sense of possible tastes.

Now, if you actually let it dissolve in your mouth, it probably has a taste, but for normal use it’s taste-free. Each pill has 3 layers. Apparently these dissolve at different rates. The light pink layer contains the L-Theanine and herbal blend, to help you “relax and unwind”.

The white middle layer has your first bit of Meletonin, to help you fall asleep. The mauve colored layer has the time release Meletonin, to help you stay asleep. There is a total of 10mg of Meletonin in the entire pill.

So, by now you’re wondering if all of this worked. Yes, it does seem to work. I have taken it for the last 2 nights, and I slept well. The first night, I took the pill after 2 in the morning, when I remembered I had them, and had to wake up at 6.

I was a bit foggy for the first 45 minutes or so, after I woke up. This is unusual for me, so I think I just took the pill too late and my body hadn’t quite metabolized all the Meletonin. The second night, last night, I had better results.

I took the pill around 12:30, and slept until about 7ish. It was a good sleep, and I woke up clear headed and ready for today. And writing this review!.

I have an incredibly hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. I recently bought these and can definitely say that they help – some. My issue is not in the “being tired enough to fall asleep” phase of going to sleep.

My issue is shutting my mind off enough to relax and fall asleep, and then actually STAY asleep. This does help me get somewhat drowsy and go to sleep a bit earlier/easier than usual. I’ll give it that for sure.

But it does not help me stay asleep, and I wake up frequently during the night whether due to my body or due to my cats getting the midnight zoomies and running across my body/knocking things down. I find that on nights that I take these gummies and wake up during the night (even if I go right back to bed with ease), it is even harder than usual to get up in the morning and I feel hungover/drunk/like I’ve been hit by a train.

I thought that was only supposed to happen with meds like Benadryl but apparently I can’t escape it, even with this. I also hate how these taste. I still take them because they do help to an extent and I’ll take ANYTHING to help me sleep.

But I wish they were more effective and didn’t make me feel bad in the morning.

This did NOT work for me, but it may work for you. 1. I didn’t really like the fact they were gummies;2. Most importantly – these did NOT work. I woke up after about two hours due to wild/weird dreams.

Finally fell back to sleep, but soon woke up for same reason. After the 3rd or 4th time of unsettling dreams/waking up, just got up. Having said that, I (a) called the ‘help’ line and they are resolving the issue (2) have used and LIKE the Pure Zzzs All Night product.

It works pretty well, plus they are tablets! Just wanted to see if the ‘Triple Action’ would work better for me.

Unfortunately the sleep 3 mg melatonin product I found to be extremely unsuccessful. I have been experimenting with it for the last 2 weeks and for it to be effective I need to take at least three of them however if I just take one or two sleep mode it is the same if not better effect.

Still a massive fan of all of these products and everything he recommends however unfortunately I won’t be purchasing the sleep 3 mg melatonin anymore. Thanks so much and looking forward to continually supporting bulletproof.

I am an extremely light sleeper. I always wake in the middle of the night and remember all the things I failed to handle in the daylight. I’m a mother too and I guess my mind is always on guard. I’m not a believer in sleeping pills, or anything that would impair my mind.

Only because I trust Bulletproof did I try Sleep mode. It’s been a good thing. Calms my mind and rest has come easier to me. I’m not groggy at all in the night, just restful. I get up at 5am just fine, actually better because I slept.

It even helps me sleep with the sound of my husband’s snoring, that and a pillow over my head. Sleep mode has been extremely helpful and I feel confident about taking it.

Love this product. I have it in the gummies and capsules. I am peri menopausal and find falling asleep challenging. These are gentle and no adverse side effects or grogginess the next day. Excellent supplement to my regimen.

This is the nastiest supplement that I have ever taken. I couldn’t sleep all night, I was constantly belching up this horrible taste in my mouth. This stuff is bad. I am so glad that I only took one.

I have a typical for a person of 50+ of age trouble sleeping. This product is great! I get nice 7-8 hours of sleep , no grogginess or cotton mouth next day as I would get with using other over the counter sleeping aids.

I just wish it would be less expensive.

Omg! I didn’t read the entire label before I popped only one gummy and with less than 20 minutes I could feel the drowsiness start to kick in. I slept nearly 12 hour!!! I woke up a few times to drink water and go to the restroom but even after all that sleep I woke up still feeling really spaced out.

It wasn’t a bad feeling but it wasn’t my normal feeling and no amount of caffeine could get me going it took the entire day for the spaced out feeling to go away and when it did I felt like all the caffeine I drank caught up to me all at the same time.

Once I got home I looked at the ingredients and noticed that litterally every herbal supplement for sleep except passion flower are in these gummies. Valerian, lemon balm, camomile, and lavender along with the melatonin.

I am personally very sensitive to camomile and just the tea by itself is enough to knock me out for quite some time. I bought these things months ago and don’t remember them working so well the first night I took them so I didn’t bother with them again for about 4 months.

Which leads me to believe that the concentration is off and my be completely different in each and every gummy. I’ll take a few more until my sleep cycle gets back on track on an as needed basis. I had some positive experiences besides the spacey feeling like a decrease in appetite, the calm feeling from the other herbs, I was less anxious, relaxed but not tired and my cravings went away.

The cons are not really feeling like the effects are consist.

We’ve used these for a week now and it has totally changed our whole household. We have a five-year-old who struggles to fall asleep every night and we end up fighting with him for hours. He is our sixth kid, so it’s not like we don’t know what we’re doing.

The Vicks ZzzQuil Pure Zzzs melatonin gummies work really well. First thing is they look delicious haha and actually taste good considering they are a sleep aid. And they really do actually work like they say.

Within 30-45 minutes after taking one I start getting sleepy and then within minutes I’m asleep. What’s amazing is that I actually sleep all night and wake up feeling well rested. The most important part is that I don’t feel groggy at all the next day.

Melatonin is always nice to have on hand if my daughter gets insomnia, her doctors have approved her use of this and it does help her sleep, although sometimes it does cause her to be a little bit tired in the morning, but it is so much better than her being tired all day at school.

When that happens she is unable to concentrate on anything she is suppose to be learning. Her grades have improved since she started taking sleep aids. I would ask your doctor about using this product or any other sleep aid product before using it.

For us it has been so amazingly helpful and hopefully someday she does not need to take anything like this, but in the meantime it is great knowing we have it.

It works as promised. It is very noticeable that the strength of the melatonin is 10 mg per dose. The taste is okay, but it is not very pleasant to keep in your mouth for a long time. Fortunately, that doesn’t seem to matter much for the efficacy.

I really like Piping Rocks’ Melatonin. I don’t need it every night, but when I do use it, it sends me right off to sleep. I’ve been using it for a couple of years now, and do recommend it for others who are having problems falling asleep.

I am a person that often finds it difficult to sleep at night due to racing thoughts and I have tried many different kind of sleep aids over the years, some have been better than others. I decided to try ZzzQuil Ultra Tablets, as it is a product that I have not used previously and so far I am very impressed with the results.

After one week of use, I am finding that I am finding it easier to fall asleep each night and I seem to be getting a full 7 hours sleep, which is actually unheard of for me. Wow! Talk about a good night’s sleep! I suffer from sleepless night several night out of the month. I gave this a go. I would not recommend unless you have a solid 7-8 hours to sleep. The first night I took it, I fell asleep about an hour after ingestion.

Unfortunately, my toddler was awake about 5 hours later. I felt extremely groggy and my eyes felt heavy and swollen. My day was absolutely miserable and I couldn’t wait to get home after work and go straight to bed (which I did and slept the whole night through).

A few nights later, I attempted it again. I took a little earlier in the evening and laid to watch some television. The next thing I knew, my alarm was going off and it was time to start the day. No grogginess, well rested, no weird dreams through the night like with other sleep aids.

For the first time in my life, I have been having a serious sleep deficit that has been dragging on for over a month. A friend recommended to me to buy some sleeping syrup aids. This product really works! Being on a sleep deficit has NEVER happened to me before in my life, and I seriously need a sleep aid to get caught up on my rest. My number one rule for using ZzzQuil (or just non-habit forming sleep aids in general) is to only take them at night before going to bed, and never take them at any other time of the day (except occasionally in the middle of the night if I feel I really need another dose).

This is my personal rule, as I tried just two different times to take it during the day, but could not sleep simply because it was the daytime and, instead, my body felt really funny for awhile before the effects of the sleep aid wore off.

So my friend put me on to the Guerrilla Chemist and specifically GDA. My friend has a biochem degree and long story short knows hits stuff so i thought i would give it a try especially after reading into these supplements.

You can literally feel the carbs going to your muscles just as he explains it. Right now i prefere the post workout carb dose with GDA stacked with Cortibloc. I will update my review with cortibloc cause i suspect it is causing me stomach issue but then again what doesnt.

I am a vet and have had trouble staying asleep for many years. I tried the prescription drugs and melatonin and a few other things but didnt really like it and didnt want to be on prescription drug stuff.

Any way, I love Chemix and decided to try this product. Wow, labels are just labels until you try it, meaning it didnt seem like anything special, but it works. Not sure how exactly, but I am able to stay asleep longer and actually dream.

Its crazy, I wake up way more happy now. I been using for 3 weeks, only during the week. I worry about getting used to it so ill take a week or so off after the bottle is finished and see how i feel.

This worked to help me sleep but if left me groggy the next day. I tried using less – and didn’t sleep. I’ve had sleep problems for years so have tried many natural products. I can’t take regular doses of Melatonin because it gives me terrible heart beating nightmares.

I finally found a liquid Melatonin (from Sundown Naturals) with a dropper. I take less than the regular dose and then a drop or two after a few hours sleep and do very well without grogginess. And my new product is way cheaper and available at my grocery store.

I needed to stop today as I placed an order for this product. I purchased my first bottle at our local health store (for a considerably higher price I might add) as my son has difficulty sleeping. He has tried so many natural products trying to help with this problem, but to no avail.
