Beware of cheaper Tumeric supplements which may lack bioperine, necessary to make the tumeric work, and of supplements that have very low amounts of Tumeric. The amount you may eat in food is not enough to combat inflammation.

This supplement also includes ginger root and willow bark which have no negative side effects and increase the full body anti oxidant activity. Before I discovered Tumeric curcuminoids I was taking ibuprofen (sparingly) for my inflammation.
