Recently we ran out of the Bona Hard-Surface Floor Cleaner and happened to get the new and improved version. Don’t waste your money! It streaks and leaves a sticky film and the With the new and improved formula, the floor is no longer shiny.

It is now dull and shows prints. The old stuff worked great! With the new and improved formula you are to use a damp mop which gets the floor too wet no matter how much you wring out the Bona microfiber mop, plus it still leaves the floor dull, streaked and sticky.

Bring back the old formula and I’ll give it a 10!.

The Bona Hard-Surface Floor Cleaner (Antibacterial Formula) is a great cleaning product and very useful nowadays. This formula contains 2. 4% hydrogen peroxide as its active ingredient, which is highly effective against most household bacteria, mold/fungus, and some viruses.

Following the instructions on the bottle, the kitchen floor was sprayed and left wet for 10min before wiping. The spray cleaned very effectively, leaving no streaks or discoloration on the tile floor (and kitchen counters, stove, oven door), and no residue/stickiness/film on any surfaces it encountered.

It even seemed to cut through grease quite well, off the stovetop after cooking bacon!!! The spray has a mild odor of a cleaning agent, not offensive or excessively strong, and left the kitchen smelling freshly cleaned.

Being a daily-use cleaner, no noxious odor is very important and this product seems to be great for this purpose. All in all this Bona spray was effective and worked great!.

I bought this cleaner to clean my tile floors because my understanding is that it’s a neutral cleaner. When the professional floor cleaning company came out to clean them, he showed me a crazy amount of film he had to work to get up.

This is the only cleaner I use. What should have only taken the company a couple hours now will take the entire day. And I have to spend extra money to have the film removed. Terrible because I have two large jugs of this stuff.

It was so simply and easy to use. First, I had to vacuum sweep and dust all of your floors to remove all of the dust, pet hair, lint, Etc. that falls on everyone’s floors. Secondly, I sprayed a fine mist of Bona in the area that I wanted to start mopping in and began to clean.

I did have to rinse and ring my cleaning pad out several times to avoid any streaks. I then took my microfiber side of my dust mop and lightly buffed the floors to make them shine bright. The last step is optional that’s just how I choose my floors to look.

Mr. Clean Floor Cleaner did a decent job, but I’m going to do a couple more cleanings. The linoleum on my floor was pretty dirty and stained. But after using Mr. Clean it looks a lot better.

This product is excellent. However, I used it at a much stronger strength. Probably would have worked with recommended ratio. I used 1 oz to about 1 quart of water. I also used a hard scrub brush. I wiped it up with towels.

The results were amazing. Cleaned out of the little “pits” in my floor tile and the grout areas. Truly excellent but it does take “elbow grease” if the floor is really dirty. A damp mop will not do the trick.

I read about this product in an article in Real Simple Magazine. Had never heard of it before. It comes in a huge container and is a concentrate. Cleaned this kitchen floor with a spray and mop with just a tiny amount of cleaner in the chamber.

I was amazed at what a wonderful job it did. No need for rinsing. Really cleaned the floor in a flash. I am very pleased with the product. Just make sure you read the directions and don’t use too much.

We clean floors commercially and found ourselves asked to clean 10,000 square feet of the new textured Armstrong non-slip floors. We needed a quality cleaner that did not need to be rinsed, obviously, as these floors need to be cleaned frequently.

So very thankful to have found this Armstrong cleaner made for these floors! It cleaned beautifully with a commercial mop and with our low speed floor machine. Contract work made doable and our load decreased.

This product is the best mopping product. It is litterly “Once N Done”. Has a fresh smell and really does the job. I have been buying from Lowe’s in a larger size. Glad Walmart has the smaller size.

This is not an easy-to-find product (at least near us). But, it is what we prefer to use to clean our tile shower. Thankfully Do It Best made it very easy for us to order and have it shipped free to a local Do It Best hardware store.

Clean fresh smell, no streaks or sticky stuff. My 18 month old likes to walk around the kitchen and living room while eating so we ended up with fruit juice on the vinyl floor which becomes very sticky.

I used this product for the first time last night using half a tablespoon to a 32oz spray bottle of water. This made ade more than enough to clean up the area and leave it clean and smelling fresh. I love that it has a clean smell to it but it does not smell like chemicals.

The nice thing is that it can be used as a multipurpose cleaner for almost anything but since it is sold in a gallon jug and is very concentrated it will last us a very long time. I have mixed up one bottle and it can be our main cleaner.

I bought this floor cleaner for my basement which has two main high traffic areas, one is the play area for the kids and the other is the laundry room. The laundry room has these old ceramic tiles and the play area is a vinyl flooring installation.

I mixed a big bucket of warm water with just a bit of Sheiner’s and did both the tiles and the vinyl flooring all at once and it came out beautiful. Clean fresh smell, no streaks or sticky stuff. I loved how easy it was, just mix and go and no rinsing necessary.

This is my favorite floor cleaner of all times! It has the perfect fragrance. It has a fresh clean scent without being overpowering like so many other cleaners. No harsh chemical odor! I add a little to my bucket with warm water and wash all my vinyl floors.

After using Sheiner’s floor cleaner, the floors have a nice shine and clean feeling, without feeling slippery or sticky. It’s a great value for the price too! Highly recommend!.

This is the real deal! I was tired of less effective and more expensive cleaners. We clean after our pets every day, and the perfume from some of evernthe most expensive cleaners gets really overwhelming.

This product cleans very well, has an inoffensive odor, and when diluted with water as per the instructions, will last us a year! ZEP is the real deal.

We have sealed Tennessee flag stone. Thus was hard to clean because the surface is very textured. I had used virtually every product I could find to clean this stone. Regardless, it remained dirty and dull.

I found this at a local store and gave it a desperate try. Wow! WOW! My stone was clean and restored to its original sheen. after it dried, it’d was so shiny it looked wet! I was so pleased and will never use anything else on the stone.

I have tried countless floor cleaners to clean both my tile and vinyl laminate wood floors and nothing has impressed me. Either my floors are left hazy or they just don’t seem clean. I use my cleaners in an O’Cedar microfiber mop and when I first started using the Method Hard Floor Cleaner I noticed the same issues.

It left a haze, particularly on my tile floors, and they looked dirty as soon as they dried. I tried using water as a rinse afterwards with the same result. I decided to try vacuuming and then scrubbing my floors first, and then started using this for a daily/as needed mopping solution.

Now I will never use anything else. It leaves my floors super clean and makes the tile sparkle and shine. I don’t dilute it, nor do I rinse with water afterwards. We have a new puppy and I am constantly cleaning up messes.

This cleaner in my O’Cedar mop has made life immeasurably better. I basically keep it out at this point, and keep one of the mop heads specifically for animal messes. I have laminate floors throughout my house, which are nice and easy to clean, but they can easily end up looking dull – especially since I have a large dog and 3 chunky cats tumbling across them regularly.

I used to use the swiffer-jet liquid on them until that bad boy malfunctioned and left a pool of harsh smelling liquid on my floor overnight. Figured I’d try this stuff based on its description, and I’m so glad I did! First of all, it smells like vacation.

My house could totally be the Polynesian right now. Second of all, it’s heckin’ easy to use – I just squirted it on the floor and used the swiffer with its pad to go over it. This stuff got up stuff I thought was never coming off, for example where the previous homeowners can glued a carpet square inside the front door.

That glue has been there for years. No more! This cleaner made my floor nice and shiny, but not slick. It also dries really fast, so you don’t have to feel weird trudging across it while it’s wet. Only teeny tiny complaint? The bottle is skinny, and I dumped it over twice after setting it down.

I will definitely be back for this stuff – especially cause a little seems to go a long way!.

I have a combination of tile in my home, both wood-look and stone-look. I have struggled to find a cruelty free cleaner that works on both. This product cleans deeply and does not leave streaks or a film on surfaces.

It smells fantastic; by far the best smelling method fragrance in my opinion. I use a robotic vacuum to keep my floors clean and simply squirt this directly onto the surface and mop up. I have 4 pets in my home including a large dog who tracks in dirt.

I still have to mop weekly to be sure I remove hardened dirt and I add this product to the bucket. But the cleaner power of this product is far better than swifter mops, smells amazing, and does not use animal testing All this at a fair price.

I cannot say enough positive things about this squeeze & mop floor cleaner. I used to dread washing our ceramic tile floors but ever since I started using this I actually look forward to the process.

The innovative squeeze spout helps me control where I want the product to go and how much I want to dispense. I love how thoroughly the product cleans our floors but yet it’s extremely gentle. My favorite part is how quickly the product dries and how the smell is almost undetectable!.

I do not own a sponge or string mop but my non-plugged-in steam mop serves as a tool-mop when I need it to. I have ceramic tile in my kitchen, dinette, both bathrooms which I was able to clean with just a single dose (2-4 ounces – I used 2oz as my floors were not real dirty) mixed with a gallon of warm/hot water in a bucket.

The mopping went quickly (as I followed instructions and sweep any loose dirt up first). I did need to change my mop-towelette (they are small) once but no real delay there. The solution did a good job at this light mop job and so far it seems to be drying quickly and steak-free.

My problem is that I don’t really mop this way anymore. I did not plug in my steam-mop so it was like a normal towel/sponge mop and other than not being able to squeeze excess water out, it worked well.

But, when I was shifting the bucket to carry to dump the leftover/dirty water, I sloshed and had to get out a big towel to clean up. Also, while I waited for drying process, I had to go barefoot not to leave shoe-residue on still wet floors.

So, in the end, it was not this product but this mopping method that I found disagreeable. Your ‘Squeeze and mop’ stuff works better for me (and uses barely over 2 oz overall) without the bucket, water and water disposal.

So, for my mopping needs it works better for me. But, for people with large areas (huge kitchens, whole-house tiling and/or stone, the bucket method by the batch may be what they do and this would be a good way for them to go.

I would recommend this product for those friends who still use the string or sponge mop method of mopping.

love this floor cleaner! I am a professional cleaner and have used this product for 2 years, mostly on floors that can be easily damaged. Like another reviewer I usually dilute it but only add 1/3 water to 2/3 product.

It also has a very pleasant, mild scent that does not bother allergy sufferers. I found when using it in spray mops a very little goes a long way!.

Good product, good smell, good value. I can’t find the product I used to use and this has been the best out of others I’ve tried to replace it with. I only wish it would add more shine to my floors.

I used the stripper and sealer and found they work real good. After striping I sealed my floor. I liked the shine the sealer left and didn’t go any further in the next 2 week nothing stained my floor.

After 3 week I started to not be able to wipe off the scuff marks so I recommend using the whole 4 steps. I am about to do just that. Happy striping.

I am a fan of zep products. Although this is a great product i will be happiest once the antibacterial floor cleaner by zep returns to the shelf.

Great product, cleans very well, easy to place in wetjet mop, love the cleaning ability and lasting scent. Excellent product. Who knew mopping and cleaning could or would be so exciting this solution cleans so well so easily and smells so good I now mop even more often than I did before ! With everything going on in the world right now this is a must have. This has antibacterial in the product so this does a great job at cleaning as well as disinfecting. It makes me feel better and safer.

I absolutely love this wetjet solution. I’m always trying new floor cleaners, and this is one of my favorites. I love the convenience of my swiffer. It makes mopping so much easier. I have a large bulldog, and he manages to get my floor dirty every single day.

I don’t have time to get on my hands and knees to scrub the floor daily, so I really appreciate the convenience of the swiffer and wetjet solution. This particular solution has a crisp, clean scent that is able to break through dirt and grease pretty easy.

I have rebought this particular product a few times now, and I use it 2-3 times a week. I have never had any buildup or sticky feeling from using it too often. It dries down in normal time, and leaves a slight shine to my kitchen floor, and it leaves behind a great clean kitchen scent.

Great product, you only need 2oz in a 5 gallon bucket or you will get a haze on VCT. Been using this product for years and very satisfied.

never got to use the product. they were smart enough to put the above pictured cleaner in a plastic bag, because within 2 weeks, the mfg container had leaked (never even opened) into the bag.

I bought the small jug my first order and it’s my new floor cleaner. I’ve gotten rid of all the toxic products I use to use :/ really happy with how this cleans. And of course the refills are such a great idea.

This cleaner gets my floors clean and doesn’t have an overpowering “chemical” or fake fragrance smell like most cleaners. This is the only thing I use on my floors. Love it.

If I could give this no stars, I would. This product leaves HORRIBLE build up. We have spent the last month on our hands and knees scraping build up off my wood floors with pizza cutters. Even the strongest cleaners and chemicals wouldn’t lift it.

Throw it away and use vinegar and water to clean, and a little baby oil to shine. VERY disappointed in this product.

I use this product for my vinyl kitchen floors. It gets the dirt off and leaves them with a little bit of shine. It helps prevent food spills from sticking and it protects them from sun damage as well.

(One addition note– I haven’t use this product much since they changed the bottle design– I hope they didn’t also change the formula at the same time. ).

Meh. Results are mediocre. I have laminate flooring and it didn’t impress me much at all. Good thing it’s cheap otherwise I would be even more disappointed. You can practically get the same results with Murphys Soap.

Mop and Glo does smell good though, just open a window as it is strongly scented.

I’ve been using Nellie’s floor clean for a few years now. I love the light, fresh scent and how clean my floors feel afterwards, no streaking and not slippery, just clean! A little goes a long way and no rinsing required, just dilute and use.

Great on hardwood floors and vinyl. I’m on my third bottle and will continue to buy.

i have used this for years! If you want your floors to have that squeeky clean look this is the product! Plus it really shines up your tile as well. Then get a product called a product called Shinekeeper Resilient Floor Finish.

Use that every 6 to 8 months and your floors will look brand new!!!! When I first purchased my flooring, i was told ONLY USE Armstrong products to warranty my floors. And I have done that with all my homes!.

No other cleaner on our ceramic tile floors have come close to the results of Once n Done floor cleaner. We have pets, children and grand children and highly recommend it. John & Susan Thornton

I have loved this floor cleaner for years. I actually get comments about how nice my house smells after I use it. The ingredients are really basic and clean, and it makes my wood floors look healthy, is never sticky and is pet-safe so my dog can lick food off the floor all he wants.

Cleans beautifully. Gets rid of the dog grime and odour, leaving a pleasant scent. Recommended for the maintenance of our engineered oak flooring and after five years it still looks great, even with a new puppy!.

This is being used for tiled floors, the doorstep and the hearth. I did use it before for rubbery vinyl tiles and for cork tiles. It left a sheen which gradually builds up and unlike flloor polish, it does not require being removed.

It’s ingredients are far better to use than toxic and carcinogenic cleaners which make you feel as if you are choking. It is a shame about the price being so high though. Perhaps if Ecover were to open a small plant in Britain, it may make the cleaners cheaper.
