As a peri-menopausal woman I looked up the ingredients in this thinking they may just suit my needs. Tribulus Terrestris is not widely studied and has a bevvy of potential risky issues; however, it’s also said to enhance athletic performance and body building along with treating health and circulatory issues.

Tongkat Ali (Eurcoma lingfolia) root extract aka Malaysian ginseng is said to improve low testosterone, male fertility, anxiety, athletic performance, and muscle mass. Why would I want this? Anxiety and testosterone mainly – there’s a ton of stress going on and a great (sarcasm) benefit of peri-menopause is gaining fat.

I thought what the heck, try it out and see if I can build muscle instead of fat. DIM, Indole-3-Carbinol – this was the guy that got me. It’s been studied for prevention of certain cancers. Yep, breast cancer, but also cervical.

It can also balance estrogen. Hmmmm. I clearly need to learn more about it, but this really piqued my interest. I can avoid cancer And get my estrogen in check? Could I possibly say good-bye to these hot and cold flashes? Yes, cold flashes are a thing – sudden goosebumps in 90º weather, it’s Freaky; especially after having had a hot flash that saw me suddenly sweating.

So far this has not been a miracle supplement; however, I’ve been taking it for only 3 weeks and remember to take it every other day rather than daily. For a guy who’s active, even moderately, I think this would be a good supplement to try in order to boost energy and performance.

For women I think it needs to be fine-tuned to us. I did not mention fenugreek because fenugreek is generally a solid herb that sees to a host of maladies and thus is kind of like the lavender of aromatherapy – you can’t really go wrong with it, unless there’s an allergy.

I bought these pills thinking they could help with low testosterone and energy level. they never worked. I don’t blame walmart for selling them but I can’t believe I payed this much for them. I guess I’ll have to find another pill to help my low testosterone.

Being new to supplements, I wasn’t sure what to expect or whether to expect anything at all. I was looking for something to give me a little bit of a boost when working out I’m not a huge exercise fanatic but I lift light weights and do some cardio when I can.

I have to say that I’ve been using this product for about a week and have noticed some definite improvements in my ability to workout longer before coming tired.

After 2 days of taking it, s started to feel stronger and starting noticing losing fat. By the 5 day I was able to stack 20lb more and everything. The problem was the side effects I was experiencing.

High blood pressure gave me nonstop headaches, my appetite diminished, I couldn’t sleep because my balls were hurting, prostrate was swollen, over all did not feel like myself. I had to stopped and start taking the PCT for the same amount of days I took the 1- Testosterone.

It took me a few days to start feeling normal again. If I hadn’t experienced so many side effects I would definitely finished the cycle.

The recommended dosage did not work for me. I have taken prohormones in the 1990s at double the recommended dosage and it worked incredibly. I took the recommended dose of this and it did nothing. I think most of the 5 star reviews on here are either fake or people are increasing their carbs and protein as recommended and contributing their gains to the prohormones.

I’m sure people are pushing harder to lift heavier weights from the placebo effect too. I added more carbs and protein to my diet a couple months before I started taking this and immediately saw strength and muscle gains.

I saw no extra gains after I started taking this product. I think if you want to see gains it’s just best to take the real thing. Just my humble opinion.

Pros: – definite surge in metabolism occurred after about 4 uses – energy during a ride/work out seems to have increased – fat burning has noticeably increased – hunger seems suppressed over the course of a day – craving for sweets also seems to be drastically reduced – pills are coated so they go down easier than you’d think by looking at them – coated pills=no nasty after taste “Cons”: – the pills are HUGE – one dose is 4 of those pills – did I mention the pills are huge? – did I also mention swallowing 4 of them is a daunting task? As I’ve only been using them for a little over a week, I cannot yet state that my over all energy levels have increased.

Also, after the 8 or 9 days I’ve been taking them, the pills don’t seem so difficult to swallow anymore. I combine these with RSPs Z-elite as another reviewer posted. I was already using another ZMA product but have switched to Z-elite for now as it has more per dose of the same vitamin and minerals.

Finally, be sure to follow the instructions for use. I think the best results I’ve gotten have come when truly had an empty stomach when I took this product.

It helped me go to sleep more easily at night. When I got tired I felt it was time to sleep not just to nap or rest. I slept more soundly, deeply, and for longer periods throughout the night before waking up.

However, I feel it is under-dosed. It made my urine more orange and darker in color but that is the Only “side effect” and does not detract from the supplement. Even though, sleep aside, I did not notice any difference as far as libido, energy, or any other testosterone related things, I will be taking them again.

I took them as directed, 4 at a time w/food, in the mornings at around 10 am everyday and did not change my diet or workout habits.

I really love this product. Ultra GHT MALE has a little bit of everything in it. Having both Bipolar and Fibromyalgia it definitely seems to help with some of the different fatigues both the illnesses seem to cause.

I’d have to stop taking it to tell you all the stuff it helps me with and that’s not happening. I tried the GHT male capsules and they don’t work anywhere near as good in my experience. I started out with the T male capsules, then Bi-layer T male, then GHT male capsules, and at last the Ultra GHT male.

I felt it was definitely worth the extra money to get the Bi-layer Ultra GHT male. I have been taking it around a year and when I don’t take it a day or two I can Definitely tell the difference. I’m not quite sure how this product isn’t more popular aside from the size of the pills and price is a bit high.

My absolute favorite exercise before discovering weightlifting was running. In my mid 20s I used strong prohormones Superdrol, then Methadrol Extreme for weightlifting. I spent a solid 12 years in a gym.

Ok the Gaspari Nutrition Viridex has the same exact amount of D aspartic acid (3G) as this product, it has more vitamins and cofactors, and it also has several drivers which further potentate the effects of the d aspartic acid.

Also with an increase in test u get an increase in estrogen, the viridex has actiflax which removes excess estrogen or blocks it. It’s the same as 3,4 divan. Anyone with a mind can see that the Viridex is uproot to T up Black, yet the viridex has a crappy rating and this product is near perfect.

That isn’t possible lol the viridex has the same ingredient with cofactors making it a superior product. I’ve tried every test booster out there. Since Novedex Xt got banned the best choice is Gaspari Nutrition Viridex Xt, stacked with a high potency trib product at about 1500-2000mg a day, and Universal Animal Pm at night.

It’s got humanofort and ZMA, arginine among others which optimize testosterone. Honestly tho it’s plain silly that anyone would buy this over Viridex Xt it’s simply an inferior product.

I feel that the other reviews have done this product a great disservice, for one it is definitely potent. If you have ever experimented or taken any of the herbal solutions contained in the ingredients list, tribulus longjax, Muira puama , maca and fenugreek.

You should know that the sources from where these are extracted makes a big difference, some brands offer up to 1 gram of tribulus per serving, but all is in vein. Buy this and find yourself at a fuller position, if not you can always start with the trial version.
