This product does what it says – it supplies you with your blood type. You need to follow the instructions, which are fairly straightforward. Slightly irritating in that it keeps mentioning ‘Eldon’ this and ‘Eldon’ that, like the objects in question don’t actually have another name and have to be called ‘Eldon’ something, though if you can bear that then go for it, this works well.

Also, you need to be able to read the results. I wasn’t sure why a ‘control’ is needed, though I guess it was. Make sure you keep the ‘Eldon’ sticks away from each other, after applying blood to them.

The puncturing a hole in your finger bit was really quite painless, for me. Simple.

Read the instruction sheet too. Keep the instructions with you when you the test. You only need a small drop of water in each circle DO NOT LET THE DROPPER TOUCH THE CARD. Finger pricker is a one shot only so dont set it off before you need too.

Not very clear in the instruction sheet, but place a drop of blood on the ” Upturned ” plastic stick. The gently rub it within a circle Use a new stick for each circle. tilt the card gently watching the blood in the circle doesn’t run into another circle ( this is why you mustn’t use too much water.

) Now wait the allotted time and then check your circle patterns with those on the instruction. sheet. Once the card has fully dried over night. Fill in the details and use the plastic sticky film to cover it to preserve it.

The kit is great. I suspected my blood type to be A positive, but I wasn’t for sure and did not want to make an appointment with the doc just to find out, so I ordered this kit. Actually, I ordered 3 kits.

I followed the directions and I went online and watched the video on the manufacturer’s website. I did exactly what I was instructed and the test came out perfectly accurate. I used the other two test on my two daughters and again, the tests were accurate.

So, based on my experience, I would recommend this kit as a quick at home test to determine your blood type.

If you troubleshoot automotive electrical systems, this is a tool that you will want to have. It is very handy to detect shorts, continuity, and will send power to test 12vdc components on your vehicle.

I understand that the new probe “Power Probe 4” will allow you to change the voltage output but this one is 12vdc only. My son introduced this to me and I had always used a VOM before but this saves a huge amount of time and comes will all kinds of adapters for easy testing.

It will not test current but I do not need that very often so this was fine for me. I highly recommend this tool and believe you will not be sorry if you purchase it.

Hard to review a product when you have no ideas on how to operate it safely ! Having paid a bunch for this product, you would think a users manual would be standard equipment that is included with this package.

This tool is useless for most people if you must stop and look for a video on You Tube and pray it covers your particular model. What a waste of my time and money !!!.

This was actually pretty simple to do. The annoying part was the company who does the test kept sending reminders to set up a day I would send sample out. Basically you register online before you conduct test.

Then you collect sample and arrange for UPS to pickup sample. I sent my sample on a Wed, lab received it on Thurs and results on Friday. Very quick. The other issue I tackled was collecting the sample.

They provide a paper to place in toilet bowl because you can’t get the sample wet. I didn’t realize they provided that paper so I was trying to figure out best way to collect it. Regardless, I’m not sure if I would have used the paper because I have a septic and I wouldn’t have wanted to flush it.

The next issue I thought I would have was the amount of sample to collect – doesn’t require a lot. I was afraid it wouldn’t have been enough but that wasn’t the case. I recommend this test and would do it again.

I’ve purchased this before but since it’s offered at the FSA store even better. It’s quick and convenient. It’s super discrete with fast results. I’ve used this maybe 3 or 4 times and each time I’ve gotten the results within 2-3 days.

Highly recommend!! Easy to do in the privacy of your home, convenient, results in a couple days by a nurse who gave lots of good information in a stressful time. They even offer prescriptions if needed.

I will definitely do more general health test with this company and recommend them to family and friends.

I ordered the food sensitivity test to see if tomatoes or other foods were causing the horrible bloating I’ve been experiencing. Everything pretty much was low to very low, except for all dairy, eggs, almonds, and lima beans.

I was not thrilled about the eggs scoring High. I eat a hard boiled egg daily as my lunch, a wee brie wedge with vegggies, and a few tablespoons of half and half with ny coffee. So I guess the small items I do eat after intermittent fasting are causing the bloating.

I swore it was tomatoes!! The test was easy to do. I don’t agree that it was painless. I don’t mind needles at all, but this one hurt. But it did the trick and the blood was flowing to get it done quickly.

The results came pretty quickly after the lab received it. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase and have some thinking to do to see if I can give up my daily egg and truely see if it makes a difference or not.

I was impressed with the MyLab box Covid and Flu testing kit. I have never done anything like this before and so it was an interesting experience. When you open the box they have everything you need in order to assemble and prepare the testing specimen and then what you need to ship it off.

The first thing I noticed was that there were very clear step by step instructions on what to do in what order. I first had to go to the Mylab box website and register my kit. The kit number was included in the kit itself and everything was labeled with the same number to make sure nothing got lost.

Once I registered, I filled out the form and label that came with the kit and made sure they were put in the proper places to keep everything together and in my name once it reached the lab. Next I followed the instructions to actually swap my nose.

I will say this was uncomfortable but not painful. It was a very annoying tickle in my nose. I had to swab both nostrils turning the swab 3-5 times in each. Next I put the swab into the testing tube and the tube into the other bag provided.

There was already a shipping label I just had to attach to the shipping bag and once everything was complete and the bag was sealed I took it to the shipping store to be mailed out. This whole process took less than 30 minutes including the trip to the store.

It would take even less if you had the shipping company pick up the shipment at your home (which I believe is an option). Now I am just waiting on my results which they say will take a few days. I have been very happy with my experience so far and if I suspected I had Covid, I would probably use this process for the ease and simplicity of it.

My husband have been trying to conceive for over a year. We have tried several different things, including an analysis through our fertility clinic. From that we found out his count was low. He too some fertility supplements, and had another analysis 6 months later.

Count was then determined normal and no other issues. So we wanted to try the SpermCheck fertility to see what results it would give us doing it at home instead of the dr’s office. It was simple to do, just be sure to read all directions first, and go step by step following the directions to a T.

We did get a normal result, which is consistent with his last analysis. The SpermCheck ONLY shows if count is normal. It does not take into acct any other things like morphology and motility. So i bought this on a Thursday and it didnt arrive until Tuesday of the following week. Any other item, I would have been okay with that. This item had me STRESSED out the whole tike, my anxiety increased.

I usually get tested twice a year at a facility, Tried this year in a new town and it didnt go well. They didnt know how to charge me for testing so they suggested I leave, without being seen at all.

I was teated in January and all test were negative but it didnt cover HIV. I havent had a partner all year and frankly may not for quite sometime. But i still like to be sure, because I feel the place didnt focus on everything.

Anyway, i wasnt sure what i was expecting but the official kit wasnt it. So opening it i was slightly shocked. The instructions seemed a little off putting. I did drink water before i received the package so I had to wait 30 minutes before use.

When I finally allowed myself to not focus on the timer, it went off when i least expected it. So i checked, still slightly worried because realistically it is LIFE. People get it, people dont show symptoms and people dont get tested.

So theres always a possibility I could have it, even with being checked last year-negative- but there was only the control line. Umm so great product, even if the results were different I would recommend.

Use this as a baseline, cant get tested because of covid try this then go in and find a clinic. If the product was missing items or seems contaminated then it would be a bad product. Ive talked to healthcare providers who suggested this, didnt know this was a thing at first.

Lastly, please get tested even in committed relationships, use protection, only have relations is you are sure. Dont be forced or guilted into it, dont force anyone. Do your own research always. Please be safe.

Not accurate!!! Don’t even bother buying this if you’ve recently had strep, flu or a cold. Your antibody load in your system will be high up to a month or 2 and this test will you give you a false positive.

This test isn’t testing for the HIV AB itself it’s just testing your high antibody load. Save yourself the money and time and just go to the doctors and get the actual blood work. This stressed me out and my anxiety was through the roof.

Even a doctor doesn’t recommend this.

OraQuick In-Home HIV testI give it three stars because of how wasteful this test kit is, so much material and the packaging is of high quality that after an hour, the whole thing is placed in trash. Such a waste to environment.

Also it is very sensitive, so take your time doing everything and opening the test kit and items. When I first got my ethnicity report in 2018, I was pretty pleased. Even though they didn’t include some of the ethnicity groups I had (such as Native American), they did have a lot of other groups included.

However, the last few updates kept taking away those ethnicity groups, as the company dropped smaller cM segments in their ethnicity calculations. My latest report was horrible and most of my other ethnicity turned into British, which shocked me! How does Spanish turn into British and Irish? I didn’t think that was possible, because it’s not.

It just proves they are dropping cM below a certain amount (probably 7) and excluding the smaller ethnicity that is truly there, but not what they want to report. I believe this is being done to please customers who complain because they want to be 100% of a certain ethnicity and nothing else.

They would rather know the exact location of where their (British) great grandmother was born on a map than they do of where their (South Asian) 7th great grandmother. Personally, I want to know about the 7th great grandparent or even farther back than that.

Also, this dropping of smaller cM information helps save money on database space for the company. And it saves on calculation input. They won’t have to waste as much time in-putting all that extra data into their formulas.

Which means too much credit will be given to the ethnicity you got from your great grandparents and nothing for anything before that period. In another update or two, I figure my African will be gone in my report and I will be 100% British, or at least 90%.

This will be the same for any dominant/higher cM of ethnicity anyone else has also. This is going to only tell half of half of the real story of our ancestry. This is really sad. But at least we know how much Neanderthal we have, right?.

It’s great to be able to get a test like this done for only $50. It’s more affordable than all of the clinic based lab work I’ve gotten, and I don’t have to schedule appointments either. This was great for satisfying my curiosity.

It had a bit of a problem with the instructions though. There were a few contradictions between the web instructions and the paper instructions (drink water for the blood test, but only after finishing the saliva test).

It was pretty hard to get blood flowing for the blood test, so it would have been good if the paper instructions mentioned all of the techniques from the web instructions. Because of that, I’m not 100% confident on the results; but it is a good starting point for getting more confidence in my hormone levels without spending a bunch of money on doctor visits.

I did the Sensitivity and Metabolism Tests. I was hesitant because I wasn’t sure of how accurate this test would be. I have my TSH run regularly due to previous Thyroid Cancer. My TSH results through Everlywell matched my TSH through bloodwork.

The sensitivity test reconfirmed a milk sensitivity among several other foods. The thing that I liked most about it though is that it shows you how sensitive you are to each food on a scale. After seeing that I was very sensitive to milk I have cut it out and am feeling much less bloated.

This is not a ***** detection test but merely a test that detects an enzyme found in both men and women. Yet you constantly mislead the public on the accuracy of these tests. I don’t even want to think about the many relationships, marriages, ect that the false positives have affected.

For starters, I would like a refund in full please. Then I will pursue the false advertisement and the tightly screened bad reviews that somehow have been removed from the web. This test was administered with multiple samples and controls.

Results were 90% false positives. This is not the end of our deep dive into the false advertisement and result claims that Checkmate is all about.

First, it works Second, it’s a minimal chore to mix the reagents, simple—-but I am a scientist Third, there are only 2 bottles of powdered reagent, and this means (if following the directions) one can only test TWO times.

The mixture is a large volume so A lot can be tested, But apparently the reagents don’t last once mixed and need to be discarded. For the price, wish I had about five separate containers of powder reagent and appropriate matching volume of liquid reagent.

The test arrived sooner than expected and was packaged smartly. Easy to follow instructions that clearly defined the process necessary to ensure viable samples that would produce accurate results. I had a little trouble getting enough blood to fill the circles but that has more to do with my usual quick clotting so an option to request an additional finger stick would be helpful.

Completed sample was easy to package with included materials and shipping label. I was surprised at how fast results arrived and particularly happy with the formatting of the results report. Many online services make us hunt for useful information hidden among flashing neon headers, “sponsor” links designed to look like part of the report, scary reasons to buy more and it’s all bordered by flashing ads and junk links.

Everlywell’s report was blissfully lacking in such things and offered good explanations and recommendations in much the way my doctor does.

I purchased the thyroid test because I am in between routine blood tests, but I wanted to check if my medication levels were correct. I was happy that the test was not just a TSH level, but included T3; T4 and antibody levels.

With Graves’ Disease you can get a TSH level that appears fine, but T3 and/or T4 level can still be out of whack and you can continue to be symptomatic. This test was a great asset and value to me. I will likely purchase this test, or possibly another, in the future.

For a while now I have been wondering what my blood type was. Even though I had a major operation no where on my charts at any of my doctors was a note of what is was. I was told that I had to donate blood in order to find out.

True – I don’t know. I started to look through the internet. Found the Eldon Card Home Blood Test. It was simple to use and I found out what my blood type was withing minutes. I was so amazed. I had always expected what I was – but now I know for sure.

I keep the results in my own medical file – and told my kids what it was. Trush and believe in this product.

What is stupid is that this was easier than trying to get my blood type from my providers even though I have gotten many blood tests. Simple and easy. Just follow instructions. Make sure you really get the blood flowing into the hand you will be using.

They give you 2 finger needles and they each can only be used once. Swing and shake your arm. And be prepared with the sticks to capture drops of blood and make sure to use separate sticks for each circle.

Blood Draw was hard to do and to obtain the amount of blood needed. Got a response of: Unfortunately, on this occasion we have been unable to obtain a test result. This is because the sample was hemolyzed.

Again their communication was excellent.

I recommend this to any guy over 30. I’m 40 and wish I took this test years ago. I found out that I have low testosterone and low cortisol. I’m going to make adjustments to my diet and supplementation and will test again in a few months.

Hopefully I’ll see results naturally instead of going the TRT route. BUT this test actually answered some of the questions my PCP couldn’t. Like why I feel fatigued, overly stressed, not making any muscle gains but workout 3-5x a week.

I tried Everlywell’s Men’s Health Test and got some concerning results that indicated potential cancer (a certain blood factor was 3 times max range). For this type of issue, I first had to see my primary care and be referred to a specialist.

When I saw the specialist and told him my concern, he laughed and said that he’d put money that I have nothing to worry about and that these tests are terribly inaccurate. One blood test later and he confirmed there was no issue.

During the time I was not aware of how inaccurate the tests were I had purchased two more of their tests but hadn’t opened them yet. Knowing the results are worthless I tried to return them but they have a limited return window so I’m out $500 on those.

It’s really a shame that Everlywell can provide tests that are inaccurate and when you have proof of it you can’t do a thing about it.

I have chronically low testosterone, and constantly fight with my doctors about levels (they would prefer me to have VERY low levels, and that just doesn’t work for me on a day-to-day basis). Whenever I get tested through my insurance it costs me over $300 co-pay, and when you are doing that 4 or more times a year, it can really add up fast! This test is so much cheaper and I can do it at home instead of traveling all the way in to the lab for a blood draw.

I would rate this at 5 stars, except that it requires a substantial saliva sample, and for someone like me who suffers from severe dry-mouth, especially in the morning (a result of the meds they have me on), this can prove to be very hard to provide without several tries.

Also, you have to stab your finger, which I admit is better than a full on blood draw, but it still isn’t very pleasant. The results are clear, easy to understand and the extra information will help you to get a better understanding of what the results mean to you.

I have no problem recommending this test, with the caveats above. In fact, if you or a loved one even SUSPECT that you have a low testosterone problem, please DO take this test and get a baseline for where you are at, you won’t regret it.

I ordered this product online because I needed to drug test my teenager. The product arrived quickly. The instructions were easy to read and understand. I routinely cut my teenagers hair so at the next scheduled cutting, I saved some of the hair clippings for the test.

Test was very through, worth the cost of product. Easy registration, confidential. Make sure you send enough hair though. I thought a few strands would be ok, after reading directions, they are asking for 120 strands or so, makes for a nice bald spot when they have thin hair.

Either way the purchase with worth it, gave me the piece of mind of knowing what was going on since my child was not forthcoming with the information I needed to know. Now I know how bad he situation is and can move on to get the help needed.
