This product I am still on the fence. I am using it daily and have purchased decal bottles so I can try and figure out if it is a positive product for me. I have been consistently using it for several weeks.

I take this blend of herbs reg, just was looking for this blend that was a lil easier on the stomach, figured id try vitamin shoppe. It increased my anxiety 10 mins after taking it and I had a panic attack for no reason.

I think its the added stuff in it. There shouldnt be holy basil, lavender, sichuan pepper, ginger root, black pepper or habenero pepper in it. What is that supposed to do?Holy basil acts as a stimulant as is sichuan pepper, habenero is used to weight management, and ginger and black pepper are used for digestion.

Lavender is used to headaches but shouldnt be blended with herbs as strong as 5htp, and ashwanga. When taking an anti anxiety the last thing I want is to feel my heart racing while my mind is numb. This causes panic attacks.

DONT BUY THIS.

I tried this out to help with my anxiety. First off this tastes gross or at least to me it does. Very turned off by it. I tried to use this a few times before I reviewed to make sure how I felt about it but sadly to me this doesn’t work.

In fact I would like to note for people who do want to try it that for me it actually ends up giving me anxiety headaches when I do use it. I do slightly cringe panic when I drink it though because of the extremely unpleasant taste.

If I knew it tasted this bad I would have never bought it to begin with but since I did cannot return it I tried to give it a legit try. I do not notice any change in myself feeling calmer when using this in fact have side effects feel worse with this so I will not be buying this again.

I am able to stop my constantly running mind. I feel as though I am able to think without being overwhelmed with my thoughts. I struggle with anxiety and depression. When I purchased these the bright color of the gummies didn’t even cross my mind until I received my package and opened them. Then I realized they must include food dyes and after checking the packaging, they do indeed use food dyes.

I try very hard to not allow my son to eat food dyes so I ended up ordering from a different company. That said, the gummies are nice, I did try them. They taste delicious. The packaging and quick shipping was great.

We live on Long Island in New York abd sometimes just getting off this island is a giant challenge with all the traffic. So things are as usual out of control. I was a bit unconvinced about this product after reading about it in Purist magazine but both me and my anxious husband took one tablet yesterday.
