I haven’t started taking them yet but wanted to say I’m highly disappointed that the number of capsules that agoutis be in the bottle is not correct. The bottle says to take 2 capsules per day and there are 21 servings.

That equals 42 capsules. I counted because it didn’t look right when I opened it and there are only 36 capsules. GOOD JOB RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!!.

I take two of these a day in the morning and they work to give me energy all day. I also have found that not only am I not hungry I’m burning calories. I have lost ten pounds my first month. I have not changed my diet.

I went through my first bottle just to try it. I like it so much I bought two more so I would not run out. It took about three weeks after I started to start working and I don’t want to loose the momentum so I’m always going to keep a bottle on hand.

Burn XT Black was the first fat burner I’ve ever tried. I am not a morning person, but prefer to get my workouts in early. As soon as I wake, I take one pill with water and a empty belly. Twenty minutes later and I feel so good.

I was excited to try Force Factor LeanFire Thermo Gummies. Admittedly, I was a little unsure at the same time. I was looking for a gummy that not only tasted great, but would also burn fat, burn calories, provide energy and suppress my appetite.

These did a great job at doing just that. First, they really do taste great. I definitely feel as though I have more energy after taking. My appetite is also suppressed. I don’t feel nearly as hungry.

I’ll take 2 of these in the morning and by mid-day I realize “holy cow, I haven’t eaten my normal number of calories yet I still feel great AND not hungry!” One thing I’m definitely happy about is these don’t make me feel jittery.

This was a concern for me before taking. I didn’t want to feel “weird” all day and take the risk of not being able to sleep. Thankfully these did neither. I feel absolutely fine all day and my sleep pattern is normal.

One other thing, I like that you’re given 120 dummies in the package. I can see other companies giving half or even less than this amount so kudos to Force Factor for giving a great supply per container! I would highly recommend!.

I haven’t taken this product since they reformulated. You do get a good boost of energy. No shakes which i do like. I only take one during the day. I feel good. Haven’t taken one yet before i hit the gym but overall it is a good product.

I am often tired mid day, I began taking this years ago as a weight lifting, muscle building supplement. The ingredients have since changed some, but it’s still the best energy supplement I have found.

Taking this supplement just once in the morning keeps me energized all. day. and I still sleep great! I cannot take it late afternoon or it impairs sleep.

This is a great product. I always have a great workout when using this. But be warned – check with your physician if you are using this for a long period. Stay hydrated and use wisely. If you notice increased heart rate or dizziness call your Dr! There’s quite a bit of caffeine in here and if your getting it elsewhere as well, you need to adjust your intake.

It’s a great product, you simply have to listen closely to what your body is telling you.

I used this product for a few weeks before I decided that I cannot live without it. I didn’t think it was really doing anything at first but I did notice that I had more energy, was not hungry as much and felt more upbeat and in a much better mood.

I only take one a day but I also take another product from another company at the same time. The two products together are the bomb! I get up in the morning and drink my coffee, take one of these and two of another diet pill from Irwin Natural.

Then I have another cup of coffee and do a fat burning workout for 1 hour. I get on my stair stepper for 30 minutes then on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I always make sure my workout is finished before noon.

These pills out eating but instead make me full of energy and not hungry all day! I think I could go all day without eating but instead I have just one meal a day. I have whatever I want and I try to make it healthy but eating just once a day like this, I really enjoy what I eat and know that I have earned it.

I normally eat anytime between 1-4 pm. I ran out of these pills and thought I would just take the two from the other company and substitute a green tea diet pill. It didn’t work! I have to have one of these pills.

I haven’t tried them alone but may try it when I get these again. I just ordered these and hope to get them soon! I want to try the Burn X Black and wander what the difference is.

So far I like this product. It curbs my appetite and give me some extra energy. It could be early to tell but I’ve already lost a few pounds. I also follow a keto diet including IF but was just maintaining.

Initially, it lifted my mood and I thought it was about to make me feel great. Had a sense of well-being, started a few phone calls and projects, being a little nicer to people than usual. so I want to start off by saying I’ve only ever written like 2 or 3 reviews in my life. I’ve been working out for a while and I’ve never used pre workout because I have a physical job and I always drink a bang drink before so I want to limit my caffeine intake because my tolerance is also high plus I underestimated how much it actually helps you to push through a workout, but I just decided to give it a try.

after using it once I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED!! it gave me A LOT of energy damn near feels like more than a bang energy can give despite it being much higher in caffeine. definitely noticed a difference in my mood; I just started feeling really good and so ready for an intense workout.

HUGE difference in endurance. I was able to lift more weight and more reps and I was also ready for my next set a lot quicker. definitely noticed my body temperature increase from the cayenne to burn more calories.

it tastes really good. there was no big crash. it has beta alanine which is known to make you feel tingly or itchy which I’ve noticed with other products that have it but this one not really. overall it SIGNIFICANTLY improved my workout I wish I got this way sooner.

but then again I’ve never really used a preworkout so idk how this compares with other ones like bucked up or woke af or beyond raw but I’ve just heard good stuff from multiple people that this brand has good quality products so I assume this one of the best preworkouts you can get but then again it depends on the results you are trying to get.

I would say this is best for that energy and pump you get and for also burning extra calories if you are cutting or trying to recomposition.

GARBAGE. Why this is so hyped as “the best” pre workout is ridiculous. Look at the ingredients – all of the vitamins & minerals amounts are so small they’re useless. As for the sport performance blend / sport energy blend – a creative way of listing ingredients without actual amounts.

The performance blend is no where near the amounts needed to make any difference plus you’d have to take them every day to actually work. The energy blend is a joke – Taurine is the 1st ingredient listed & the cheapest.

135 mg of caffeine is no where near an amount to really give you a jolt of energy. Don’t waste your money on this. It’s completely useless. I give it ZERO STARS if it let me!.

Hv lost a few lb since I started taking these. They give me energy with out the jitters.

Took this 30mins before an afternoon run and HIIT gym sessions. Afternoon Run: There’s a definite increase in energy levels. Was able to push further. HOWEVER; either due to the afternoon heat the metabolic increase, or both.

When there was no wind and I was in the direct sunlight, my body felt extremely heated up. It was both mentally and physically draining and I had to slow down and rest in the shade at points. Take note, I’ve done afternoon runs before and this has not occured before.

HIIT Sessions: Airconditioned Gym environment. Again, a definite increase in energy where I’m able to push my limits. But none of that energy-draining heat up. There is a side effect. Others wrote about skin/head itch.

For me, it was my lips that became slightly itchy. But it goes away when the training starts.

In 2016 I discontinued using the original formulation because it made me feel sick sometimes, especially if I didn’t take it with a lot of food. The current supplement is amazing. I don’t have any negative side effects.

I use the one with caffeine in it and I stopped drinking coffee. I have more energy from this than I do with coffee or energy drinks. I do notice faster fat loss with this but its hard to quantify since I am also regaining muscle, so the scale isn’t dropping much, which is definitely a good thing.

Using this combined with the custom meal plan is having me lose half an inch off my waist a week.

Started the Trans4orm about 2 weeks after I reduced my daily below my TDEE. Didn?t see much results and I had a massive energy crash and felt weak/terrible workouts. Within a little over a week on Trans4orm my workout intensity increased and was I feeling great despite a lower calorie intake.

I wish I felt a little more of a boost from the product from what I was expecting. The packaging was on point no flaws there. As far as taste. When I received the product it was loaded with these hard white pieces through my powder.

I check the freshness packet and it was broken at all. It tasted like straight pepper and it burned. I haven’t used half of it yet because it’s makes drinking it pretty harsh. The flavor from what I can taste is solid just wish those white chunks weren’t in it.

The container is smaller than I assumed it would be but you know that old saying “big things come in little packages”? Well that is exactly what this is! It packs a wallop and really works! It raised my temperature, I saw results in losing inches, and best of all it did NOT make me jittery.

It gave me a nice energy and allowed me to work throughout the day without any of the nausea that other product s sometimes causes. I don’t recommend taking it after 4:30pm because you may get insomnia (I did! LOL).

But it works well for me. The taste takes some getting used to but that was well worth the results. Each person’s body may react differently so adjust as best suits your chemistry, but I highly recommend it!.

I’m sure that Burn-XT woks very well. I can feel the slight burn feeling when taken. The flavor of the strawberry lemonade is quite tasty actually. It’s just that my diet has to coordinate with the supplement.

What a fantastic product for Appitite control! I have been in a recomping for the last three months and prior to starting my run of Blade I was having trouble hitting my calorie target and not going over.

Then Gymgod and the rest of the crew hooked me up!The main ingredient in Blade is CH-19 sweet pepper extract and the stuff packs a punch. One capsule in my bottle got punctured in transit and all the pills had a spicy taste to them before swallowing.

Now, in most cases this could cause indigestion or discomfort but not with Blade. I experienced no GI discomfort during my run. The other goodies in this bad boy are, caffeine and green tea extract, Synephrine and Yohimbine and a dusting of AlCAR.

(I could have used more if this ingredient)The ratings Energy 9/10 great and long lasting typically 4-5 hrs. So a 8am and 1pm dosing works well. Focus 8/10 pretty solid. Still couldn’t move things with my mind Appitite suppression: 9/10 only thing better is ECA.

Pleasantly surprised by this during a cut. I’m on my 2nd bottle and have noticed that I’m significantly leaner – and have enjoyed taking it daily. Which really may be the biggest selling point – a fat burner that works and is actually pleasurable to take.

Initial impression: this is strong. I’d just come off another similar product and am by no means sensitive to stimulants and could immediately notice a strong sustained kick (clean, but powerful). Suggest starting with 1 dose or even 1 capsule if you’re a female or stim sensitive.

Had lots of sustained clean energy that really was noticeable later in the day, with no crash or jitters whatsoever. This is usually the time where I can start to feel worn down / burnt out – and start to notice I’ve been taking a burner and think how much I can’t wait until this cut is over.

Blade has a simple, no-nonsense formula. It keeps it to truly effective ingredient. Strong stimulants in solid doses, the sweet pepper to promote thermogenesis, and the green tea extract to support a lean body composition.

The only places I see where some criticism can be made are that the formula is maybe a little abbreviated (sometimes simpler is better though), the ALCAR could be dosed a little stronger, and the XD Delivery Technology may be a little extraneous (the formulators would know better than me so I’m guessing they have their reasons for it).

Ultimately, I like this formula and have found it to be effective. I have used Blade before workout for energy, focus, and thermogenesis and during the day to keep all my cylinders in over drive when I am feeling tired or starving but want to avoid a meal or snack.

I didn’t really put Blade to the test to see how it would support weight loss during a caloric deficit, but I think it would have performed in a stellar fashion. I think some users should be aware of the strong yohimbine HCl dose; it may be overwhelming for some.

Ultimately, this is an excellent fat burner, 10/10!.

Overall, I’ve seen results from taking Oxyshred (15kg in 14 weeks) and I recommend giving it a go. Mind, I’ve combined it with 4-6 gym visits per week, and no particular diet regime, but I’ve cleaned up a lot of excess sugars and carbs in my daily diet so take the results with a grain of salt.

I’ve stopped drinking coffee in the mornings since Oxyshred is a stimulant, and I take it every morning half hour before breakfast. No caffeine headaches, no lack of energy. I recommend it for this reason alone, as coffee with sugar and milk contains so many empty calories.

It dissolves well in water in a shaker, and if using 250mL of cold water you do have a few small grains undissolved in the bottom at the end. Not a big deal as you can just mix another 50mL of water which doubles as a rinse for the shaker.

My biggest fall back of this product is the taste, it seems to be hit and miss. My first tub was Kiwi Strawberry, and I loved it, it was delicious and very easy to drink. My current tub is Cotton Candy and it’s horrible.

Very hard to drink so I’ve been mixing it virtually into 100mL of water so it’s quicker to get down. For this reason I’ll leave the review at 3 stars, and if my next flavour is good, it’ll go up to 4 stars, but if it’s bad again, I’ll drop it down to 2.

When it’s marked as 10/10 for flavour, I absolutely expect more consistency. Overall however, with nothing to lose but cravings and weight, give it a try, at least the Kiwi Strawberry. If it’s not for you, it’s $70 on sale and that’s a small price to pay when it’s your health you’re investing with.

When I first tried this, the first two weeks were great. I didn’t have too much of an appetite and when I did eat it kept me full for a while. My energy levels were great. I felt like I was able to get through the day without having my usual 3 cups of coffee.

I also felt like I had more energy throughout my workouts and I noticed I was sweating more than before. I also felt like when I was working out I was more focused and didn’t get distracted by my phone or the people around me as much.

I also felt like I was in a better mood throughout the day. It’s been a few weeks since I’ve been taking this and I do feel like the effects aren’t as strong as it was, maybe because my tolerance for it went up.

I used to take a scoop right when I wake up but I have started taking another scoop about an hr after I have lunch and I do feel like it curbs my hunger throughout the rest of my workday as well as my workout, which I usually finish around 9pm.

As for energy, I have been drinking a bit of coffee throughout the day to give me some energy. I bought Acetyl L-Carnitine to stack with the OxyShred to maximize the effects. It has yet to arrive but I do look forward to seeing if it will increase my energy levels.

I was afraid of using this product due to the mixed reviews but honestly I just loved it. I felt so energetic and focused. Minor downside is sweating during the workout but it’s tolerable. Did not experience any side effect like rapid heart beats or nausea.

As for the fat burning, it was really amazing. I got the most lean I’ve been when using it for 4 weeks and my BF decreased. I lost some muscle though because I was in an aggressive caloric deficit. Would definitely take again while cutting but with a minor deficit (100-200 cals).

I gave 4 stars because after a while of use the powder started clumping together although I still had the dehumidifier bags inside. Not sure if there was a problem with the one I got or that happens every time.

In short if you are looking for a good top notch fat burner product, I highly recommend this product.

I have always heard great things about hydroxycut. I had seen them everywhere but never actually thought I should use it. I decided that now was the time. I dove in head first and followed the directions to the “T”.

The first day had no difference but that’s was only the first day. The second day of taking it I noticed a difference in my overall feeling towards everything. I was slowly feeling like I had no desire to eat what I used to eat.

I had energy and drive like I used to when I was drinking energy drinks. Now at first it feeling like a lot of product at one time but you have to take that get it all in your system. Once in your system you golden.

You take half the product and it’s even easier. I mean taking something 30 mins before a meal is easy, all you have to finish when you start making food take the product. This is the next step when you hit that weight loss wall.

This product allowed me to it just get over that wall but take off running headfirst towards my goals.

First off I’ve only been using this for two days which isn’t long I know. But I actually wanted to write on here to warn people. This may in fact be a real good weight loss supplement, but the caffeine or whatever all that is in here is pretty intense, and not in a good way.

I took one pill the first day and it felt alright I did feel like I had an energy drink, and a bit jittery. The second day which is today I took two which is what it says to take on the box on the second day.

I’m currently not liking the way I feel, in fact I felt a little sick after I took these today. I would describe the feeling as having 10 cups of coffee or way too many energy drinks like drinking 4 monsters at one time.

I’ve never drank that much but that’s how I think it would feel in comparison to how I feel. I’m no stranger to energy drinks, coffee, or caffeine. I drink some on occasions, but this just is too much.

I warn anyone that the feeling from this is very uncomfortable, I feel my heart beating more than I would like. I feel like I have jitters, and a panic attack, its just not a good feeling. So anyone wanting to try this just so you know this is a real intense feeling, not a good one in my opinion.

If you decide to try I would not recommend taking more than two a day. One when you first get up for the day, and one later in the day, two a day total. I would not recommend taking two at a time and four total daily because I’m feeling sick from it.

I have a bad stomach ache and I did eat before I took them. I don’t think I will continue using these because of how these make me feel. I just wanted to warn people especially anyone not used to a lot of caffeine.

Be careful because I do worry this could potentially be harmful to certain people. Like I said I’m very used to caffeine, and these are just way too powerful for me.

The first night I took two pills and honestly should have only taken one. I had some serious hot flashes that woke me up from my sleep. The next night, I took two again, and then I was fine, slept like a baby.

I notice on the nights I am not stressed I sleep fine, full rem sleep when I about minimum 7 hours for sleep. I on nights I was stressed with a lot on my mind, and even the pills could not help me sleep.

I did not see any difference in weight but definitely in sleep.
